16 Great Healthy Lunch Options In Midtown - New York - The Infatuation

"A name that’s fun to say, plus healthy Mediterranean food. Nanoosh has a big menu of protein plates, salads, and wraps, all of which are enjoyable. They also have plenty of vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, everything-free options." - bryan kim, katherine lewin

The restaurant is clean and cozy. My hummus was surprisingly spicy due to a large amount of pepper in it (but I am quite sensitive to spicy stuff, so others may actually enjoy it). The pita bread with it was rather dry... The chicken avocado wrap that my friend had was actually very delicious!

Great food, very tasty, great presentation, wine was fab and so was the beer. Street seating is plentiful as is indoor seating. Good prices too for central berlin. Highly recommended

The quinoa was a bit sweet which I did not expect, and the only part I didn't like. Hummus was great, and so was pita. Falafel were baked perfectly, and tasted great. Side salad was good too, and the portion size was filling. Seems like a decent spot for office lunch as I saw many people on their lunch breaks there. Nice ambience and friendly staff, with quick service.

Awesome Chicken Curry with salad. Finished it up with chocolate cake and ice cream. Perfect portions and very high quality food!

A Mediterranean-Oriental place to have a quick and healthy meal. I chose a hummus-nanoosh-plate with roasted beef (the beef was ok) and a babananoosh eggplant paste (very small portion). It's nice that they write the amount of the kCal next to every dish. Also the total taste of the whole dish was good. All freshly prepared. The service is really attentive and there is a nice music playing. ------- Unfortunately last time when I wanted to try other dishes I just had to leave the place. In a completely empty place I chose a table which was for 4, and the waitress didn't want to serve me unless I go to a small table for 2. That was really rude to do so when I am the only customer there and coming alone I would not spend much time there but just eat and go.

Mediterranean restaurant with a decent and healthy selection of simple dishes. I am not sure about the authenticity though, I had the falafel and hummus plate, the falafel were too dry and the hummus was very smooth and tasty, but a bit too heavy on the tahini. Apple pie was good but not homemade. They serve the same main dishes in a plate or in a wrap. All dishes have calories cited on the menu, so you know what you eat. Overall, if you are in this area, it's a good option for a quick lunch. The service is friendly and fast, prices are very reasonable.

Very disappointed.. We ordered the houmus falafel plate, it's nicely presented, but it's 2/3 lettuce, and on one side very small Mediterranean salad, and on the other side it's small portion of houmus. On top its 3 falafel balls - which were COLD.they were prepared an hour before we ordered them. it's almost a crime to serve cold falafel, like you won't serve a cold pizza. For the price of 8.50 euro I expect more than I got, and for sure a hot falafel.

Sehr gute Wrap- und Hummusgerichte. Preise für Gendarmenmarktnähe okay. Personal etwas unfreundlich. Excellent wraps and hummus products. Taken the location into consideration the prices are okay. Staff a little bit unfriendly.
