They are only doing Togo orders because their ac is still broke! I just wanted to share my experience! I was greeted immediately, my order was correct, fresh & flavorful! The workers are continuously working in the Texas heat without ac and still making amazing meals. This is our second time coming but we plan to order (only while ac is broke) once a month to enjoy this wonderful meal! Thank you for still running your business even without ac. It shows how much you truly care about your business, the customers and the food! Thank you!

Google
Fantastic Indian restaurant! Stopped here on my way from Las Vegas to Dallas and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was warm and attentive, the food quality was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The ambiance was inviting and clean overall, a great dining experience. I’ll definitely make it a point to stop here again next time I’m passing through.

Was in Wichita Falls for a work trip & went to Namaste Indian for dinner. It was a good homely food & hostess was very friendly. Food was served timely and was as good as Indian food in US gets. Would surely go again if I’m there !

Super delicious!!!! We eat Indian all over the country (we have been full time RV traveling for the past 5.5 years) and this is some of the best Indian food we've had. The fresh green juice was soooo good I got two! Spinach pakoras were perfection. The cauliflower Gobi Manchurian was delicious great recommendation from the waitress for my food allergies (gluten free, vegan, allergic to dairy, eggs peanuts and almonds) Hubs loved the chicken Tikka and tandoori chicken.

Google
Oh man this place was fantastic I truly mean that. Food was taking a little while, we only noticed because we were so hungry but when it came out oh it was so worth it. You can tell from the first bite that it was freshly made and was homemade not a fast food pre prep kind of dish. First time going here but definitely not the last time. Next time we are in town we are sure to eat here again. Server was very nice and the place was nice with a home feel.

Google
They don't have my favorite dish that every Indian restaurant has and they don't have a buffet. The chicken wasn't bad but it was average. Regardless, I am giving it an overall rating of five stars because I am NOT next to the owner right now and I am NOT in fear for my life right now.

Google
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My husband and I were craving Indian and found Namaste, and we’re so glad we did. The waitress was very kind and attentive, and the food—when it came, oh my—was DELICIOUS! I got the Chana Masala and my husband got the chicken tikka masala. If we lived here, we’d be going here for dinner regularly. Thank you for a great experience, Namaste!

Google
Took the family here for dinner. Was a little over an hour drive from Oklahoma. Well worth it to me. Waitress was very friendly and helped us pick things we would enjoy. Delicious food and clean restaurant.

Yelp
Air temp was warm and lighting was low, but food was to die for. By the first bite of my meal I was ready to storm in the kitchen and give the chef a big fat kiss! By far the best food Ive ever had in my whole 16 years of living. It really takes the cake. XOXO MWAH (P.S. ORDER BUTTER CHICKEN!!! SO GOOD.)

Yelp
5 star because I love the food wanted to post 1 star because the sign on the door says "TO GO ONLY". Bummer. They'll never make it that way imo. I hope the best for them and hopefully they'll figure it out.

Yelp
Everything was top notch. The Vegetable Curry was by far the best though. Highly recommend. I wish I got to try the naan but they had already run out by 5:30. And, the wait for takeout was over an hour. Popular place, so plan accordingly

Yelp
We had the chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani. All were very good. Prices and portion sizes were both decent. They seemed a little understaffed, possibly because the night before Thanksgiving, but service was still pretty quick.

Yelp
Average at best. Service sucked but they did apologize multiple times so I'll give them a pass. They didn't clean one table while we were there thankfully they had a booth available. Ordered samosas, beef meatballs, a chicken tikka masala. Samosas I'd give a 7/10 good flavor and the chutneys were decent. The "beef meatballs" are exactly that lol they are the frozen Italian meat balls you typically get at a grocery store. The sauce is good but overall 4/10. The chicken masala was a 7/10 again sauce made the dish. The rice is over cooked mush I don't even think it's basmati rice. I won't be going back.

Hantastic D.

Yelp
The only thing I don't like is it took me three years to learn this place existed! It's a little different than back east, you don't get the cracker type bread. The samosas don't come with much filling, they were still good, but that would've made them outstanding. The chicken curry and naan were delicious!! I will definitely be back. Service was great, too. The young lady was very nice.

Yelp
Wow, delicious food. We dined in, and it was a bit unorganized (food came out at all different times, we had to ask for water 3 times) but I DO NOT MIND at all given how amazing the food is. We had two types of naan, chicken curry, cauliflower 65, and the Biryani. My least fav was the cauliflower but only because I personally don't like a lot of breading- the flavor was great and I'd prob still order it again. The two other dishes were some of the tastiest Indian dishes I have had- my husband is from Kashmir so we eat a LOT of Indian food. This place is a gem. Lucky folks in Wichita Falls to have this option!

Yelp
Came from California on a business trip. Their tika masala chicken is amazing Generous portions & delicious sauces
google avatar

Yelp
Very authentic and flavorful made with a lot of preparation and dedication to providing authentic Indian cuisine. My favorite is the tandoori chicken.

Julie S.

Yelp
Had delivery, it was good, but the semiya payasam was soupy and didn't have almonds or vermicelli.
google avatar

Yelp
I really enjoy authentic Indian food and this is definitely the spot to get that. However, I don't like that they steer everyone to the buffet (I got food poisoning once from a buffet) and it cost significantly more to order off the menu when I last went a year or so ago. However the food is definitely worth the trip if you're looking for Amazon Indian food!!

Tammy S.

Yelp
Not very authentic flavor Just tastes like cumin and tomato. Chicken doesn't taste fresh either.

Yelp
I give this four stars as the chicken tikka masala had great flavor and the meat was very tender, but make sure if you don't like your taste buds run over like a rabbit on the freeway that you tell them to give you the Americanized version. I have been eating Indian food for awhile now, but I've never had it so spicy that a third of the way through the meal I had to quit because I knew if I didn't it would kill me later. Maybe it's a Texas thing, because in Arizona this has never been an issue. The first time I tried Indian food was 30 years ago in Dallas, and at the time it was so spicy that it made me sweat and turn apoplectic, and it was another 20 years before I tried it again. I am glad I eventually did because I found I really enjoy the flavor of the spices so long as the cook isn't trying to prove anything. I often hear places say things like "We cook it the traditional way" but without taking into account their customers background they risk scaring off future visits from clientele. If they want their customers to have options, like most Indian food restaurants you go into, they can ask you how much of a kick you want it to have. Odds are they would have more repeat customers that way.

Yelp
Food was super tasty. We had the non-veg Thali and chicken biryani. Each dish was classic Indian with good spice level. The jasmine rice and naan was fresh and hot. We enjoyed a mango lassi after complements of the owner! Very nice. The server was the friendliest and most "on the ball" server in a long long time. For Indian "off the beaten path" I would say a great find! We eat Indian all over the world. This place can hold its own. Go eat there!
google avatar

Yelp
What an amazing food experience! Walked in thinking I made a mistake but service was great and the food was great!! I will be back.

Alejandro A.

Yelp
The best Indian food I ever had, every bite is flavorful, delicious & authentic cusine. The staff are friendly, welcoming and lovely people.

Yelp
This was the best food we have had since moving here! We were new to Indian food and LOVED everything!!! The only thing better than the food was the incredible service! Some of our favorite things were the green lemonade, the naan, and everything else!
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
This is my first time and WOW the Mushroom Pepper Fry is divine! Perfect balance of sweet, heat, crunch, chew... I am now obsessed! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable on the ingredients and what to avoid based on my dietary restrictions- which is a hard thing to find and much appreciated!

Yelp
Great place to get authentic Indian food. Plenty of space. Everything I tried was good. Drinks are good. Not a bad experience at all. Great service.

Sally G.

Yelp
The best Indian food within 200 miles. Fresh, authentic and delicious. Good service. Atmosphere is clean and quiet with Indian music.

Lauren C.

Yelp
Food is always hot, fresh and flavorful!! Service is kind and communicates well. The restaurant is peaceful to sit in and enjoy your food.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow! This food was delicious!!!!!!!! Everything was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately had to drop down a star because f the service. The waitress was nice but MIA most of the night. Had to get up to get plates and silverware for party.

Yelp
Y'all this is seriously the best Indian food I've ever had. And I grew up in Houston, where half my friends were Indian, so I've had some seriously awesome Indian food in my life. The buffet is only on Sunday but there is a sampler platter available all the time that is a mini version of the buffet if you have to go on a non-Sunday. Going to make this place a regular thing. Absolutely get the gulab jamun, it's life changing. There are lots of vegetarian options, but not many vegan. Worth it. Also worth noting is how clean and updated the bathroom is.

chris p.

Yelp
We were very happy with both the vegetarian dinner and the meat dinner. There were about five items on each platter in addition to rice, naan, and a desert. All of the items were fresh and tasty. The service was great. We reheated it the next day for lunch, and it was almost as good the second time. It seems like they do a brisk delivery business as quite a few drivers, and diners, picked up orders to go. We ate in the restaurant.

Yelp
I came with a large group and at times our waitress was too busy to stop back by, but her service was otherwise excellent. The Paneer Tikka Masala is the perfect balance of salty paneer cheese, sweet and smoky red pepper sauce, and zesty seasonings. Paired with buttery garlic naan and fragrant basmati rice it's so delicious and filling I had to take half home. I made sure to save room for a nice cooling mango lassi! When you finish your meal and pay out, don't forget a small scoop of the fragrant spices and fennel seeds out of the bowl by the register. It cleans your breath so there's no trace of your delicious meal. Be warned - the flavors in that bowl range from earthy to perfumey dominated by fennel, which tastes like licorice (if you didn't already know).

Yelp
The food was really good and our waitress was super nice and prompt. My friends first time eating Indian food and this place didn't disappoint. He noticed the kitchen staff were being very clean wearing the proper attire to protect the food. The bathrooms were clean and you can tell the place really invest into their restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the chicken Masala and it came full of bones. Was a surprise when I took a bite Of chicken and it was bones. Not meat... Naan is good though

Yelp
Best Indian Resturant in Wichita Falls, I hope local area supports. This Indian Food is just as good as anything in the Metroplex. Try for yourself. It's the flavors and textures of the dishes that are spot on. I have not eaten in India, but have ate at a lot of Indian Restaurants and shopped at many Indian Markets. As a Foodie and a person with Friends who came from India, it pleases me to say, that this Resturant is serving Indian Food that is every bit as good as famous Indian Restaurants in large cities. The atmosphere is quite casual, the food is served buffet style. The buffet is kept up quite nicely and fresh Naan bread is brought out ever so often.

Katie D.

Yelp
Great food! Tried the chicken 365, garlic naan, chicken biryani and chicken tikka. Medium spicy is quite spicy but in a good way. Food ready on time and very warm/freshly cooked

Laura D.

Yelp
Walked over from Hilton hotel complex for a take out order about half hour before closing on a Sunday night. The food was fantastic--tandoori chicken, naan and Chicken Biryani. The service was prompt and efficient. The inside dining atmosphere left a lot to be desired from my vantage point so I was glad to be doing takeout. But, it was half hour before closing.
google avatar

Lanny T.

Yelp
Small but good menu. Nice employees just didn't notice when customers came in. Maybe install a bell or something. The chicken soup dish was awesome. I like it spicey. It's my fault for not asking for it. Overall good.
google avatar

Alycia M.

Yelp
Ok so I ordered the Tandoori chicken and it was decent, it could've used a bit more seasoning. You better ask for rice because it's not standard with the meal. Nor is bread, just meat. Now the Masala Chai is disgusting. They put oil or butter in the chai which should never be done! It was a thick oil on my tea. I dumped them both out. I make chai from scratch and this shouldn't be served to anyone unless they are looking to clog their arteries.

Danny D.

Yelp
The food and service were good. However, the meal was a bit too expensive for the portion size.
google avatar

Josh R.

Yelp
Place needs some help. Understaffed and slow. Dishes left out on dirty tables. Took a long time just to get water. I know Indian food takes awhile to cook but we waited for 1 hour after ordering food and it was not busy. Food was good but portion kind of small. Spent a total of 1 hr 45 min here just to eat. If you have nothing better to do, enjoy!
google avatar

Rashid A.

Yelp
Loved the taste of freshly cooked Indian Buffet. They had both veg and non-veg. Excellent combination of spices. Do try their Mango Lassi, very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly, loved the restaurant.
google avatar

Brenda W.

Yelp
Curry prevents cancer. Hot spicy foods also prevent cancers. India has little stomach or colon cancers and their children play in sewage water. Good immune systems growing up with less medicines.

Andy B.

Yelp
We came in late, but they still did a take-out order for us, chicken and Lamb masala. Absolutely fantastic! Even after finishing the leftovers the next day, we both agreed again that the food was great.

Yelp
Extremely underrated. This is the kind of restaurant that would be packed out wall to wall in a food capital like New York. Unfortunately, its given demographic of North Texas does not drift far from what it knows and is accustomed; regardless of quality. This is the kind of place that starts hours before open, preps the food, and develops its incredible flavors slowly and methodically. Its sad to see that during covid they've had to resort to donations through Go fund me to pick up financial slack , while places like Samurai of Tokyo, which serve a literal ball of butter with each serving of fried rice, continues to thrive. If this place goes out of business it will be like van gogh dying. A true entity of artistry going away unknown and out of popular opinion. Thank you for caring Namaste, - Cheese boy 95

Yelp
Happened upon this place today and decided to give it a try. First off, the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. The employees were friendly and kind. Restrooms were clean. They had a Vegan buffet that we decided to try - it was absolutely delicious! All the food was fresh and prepared fabulously. And the price you can't beat! We will definitely come back!!

Benjamin I.

Yelp
Arranged to have dinner with friends tonight at Namaste. We were all super excited. As soon as I open the door, I'm greeted by a blank-faced girl behind the counter. The first words out of her mouth are: "We're closed." Mind you, the time is 6:pm. They're supposed to close at 8. "We're understaffed, she said, "But we can do to go orders with a wait time of 40 minutes." No thanks, Namaste. Ironically, we ended up going next door to Sakura where the owner and her one helper managed to take care of ALL of their customers! After today, we won't be going back Namaste. Hopefully Wichita Falls eventually gets a real Indian restaurant.

Michael T.

Yelp
Finally! A restaurant that actually serves great indian food! Have tried so many places that were huge let downs, but not this one. If you're into spices come here and try any of their curries. You will not be disappointed. Very friendly staffs. The cook even came out to check up on you to make sure the food were up to par.
google avatar

Melanie C.

Yelp
Definitely some of the best Indian food I've had in a long time. I ordered the chicken mix platter (not sure if this is what it was actually called) I loved all the little portions allowing me to try different things. And I was excited throughout my entire meal. Everything tasted amazing. I will highly recommend this place to anyone wanting some good Indian food.
google avatar

Jim R.

Yelp
Very good and affordable! They keep the buffet tables freshened every few minutes with well prepared and authentic dishes. It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good. Give them your patronage sometime and see for yourself. They have ample vegan offerings. Plenty of selections for non vegetarians as well. Chutneys, salsas, fruits and sweets as well. *leave me a like or comment if you like my reviews please.

Yelp
Amazing food & service! The place isn't loud& the thali is my favorite!! You get so much food for a good price :)
google avatar

J D.

Yelp
I was craving Indian and this hit the spot. They have a combo platter that offers tons of delicious variety at a very reasonable price. Can't wait to eat here again.
google avatar

Christine N.

Yelp
I ordered through a delivery service when I wanted to try the new Indian food in town.. and WOW! I was absolutely blown away! The food was incredibly flavorful and delicious. We had an assortment of appetizers- the stuffed potato balls were amazing! Their naan was better than any I had personally had before- even for takeaway. My mom said she has never had a chicken curry so good since her time spent in India, that this place was the closest she's had to the dishes she had over there! I'm partial to the chicken tikka masala, but everything we ordered was yummy! I can't wait to visit the restaurant and try a bit of everything available. I can't recommend this place enough!!
google avatar

Nicole O.

Yelp
When I heard that there was a new Indian restaurant in town, I was so interested in trying. My favorite Indian go-to dish is the chicken tikka masala, so of course that is exactly what I ordered. The dish was outstanding and had a BURST of flavor! When making tikka masala sometimes the basmati rice can be undercooked at times, but theirs was cooked JUST right. I would definitely see myself coming back to expand my taste, I was very pleased with the staff, very welcoming! XONO

Yelp
Always great food....just be mindful of the close time between lunch and dinner! The lunch menu is perfectly priced for the amount of food you get. I always enjoy my meals from here

Yelp
I ordered the chicken tikka masala with rice and bread. I give a full five stars it was so delicious. It was spicy but tolerable maybe a 5/6. The bread was really good also and I loved how the sauce tasted on the rice. I will definitely come back and eat here again
