My oh my....
This is based on 3 visits to Namaste Restaurant.
First trip, with Hubs for a Friday evening dinner. Hubs and I tried the Assorted Platter, consists of combination of meat and vegetable (meat & vegetable samosa, chicken & vegetable pakora).
Hubs main entree was Lamb Biryani and I ordered the Shrimp Tandoori. The shrimp is seasoned with fresh spices and roasted in tandoor. Hubs likes his Lamb Biryani and I like the flavor of the Shrimp plus the added bonus the Shrimps were Enormous!! Its rare to get those Enourmous Shrimps in town for a Tandoori dish.
We had the Chai Tea as part of the beverage.

Then the 2nd trip to Namaste Restaurant. Sunday March 29th 2009, for the Buffet. Both Hubs and I are not WOW with the selection, for this I give their buffet 3 stars. While I was there, I confirmed with the staff with regards to my reservation to bring 20 friends for a dinner one of the weekday evenings.

In the afternoon of Thursday April 2nd 2009, I received a call from Namaste Restaurant Staff for my reservation confirmation. It was all set. When I arrived yesterday as usual early, making sure all is well, our table are all prepared for our party. 17 friends and I went to Namaste Restaurant for a Thursday evening dining galore. The dishes that my friends ordered were Nepali Momo, Nepali Chow Chow, Nepali Chili Chicken, Lamb Shahi Korma, Chicken Tandoori, Non-Veggi Thali etc etc.
For that evening, I ordered the Shrimp Vindaloo EXTRA, EXTRA Spicy. When my main entree arrived, the Shrimp Vindaloo is spicy the way I like it, when the spicyness level lingers around my lips and my mouth.
For the beverage, I ordered Rose Lassi. I requested it to be less sweet. It came just right for my taste bud.
Some of my friends like the dishes that they ordered, some have better in other restaurants. All in all, I would give 3.5 to 4 stars for Namaste. I would definitely return but not as yet until I have try all the Indian and Nepali restaurants here in Colorado and compare on what they can or have to offer.
I hope Namaste Restaurant, will be around many more years to come. FYI, Namaste Restaurant is run by families of a father, his sons, cousins and staffs originally from Nepal. The service was prompt and the staffs who I have been communicating were gracious and friendly.
Thank you Namaste Restaurant.
