Nando's Falkirk

Loved coming to nandos today . I got served by jody (falkirk beanch) who gave me the best customer service. She made me leave with a smile on my face well dkne jody Today really feel happy. But to be honest all the staff are really food

Have no idea how the staff can work in such filthy, disorganised chaos. Sunday teatime was carnage, the kitchen area disgusting and staff were all struggling. Had we not already waited 30mins for a table for a family birthday we would have gone elsewhere but by the time dinner was over we wished we had gone somewhere else. It’s remarkable they don’t dish out food poisoning from what we could see in the open kitchen.

We were seated and served by the lovely Jodie, made sure we had everything and made the evening very pleasant.

Staff were great, but man are the food portions poor! For a place that's supposed to be about chicken, they sure are stingy with it. I've no idea why it's so popular. Ordered two super ceaser chicken wraps. Their was less than one teaspoon of chicken in each!!! Ridiculous portions. Instead they filled them with cheap lettuce, sauce and breadcrumbs. Nearly £17 for that, pft!!! Needless to say, I won't be back.

The food was OK and the service was quick and efficient in serving food. It's Nando's, so you know what you are going to get food wise. The chicken was nicely cooked, but the sides were lacking. The mash potato had dry hard areas due to being microwaved for too long and the rice was overcooked and flavourless. The Caesar salad, wrap and loaded fries were enjoyed by my wife and son. The biggest issue was the atmosphere, the tables weren't cleared quickly enough, so you are surrounded by dirty plates, some of the younger diners were very loud and not showing consideration for others. They were speaking way too loud and playing music on their phones that wasn't really appropriate. But overall it was OK and my wife and son said they would go back as they enjoyed their food.

First time in nandos Falkirk although im a regular of nandos elsewhere, staff are great friendly food is imo excellent not too busy either

Me a my wife a kids went to this place I had my usual that I usually get in Stirling the same restaurant same price but the food wasn't as good unfortunately only three stars

Staff very helpful, especially catering to the requirements of gluten/ dairy free menu. Nice food, nice staff, nice conversation!
