The restaurant has a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment, and everything—from the tables to the utensils—was very hygienic, which made the meal feel especially reassuring. The service was outstanding as well: the staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient, always ready to help and quick with refills and dishes.
The food definitely deserves special praise. The thinly sliced rib beef was perfectly cut—just a few seconds in the pot and it turned incredibly tender and flavorful. The duck intestines were wonderfully crispy and fresh, with no unpleasant smell at all. The shrimp were tender, juicy, and clearly very fresh. Overall, the quality of the meat was excellent and you could really taste the freshness.
And don’t miss the dessert! The taro snow mountain was absolutely amazing, smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. It was the perfect way to finish the meal and easily one of the best desserts I’ve had at a hotpot restaurant.
