Nando's PERi-PERi

The place looks nice and aesthetic but the food is off. Of all the Nando's i've been to, this place has the least amount of serving sizes. They gave us almost little to no portuguese rice despite ordering a LARGE. The chicken also tasted different, like it was cooked too fast? It's supposed to be juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our chicken looked not cooked enough both in and out. I ordered both in the counter and online and downloaded the app on the spot to get the points but for some "technical reason" according to their manager, my barcode and receipts won't scan in the app so i can't get the points. I also tried to ask one of the workers for help printing my receipt but all of a sudden she "cant" print because she can't find my online order. Our table with food in it was literally few feet away from the counter lol. Then they had the audacity to ask us to "review" them. Well here's my review! Provide better help and better tasting food and not be on your phone 'choosing music' to play all the time.

Nando’s, what can I say? It’s the best. The food is always on point, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly. I honestly can’t get enough of it and keep coming back for more. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.

It was Great. The young lady who took my order was pleasant to interact with, and allowed me time to decide what I wanted (with this being my 1st time). In addition, service by Kyree was good. As he made sure I didn't have any questions nor issues... And that my food was good. Lastly... The food was Amazing! I quickly messaged my wife to let her know the next time we are in the area, we Must visit Nando's PERi-PERi!

Had such a good experience at Nando’s Malaga. The food was delicious and came out fresh and hot, and Suraya’s service honestly made it even better. She was so friendly and welcoming and checked in with us throughout our time being there . Such a nice vibe overall, will definitely be back. Thank you Suraya

The food was delicious! My mom and I both ordered rhe rainbow bowl and finished them down to the last grains of rice, however my problem with it was the fact that we didn't get 2 of the ingredients it says it includes on the menu, feta and the super seed crunch, and the chicken breast we got were quite small. Honestly we will definitely be going again, I just hope we don't have a repeat of the missing ingredient issue.

I love this chicken. Two thighs and legs, and an order of wings with rice is a solid and extremely flavorful meal for two. The chicken is seasoned really well, and cooked perfectly, with a nice sear and caramelization. While flavorful on their own, the sauces are a must. I love the peppery lemon and herb “extra mild” — but of course the hot sauces are great. Medium was quite spicy for my low tolerance palate. The space is huge and nicely decorated. I came just with my girlfriend, but it’s certainly good for a casual large group or party. The ambiance is nice and as comfortable as the food, with large tables and South African music in the background. Much of the experience is self serve; but, the servers there were quite friendly. The location is on a very cute block of H street NE. Can’t speak to parking as we took a cab to the area. Will definitely be back.

The service was excellent, with everyone being friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and flavorful, and we particularly enjoyed the bowls.

My fave location. I love coming to nandos and this location has working fountains, nice staff, and well prepared meals. My only wish is yall would add a location in Seattle but for now this one will do :)

I've been to this Nando's a few times. It's easily walkable from Union Station (about 10 minutes, right down H Street). I like the ambiance of this location with the big windows, natural light, and spacious interior. There's also a second level of seating! My go-to chicken flavor is the mango lime. I love the sweet and tangy flavor. I always get the dark meat (drumstick and thigh), and the chicken is always moist. Nando's consistently cooks and flavors its chicken exceptionally. They are a chicken expert! I've tried several menu items and am a fan of their offerings. In general, staff is friendly. The first time that I dined in, the manager was very engaging. We were chatting with the manager about the different sides that Nando's has, and he told us about how their mashed potatoes are a popular item. We were able to sample it, and I have ordered it every time since! The mashed potatoes are always creamy (but still chunky enough to know it's real potatoes) and flavored with the most delicious garlic-butter. Their garlic bread is another tasty vehicle coated in that addictive garlic butter. I like how they have a handwashing station right by the drinks/sauce station. That counter area has always been neat, tidy, and welcoming. My only knock is that at my latest visit, we ordered a Nandino's meal to go, and they forgot the brownie! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time at a Nando's where they were missing a piece of the Nandino's meal... but I guess that's just the way the cookie (or brownie, in this case) crumbles. You should download the app/join their loyalty program to earn rewards. They also just introduced lunch specials starting at $9.99, which includes a drink and maybe a side (depending on what you get) - definitely a great deal for lunch in the city!

Came here for lunch after an errand. I haven't been to a Nandos in a while so I spent a while pouring over the menu and chose the sweet and spicy chicken wrap and a mango limeade at the recommendation of the cashier. They brought the food to my table and even brought me silverware and a napkin because I forgot. I enjoyed the meal and had half a wrap to bring home. The drink was a bit sweet but what do you expect from a limeade? The space is big - two floors and plenty of seating. It's not a problem but I find unique that there is no big board menu like you find in a lot of fast casual spots - perhaps they want to be seen as a step above that? They have menus on the counter though.

Nandos will be Nandos. Staff were and attentive for the two that interacted with us. Some of the other staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Food is made fresh to order. Wings were good. Fries tasted like old oil. Few tables were dirty. Use to visit this place a lot when I lived here, doesn't seem to moving in the right direction.

Use to come here very often now it seems this location has gone down hill, quality isn't the same anymore. They want to charge for every sauce, containers use to be at the bar, now you have to beg for a container of medium, hot, garlic, etc. You may have to bring your own utensils as they don't provide any. If I'm spending money I expect the same service as other locations.. stop being cheap, thumbs down.

Can't get bad service at a Nando's. Since I went to an Elite event in Md last year -I'm addicted. This one was down the street from the Atlas movie theater that I was going to so it was convenient. I had the chicken salad. Fresh crisp w delish mango lime sauce. Wish their app was easier to use.

Check your orders from this place BEFORE you leave. I've ordered 5-10 times in the last 8 months and at least 3 times they have forgotten an item. They staple the bag without checking the order. I spoke with the manager about it and it still happened yesterday. I likely won't return- go where they value emphasis on service.

Phenomenal food. Phenomenal ambiance. Holy shit. The service is so bad. No eye contact no hello. If they do talk it's quiet. If you do takeout they WILL mess up your order. Don't get extra anything - you won't get it. Every. Single. Fucking. Time.

Good chicken! Would recommend trying out all the sauces to see which one you like best. The lady behind the counter was very kind and there are plenty of options for seating.

I had a disappointing experience today. I went to the register to place a take-out order and ordered a 1/4 chicken with mashed potatoes. My coworker ordered chicken liver with corn. The food came out quickly and was delicious, but we were then informed that they couldn't prepare the chicken liver because they were out of the base sauce to cook it. The manager, Vicky, offered a solution of upgrading to a half chicken for an extra five dollars, which isn't fair since it wasn't our fault that they couldn't fulfill the original order. After discussing it with the manager, they ended up replacing the chicken liver with a 1/4 chicken at no extra cost, which was a better resolution. I just felt it wasn't right to be asked to pay extra for their mistake.

came into this spot for a late night dinner around 8:30 . as soon as i walked in a mous ran a cross the room! the staff seen immediately but yet did not do anything! we turned back around and walked back out the door!

The ambience was truly memorable here. Enjoyed the decor and South African infusions throughout the entire restaurant- really unique character. Did not see the second floor for more seating but it seemed well lit (from the ground floor). The service was good - especially liked our orders being placed in front of us without any questions, which showed the astute attention to detail of our server and their staff helper. The food was amazing, especially the bowls with Portuguese rice (could have eaten it by the bucketful!) Unfortunately, the mac was not oven baked and extra cheesy like I anticipated but that might be my expectations from Southern cuisine. Also the nata was quite small but tasty. Good eat after a long bus ride!

I ordered a chicken sandwich this evening. They literally cut a tiny breast in half which doesn't even fill up half the bun!! This place has gone totally down hill

We tried the extra hot half chicken which was delicious and hot but not to the point it was uncomfortable. The french fries side were great but the Portuguese rice was probably my favorite. Also, the pineapple lemonade was great. Service was also great.

This ain't it. I live in the south and there is a chicken shack on just about every corner and all of them yes ALL OF THEM beat this. When the fries and dipping sauce are the stars of the meal just say goodnight. The Nando's Best had me saying if this is the best nando can do and own a whole restaurant, I need to get a business plan ASAP. The whole sandwich was bland and flavorless and the wings were wack. I had to find the waiters for napkins, refills and to go boxes. I understand the contactless ordering on the app but contactless shouldn't equate to less service. You've got to train the young people in basic customer service.

I'm really surprised to see this Nando's has such a low overall score, the food here is consistently good and the customer service is always friendly. I like this location because of how expansive the inside is, there's an upstairs and downstairs (I've never been upstairs so I don't really know what that's hitting for) and there's plenty seating options. It appears to be clean inside so I wouldn't mind dining in, although I typically get it to go. The food is cooked to order so it's always fresh. I love Nando's because it was my introduction to Portuguese food. I always thought this was South African food, but was misinformed, because the restaurant was founded in South Africa. I LOVE variety of seasonal veggies they have, it's always a good mix. They have options for vegetarians and vegan diets as well, although it takes a little finesse. My most recent visit I was able to create a lil vegan meal out of some of their sides (reference my attached pics). Their prices are inexpensive and the location is easily accessible right off H st near Whole Foods.

I am extremely dissatisfied. The only saving grace was that the food tasted pretty yummy; however, it was not worth the wait or the price. I paid about $21 for a sandwich with fries and a fountain drink, which I had to wait over 30 minutes to get. I was with a group of friends who received their food first, and I was left hanging for another 10 minutes. Not only did no one check in on me, but I had to go up there to ask where it was. They told me I had to wait another 15 minutes, so I did - mistakes can happen, I understand. The time passed and not only did I have to go up there again, but they didn't have my order at all and it turns out they gave my meal to the wrong table. In addition to this, one waitress was walking around with a rude and condescending attitude, barely stopping by and walking off as she was talking. Not only was a tip enforced when ordering the food directly at the location, but I was not compensated or checked in on how long I had to wait for the service I received. It was embarrassing. To think I waited almost 40 minutes total for a small sandwich that regularly costs $12 (with 1 side) and a drink is wild. I never want to come back here, and again, the way the food tasted gave it a 2-star instead of a 1.

First time visiting Nando's and I was not disappointed! My sister and I split the Peri-Peri chicken tender bowl and the Nandoca's choice sandwich. Both were delicious! We got both with "medium" spice chicken, which was a perfect level of heat for us. The sweet potatoes and coleslaw were also wonderful. The service was also great (we were at the H St restaurant). We used the online ordering, but the hostess and the waiter who brought our food were very sweet and offered recommendations since it was our first time.

This location customer service is trash. They messed up our order, made us pay for the fries that were supposed to come with the platter, then had to wait the extra 15 minutes for some fries that honestly should've been comped. At a minimum, we should not have had to wait in line to re-order fries that they mistakenly replaced with another side. Then all the food was cold. I'll just go to another location.

The food was fine, but damn, the service was on point. The ladies who work there are so hospitable. It was awesome. I had been to this Nando's many many years ago and the ladies who worked here back then were **awful** - SO rude. Now it's like night and day. Keep up the good work, Nando's!

Horrible service rude little servers staring and denying service 30 min before closing since, no dark meat available could not accommodate. We left the restaurant. I do not recommend.

Update review ( June 2021). Was very disappointed by the service at this H Str location two years ago. Decided to give it another try. This time the service was good - friendly, efficient, helpful with the new online ordering at the table system. Chicken wings are very good, though I prefer them crispier ( they were pale). Chicken liver was excellent. Prior to pandemic it was served without any sauce & was quite dry, but now it comes with creamy spice sauce and is absolutely delicious. Corn on the corn was very good and came with one piece of butter. I asked for salt but it never arrived. There is a promotion now - to give online review ( by scanning the code) and you get a small bottle of their famous Peri Peri sauce!

- Ordered pick up and my order was on time - Got 12 wings and two sides: coleslaw and chips (fries) - When you get take out the wings aren't as juicy so I recommend asking for additional sauce (mild, hot etc.) on the side - Plenty of seating area inside - Very friendly staff that greet you upon entry

So this was my first time having Nando's and it was definitely worth it. I try to lean towards healthier options when I eat out so I was very happy to see the variety of options they had. I ordered the 1/2 chicken (mango-lime) with a side of fries and rice. Definitely will be ordering again.

At first, I wasn't a fan of Nando's PERi-PERi since I don't love meat on the bone (no wings for me!). However, now that I know they are much more than chicken on the bone, I am a fan. Here's why: 1) History: They are a South African brand gone global. They are all over Europe and DC is one of two markets in the USA (the other is Chicago). They support 1,200 South African farmers who grow the special pepper in everything they cook. In addition, they have the largest collection of contemporary South African art. 2) Food: For the price, it's good! They have all chicken products and their boneless chicken breast sandwiches are always great especially the one on garlic bread and coleslaw. They also have a secret hack menu that includes spicy fries and cheesy mashed potatoes. Also, their avocado toast is amazing. 3) Space: Each restaurant is spacious and beautifully designed. This location has two floors and you can always find a seat. It's the largest location in the DC.

To ordered the chicken bowl with thighs. Everything tasted delicious. The bowl essentially had one boneless chicken thigh cut in half. The meal was very filling but someone with a big appetite would be disappointed by the chicken serving size. The rice was delicious and the perfect texture. The corn, red peppers and arugula were the perfect complement to the hot peri peri chicken. The hummus was also good. I preferred to eat it separate from the rest of the meal. I ordered the peach rooibos tea. It is sweet but light and calms the heat of the peri peri sauce.

This food was amazing! I'm Mexican and I've never had Nando's, but it was delicious! 100/10 recommend the rainbow bowl!

I. LOVE. NANDOS. I used to live in Chicago - where there were several Nando's locations that I frequented. I moved away and hadn't had it in years, until I visited DC and was thrilled to find a location nearby! I was with a huge group - so this place was great because it was super spacious and able to accommodate us easily. The staff was very friendly and patient with our large group. The food is delicious, as always! My favorites are the Nandoca's choice sandwich with their yummy fries. This time I also tried the butternut squash and corn salad, and I was surprised by how much I loved it! I also had some of the dole whip soft serve and brownie for dessert - both very good. This visit reminded me of how sad I am to not have a Nando's near me. Take advantage of it if you're in the area!

It's a South African, Portuguese cuisine restaurant...I honestly didn't know what to expect, but we decided to give it a shot. I got the chicken skewers with two sides - rice and roasted vegetables. I first started with the chicken skewers which were extremely GOOD, super juicy/tender (they're known for their chicken). However, I then tried the sides, and they were just bland and unflavorful...it just ruined it for me. Not to mention, this place is pricey. I paid $18 for the entire meal! Tables were also super sticky. We tried switching tables to find a less sticky one but they were all like that.

Yes! This location still offers the A-mazing Thigh & Mighty sandwich, still my favorite! This location is not so busy during lunch during the week and I'm not sure if it even gets the business the other two get in DC (Dupont & Chinatown). With that said, my overall experience was great! Food: Came out quick and was exactly what I ordered. I ordered the Thigh and Mighty hot with Peri-Chips! I almost never have complaints here with Nando's. The chicken thighs were moist and had the right amount of crisp on the skin that I enjoy! The Sauce (best part is the Peri-Peri) was amazing as always and additional sauces are available at the condiment bar. The peri-chips (Fries to us Americans) are sooooo good! They are the perfect cut fry, not too small and not too thick! Service: This is hit or miss as their setup can be confusing somewhat, sometimes there's a host and sometimes not. Then sometimes the host is just not there and you missed them. The reason this is confusing is because during peak hours they assign you an appropriate table and if the host isn't there the cashier will be confused because you don't have a number. Not a big deal, I know the routine but I see new guests come in and get a little confused as to what they're supposed to do if there's no host or signage (sometimes they have signage to seat yourself). The cashier was friendly and the server, Aisha, was also very nice. No complaints here. Aesthetics: This location has a lot of personality however, it looks like it could use some touch ups here or there but nothing too off putting to ruin the overall experience. Atmosphere: The music level is at a moderate level making conversation easy. The music is also very complimenting to the food and the culture that created Nando's! Employee banter was minimal but nice to hear them having fun at work while doing their job! Seems like a great place to work! Overall, delicious and A-mazing! Will be back soon! So glad they have a USA app now! Another shout-out to Aisha, she kept checking on me and making sure I was doing okay and she had great energy and a smile!

OMG i am back home in Manchester UK!!! Thank you franchisee to take a license. This are hands down the BEST grilled chicken that you will get from a chain! I didn't even remembered how good they are. But the second tHe chicken tights touched my tastebuds they exploded!! So yummy I can't even replicate them near wear at home. I always take the plain which has a bit of their marinade but isn't hot at all. But you can have it witH more pump and blast and choose a higher hotness but i always think it takEs away from the original taste. I also order my tights well done. That means with them there are crispier outside but still damn juicy on the inside. I like that flavor of the crispy parts. I can't stress enough that's you have to go to this South African place. And peri peri is in South Africa street food. Unfortunately the prices in the US (or in UK) are not - so it's not cheap but just good. I mentioned it already don't go for any other then the boneless chicken tights you will not regret it. If you are the first time at a nandos it will not be the last time, but here is a small guide how it goes: Choose your food from the menu that may around the register and decide how spicy you want it. They have everything from Plain-ish to Extra Hot. Then choose a table and remember or grab a table number, go to the counter to order and pay. Step3 Grab yourself the sauces and dressings you fancy, and any cutlery you need at the service station mostly near the drink station. (Eating with your fingers is heartily encouraged!) And then sit - Your order is brought to your table as speedily as possible. Forgotten anything, need extras or want dessert? Order from your table - they sort it out! We had a small issue In this location and had to wait 40 minutes for the food, but that's not normal the food is made to order fresh so it takes a bit but it should arrive in roughly 20 :) so hope you enjoy it and I am so jealous and hope they open places in Cali soon. Wow this is the longest review I'll ever write I'll think but if you read so far I can tell you why it is: when I lived In UK I literally eat there eve every other day. That's why I love them.

Great service and happy to accommodate new comers who want to taste all the sauces available. Chicken, fries, and garlic bread were delicious and will definitely become a lunch regular. Additionally, they had bite-sized seasonal desserts that were perfect as a sweet treat.

The sangria, which is supposed to be one of their signatures, is so sweet and weak. I want my $18 back for this nonsense. Very disappointed. The cashier wouldn't even let me sample it before I ordered it, but since it says it's one of their signature drinks and house made, I figured I couldn't go wrong. I really wish I would've stuck to my initial thought and went with the Vinho Verde or another wine. Ugh!

Love this spot! So sad it's only in the DMV area. The chicken is so tasty and my favorite sides are the Portuguese Rice and mashed potatoes. You get so much food and you pay so little. The wild herb sauce and the lemon herb sauces are my favorite. Can't wait to come here again!

Crazy cause I don't think I ever really had issues with nandos food, but today was highly disappointing. I ordered the chicken thigh skewers with red mashed potatoes and a side salad and garlic bread. One thing that always hits is the garlic bread, can't really mess that one up. But the chicken skewers was soggy and dry all at the same time. It had the most gelatinous like skin on some of the cut of chicken and then other parts were extremely dry and inedible. The salad that is supposed to come with red peppers and cucumbers came with just soggy ass lettuce turning brown and one sad cut up slice of cucumber, just one ! I've ordered that salad before and enjoyed it but this was sad I guess that's on me for ordering online for delivery they give you scraps and know you won't come down and ask it to be fixed. The mashed potatoes side was legit one kitchen spoonful thrown into the container, had about four bites of that. I hope that this location can get better, given that I work in the location and really like nandos as a restaurant.

3/5 Let me put a disclaimer here and say I normally LOVE Nando's so much, especially cause it doesn't exist in my city. So when I was visiting DC and saw that there was a Nando's next to my friend's place, I was elated. I couldn't wait to get my hands on some chicken and fries along with their wide assortment of sauces. So when I say I was disappointed with this location, it's with a heavy heart I say so. The chicken was pretty dry and the sauces weren't really coated on it like I had imagined. The fries and sauces on their own were great but the chicken is supposed to be the star here and it was a let down. We later re-purposed the chicken into some pasta because of how flavor-less it felt, especially as leftovers.

So look I'm LATE. I've never been to this spot but I've heard all about it from everyone. I've heard that this chicken, and sauces are EVERYTHING. So it was about time for me to go try it myself. With locations everywhere I went to @nandosusa on 411 H St. Northwest Washington DC.This establishment is very clean and I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and accommodated as well. So look this spot specializes in chicken!! They have sandwiches, they have bowls, they have salads with chicken in it, they got quarter pieces, half pieces white, dark... everything chicken. So on this adventure I copped there's six piece mango lime wings appetizer (pictured at $7.19), their lemon herb flavored quarter chicken breast (pictured at $6.60), their Nandoca's choice chicken sandwich (pictured-with house made coleslaw on garlic bread $17.39 with 2 sides Red skin potatoes, and corn on the cobb), AND their 16oz Strawberry Lemonade (pictured-$3.69). Lemonade=STAMP!! It's a must have. Sandwich=STAMP!! That garlic bread juice seeped through that bread, onto that coleslaw (which I don't normally like), and beautified the deliciousness of this sandwich!! GET IT!! Corn=Delicious!! Red skinned mashed potatoes? STAMP!! You tasted the garlic juice in this too!! Well done Peri Peri!! The chicken breast, dipped in that lemon herb sauce (my favorite)...STAMP!! This spot has flame grilled chicken down packed, that's why they are franchised everywhere in this area...I've seen the light!! Customer service was excellent, and again patiently accommodating, parking was so so, it's H St., N.E. so...yeah. Online ordering is easy too!! This was my first time trying this place. I first heard about a restaurant by this name while coming across a video on youtube- Singing Dentist-Take a Seat O. In the song, he mentions Nandos and Peri chicken. The restaurant is a South African chain and the chicken is amazing. The sides, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, green beans, etc. all have a unique spice to them as compared to other chicken restaurants that serve these items. The price point is pretty high.

The negative aspects of my experiences here can be largely attributed to the nature of the restaurant operation, which is a bit odd and confusing. Otherwise, the food is hearty and good, and the staff members are pretty friendly, just sometimes equally confused. When one walks into the store, they are either greeted by a sign that says to order at the counter or to wait to be seated. But on my first visit, the sign said to wait to be seated, but people were ordering at the counter (as is done at fast food restaurants). I reluctantly waited, but no one told me what to do. So I went ahead and ordered at the counter, where I ordered a mixed drink but was handed an empty glass, which I confusedly took back with me to my table. More small details could follow that illustrate how confused I was and how the staff was failing to work as a team (and were also confused). Despite the chaotic situation, the food was served quickly, and no mistakes were made on any orders. The Portuguese rice had a very prominent turmeric flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it was not mushy. The chicken is soft and delicious, even for the white meat portions. There were multiple options for both family-style ordering and for individual meals. Also, the Dole Whip here was really creamy, less icy, and generally more delicious than at other places (like Disneyland or King's Hawaiian).

Nandos is great! The food is super consistent and always delivers great flavor. If you're looking for chicken with a kick definitely come here. The seasonings are powerful and flavorful! They have many options to choose from on how you would like your chicken seasoned as well. The sides are great too! Highly recommend nandos if you're in the mood for chicken!

Had 2 take out orders in as many days. Both orders were great and correct. Ordered one off the app. Location is very clean and welcoming as you would expect from any Nando's. Got the quarter chicken which never disappoints. Also great and juicy. Got the peri fries with perinaisse which was also really good. Corn on the cob was definitely a hit as well. Tried the skewers for the first time and it was extremely juicy. I was very impressed with it. The rice is rather disappointing but other than that Nando's is always amazing. Love it!

I'm really disappointed with what I received. I ordered Nando's from UberEats a Peri Peri bowl, but I got was the saddest bowl I could possible get. I order for all the other sides and I didn't get anything. Look at the picture

Loveeeeee this location ! The food was great , the atmosphere & decor was nice . The bathrooms were kept clean . Love to come here to eat & read my books. Very quiet area when you go around lunchtime. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Yikes. I bit into my chicken and it was not thoroughly cooked at all. There is literally blood dripping from the chicken. Be weary when going here. I tried calling for the past few hours but their phone has been busy every time.

I used Nandos second floor space for my 30th birthday party. Great entertaining space and location downtown. I used the Nandos catering options, the food was great especially the mac and cheese. The staff really worked with me to meet day of needs. Really great option if you have a large group and want more space to move around. Would recommend!

My 3 girlfriends and I shared the full platter, 1 whole chicken + 2 sides (fries and peas). We chose mango lime, which was DELICIOUS. I suggest going mild, because you can then add on extra spice on top if you want. You can bring as many sauce bottles to your table as you want, which is so nice. There's a hand washing sink in the middle of the restaurant as well (is much more normal than it sounds). The chicken is moist, tender, flavorful, but greasy. The dark meat is delicious. The fries were plentiful and thick. Peas were light. Skip the kale caesar salad because it's $4 and super small. The service here is phenomenal! Really nice, polite, attentive servers that clear your plates and checks up on you though you're not obligated to tip them (but PLEASE still do).

Didn't like this location very much. The one Pentagon city is better and has better service. We waited forever for our food and the server moved us from a table because we were three in our party but let a man and his two kids eat there. The food was good like any other nandos. The fries could be better. They were kind of soggy although I appreciated the authentic taste of potatoes. The rose sangria was sweet but not strong at all.
