Nami Beef and Reef

I regularly dine in some of the best restaurants across Europe, and Nami Beef and Reef consistently performs at the very top level. Food: 10/10 Outstanding quality every single time. The beef is exceptional—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and handled with real precision. Whether it’s steak or seafood, execution is flawless and consistent. This is serious quality, not just presentation. Service: 10/10 Professional, attentive, and smooth. Timing is perfect, the team is highly competent, and you feel genuinely well taken care of without any unnecessary interruptions. Ambience & Design: 10/10 Modern, elegant, and atmospheric. The interior design is striking, and the large aquarium creates a unique, upscale setting that immediately sets the tone. Ideal for both special evenings and relaxed high-end dining. Consistency: 10/10 This is what truly stands out. Every visit delivers the same standard—no fluctuations, no compromises. That level of reliability is rare. Just a small effort away from luxury: I would even give 6 stars were it not for some blemishes that really stung my eye. But first, the good stuff. Of course, the food tastes great. Service is excellent—thank you, Szymon, we had a lovely, wellspoken and knowledgable waiter in you. The aquarium is obviously the star here, very unique in Kraków—I haven't seen another saltwater one like it. Even the other tables not next to the aquarium have this high-class, good-taste decoration. The music was beautiful too, and it matched the vibe perfectly. So what more can you ask for, right? Well, for the level of dining we paid for, the food was plated less impressively than it should have been—and from pictures I've seen before, it seems the presentation quality has slipped a bit. But what stung my eye the most was the seemingly neglected state of the furniture: holes and big scratches in plain sight, plus dirty walls and dust everywhere. It left a bad aftertaste. And these are such easy things to fix, which left me a bit confused. Please see the attached pictures and the prices and judge for yourself if i'm being a princess here. All in all a great evening. I hope to visit again—this time, please oblige me by earning 5 (or even more) stars :) Cheers

The atmosphere is fancy, the aquarium is beautiful (small compared to the pictures) and the dishes were very good. The prices were a little to high and dishes were small, tho it is expected from a michellen restaurant. Worth noting, when making a reservation you need to specifically ask to sit near the aquarium, else they will sit you on the other side of the restaurant.

I Came here for my anniversary. The food was nice. Octopus carpaccio was fine, but a little bit too much red pepper as for me. Prawn and tofu gyoza was really tasty 😋. The ribeye steak, recommended by a waitress, however was cooked uneven and as well served on a cold plate. It would be better if it would be served on a warm plate, so much nicer to have meat warm and juicy along the evening. Cocktails that we had were nice, made with passion. Aichi was not sweet, more sour and refreshing. Okinawa was lovely with staying foam and nice mezcal flavour. As for the service, we came two hours before our booking, the restaurant was almost empty. We were greatly welcomed and seated in the kitchen room. I requested to change the table next to the aquarium and we were rejected. The waitress told us the table is available for next hour only. As a compromise, we were seated in the aquarium room. The couple that came after us, was served by a different waitress. As for their request, the table was changed to the one I asked immediately. There might be a cancelled reservation or unfair customer bias. However, we were recommended to note the table we want in our booking for the next time. The restaurant was spotless. Aquarium was in a mint condition as well. I reccomend to focus more on traditional Japanese cuisine dishes if you come, that urumaki ☺️ were the best rolls I've tried in my life.

So amazing, had the lunch II set menu and miso soup. It was all delicious with super service.. walked in at around 1pm on Friday and got a table next to the big tank .. very lucky and a lovely experience! Thank you to Patrice for being so friendly and helpful !

We went for out second anniversary. The best steak and tuna sushi we have ever tasted, actually cut the steak with a fork it was that perfect. Presented in such a beautiful way. Staff were so polite and professional and the location is second to none. Will definitely be going back on our next visit.

my favourite spot for sushi in krakow! Front of house was absolutely lovely so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 from the chefs as usual, i have been a couple times a recommend it to anyone!

There are no words to describe how incredible our experience was, from the brilliant service to the beautiful food, it was out of this world. Justyna was so attentive, and she was so kind, she really made our experience a one to remember. We will be coming back to Krakow, and we will be returning to Nami!
