Nando's PERi-PERi

My family and I were excited to try this place. We’ve all been to the Nandos in London so we had high expectations. Honestly this Nandos is not too far off. I got a 1/2 chicken - hot, with some fries. The chicken was juicy and had decent flavor. The fries were great, crispy outside and soft inside. I’d come back again.

Love this place! The staff is always friendly and they have great music. The inside and patio is very cute as well. I’ve been a few times but this last time I found my favorite order so far - the rainbow bowl! Super tasty and the halloumi is a MUST for an appetizer. I also got the mango limeade and it was phenomenal. I’ll be back!

I’m not sure if this is a review or a testimonial because I’m feeling fulfilled, content and happy right now because of the meal I just had. Maybe it’s because I was in London, UK last week and had a meal at Nando’s in the Oxford area. Immediately I thought to myself, I’ve had better in the East Coast and Addison. Upon return, to reset my Nando’s tastebud, I ate at Addison, TX today. The way I currently feel, it would be hard to upset me. That meal was so good I’m cheesing and humming for no reason! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was so balanced and tasty, EVERY BITE DID NOT HAVE DIMINISHING RETURN. Every bite was just as amazing as the first. The corn is always a smart move and with butter it’s what sets apart a pond from an infinity pool. Today, instead of the Portuguese rice I chose mashed potatoes. Happy tears. Made me feel like I was in a home filled with love. Today’s meal was made with love by a very happy person and I could taste it! Whoever made my meal, God bless. It was incredible. I ordered the two 1/4 chicken leg, medium sauce flavor, mashed potatoes and corn. Drink of choice is always strawberry lemonade. Can we talk about the price point. This is clearly NOT a selfish establishment. I ate all that for just under $28. I love a good restaurant with tasty fulfilling food that leaves you satisfied without breaking the bank. Service was great! Nokwanda was attentive, professional and proactive. Amazing work to whoever the manager is because the team was exceptional at the time of my visit. Music isn’t too loud, atmosphere is warm and inviting, the team is gentle and nice. Food was chef’s kiss today. Just AMAZING! Thank you all.

Great food, the outside seating is awesome and if your an introvert like me....you can order at the table with their QR code. I love it. I got the Pineapple Lemonade Pitcher with All The Trimmings Bowl from their winter menu. You have to order it through the QR code though cuz it's not on the main menu. So good!!!!

We stopped here as we were craving some Portuguese type cuisine. The restaurant is located in a shopping area with restaurants and it’s very cute with a good “vibe” to it! They have indoor and outdoor seating and if you’re outside, don’t fret, there’s fans. They have a lot on the menu from skewers to whole chickens. You can pick your own sauces as well. We liked the spicier ones! The staff is friendly, but the wait time can be bad on the food if you’re coming at a busier time. Even with a lot of staff! We found the chicken to be really juicy and flavorful. That being said, the skewers are definitely on the smaller side and you will probably still be hungry if ordering this dish. We really enjoyed the natas for dessert though! We would be back if our craving comes again.

Not only was the food just as delicious as when I first had Nando’s in Zimbabwe, but the service was outstanding. A huge thank-you to Neisha, the manager, for going above and beyond today. I accidentally placed my order an hour later than I needed it, and Neisha immediately understood my dilemma. She quickly communicated with her team, updated my order in the system, and still managed to provide excellent service to all other guests. I was rushing to catch a flight, and thanks to Neisha’s quick thinking and professionalism, I got to enjoy fresh, hot Nando’s—something I don’t get to have back home in Florida. Shout out to the chef and team as well for pivoting fast to get my order grilled perfectly. Exceptional teamwork, stellar customer service, and amazing food all around!

LOVED the famous Nando's chicken at this location. But the real sleeper is the chicken livers! DELICIOUS! Also the roasted cauliflower. Very tasty. And the sauces are TOP NOTCH!
