Fantastic, modern French cuisine using local, fresh, in-season ingredients. We had a rich and flavorful, but delicate zucchini soup, decadent and delicious foie gras presented simply with toasts, sand dabs tartare with chives, salt, pepper and olive oil, earthy, aromatic and heart-warming mushrooms Provencal, and a risotto al-dente, cooked with the gentlest of stocks. The food speaks for itself and Ms. Bourguignon uses seasoning not to bury or overwhelm, but to emphasize and celebrate local flavor. We followed with a cheese plate, then strawberries and a home-made lemon sorbet. The wine selection is very good and has a variety of local choices - e.g. Cote du Rhone and Chateuneuf du Pape. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed while still refined, and the service is welcoming, friendly and attentive. We felt like we were dining with good friends. Highly recommended.
