Super quick service. Everything is very fresh! Had their harvest salad, it was perfect! We need more places like this!

Stopped by for lunch in my travels. I rarely get to go to Nalley Fresh but when I do, I’m never disappointed…Knock on wood. As you can tell…The salad didn’t stand a chance. It looked and tasted too good that I didn’t get to take the pic first lol. Salads & service is top tier. The place is always clean too!!

Extremely disappointed in the recent changes at this location. Management has started charging extra for proteins that were previously included, and to make matters worse, staff have been instructed to give noticeably smaller portions of everything—not just the protein you’re now paying more for. It’s clear these decisions are profit-driven and not in the interest of customer satisfaction. Sad to see a once-reliable spot adopt such greedy and dishonest business practices.

Visited for the first time. Very healthy and tasty. You have all healthy stuff to chose and no deep fried or oily food. Just stir fried for couple of seconds. Should try and very very recommended who wants to have a healthy day.

I guess time for me to go to different Nalley Fresh or different place. The employee just said that there is a limit on the toppings. It is a news to me after coming here over 10 years

Great place and good. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I always thought it was a salad place but the teriyaki chicken and Loren bbq is awesome and a ton of food. Everything is fresh, lots of choices, good music, just a great place for lunch.

Accidentally ordered food without entering in promo code online. Called immediately and the manager was able to cancel so that i could reenter the order. Wonderful food and service!

The salads are my favorite thing here! I love that no matter how many times you come you can always get something different. The line prep servers here are always nice. Do be sure to bring a jacket if you're eating there in the winter becuase there isn't a double door to trap the heat in.

Nalley Fresh is my absolute favorite and I've been enjoying it for years! However, I was disappointed with my recent visit as it seems prices have increased and quantities have decreased. I feel like my recent bowl was all rice and no protein and I was the only person ordering, so it wasn't due to hurrying or anything. It was the first time they said I would need to pay extra when I asked to add more dressing to my bowl. I love Nalley so I will be back but I hope next time is better.

Needed a quick healthy meal and this place always hits the spot. No was here when I arrived. The interior was clean and the people working the counter were nice. The brown rice bowl tasted fresh and the spicy dressing really added a nice touch. I will say the meal and a drink was close to $19 which seems rather excessive. I did have a huge bowl so it could be shareable to cut the expense.

I'm so disappointed! I've been going to Nalley Fresh for years. It's my go-to for amazing salads. Today, I noticed that $1 was added to get any chicken as a protein. I think the only free ones were tuna and tofu! Prices for egg and avocado increased too. The homemade bread that was so fresh and warm was replaced with half a piece of store bought wheat bread. Get a free salad after 10 visits was replaced with $10 off, so I paid $4. So sad that my favorite place is no longer a great spot, but watered down attempt to stay open.

Freshest of all the Nalley Fresh's that I've ever visited! Good staff for the most part and quite efficient service! The greens are always crispy and fresh! The salmon is thickly cut so you get your money's worth. The veggie add-ons are also fresh and tasty, never wilted or stale! I have been to many Nalley Fresh locations and normally they are fine, but this particular location outdoes them all each time!

I am pretty sure that any positive reviews of this place are left by employees, owners or friends of the owners . The staff here is beyond rude to they point they are abusive . They act as if you are wasting their time . They are so stingy with adding ingredients to the salad - they don't add the ingredients you ask for because they don't understand English , but they will treat you like YOU are the problem because you can't understand them and will actually be mean . Bad experience all around . Not like it used of be a few years ago . Don't waste your money - not only is the food not worth it , you will leave feeling assaulted by the rude staff .

Bad customer service at the counter and what's worse is there's no prices on the menu inside anywhere. He took salad added to a bowl and put it back after it touched the salmon. He could get someone sick. Never coming back here.

I'm actually not normally a fan of salads, but I really like this place! I heard many great things about this place, but never wanted to go because of how much I don't like salads. I'm glad I finally gave it a try because it's now one of my favorite lunch spots close to work. The menu can be a little confusing and I thought I could only eat the salads and wraps because all the bowls say "chicken broth," but I figured out that you can get any of the bowls with veggie broth because they don't add that until the end. I've tried the Asian salad with curry tofu, the fiesta salad with falafel, and the Cajun bowl with falafel. All 3 were amazing! The bread they give you with the salad is also pretty good and a great addition since you're not getting much carbs in the salad to fill you up. The servings are pretty large and I definitely leave full, but never stuffed as I normally do at places and that's a good thing! I don't leave here feeling overly stuffed and bloated from carbs.

Ive had on ongoing issue with a employee at timonium location I finally got in contact with the owner Mr Andy and he told me his Spanish employee been working with him for 20 years it's nothing he could do to reprimand her for antagonizing and discrimination violation of safe serve protocols they would not release employee name for me to file any complaint He Told me And my wife we should just stop comming to the location all together

My son picked up a salad for me on Saturday night and the woman who waited on him was extremely rude. They were out of pulled chicken , bread and asparagus. I called today and spoke with the manager just to let him know. He was extremely condescending and unapologetic . I will never go back

Even though the food is good, recently the staff has been unnecessarily rude and ungenerous with portions at Nalley Fresh in Timonium, MD. The meals themselves are going downhill because of this. There is a large variety of items to include in the salad. The prices are good for the amount of salad purchased. However, recently, the staff is really irritated when you ask to include more toppings / salad dressing in the dish. I politely mentioned to the staff that the large number of toppings in the salad is the primary reason I come to Nalley for lunch. There are many lunch places / choices around, and it should be in their interest to attract customers to Nalley. She pointed to the door and told me to go somewhere else for lunch. That was so rude! That is NOT the way to treat customers. I am very disappointed with Nalley Fresh in Timonium, MD! There are, indeed, many other places where one can get lunch and not be offended. I'd suggest to take your business to another restaurant where customers are valued and appreciated, and a polite comment to the staff does not result in them telling you to leave.

I've held back from leaving a reveal for a while now, in hopes that maybe things would change here. I've been coming here for sometime now, and really this place has really went down. From customer service to the food. Rice has been hard and cold as well as the chicken. This has only really been during the evening. As of right now tjis place gets zero stars from me.

This location is the best!!!! Had Justine wait on me as I was picking up lunch for my wife. She was friendly and very helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with. She should be a corporate trainer because she really knows her job and how to make you feel welcome. We will always come back to this location. The Owings Mills location could learn a lot from the crew here, from cleanliness to how to treat people!!! Thank you Justine and your great coworkers. I was the one who told you you guys are excellent!!!!!

Small portions, low quality ingredients, rude employees. We had a bad experience the first time but went back to give it a second chance-- same negative reviews. Will not be returning.

Nalley fresh has the best soup & salad combo in Timonium.I always get the red pepper & gouda soup!

I think this is my first time coming to a Nalley Fresh (Thursday, 06/28/18). For a newbie the options can be overwhelming they have a ton of choices and combinations for freshness served in a bowl lol. Since I didn't feel like reading through all of the descriptions of the already made up combinations I just made my own salad. I got lettuce, corn, chicken, beans, onions, carrots, and some other stuff lol. I got bleu cheese dressing and I think they put too much on it for my liking so I'll know that for next time to ask for light dressing and to ask for some extra on the side if need be. I got my salad to eat in and it was served with a nice piece of earthy multigrain type bread. Nice touch. I would come back but I would try something else next time.

Fresh is not just in the name: it's their calling card. It's like a chipotle with three times the options and with a more varied flavor pallet (Asian, barbecue, Cajun, etc.). We come here every time we're in town. The ONLY reason it loses 1 star is that it's fairly spendy; we average around $16 per person, and I really don't think it should be quite that much. Though, the portions are well sized and the food is delicious.

Great variety of fresh salads . You can customize them just the way you like . A little pricy but we'll worth it for a fresh custom made salad or wrap !

I love Nalley Fresh, but this location does not impress me. I have been here more times than my check ins say I have and there are a few poor things I have noticed each time I visit. There is always someone in the assembly line who is rude and tries to rush you. I brought my friend here for her first time and she said she felt rushed and that people helping her were so rude and made her uncomfortable. In the end, she was unhappy with her purchase and felt like she could have been treated with better customer service. Another thing I do not like about this location is the amount of meat you get. They are very stingy. At the Towson location, they really pile it on, but at Timonium if you ask for more, they will not even give you one more measly piece of chicken without charging extra. The only redeeming factors of Timonium are the longer hours and the kale (Towson does not have kale as a green option).

It doesn't matter how the rest of the meal was after finding a piece of metal in my mac and cheese.

We were hungry Sunday afternoon and looking for something fast but not junk. This setup is similar to a Chipotle where you pick a base, protein, and extras. I had a rice bowl with curry tofu. My husband and a friend both got wraps. It worked out well since my friend is pescatarian, so all of us could get something we wanted. Food was pretty food. The servings are a good portion size, and I didn't feel gross from eating it. My only wish is that I'd been given a little more sweet chilli sauce, though I have a feeling they'd give more if I just ask.

Came on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was packed! Having gone to a different location I was able to breeze through the options and pick my rice bowl. The service was friendly and fast! The chicken was okay, opt for what ever pork or beef they have it's awesome! The lemon aid was also very tastey!

This location has really gone down hill. The staff seems irritated while fulfilling your ordering and the last 3 times I've gone, I've needed to pick an unreasonable amount of wilted and brown lettuce out of my salad.

If you love the big salad like Elaine ordered on Seinfeld you will really enjoy this place. The salads are really big and filling. I always order the Cesar but there are tons of options and toppings. I am at the one in TOWSON but they have quite a few other locations. For $ 10 you will eat healthy and you won't leave hungry. Great place.

My first visit and it won't be my last. Jason was helpful as I selected my base, protein and toppings. I chose brown rice, Old Bay chicken, a combo of spinach and spring mix, roasted beets, edamame, quinoa, chicken bacon (who knew), corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, green and red peppers, craisins, and a little bit of broth. I worried that it would be overkill but the medley of flavors and textures made my taste buds hum and my heart soar. So happy I gave this place a try. I will be back with friends.

This local brand is really starting to flourish as the premier healthy fast-ish food option in Baltimore County. Offering a variety of creative options, any menu item can be completely customized or you can create one from scratch. Every location celebrates the freshest of locally sourced ingredients. The taste of each dish is obvious validation of that effort. The Timonium location features a good-sized outdoor seating option, with roughly 10 tables. The plaza they're in always offers good people watching, and the outdoor patio is under an overhang so most evenings you're in the shade. The service at this place is always solid, but at times feels a bit rushed. If you're going here for the first time, you'll find yourself ordering something, and then being caught off guard as each station in the ordering process barks out options for your immediate choosing. After this first baptism, it starts to feel normal. This place is a vegan's dream come true, but there are plenty of meat options as well. My favorite item is the sweet potato bowl ($8). It's a wild combination of elements that I'd never independently mix (sweet potato, chicken bacon, white vinaigrette dressing, etc.). Very enjoyable! Anyways, this is by far the healthiest place to eat in Baltimore County. If you're trying to change your body and want to really adjust your diet, this place will prove as a meaningful piece of the puzzle if you tend to eat out more often than not. 4-stars is the rating! What about 5? It's more of a format thing with me. I can't give 5 stars to this type of restaurant format. So, it's as good as this format can get.

This place is a wonderful place to pick up something healthy, unique and delicious. All the selections are made to order, custom or as suggested. So far I've eaten here once for dinner twice for lunch. And the food has always been really really good. Huge portions of the things I have had, I can not speak for the salads. As I've only had a Cesar wrap (twice) and a custom made bow. Wonderful selections of proteins, vegetables, and sides. Mac and cheese was pretty good, I've had better and yet I've had worse. There was fountain soda selections, bottle selections, and even pouch drinks for kids. More so on the healthy side of fast food. But none the less delicious and TBH, I don't feel like total crap after eating it.

I usually am very satisfied with my purchases from Nalley Fresh, but I was extremely disappointed today. I ordered online with some coworkers & picked it up this afternoon for lunch. When we got there, one of my coworker's orders had never been made. The manager claimed this was a computer error. When they pulled the order up, they made it and bagged it for us. We then left. When we got to the office her order was wrong. I'm not sure which customer's food we got, but it definitely was not what she ordered. Other orders came incomplete-- missing sauces or other items. I ordered a chicken caesar wrap. When I ordered it online, it said that romaine, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan cheese, croutons, egg, and Caesar dressing were included with my protein. I opened my wrap when I got back to my office & the egg and dressing were missing!!! My food was dry and inedible. In the past, I have loved my experience here. This time I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Without this being addressed, my office mates and I will not be back.

Easy fast-casual salad shop. They have other items as well, but are best known for their salads. Make your own or pick one of their menu items, you can't go wrong!

Updated 8/30/17 Great visit, probably the best rap I have had in the last year from them. The wrap was tight and not too much juice. I had the spicy ranch and bang bang dressings and they put enough to make my eyes water but not too much to cause the wrap to fall apart. I do not often give 5 stars but they have been consistent in my last several visits Update 8/18/2017 Great visit. The entire female soccer team from Towson was in front of me and yet I waited 7 minutes. The food is always great and the prior issue was not observed so that may have been a one time thing. Nalley Fresh has always been a great place to eat I enjoy the food always seems fresh when I Purchase my meal . but on these last visits my Customer service has not been great, I'm not greed as feel I should be and I see other nationalities other than black are. I will not be going back if that doesn't change because African-American dollars are just as good as anyone else dollars!!!! And quote !!!!

We love Nalley Fresh for what it is- a fast, healthy(ier) choice that can satisfy everyone in your group. My teenager and I usually hit up Nalley Fresh when I can't eat another bowl, burrito, etc from the other place that lets you pick what toppings you want. We love this location, though on weekends, it's pretty busy. They move fast, and are friendly, so service is great. Plenty of seating, and people don't tend to hang out too long.

Nalley did a BOGO night. Nalley couldn't handle it. Waited over an hour before speaking to the manager who couldn't even find my ticket or cancel my order for a refund. Thankfully I'm only out one meals worth of money . He wrote his number on a paper bag and said to call him. Yeah, okay boomer. I'm just not gonna return. Quality here used to be so good, but as the company scaled, as with some many companies, it's gone down the drain.

LOVE NALLEY FRESH. I order my salad on line and even with the extras and special requests it is always PERFECT. Employees are so pleasant and accommodating!!! Highly recommend this location!

I was introduced to the brand via the Baltimore Street location downtown, and it's just as good here as it is there. They seem to have more options here, or it could be my imagination, but it's always plentiful and served up with a smile. It's pretty easy to go hog-wild here with the ingredients and make a REALLY bad bowl - but that's the customer's fault and doesn't bear on the employees here, who are always very nice and willing to help you out with suggestions. There are a couple of things that aren't my cup of tea at this location, though - - The floors are made of this irritating "pebble/rock" style laminate, which wouldn't be a huge deal if I didn't have to roll a big stroller over it. My poor daughter was wobbled around so much that if she'd been holding a glass of milk, she'd have had a shake by the time we got to the table. - I don't know if it's the volume of people at this location or what, but more than once I've visited here and it hasn't been the cleanest of atmospheres. Tables are sometimes dirty and unwashed, with bits of Nalley ingredients laying everywhere. This is NOT the case in any other Nalley I've been to. - For the size of this place, it feels kind of claustrophobic inside. Again, it could be because I'm lugging around a stroller that's the size of a Smart Car, but still.... It's not enough to make me not come back, because the food is very good and the service shines, just like all the other stores. I'll just try to eat outside, I think.

My go to place for an excellent salad. I wish they had portobello mushrooms, but other than that the business never had let me down. Eat healthy folks!

*****DO NOT EAT HERE****** The food was okay. Not great. The selection and display of the food was very confusing and there was no help from the ignorant staff, who made comments to each other about me in a different language followed by giggling. Aside from the awful service and below average food, I got salmonella from this place. I tried it yesterday for the first time, excited because I had heard great things about this eatery, but as I was eating my salad, I could only eat about half of it because of the overwhelming taste of vinegar and peppers. I felt fine after leaving and for the rest of the night, but this morning at about 11 am (I ate my food at around 6 or 7 pm), my stomach began to be in immense pain. Now I won't go into details about my ailment but I will say that I'm rather certain I got salmonella from the food here.

I went on Black Friday I thought it might be busy because of the stores around wasn't to bad but service was good and fast had the "shades of green salad" with blackend chicken and my fav old bay dressing was one of the best salads ever

I enjoy Nalley Fresh. They can be a little pricey and a lot of their food tastes the same. When I do go, I get the caesar wrap and it is very good! The staff is friendly and efficient.

You won't find a better salad bar around. Ignore the menu, just go down the line and pick what you want in your salad. Prices are very fair and they have a ton of selections.

I love the food, BUT... I'm just about ready to stop coming here with my family because of the absolutely horrible service we keep on getting. The mixers I've gotten are rude. It's like soup-nazi, except with salad rude. Snapping at you for asking for a different kind of chicken rude. The assembly line process is literally insane. Then first person will ask you if you want the order to stay or to go. So will the second. The third will then make your bowl soup in a tiny to go container while you are trying to get the second person to make a salad properly, and then look at you surprised when you say that the rest of the items are yours because they're not packed to go and then despite your protests starts packing them up while the cashier, whom you have also told about the nature of your order helpfully starts getting out a plastic bag. It is infuriating. Speaking of the cashier, the one we have gotten every time we come here is practically incomprehensible. It's a strange combination of low talking, brusqueness , attitude, and accent. That being said, like the mulligatawny in Seinfeld, the food keeps us coming back. For now.

I almost walked out of here before I even received my food. My order got messed up twice. I ended up saying screw it and paid for my meal since I was in a rush. The portions are tiny, and the food was bland. There is no reason to eat here.

I just love this place and my family loves it too :) one of the places where you feel good after eating because it's all fresh and healthy! Clean, green and guilt free eating . Add this to you healthy food -family place to go!

Usually always great service, food is always fresh. However the last time I went the women clearly didn't want to be there. I work in the food industry and understand it's tough. However my staff and myself always work to maintain high standards. I hope your location continues to do so as well.

This place is sweet. Pretty pricey, but you do get a lot of fresh food and you pay for convenience and options. Nalley has a variety of bowls or salads, and even wraps. Each day they have a lot of protein options that are included in the base price but also "special" proteins that add money that are rotate each day. So - you can do one of their creations or pretty much make your own thing from scratch. It's easier for me to just say "yep - I want the X with everything it says," because I get annoyed by obnoxious people in line that yell at the worker for YEAH JUST A LITTLE DRESSING. ONE TOMATO. UM I SEE TWO TOMATOES. OK OK. NOW SOME LETTUCE, MAYBE TWO CARROTS, UMMM... ugh. Nonetheless, staff are always super pleasant and the place is very clean. Would recommend if you are in the area and want something filling and healthy (as your main meal of the day probably, since it's not exactly cheap).

I am from Boston and went in here and absolutely was shocked this place should be in Boston ASAP fresh delicious and tons of options anybody who comes to Maryland must try this

Place is yummy. Kind of hesitant at first. For what reason? I have no idea. I built my own salad and they had plenty of options from veggies, to meats. All the toppings in the salad were very fresh. They were very generous with everything. My friend got a wrap and the wrap looked very big to me. What I loved about the salad was how fresh the lettuce was. Will be coming back

This is a great salad place, tasty and fresh! However, beware of all the premium add-ins and toppings that can make a costly salad, but nevertheless it was good and I'll go back. I ordered a kale salad with salmon, avocado and spicy ranch dressing. I had other toppings but those were the premium items and my salad came to about $15. The location and ambiance in addition to the convenience of the place just puts the icing on the cake, or should I say the croutons to the salad. The next time I go I'll try one of their bowls which looks tasty and filling. Enjoy!

Imagine a salad bar buffet that you pay a premium for and aren't allowed to get seconds....I give you Nalley Fresh. Sure everything is fresh-it ought to be for the one-serving price. I guess one small salvo is that you don't have ill-behaved children running amok and sticking their dirty fingers in the wheat berries! The WASPY types seem flock to trendy, safe, suburban chains like this just like flies to.... Seriously though, I can go to any number of places with a real salad bar and make as many of my own "fresh creations" for the same or lower price...plate after plate after plate, after....

Wife and I stopped here again for a later lunch/early dinner. We both got a non meat, plant based meal. I got a brown rice bowl, and she got a wrap. Simply the best, freshest ingredients there are. I love the fact they have non meat proteins to choose from as well as meat and seafood options to choose for a protein to build your meal around. Great ingredients, friendly staff, and to make it even better a rewards program that is easy. Every time you purchase food, you enter your phone number, and after so many meals, you get a free meal. Win.....win.
