There were 4 of us sharing dinner at Nantes. We shared burrata and ham croquettes to start and two of us had beef tongue, one had sea bass, and the other had pork tenderloin. The beef tongue was one of the tastiest beef dishes I’ve ever had: it was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and was obviously of great base quality. The friend that had the pork said it was incredibly tender and flavourful, while the friend who ate the sea bass said the fish was also perfection.
