Namiro Sushi

As someone who has only had Sushi about two times in their life and is still a bit apprehensive on trying new things, Namiro exceeded any expectations and might’ve made me a sushi lover. The sushi? Absolutely outstanding. Every piece was beautifully crafted and incredibly fresh. I highly recommend The Namiro Roll —a perfect balance of flavor and texture. And the service? Also outstanding. Our bartender, Alexa, was attentive, crafted perfect cocktails, and was so friendly. I’d go back just to sit with her and chat at the bar. Also, can’t thank Jon and the other owners enough for the hospitality. Can’t wait to visit again!

Finally, I had the chance to try Namiro Sushi! The sushi selection was great, and the rolls were fantastic! Fresh and flavorful. The cocktails were good, but the wine pours were very little, probably 4oz. I will definitely be back!

We stumbled across this place by mere luck and I’m so glad we did! The food was delicious and at a decent price for the area. The drinks were delicious and well crafted and the service! Douglas our waiter was amazing and really brought so much joy to our night! Thank you for a great service.

A true hidden gem - there has been a void in Southampton for years with no great sushi spots, but those days are over. First of all, the owner, I think his name is Jon, was unbelievably accommodating and charming. Every place has crispy rice and it’s always good, but this was phenomenal. The miso cod melted like butter and the drinks were amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

Charming place. We really enjoyed the outside vibe for a summer evening and the inside bar is quite chic as well. The staff was very friendly and our waiter Doug was attentive and very personable . The sushi was creative and fresh . Was too bz eating and didn’t get pics of the sushi 🫣 (sorry). We had the crispy rice and some oshi something roll to start ( love the Toro IYKYK )😎. Also I wanted a hand roll with the salmon roe and they were happy to oblige 🤓. Will definitely be coming back first chance we get . 👍

So excited about this new gem in town! Beautiful atmosphere and simple but deliciously made dishes. Came in tonight unsure of what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Our waiter Dominic was kind and knowledgeable- the manager checked in and was engaging on the floor- the food was simple but well mastered- and the setting was so posh and refreshing. Definitely going to be coming back with friends on a weekend and trying more of the cocktails they have to offer. Better than Bamboo by a long shot!

Hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in a long time. Namiro completely exceeded expectations. From the moment we sat down, everything just felt right. Our server Bruce was incredible. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The owner Jon had the best energy and made the whole place feel even more special. You can tell how much pride and passion he puts into the restaurant. The food was amazing. We started with the rock shrimp which was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. The crispy rice was packed with flavor, and even the edamame was really good. Everything was simple but done right. Every roll we ordered was incredible, but the Oshsushi was the standout for me. It was warm, flavorful, and melted in your mouth. The Tora and Umami rolls were super fresh and perfectly balanced. The miso cod was buttery and soft and just fell apart in the best way. The Namiro roll was another favorite. Drinks were also a highlight. I had the Emperor’s Margarita which was refreshing and not too sweet. We also tried a few sakes. I’m not usually into sake, but Varun, the bartender, really knew his stuff and walked us through the different types. We ended up with the Baby Heaven sake and it was so smooth and easy to drink. The lighting was great, the parking was easy, and the whole experience just felt effortless. Amazing food, great people, and such a good vibe. I’ll definitely be back and will be telling everyone to check this place out.

The dumplings were well made and delicious with a fantastic secret pepper sauce! Then I tried the Baby Lamb Chops on the appetizer menu and they were outstanding with a beautiful, memorable, mustard sauce like you only get at the best weddings! Also the best and fun bartenders Marketa and Varun!!

Finally, great sushi in Southampton! The staff were so hospitable and attentive. What an upgrade from the previous restaurant in this space. Gotta go!

The hospitality is great but the restaurant feels crowded and there isn't a waiting area. I ordered take out and it took 15 minutes longer than the pickup time, and they forgot my eel/spicy mayo sauce which I paid extra for. The food is good but not amazing. Also it's pretty overpriced but I guess that's what I get for ordering sushi in the hamptons

One notch below an Asian restaurant in a food court at the mall. Service was attentive .

The worst dining experience I've had in a long time. They cancelled our reservation ahead of us coming in, and then told us we shouldn't order sushi because it would take over an hour to prepare it for us because the sushi bar was backed up. However, they then served sushi to tables that came in behind us very quickly after telling us we shouldn't have any.

The evening started by them getting our reservation wrong twice. Then went on to having our large party broken up into two tables told not to order sushi at a sushi restaurant and having the owners be passive aggresive with their service. Nothing was offered on the house and all they were worried about was their reviews etc. Very bizarre experience.

We came here opening week and were so impressed. A unique dining experience compared to local restaurants in town/neighboring towns. The ambiance and decor was elegant yet laid back, and the staff were responsive, yet not pushing you out the door like most other restaurants in the hamptons. Standout dishes were the sesame chicken salad, peanut noodles (these were unbelievable), and the lamb chops. So many more different and exciting menu options to try- we can't wait to come back!

All I can say is wow. Incredible food, great ambiance, the best lychee martini you have ever had, and the nicest staff. So excited that we have a spot like this in Southampton finally!
