Overall, the restaurant was amazing. The chicken was cooked a perfection with the right amount of robust flavors. We ordered the family platter with the lemon and herb sauce. We also got three large sides, which was the fries, garlic bread, and corn on the cob. We also ordered the rainbow bowl with a side of Mac and cheese. The mac & cheese was amazing and so was the rainbow bowl. It was like a burrito bowl, but much better as well as healthier in my opinion. The corn was very nice and sweet and grilled, but the other sides could also be grilled better. The garlic bread had the best crunchiness along with the fries and was cooked to perfection. The chicken was grilled with the best colored and flavorful chicken. They also give bottles of sauces to add flavors, which is the best idea a restaurant could do because the food became so much better along with this. The sauce complemented everything from the garlic bread to the chicken. We also got the bottomless fountain drinks along with the strawberry and mint lemonade, which tasted amazing. The atmosphere of the whole restaurant was pretty solid and looked like a very upscale restaurant in my favorite thing along with it was there was a sink on the outside where people can wash their hands because eating chicken does get messy and that was very thoughtful and very helpful. The workers there were very nice and they were attentive, and they always helped us and checked in on us too. Overall, this restaurant deserves a 4.37/5 and I would highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's in Gainesville with a group of 20 friends, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the incredible taste of the food. The peri-peri chicken was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, leaving all of us craving for more. The sides were equally delicious, and the flavors were simply out of this world. Nando's has truly mastered the art of delivering mouthwatering meals that satisfy every palate. A special shoutout to the store manager, Steven Richard, who went above and beyond to ensure our large group was well taken care of. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. Steven consistently checked on us throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was flawless. In conclusion, Nando's Gainesville offers an unforgettable dining experience with amazing food and exceptional service. If you're looking for a place to enjoy great flavors and top-notch hospitality, this is the spot to be. We'll definitely be back for more!

A hybrid fast food and seated serve restaurant. It's on you to get silver, condiments, napkins, etc. No real waiter, but food is delivered to your table. Staff were very pleasant, explaining how things worked. Pretty standard chain box restaurant with some slightly different flavors, but not as different as advertised. Still tasted nice and the medium was spicy as advertised.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT This restaurant is an excellent choice for families! They offer multiple high chairs, so even larger groups with young children are well accommodated. Crayons and activity sheets are provided, making it easy to keep kids entertained while waiting for the meal. The colorful decor adds to the warm and inviting atmosphere, and there’s even outdoor patio seating for those who prefer dining outside. EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE Ryan, the team lead, and his staff did a wonderful job ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were actively working to keep customers well-fed and hydrated, which really added to the experience. Kailey, our server, was friendly and cheerful, checking in with us several times to make sure everything was perfect. Sand was also working hard, keeping tables clean and the space tidy. The entire team’s efficiency and positive attitudes stood out. TASTY FOOD AND GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The chicken can be served plain or with various flavors and sauces, catering to different preferences. Gluten-free options and flavored juices were available, which added variety to the menu. ORDERING OPTIONS & ATMOSPHERE You can scan and order or head to the counter, but we chose to order in person since there were no lineups. The atmosphere was relaxing, with music playing in the background at a comfortable volume that didn’t overpower conversations. Booths are available for those who prefer a cozier dining experience, and a self-service beverage station is conveniently located on the side. CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED The bathrooms were clean and tidy, which is always appreciated. Overall, the service was prompt and courteous, with Kailey making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. We had a great time and will definitely plan to return! Honestly, I tried Nando's multiple times to ensure consistency, and they are always on par every time! The chicken is fresh and juicy, full of flavor. Definitely best chicken out there. If you haven't tried it, it's a must! The lemon and herbs is my favorite. There are a number of levels for hot sauce on the side for your preference :)

I want to give props to everyone working today 6/15 (Father’s Day) I had the experience of having to wait a bit longer then usual for my food due a lot of orders given it being Father’s day. During this wait I was given extra food and offered a drink for me to be comfortable during my wait. That was a great service done by manger and server. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to give props. Great staff.

Oh man, if you haven’t met Steve at the Peruvian chicken place, you haven’t lived. This guy isn’t just serving food—he’s delivering a life experience. Steve radiates pure poultry passion. He doesn’t just hand you a plate of chicken, he presents it like it’s the crown jewels of Peru. His smile could season the food on its own, but no—he still makes sure your meal is crisp, juicy, and absolutely flawless. I swear, when Steve walked by with that tray, I half-expected a choir of Incan gods to start singing. Five stars? Forget it—Steve deserves his own constellation. 🌟🐓

This food and service is amazing! Let me tell you a positive story! We tried to eat at another restaurant in the same Complex but unfortunately they couldn't get the steaks correctly cooked, twice. We tipped the waitress we and left. Walked over to Nando's and ordered dinner. Told Them story laughing and when we went to pay for our food they comped the food! No charge!! Because they felt bad for our experience at another restaurant! Now that's service. My jaw hit the floor! We will be back for the amazing food and service at Nando's ! Totally recommend Nando's!

I went here for lunch on a Saturday and was amazed at how serene it was inside. There was music playing but I wasn't sure if it was Portuguese music or Brazilian music. It was nice to listen to though. And it was practically empty with one or two customers inside. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken wrap with Portuguese rice and mixed leaf salad. My chicken was very succulent and delicious, and the lettuce tasted super fresh. I added the peri peri sauce and it gave a great spicy kick to the wrap. The rice was very good too. The service was ok. We were given our food in a timely fashion, but one server came to our table and mistakenly served the wrong food to our table, which shows a lack of memory or confusion on their part. Overall, I would recommend this location if you want a good meal without the crowd of customers.

We ordered Nando's for catering an event for our teachers. We asked for 90 to be fed for lunch and the team stepped up and offered great suggestions for a dietary friendly menu, great flavors, and an even better price. We had our order delivered and the Manager who was on site was so helpful and friendly. He set up the entire order and went above and beyond to bring us a few extra items including coupons for the teachers. The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed in a way that kept it warm. We were thrilled with the portion sizes and how much they provided at the price point. I really love everything about this team and their catering was outstanding! We will be back as a family and likely order from catering again!

Love the service. Very quick. Of I came in after the lunch crowd. Had the chicken skewers. Fabulous. Grilled to perfect with onions and tomatoes. Just a little charred around the chicken for even more flavor. I had a to go order, so no sides or sauce. I am on a carnivore diet for the month of October.

I absolutely love Nando's! I have tried it in Ireland and London and DC. Everywhere I go, if they have Nando's I tent to try to go to it! I got this Chicken Burger and it was delicious! Very flavorful and I'm not a big sauce fan but they are known for their sauces so if you are then definitely try it! They have a decent amount of seating but it can be very busy!

Food = 4.9/5 was soooo delicious! A little more marinade and crispier skin would make it 5/5 but really, this was still so delicious. Picture doesn't do much Justice... me and my boyfriend went straight for it and I totally forgot to take my picture until 3 bites in!!! Chicken was so juicy, not a single dry piece. Expectations met! Employees = 5/5 we were welcomed as soon as we got in. We needed some help with our order and one of the girls jumped right in. Also towards the end of our meal, we were asked how everything was by what seemed to be the owner? Either owner or manager. Environment = 5/5 loved the booth seats Price = for what we got I would say we are well beyond satisfied (full chicken meal). We got a half medium half lemon pepper. Came with fries and sweet potato slices. Totaled at $34.75 Will definitely come back!!

Best veggie burger in town; I've never had one so juicy, flavorful, nutritious, and filling ever. I mean I was blown away by how good it is. I went in not expecting much because veggie burgers are usually bland, or hard, etc. but not this one. The arugula they put on it gives it a nice sweet kick, the peri peri sauce as well (I got "plain-ish"). My only gripe is it came on a longer roll than I would've liked. If it had come on a burger sized bun it would've been easier to eat because the patty does get pretty crumbly and started sliding all over, but hey... the food was so good I licked my plate!!!

First issue was the ordering which I clearly noted as a chicken caesar wrap and was charged for a different item on my receipt. Luckily I noticed right way before I got the food. Second time this exact thing has happened which is why I specifically looked at the receipt. It seems like the cashiers don't know the menu very well. What was way worse was that my one wrap ad 3 bones in it. THREE!!! Unreal.... Not coming back any time soon.

The setting of the restaurant will immediately put you in a good mood. A vibrant shopping center, people walking, and children playing nearby make for a pleasant setting for a date, whether with your spouse or through tinder. The restaurant itself appeared to us to be very nice, soothing, and welcoming. We were seated immediately and without a reservation. We were very dissatisfied with the overall service at Woodbridge Nandos the last time we visited. However, this location will compel us to return. Excellent service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. We couldn't possibly complain about anything.

Delicious flavorful chicken and sides! Love the self-service bottles of sauces so you can try a little of everything to suit your tastebuds. The pineapple lemonade is a delicious and refreshing compliment to the food. There is ample seating and the service is fast and friendly. Love the decor inside as well.

[Disclaimer: I've been a pleasantly satisfied customer of Nando's in other locations for quite some time, though my previous experiences have all been via delivery around the Woodbridge and Alexandria areas. This was my first and only experience with the one in Gainesville. Now, having said that...] I went to Nando's at around 1:30 today for what was going to be lunch. Soon as I entered the nearly-empty place, a guy got up and asked "just one?" to which I responded "yes, just me." He walked me to a small table, put down a packet (which I'm guessing contained a fork and knife, I didn't open it), and walked away. The table had a stand with a QR code on it. I take that to be the "just break out your smartphone to view our menu" since no menus were visible anywhere else. So I tried to load the menu... which insisted that I needed to do the entire order via my phone. If that's what I wanted, I'd have ordered delivery. I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come by and maybe act like they actually worked there. Nothing. So at 1:48 I got up and left. There are entirely too many other places with good service in the same shopping center, to mess around with this.

It seems like the food at this location is hit or miss. Went we went today, we noticed how dirty the fabric was on their booths closest to the counter and their glass entrance doors look filthy.

I can't believe I went this long without trying out this place! I visited recently for dinner. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries on the side - and an order of wings - with one of the "spicier" heat levels. As a pepper head, I was intrigued. The wings came out first - home run here! Cooked perfectly! Tender, succulent, and good heat! The sandwich was rather ordinary, the fries were hot and crisp! I'm going to have to come back and try all the different wing selections! Nando is a great chain with a solid selection. Has been consistent across the various locations I've been to from London, Chicago and now along the mid Atlantic. I wouldn't pay many of these reviewed much mind because typically the low star ratings are referencing their individual poor experiences with staff or other circumstances. Usually not on the actual food.

Absolutely delicious! We love Nando's and this location is similar to all the others. Chicken is amazing, perfect level of flavor and spice. Garlic bread and peri fries are bomb with the seasoning. No issues with service. Prices pretty reasonable.

The chicken burned every time we ordered it to go. However, the servers are friendly.

I ordered a platter for Noon pickup today. It wasn't ready when I arrived just after Noon, but the tall fellow at the front greeted me warmly and invited me to sit down. He also offered a beverage while I waited. I thought that was great customer service. He came back 12 minutes later with my takeout bag, again still cheerful and accommodating. The food was piping hot as promised. The chicken and sides were fresh and flavorful. We're likely to stop by again for takeout. Thank you!

What a disaster, pretty sure the manager doesn't know how to run a restaurant. I was here at 6:33pm on 12/03/22 I waited 1hr and 20 min and my order never arrived to my table. I had desk number 11 we were a party of 6 people order two different orders and my order never made it to the table. I stood up and walked to the cashier and politely I ask for a refund, the manager did not even turned her face at us. She' was not paying attention to anything. I will say that the cashier was the only one trying to fix the issue. The cashier walked to the manager and the manager told her to let us know that we have to wait 20-30 min for her to give us the refund. This was ridiculous I waited 2 hrs for no food and for a refund this is not acceptable. What a terrible manager y'all got in this location. Never coming back again

Nando's has some tasty and refreshing dishes that generally seem to be pretty healthy. I basically liked the food, and especially enjoyed the chicken livers. I had a chicken sandwich that was enjoyable as well. It is a little pricey in my opinion considering it is just chicken, but you know, not much is "cheap" around here these days. What knocks the stars down a little is the service, which was not sharp. Still, its a 3 or 3.5 star and I think I will likely stop in again some day.

We thought we found our favorite Nando's place but we found out today that we were wrong. Our first visit was so great that we wanted to go back the next weekend which is today. We weren't even greeted and the register girl was playing with her phone, didn't acknowledge our presence til I say hi. Comes to the order time, we always wanted full platter dark meat only. Almost many other Nando's we been to they would ok with the order request, not this place. This is around 1pm afternoon on a Sunday. Plenty of seats and spaces available. We were told NO. We have three little children and they can't eat white meats. Just a complete disappointment. Our last visit here and definitely not worth the time and effort to write this review but figured we amplify the previous reviews.

They need to get their portions or prices right. How is this posible? My adult meal was the same size as my kids's meal yet mine was double the price and mostly chicken fat? My kids meal was half the price, same size and it included side and a drink..

order the jumbo platter and asked for mashed potatoes and the Butter squash & corn. the person that took the order told us that butter Squash & corn was not available to coke with the jumbo chicken plater. Below is what is on the Jumbo chicken player menu "Jumbo Chicken Plater" Two whole chicken plus 2 extra large essential sides. $59.49 if you order anything else from the menu you can paid a little extra in order to get the seasonal sides. I don't understand why they can offer the same for the large platter options :-( very sad we end up ordering a side we didn't want and purchase a separate season side. not good customer service in our opinion it it was not for that it will have been 5 starts

While on the Covid restrictions, we placed an online order, via their app for pickup at lunch time at this location. The girl up front was friendly and helpful and the food was ready when we got there and it was fresh and very tasty. Their heirloom tomato salad is awesome! Cole slaw was good too. They also gave us everything we needed to be able to enjoy lunch in the car. Always a great meal at Nando's!

The food here is consistently delicious and the staff has great customer service! I highly recommend this location. They tend to be pretty busy, which makes sense since it's delicious, but everyone is always really friendly and kind. The management and staff should be proud of themselves for the level of customer service they provide!

I very much enjoyed my lunch at Nando's today. I'm a first time customer. I don't eat chicken, but I did see the rice bowls available and thought to try. Walking in, My friend and I were greeted so nicely. We were informed of the different ways to order, variety of sauces and that we can get them on the side as well. The food came to the table looking great. I had an avocado and roasted red pepper bowl. It included grilled corn, hummus, arugula served over Portuguese rice. A full bowl and well proportioned. I did go up and ask for a side of sauce. She gave me 4 to try. They were quite spicy! But I was able to fine one that was mild enough to drip here and there. (I can be such a weeny about spicy food) I loved my dish and ate it all with the exception of about half the peppers. (I prefer raw peppers.) I also got the garlic bread and next time I know to try the garlic sticks instead. Garlic bread was a bit over done. Extremely crunchy but good enough. Glad they have fries and Brussel sprouts. Wish they had some fish. Fried, grilled...whatever.. would be great. I'd def go again.

I once gave this restaurant 5 stars. I should have suspected when we walked in at time and only one table was occupied. My SO and I have been there any times and notice a distinct difference in staff from the first time. This time we were actually disrespected and treated rudely by the guy taking orders. I asked for the Nandinos menu and he had to look for it. When he found one, he threw it across the counter to/at me! Then he took our order in a very surly manner. After taking our order, he walked away without giving us glasses for our drin, It was obvious he hated being at Nando's. By the time we got our food, we also hated being there. The chicken was over salted and the mashed potatoes tasted like paste...just water and potato flakes. We have been a frequent customer but will not go back again. We don't spend our hard-earned money to be disrespected and served mediocre food.

I would not eat here. This restaurant is being run by 16 year olds. I wouldn't trust 16 year olds to wash their hands properly, let alone cook poultry for me.

Go to any other nandos but this one. Been going to this one for years and it gets worse every single time. Normally one or two things are messed up in the order but this past order, every single thing was terrible. The garlic bread was burnt and tasted like fish. The corn on cob looked rotten. Fries were so burnt and the ones that weren't had the weirdest texture to them, maybe oil hasn't been cleaned in weeks? Who knows. The chicken? Of course that was overdone. Paid extra for perinaise sauce and like usual, this location forgot to put it in. I go different days each time, and never are they actually busy. I cannot understand how they can seriously put out such awful food. Wish I had looked and eaten some before I left with the bag or else I would asked for a refund. Never have any of these issues at the Reston or Loudoun location. Management needs to do something but I guess who cares since that will be my last time going there.

Service was great and accommodating. The food is not cheap but does not disappoint, and servings are rather large. I have yet to try the steakhouse side but it looks just as good as the Nando's side. The atmosphere is great, clean, and welcoming. Honestly if they had a bigger place for this area they'd do very well, nothing else comes close here. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Service was awful! The girl was unfriendly and told us to order from the QR code at the table. Took us 10+ minutes because of online issues. She didn't even offer assistance when she saw how much trouble we were having. Small portions..$30 for their chicken platter with 2 large sides (which were not large and it was not filled up). Seats were dirty too. This is more like a fast food place with overpriced food. Wanted to give this place a try for the first time but it will be our last.

Surprisingly good chicken at slightly high prices. Expect to spend ~$15 / person for 1/2 a chicken (a leg and a breast). This place is pretty famous. If you haven't been to Nando's, they offer chicken and classic sides, to what amounts to something that feels like a home-cooked meal, with some extra zest from the sauces. Where this place really shines is their sauces. If you can take a little bit of heat, I recommend sampling all of their sauces. For mild / no heat sauces, you basically have only 2 choices. The sauces are what set Nando's apart, as they have a plethora of non vinegar based sauces to choose from. The result is a plethora of sauces with a large range of tastes, all of which are fantastic on Chicken. If you stop by here, I recommend grabbing some sauce to go, as it's fantastic, and it's only $5 a bottle, which if you are familiar with hot sauces, is dirt cheap for a small bottle. The place seems to be run by mostly high-schoolers, but they do a pretty decent job, so no complaints their. This place seems to be busier and busier every time I come to this location.

Okay so another bad experience at this location. If it weren't for the uniqueness of the food and typically good taste we would never patronize this business. Today we placed an online order with the app at and it said the order would be ready for pickup at 1:17pm. I decided to give them extra time, in case they were busy, and arrived about 10 minutes after the pickup time, expecting to just walk in and grab my food and leave. Not a chance. I stood in the restaurant for almost 20 minutes and finally, around 1:45pm, was my order placed on a back shelf. So what was supposed to be ready at 1:17pm wasn't ready until about 1:45pm. Crazy. Then, since I was starving, I decided to eat some fries on my drive home only to find the fries were luke warm. Not happy. I called in to complain and they say they will refund $10 on my order of $44, which didn't make me feel great considering my wife had already tipped almost $5 on the app when she put the order in the first place... this place needs to get their act together.

I tried the chicken livers here and it was very flavorful. Though the last time I went there, we were seated and then never attended to; had to walk to the front to put in our orders so service can use improvement. I'd go back and try some of their other entrees, and hopefully have better service.

Nice pollo! Me & James went here after watching Judge @ the nearby Regal theater. I had been to one other location before and thought it was a decent option. I had the 1/2 chicken white and James had the chicken wrap. Both were good and had fresh ingredients and good flavor. We palced our order @ the front, they give you a number and then you sit down. They give you a pacquard you plave on your table with the number of your order.. We sat down at a nice booth and a few minutes later we get an order of pita squares with hummus. We thought it was like a free appetizer,like chips & salsa. Turns out it was someone elses order. Then a few minutes later one of the servers brings a couple of other entree's...that were not ours. The server who brought our food apologized for the order of hummus and said it was 'on the house'. OK, we'll take it...since we had already started eating anyway!

First time customer. Had 1/4 chicken, mild seasoning, with small Caesar salad. Chicken moist and tender. Nothing special about the Caesar salad. Also opted for glass of red sangria for $5.95. Good, but overpriced for the amount of sangria that actually in the wine glass along with 4 large chunks of fruit.

Updated review - ordered the chicken breast sandwich and was very disappointed. The flavors were really good. But it had hardly any chicken. I should have taken a picture, I wish I had. The small amount of chicken was a little ridiculous for how much I paid. For the husband and I and a side of wings it was nearly $30. I could had gone to Bad to the Bone, gotten pretty much the same thing, for about the same price, but would have been stuffed and have plenty of left overs. Also I paid extra for their peri mayo - which I got two tiny globs of mayo with a HINT of flavor .75. Nearly a dollar for two globs of mayo? Pass on the peri peri mayo! I am so torn with this place. I love the flavors and fresh food but I am never totally full when I leave. Maybe I will give them one more shot, but I'm not getting my hopes up of actually leaving full.

So I used to love Nando's. However over the past year or so (including before COVID), the quality has started going downhill. Fries are often soggy, there is almost no sauce on the chicken and it is generally disappointing. Today we got some to go food, two sandwiches with fries. If I'm paying $30 for that, I expect reasonably sized portion. It looked like they split one small order of fries between the two of us and once again there is no sauce on the sandwiches. It's not the first time I've had a complaint with the place. The first few times I gave feedback and gave new chances. No more. Done with it.

I have always been a fan of Nandos. The outlet does not disappoint either. Same amazing chicken, same wonderful service !

The good: Food is awesome here. I have never had bad food. I love the Brussel sprouts, chips, mashed potatoes, salads. Everything is delicious! The bad: Used to be great service now it's terrible service. Management must have changed or they just don't care anymore. Was on the phone and it must have rang 21 times before someone picked up to put me on hold and then hung up on me. The fish rots from the top. Get better management and your employees will follow suit.

The food here is always amazing, and I love their chicken, mashed potatoes and nati nata's. Honestly it's the best chicken in all of nova. Today I had an issue with an Uber eats driver waiting an hour, and the manager was a very cool guy and he made it right. Great customer service, fantastic food and I really recommend eating here! We order from here probably once a week and it always hits the spot

The food is not consistent in this location so is the service however what beats this all are cockroaches!!! Yes! My husband and I dine in this place and spotted a couple of cockroaches going underneath the cabinets where they keep drinks and glasses. When my husband told this to the lady in the front she admitted that she saw a couple herself! Omg , we are not going back and I don't recommend going there to anyone unless they clean that place up and put a sign that it was inspected by pest company. Disgusting

Delicious food, but not very thorough service. I don't want to give this place a one star review but the only saving grace in my mind is the food at this juncture. I went in to order a meal for takeout, two pulled chicken avocado bowls, one with halloumi cheese, and a side of garlic bread. I definitely did not ask to substitute anything or to leave out anything, but they somehow failed to put the pulled chicken in either of the bowls, and one of them had hummus and the other did not for unknown reasons. As for the garlic bread, at another Nandos location i was given four breadstick portions, while this time around at this location I was given a paltry two pieces. While I should have checked the bag before leaving, there should be some type of standard for assembling the food. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered through grub hub. Whilst the delivery was on time the package was lacking. $40 worth of food and no sauce... even the extra sauce I was charged for. Grub hub refunded me, but I deliver a 1 star for a serious lack of detail. Who forgets sauce???

I love the food here. Chicken (mango flavor!) is teeney, tiny but tastes great. Is there a special race of miniature chicken Nando's buys? Love the butternut squash, corn and cranberry side. It's nice they offer sangria. Very unusual for this type of place. Ordering is weird and confusing. Strange hybrid of fast food and table service. Staff must be instructed to ask about your meal but doesn't provide any service. They bring food to table but nothing else. A tip is requested on receipt. I will return when I go to nearby movie but not make a special trip there.

Extremely low quality product this evening. Hummus was missing chilly sauce, bread was hard and dry, cucumbers were slimy. It was as if all had been microwaved together. Side of broccoli was like mash broccoli. Two stars only because they have done well in the past. Truly hope it's not the new norm.

I go here all the time. The service is great. On to the food. I always start with their amazing hummus, and for my entree I get their chicken thigh skewers! They are to die for!!!!

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. If you've been here before, they hand you a menu and a number stick thing and tell you which table to go to. If you've never been here before, they will walk you to your table and explain how it works there. Once you get to your table and decide to what you want to eat, you go up and order at the register so remember your table number so they get the food out to the right table. I prefer the quarter legs with fries. (I've tried the half chicken before and the other half was just too dry for me) Sometimes their quarter legs are small though so when I'm really hungry, I get two. The meat is juicy and delicious. They also have really good sauces that they use on the chicken. You can buy little bottles for home (but weirdly they don't taste like the ones they have on the side for you to use). But get a small bowl or dipping cup, and dip your chicken and fries in it. Delicious! They also have a punch card so if you come here enough, you'll get free food! (Sadly I'm on my 5th card because I keep losing mine before I reach the free entree) And of course, for my Pokemon goers- Nandos is a gym and depending on where you sit, you may be able to reach one pokestop.

Awesome chicken!!! We ordered half chicken with Portuguese rice and sides included spicy olives mix, french fries, coleslaw and macho peas. Everything was superb!!

New Salads on the menu! Staff was great per usual. I got the ancient grain with a veggie patty and without the cheese . The salad was a bit sweet due to the poppy seed vinaigrette. I would definitely get it again but without the dressing because I typically go for a more savory salad(although the tomatoes in the salad really help balance or out) The other salads look good too!
