Nam Nam Review - East Williamsburg - New York - The Infatuation

"Nam Nam is a very small sandwich shop in East Williamsburg with just a few tables and an appropriately tiny menu. They serve summer rolls, a few noodle dishes, several types of bahn mi, and that's it. But you don't really need anything else. Every time we come here, we just get a roast pork banh mi on some nice crispy bread, and we'll also add an iced Vietnamese coffee if we're in need of sugar and caffeine. Stop by for some quick, easy takeout, or grab a sandwich and hang out on the little front patio if its warm out." - Bryan Kim

Hands down my favorite Vietnamese spot in St. Matthew. The shaken beef is incredible, and the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork are refreshing. If you’re in the mood for something fun, try the Saigon noodles. Big thanks to Chris for always making us feel at home. It’s a family owned place that puts so much care into their food.

Google
A humble, locally-owned setting (which we like) with some genuinely delicious Vietnamese food. The Green Curry though! Num Num at NamNam!! :-) That’s Chris in the photo. He’s excellent & very photogenic!!

I don’t know how I’ve lived here my entire life and today was my first time dining here! Stepping through the door was like stepping through a portal that sent us to Vietnam! The only thing missing were the sounds of motorcycles and horns on constant loop. I remember jokingly commenting to my girlfriend that “a difference is that the chairs are much nicer here.” To tag alongside the atmosphere, the food was delicious! I had the Combination Pho and the broth was packed with flavor! I didn’t even need to add hoisin to it; a rarity with pho made anywhere outside of the comfort of home. My girlfriend, who usually always has leftovers to take home, cleaned her plate while only singing praise to her beef rice platter! The peanut sauce really stood out to us. Chris only added to the atmosphere as well in all the great ways. He was welcoming but in the same way a family member would be if you were coming over for the holidays. We loved it here and we will definitely be returning!

The food at Nam Nam is Nummy! We ordered the namnam roll and the crepe. The lady waiting on us told us that those two dishes would take longer to prepare. That was fine with us as we were in no hurry. While we waited, we enjoyed the richest, creamiest iced coffee. The food came in about fifteen or twenty minutes. It was well worth the wait! Both dishes were excellent. I have to say that the Vietnamese crepe was done right - a feat that not many other restaurants can claim. And, the service was attentive. Please note that you should come here for the food, not the ambience. We were seated in a sort of makeshift extension. It made for an interesting experience which I won't describe here - you can see for yourself - except to say that it was tidy and air-conditioned.

So delicious!! I wish we had quality like this place, where I live. I really enjoyed the Pho beef soup, it was so fresh and yummy. Definitely, will be back when I visit again. 😊

me & my pup were very satisfied - look at her smile! my very first Bahn Mi didn't disappoint, taste so refreshing & savory. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Server was super accommodating & friendly with my pittie, he even gave her couple pieces of beef and bowl of water. We ate outside and didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. Food for the Soul!!!

Was in town visiting friends where we came here to dine. Food was phenomenal. Staff were very friendly, respectful and eager to help. The place was very clean and neat and the atmosphere was absolutely great. Will come next time around for sure!!

Yelp
Don't let the outside of this location fool you! Once inside it's a smaller fine in area, not the fanciest place but has original warmth and coziness of a a good diner. Food selection is pretty awesome and for bubble tea you can opt for almond milk for non-dairy. Service was a tad slow because the place was hopping with dine in and carry out. But our waiter was superb. Our order consisted of: Summer Rolls (2)1 Mi Xao and tufu Bun Bo Hue$14.75 Banh Mi w/LG Stone Cross Farms Pork Red Curry Chicken (hormone free) Thai Tea Boba Pho Tenderloin (Tai) Nomake Mighty swell cherry Everything was to par and more. Now that I know where his place is; I'll be back!

Yelp
I love me some Vietnamese food, and this definitely satisfied my craving. I was in the area and got a couple of entrees for "now and later". The food hit just as hard the next day being reheated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the visit here was the beautiful mural they have on the inside. It really was lovely waiting for the takeout and admiring the serenity of the mural. Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
Still my favorite fried rice in Lou! I always order all the ginger dressing and drown it while also adding jalapeños. Yum!

Yelp
We ordered bún bò Huế and bánh xèo. The bún bò Huế didn't have thick noodles which was a bit disappointing. I also asked for mam ruoc (shrimp paste) but the person manning the front didn't know what it was and just said that's a question for some other lady who was not there. Confusing. The bánh xèo was deconstructed; I received the "crepe" portion separate from the stuffing then I combine the two. Such a strange way to serve it.

Yelp
This place is so authentic, we felt like we were being transported to Vietnam. Everything we had was amazing. A come back place for sure

Yelp
The Guy that works the counter is so chill. gave, me a free Beverage because i tipped well. Best spot for a romantic lunch that is delicious but not too expensive . Will be back. One of my faves for to go. I got the Green curry and saigon noodles with beef.

Yelp
This is a tiny place with the very best authentic Vietnamese food anywhere! The food is always delicious and they routinely remember us and bring extra treats to the table.

Yelp
My wife and I took out 9 year old for Lunch today to Namnam. They now had Honey Bobba Tea. My son ordered that and said it was the best he's ever had. We also ordered the Imperial Rolls and a summer Roll, Tofu Binma Sandwich and 3 orders of Pho: Combination Meat, Tofu and shrimp Pho. All smelled delicious and huge portions with side of lime and Chinese Basil plus bean sprouts. Everything else as fresh, hot and generous portions. This has to be the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Louisville and only 2nd to the one I go to in St Louis. Look at the pictures and you be the judge.

Yelp
Visited for the first time today and regret not coming in earlier! The food is amazing!! Got the Saigon noodles which were the perfect amount of spice. Service was impeccable and we were even brought tea to cleanse our pallet, on the house. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Yelp
This was my second banh mi so I don't consider myself an aficionado. The banh mi was terrible. The bread was stale. The cilantro was overpowering. The meat was tough, not tender. It sucks because it is close to home and the service was great. Curbside pickup was ready when I got there. Won't be back and may shy away from banh mi. Really disappointed in this one.

Yelp
the food here is good & the owners are super cool. I always get the mi xiao with chicken, def recommend

Yelp
Delicious vermicelli bowl with chicken. Chicken has a great charred flavor, and the fresh mint and veggies mixed in were ‍. Hit the spot. Will be back!

Yelp
Ambiance: cute hole in the wall place. The food has gotten expensive but most of everything I've eaten from there has been delicious! Service: Excellent. Make sure to order online if you want to get your food on time. Sometimes that they are busy with online orders that you might have to wait 5-15 minutes in your car. They usually bring your items to your car. Food: Overall pretty tasty and well prepared. One time though the large Vietnamese Crepe was WAY over cooked and burnt so have been hesitant to order it again. I wish the amount of the green curry was a lot more for the cost. The other entrees, you do receive the quantity and quality for your buck. My go to entrees: The BEST - shrimp fried rice. Their shrimps are plump and juicy. The fried rice itself is really tasty and seasoned well. Can't get enough. Buddha Roll Namnam Roll Green Curry Vermicelli Bowl with Imperial Roll

Yelp
I tried the beef noodle soup and it was better than any I have ever had. (And I have had a lot of beef noodle soups) Their beef was local and the flavor was like nothing I have ever had before. Service was super friendly. Would come again.

Katie H.

Yelp
I've never dined in, only carry-out / delivery. However the flavors never faulter from restaurant to destination, and if I'm sitting waiting for my meal, the owner has given me samples of tasty drinks for free. Always greeted with a smile and the service is always professional and prompt. The seal on this deal is that I've never had a bad green curry from here and I suspect I never will.

Yelp
my fave to- go spot in louisville . Been going here since i was a kid . you cant go wrong with anything on the menu . staff always cool as well

Yelp
Loved my time here today. Swung thru on a recommendation from a friend and it did NOT disappoint. Overwhelmed by the expansive menu I took the chef's recommendations. I had a seared grass-fed beef and vermicelli noodle dish and also added the summer rolls. I devoured the summer rolls with beef, shrimp, and tasty mint (the heavy-hitter and perfect for spring), and then I honestly thought "there's no way I can eat my main dish after that" and asked for a to-go box when it arrived. Then I crushed damn near the whole thing. It was brisk, bright, full of flavor, cold and hot met in the middle with the noodles. I could nerd out on details, but just know it was SO good. I put my few leftovers in a to-go and dipped, only to be met in the parking lot by Chef with an extra helping of the sauce for the dish, cause he knows what leftovers be like. A lovely place with outdoor seating, a tidy little indoor area, and yes, the food was great, but I also felt cared for. Can't wait to take friends back there soon. High five.

Yelp
Wow, how have I not visited Namnam Cafe in so long? Well, I guess I didn't visit this time either; I got delivery. But still, delicious food. I ordered the summer rolls to start. These shrimp, lettuce, vermicelli and steak rolls were expertly made and large. With the peanut sauce, these tasted so good. My lunch entree was the Saigon noodles, which are similar to Singapore noodles I've gotten elsewhere. These though are in a more loose sauce and tasted like they have more spice in them. Maybe a hint of cinnamon? And wow, even at medium, these were HOT. So if your tastebuds are weak, like mine, just know that going in. I also got a Thai tea bubble tea -- because why not? When you see bubble tea on the menu, you get bubble tea. Thai tea is one of my favorites as well, so that plus boba is a hit. My food was prepared and delivery fast, and what a fun lunch. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. It's family owned and the food is fantastic and fresh. I love that they have grass fed beef as an option for their meals. My family's favorite pork fried rice with stone cross farms pork, or the pho! I think I order Saigon noodles with beef the most for myself.

Yelp
This location is strictly pickup/ takeout (and I believe delivery?) but definitely not doing fine in right now, just FTI! I ordered my dinner online and was NOT disappointed. Got a lemongrass vermicelli with tofu and was not disappointed. The flavors were fresh and bursting. The tofu was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. I also had the avocado Thai roll which was good! Nothing special but certainly different than other spring/ summer rolls I have had because of the avocado and worth trying! Overall, I'd absolutely order from here again and recommend it to any friend wanting to have dinner at home and looking for something fresher than your basic takeout/ pizza!!

Marian B.

Yelp
The food at Namnam Cafe is excellent, service is good, and ambiance leaves much to be desired. We devoured everything and would recommend this little cafe to anyone who enjoys Vietnamese food.

Yelp
After trying a handful of other Vietnamese places, this is one of my top 3. It falls short from being my number 1 because it's a little...pricey. The prices reflect the area of town. St. Matthews isn't all that cheap and I get it if they need to price food higher to make rent and profits. Still, I felt like the portion size was smaller than what I would get at Annie's down in Beechmont. The menu has a good number of options though and they do have a parking lot. The building is kinda tucked away off of Shelbyville Rd. Anyway, my sister and I ordered to pick up curbside since COVID-19 won't let anyone go inside. I got the vermicelli bowl with chicken and pork, while my sister got the Saigon noodles. The food was tasty, but not as flavorful as Annie's. The imperial rolls were just alright. It's a mixture of shrimp and pork. Nothing special regarding flavor. I don't mind trying other stuff of the menu. It's also the closest Vietnamese place to me, so I'm sure I'll return. A staff member was super friendly and came out to give us our food at the car. Kudos to all these folks who are putting themselves on the line!

Zack P.

Yelp
Authentic, Fresh and Delicious! Must try this Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of St. Matthews. Everything on the menu is amazing - very nice portions for the prices and super tasty! The Pho with Imperial rolls are personal favorites and always a satisfying meal for the soul.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was good, not great. Might give it another try just to see if I'm being fair. Otherwise I think I will try someplace else for pho.

Yelp
Love this restaurant & the food is authentic. Service is fabulous & recommend this place.

Yelp
Got my food via doordash. Usually the dine in experience is always amazing along with the wonderful tasteful menu.. However, this time, I wish they would have used a better cut of meat. It tasted very irony (though, they put plenty of meat there) and I wished they used the meatball with tendons in it. Other than that, the soup tasted very good and it was not oily. The delivery only took 25 mins and they served a lot of toppings. It was only $12 plus tip if you have the dash pass.

Yelp
Louisville is no Little Saigon or Houston, but even so, one knows this place doesn't cater towards ethnic standards when they don't even serve chop sticks unless specifically asked. Food: Phở: bland broth, smells of star anise and not much else. Very little meat. Basil all bruised not fresh. No "ngò gai" Bánh xèo (crepe): this is a dish where you wrap red leaf or Boston lettuce over the banh xèo and dip it in fish sauce. On the menu, lettuce and herbs are available for an extra charge. Fine, we were willing to pay extra (it is like ordering a baked potato and paying for sour cream and green onion topping), however the restaurant only had romaine lettuce (not great for wrapping), no mint, cilantro or picked carrots... the crepe came out quite oily, and packed full of bean sprouts. The only good thing is that they were generous with the shrimp (my mom uses very small shrimp as she is more concerned with the shape of the crepe) Drink: they serve Rishi tea. For $4 / tea bag. I want my complementary pot of cheap Asian jasmine tea! Ambience: cute little place in St Matthews. Service: attentive non-Vietnamese waitress. Compared to the typical surly Asian server with broken-English I would say good service. However not super knowledgeable Won't be back.

Yelp
I have only had takeout from Namnam but it was one of the best takeout experiences I have had since COVID began. Right when I pulled up, an employee was at my window, told me my order was just bagged up, and I was on my way in less than a minute and it was still fresh when I got home. I love love loved the lychee slushy and was excited to see they had bubble tea. It's probably not a good thing that I know about it now because I will want it every day. As for the food, I had Buddha rolls and Saigon noodles and my husband had imperial rolls and green curry. I am not really a big fun of summer rolls. Though the Buddha roll is one of the better ones I've had and I loved the sauce, I think they're just not my thing. I wish there was a meatless Imperial roll because I don't eat pork, but love a crispy spring roll. My Saigon noodles had great flavor and the perfect level of spice but were very stuck together so maybe this is a dish that's better served for dining in. My husband enjoyed his curry and imperial rolls but did not care for the nuoc mam sauce. Overall, we had fantastic service, delicious drinks, and while the food wasn't perfect, it was pretty solid and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back to try more teas and other menu items and hope to update after dining in.

Yelp
I honestly don't give a damn damn If you love the food here at Namnam And I hate to cause trouble But I'd rather eat Rubble And be Barney and babysit Bam Bam One of my least impressive food experiences in Kentucky and that is saying a lot because I have rarely had a really good meal in Kentucky. The Banh Mi sandwich was slathered in mayo and didn't really taste like too much. If it was the same price as most Vietnamese sandwiches which is in the three to five range then I would have given them four stars because it was decent if not good. However at $8 50 and with four extra dollars for the Vietnamese coffee I can't really be generous. Plus people in Louisville are raving about this and I can only imagine it's because either they don't have good taste or they haven't tried the real thing. Perhaps if I hadn't tried the real thing I would find this good. It's a shame because my server was an absolute angel and I loved him and he was super nice to me. I tipped him handsomely. But sometimes you can tell about the owners of a place and if you look around, the signs here tell you everything you need to know. They won't take credit cards for under $10. You know how much they're charging. And there is a very rude and abrupt and abrasive sign that insists that if you order at the counter that you may not sit down and eat your food. Since I was only eating about a quarter of it or less, once I tasted how bad it was that was exactly what I had planned to do. Well this way they definitely got themselves a tip but I have to say that being spoken to like I'm a naughty 5 year old when I'm spending my money on overpriced double priced bland not very Vietnamese sandwiches, doesn't exactly push me towards being generous with my rating.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorite places in Louisville for Pho (traditional Vietnamese broth/soup) and Bun Bo Hue (very spicy soup)! The Shaking Beef is great too!

Yelp
Six years later, Namnam remains a favorite of mine and a place where I love to swing by for carry out or to grab a delicious bite to eat with friends. I love the intimate atmosphere, the option for outdoor dining in nice weather, the family-owned element and the friendly servers. While I have my favorite dishes, if Asian food is your thing (like it is mine), you probably cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Colder weather has me craving a comforting bowl of Pho of any flavor with all of the herbs, summertime means Buddha rolls, the tacos, or a Vermicelli bowl. And while I don't order them as frequently, the Saigon Noodles and curries always hit the spot for something a little spicy. It never fails: the portions are generous and I tell myself that "this time I will get a box for the rest of my meal." I don't think that has ever happened yet, I typically end up cleaning my plate. Visit Namnam for some tasty Vietnamese and you will probably find that it's one of your favorite spots as well!

Yelp
The setting: an unassuming little place tucked away on Wallace Ave. There is a cozy patio with outdoor seating, as well as plenty of tables inside. They also offer carryout. The service: efficient, friendly, accommodating, and our water glasses never ran dry. The food: mmm... avocado rolls were literally STUFFED with avocado and veggies. The dipping sauce was so good I may have licked out the bowl. Maybe. The veggie pho was also fantastic, with a perfect balance of noodles, veggies, and broth. Of note - they're closed on Mondays, so make sure you check your calendar before heading over.

Yelp
Wanna know how much takeout we've got here in the last few weeks? I'm not gonna tell you, because I'm ashamed. I've loved NamNam since we moved into St.Matthews last year. It's always consistent and always prompt. And to be honest with you, I need some consistency as these scary days drag on. It's like a warm little hug...everything is all right in my world when I'm eating this food. Doesn't that sound like an unhealthy coping mechanism one might hear uttered on a TLC show? I don't care. We gotta get peace of mind any way that we can right now. This is my peace of mind. Please come support NamNam! You deserve a warm little hug too :D
google avatar

Yelp
Super hole in the wall spot. Kind of hidden/does not look like much from the outisde, but it is a hidden gem! I love ginger salad and theirs is really good. Service is always good and staff is friendly.

Yelp
Top notch. Pre-vegan, my partner and I were suuuper into the shaking beef here. Put it this way: Do you like filet mignon? How about a lot of it, perfectly seasoned and tenderly cooked, with lots of vegetables and perfect rice? Or, veg friends, try the green curry. It's veg-friendly (sans fish sauce) and so perfectly spicy. The rice is always perfectly cooked, and if you add some Buddha rolls to the order, you've got plenty to split between two people for under $30. Oh, and the boba tea. THE BOBA TEA. Taro, coconut, and melon are three flavors that immediately come to mind. There's at least a few more. And guess what? You can get them with almond milk instead of dairy. They aren't overly sweet, and they're made to order. The best part of Namnam, though, is the service. The folks here know what they're doing, and they care about making good food. I've been getting takeout or delivery here *basically weekly* as a treat meal during COVID-19 and not only is the food always fresh, the employees I've spoken with on the phone or during an order handoff are genuinely interested in providing a good meal, graciously, and they wear masks. They answer questions patiently and are familiar not just with the menu but with the ingredients and flavors in each dish. The only reason this is a 4-star review instead of 5-star is because the takeout is packaged in styrofoam and a couple layers of plastic bags. Namnam, I love you all but I also don't want to put all this plastic into the world! Will update with five stars if we ever get to a post-styrofoam place. Pro-tip to the other folks ordering pickup/takeout (NOT applicable to delivery): Order on the Namnam website instead of Doordash to save a few $$. Extra pro-tip: Bring cash to tip the staff upon pickup. Boom!

Rose R.

Yelp
Not sure why I ordered from them again after my last order wasn't correct. This time, my avocado roll didn't have avocado but parts of a pig. Trashed. Requested brown rice and received 2 heaping orders of white and a small container of stale brown rice. The eggplant dish had 5 pieces of eggplant and minimal sauce. And the curry dish was a half order as it didn't fill the container as usual. Called but their mailbox is full. I recommend going to the other restaurant across the way from them. Way better, organized and always a delicious meal the way I requested.

Patricia E.

Yelp
I cannot order anything else but shrimp pancake. My friends and family enjoy the entire menu but I am so obsessed by the pancake... so good

Yelp
I haven't been here in ages because I've been going to District 6 mainly, but I revisited here a few days and need to get this back in the rotation. We got take out on a super busy evening unfortunately so the service was slow, but the food was still delicious. I got the vermicelli bowl with pork and my husband got the Saigon noodles. I actually like the vermicelli bowls here better than District 6 because it's slightly more flavorful and less salty. The Saigon noodles are essentially vermicelli in a Vietnamese curry sauce and they were amazing and so unexpected. Another bonus of this place is THEY HAVE BOBA. That alone earns major points in my book. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in the Ville. So so good. Lots of healthy options!!!!! They have something for literally everyone. Super cute place too. Always really friendly and nice staff and quick service. You can online order and they'll bring it out to you. Always get the bubble tea too, it's really good. (I get the coconut milk one.) I daydream about this place the food is so good. No cap.
google avatar

Rick M.

Yelp
First time here. They seem to do a lot more take out then dine in. I had the bun bo hue and it was pretty good. It was lacking blood cake and tendon. The only condiments on the table were hoisin and sirachi. I would have liked some fish sauce. I asked for chili oil and I was given sambal oelek. Chili paste with garlic. The soup on the menu was $11. My bill was $12.75 so I'm guessing they charged me for 2 tablespoons of chili paste. The food was tasty, the service and charges are odd.

Yelp
Dive? Nah... Fancy? Nope. Just right in between. Great food and fair pricing. This has become a spot that I visit once every 2-3 weeks. Sometimes I literally just come here for the amazing iced coffee. It's THAT good. My go to food order is the avocado spring rolls and either a Bahn Mi, or the lemongrass organic beef tacos! Crazy good. My only complaints are that it's a little dirty ( not gross )sometimes and I've had a couple of very forgetful servers. Not a big deal. Oh, I forgot about the bubble tea. It's super tasty. I usually give a pretty lengthy review, but this is kind of a simple operation. Definitely go check it out! Little corner spot in St Matt's that is the perfect place to bring your foodie friends. Cheers!

Yelp
Gave this place a try as I was on the hunt for some Pho. On the cold Friday night, we walked into a smallish space but were immediately greeted by friendly staff who found us a table. Ordered the tendon beef pho which I was surprised to see used grass fed local beef--big plus! The Pho was pretty solid. Broth had great flavor and balance. Got all my sides (jalapeño, lime, sprouts) that I requested. Waiter was even super chill when I asked for like 4 different sauces to add to my pho :) Only disappointed they didn't have a seafood Pho but I super love but what they do have is great and worth popping in for!

Yelp
Oh holy smokes this place is good. Husband and I found ourselves there one evening when our air conditioner at home was broken and we took the "way too hot to cook in here" opportunity to try a new place. Since it was so hot, I was really craving something light and fresh. Keeping it real--this place looks verrrry unassuming. Part of the dining room is kinda like a tent? We seated ourselves in the main dining room, which was clean and minimalist. Our server brought menus and was very attentive. Husband had red curry noodles with shrimp and I had the vermicelli bowl with pork. He loved the curry but I gotta really tell you all about this vermicelli bowl. It was so delicious. Everything but the pork was cold. The base was half lettuce, half vermicelli. Topped with thin sliced, really well seasoned pork; julienned carrot and cucumber; bean sprouts; and sprinkled with crushed peanuts and scallions. It also came with a delicious sauce--kind of a sweet & sour thing, but very thin. I chose not to pour mine over but rather to dip. It totally hit the spot when it was blazing hot outside and I was craving freshness. I'm excited to go back to Namnam and try more things, but that vermicelli bowl will be calling my name.

Yelp
Lemongrass chicken rice platter is delicious! It comes with salad/sweet chili dressing, lemongrass chicken sautéed, and rice!

Yelp
Tiny place and I think only carry-out now. The food is always delicious. Love the summer rolls, the house salad and the chicken pho. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Best pho in town. I keep trying other places and always end up back here. This time I got the Bún bò Huê and asked for their highest spice level. They put scorpion pepper oil in it and not only is the soup super spicy, but it still has a ton of flavor. Needs nothing added. Everything comes out super fast when I've been here. The restaurant itself is very quaint, but also very clean. The servers are always really nice and helpful if you don't know what something is. Not great for large parties but good for carry out! Definitely a place you should check out if you are needing a hot bowl of soup on a cold day.

Yelp
I have been meaning to eat here and finally did so tonight. And now I'm kicking myself for not trying Namnam sooner! Everything was so good! I loved the imperial rolls, bahn mi sandwich, Saigon noodles, and viet tacos. They're only doing takeout now but you can pick up your food and eat on their outside patio. Staff was great, super friendly. Will definitely go back!

Yelp
Divey place. That's not a negative. Thought we were going to have bad service when we walked in because the guy was super tired, but he still managed to be pleasant and give us suggestions and tips for the meal. Both my son and I had pho. Good stuff.
