First I would like to say that Namale is not just a vacation, it is an experience…one that we are both so happy we were able to have and I would like to thank the entire staff for making this trip such a memorable experience.||When we arrived in Savusavu, our ride from Namale was waiting for us and when we got to the resort there were a group of the staff singing a welcome song and when we left, they sang us a goodbye song that almost made me cry. There was a little bit of a mix up with our room but Nowdla, the manager, quickly took care of that for us and no issue was too small or too big for her to take care of immediately. We stayed in Tabua and it was perfect. They do have very nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion so you can keep that at home unless you cannot do without your own.||One thing that was really cool is you design a concrete brick at the end of your stay and they place it on the grounds.||The staff were so happy and pleasant and were always there making sure you had everything you needed.||The food was amazing! I am gluten free and they were always trying to make me some new tasty treats….with much success lol. There are two restaurants, one which serves breakfast and lunch and room service and the main one which serves all meals. The main one has pretty healthy foods, not much fried at all and the other serves pizza, burgers, fries, etc. Ladies, in the main restaurant, you do not wear shoes so do not bring many shoes, you do not need them for dining! Men, wear your flip flops and you do not need long pants for meals. ||They do have snorkel gear and reef shoes if you would prefer not to pack your own. Snorkeling is amazing….like being in a movie.||The spa is a definite must! My husband and I went twice and they were absolutely fabulous!||We truly loved this place, very private, not noisy….peaceful.i cannot remember every name but the ones we were around the most, Doreen, Joe, Filo, Sumo, Rosi, Takosi, Mili, Lodi, Paul, Donna, Fiu, thank you and my sincere apologies to those I had missed.
