An unassuming storefront right off the Homestead Greys Bridge, this still rather hidden gem is known for having the best chocolate chip cookie in Pittsburgh, and the hype is worthwhile. I went on a Tuesday morning to get some cookies as a surprise Valentines Day present for my wife with my 3 year old son in tow. The very nice cashier was patient as he reveled at the numerous cookies in the bakery case, and then let him pick an M&M cookie for both him and his sister (who was at school)- free of charge. My half dozen very large and very delicious chocolate chip cookies were only $10, which is quite a bargain considering the area popularity of the item, and the current price situation for many bakery ingredients. Overall, a very worthwhile stop, complete with wonderful customer service and delicious cookies- could you really ask for that much more?🍪

The chocolate chip cookies are absolutely delicious! Thick, rich and bursting with chocolate chips. That old homemade taste that takes you back to the innocence of childhood where a cookie could solve anything! A hidden-gem in Homestead. If you're visiting Pgh, treat yourself!

Stopped in this morning for warm delicious, but under priced chocolate chip cookies ($2/ each). Mike the owner is so nice and sends cookies weekly to the troops through the tips people leave. This week some lucky troops in the Philippines will be getting his delicious cookies.

I ran 4 miles to try their popular cookies, but when I arrived and ordered, I found out they only take cash, and I didn’t have any. I was about to leave, but the guy generously gave me a free chocolate chip cookie on the house. The service was amazing, and he was so kind. The cookie was totally worth the run! You’ve gotta check them out.

Hands down the best chocolate chip cookie that I have ever eaten. Mike, one of the owners I believe, waited on my husband and I this morning and was so kind. We purchased a dozen chocolate chip cookies and they were still warm. 😋 We cannot wait until our next trip, as we will be stopping by Nancy B's Cookies for more deliciousness!

What’s to be said about Nancy B’s that hasn’t already been sung from the hilltops of the city!? We all know the legend of the chocolate chip cookies, but can we talk about these other types of cookies they offer for a second?! The brookie is insane, perfect combo of cookie and brownie. The frosted oatmeal aka oatmeal cream pie is nostalgic of the little Debbie’s but elevated to another dimension. Incredible people with big hearts and great customer service!

Every time I visit Nancy B’s I’m reminded not only how out of this world their cookies are but how their customer service is incredible. I’m always greeted with such kindness (usually by the owner) and they seem happy to help and see you! Whenever I visit I want to give them all my money!!!! The cookies, the kindness, the commitment to family values. It’s a one of a kind place and I couldn’t love it any more❤️
