Really enjoyed my experience at Nan Hotpot. The soup bases are rich and flavourful, especially the spicy one — you can tell a lot of effort has gone into it. Ingredients are fresh, portions are generous, and there’s a great variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and lively, perfect for a meal with friends. Definitely one of the better hotpot places I’ve tried. Would happily come back again!

My only go-to hot pot place in London! The authenticity, service, taste, and selection are just incredible. Every visit feels comforting and exciting at the same time. The broth is rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff always make you feel welcome. I genuinely can’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely amazing authentic Chongqing hotpot in London! The medium spicy beef tallow broth was incredibly flavorful, and the Pork Tripe & Chicken soup was super comforting. The Tender Slices of Beef and Braised Beef Tendon were top-notch and practically melted in the mouth. Highly recommend for any hotpot lovers!

Great hotpot experience! We ordered the tomato soup base with beef tongue, fatty beef, lamb, luncheon meat, meatballs, and hotpot noodles. Everything was fresh and well prepared, especially the beef tongue which was very tender. The salted egg yolk prawn balls were a highlight — rich, creamy, and full of flavour. Spacious and comfortable seating, making it a nice place to meet with friends or family. Would happily come back again.

The restaurant has a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment, and everything—from the tables to the utensils—was very hygienic, which made the meal feel especially reassuring. The service was outstanding as well: the staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient, always ready to help and quick with refills and dishes. The food definitely deserves special praise. The thinly sliced rib beef was perfectly cut—just a few seconds in the pot and it turned incredibly tender and flavorful. The duck intestines were wonderfully crispy and fresh, with no unpleasant smell at all. The shrimp were tender, juicy, and clearly very fresh. Overall, the quality of the meat was excellent and you could really taste the freshness. And don’t miss the dessert! The taro snow mountain was absolutely amazing, smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. It was the perfect way to finish the meal and easily one of the best desserts I’ve had at a hotpot restaurant. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Their wide selection of soup bases is impressive, I especially recommend the dual-flavour pot with spicy beef tallow and tomato. The "San Niang" tender beef is exceptionally smooth and flavourful, while the double chili beef is perfect for spice lovers. Don't miss their signature green grape ice mountain dessert, filled with surprises like boba and jelly. Ideal for both adventurous and traditional diners!

Who can understand the blissful feeling of eating hot pot after a long day of experiments? Rainy days are perfect for hot pot!! The business is so good that even on rainy weekday evenings, there's a short wait. Two people with sensitive stomachs didn't order the spicy broth. 🐮The tender beef was incredibly tender and delicious, and the slices were quite thick. 🦐The dragon fruit, fish roe, and shrimp paste was even more tender with the dragon fruit. The waiter helped shape it into perfectly round balls. The egg yolk and yellow glutinous rice strips were also delicious!! I loved them. The ingredients were all very fresh; you can't go wrong with anything you order. I love it! I'll definitely come again.

Very light, refreshing, and a great way to finish a hot pot meal. The restaurant itself has a modern, spacious layout, and it didn’t feel cramped even when busy. Service was efficient and polite, with staff responding quickly when we needed help. Overall, a solid hot pot spot in London with good food quality and a comfortable dining environment. Would definitely return.
