Such helpful and amazing staff!! I get all my vehicle supplies from them. They saved my day today by giving my car a jumpstart when the battery died in the parking lot. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve been coming here for months and you never know what mood these guys will be in. Very grumpy today. I may have offended the guys that were there today when I asked where Cobi was as he is typically friendlier, and definitely more helpful than the other 2 fellas. He was off today, unfortunately. Man…..

I have recently made several significant purchases from this store. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. During my street racing and hotrod modification years (1960's) I frequented NAPA stores often....because was no "competent" competition among parts stores. NAPA stores may have competition in 2017, but competence in the competition is still lacking. I'm now able to pay a little bit more for my parts, but I get the right parts, every time which saves me both time and money. Because of this I don't have to make another trip, which all of you I know is a hassle and costly.....because time is money. I suggest that you give NAPA another chance to prove how much they deserve your business.

Ed and Ron have both made purchasing and returning products a pleasurable experience. . Both are very knowledgeable with all auto parts and assessing what parts go with any automobile make and model. They make an unpleasant task a little less painful.

Great store! My son's favorite Nascar driver is Chase Elliott, so I stopped into the Mt. Pleasant store to see if there were any #9 cars available. Wes greeted me as I walked in the door, and when I explained why I was there he made it his mission to find me some Napa/Chase gear! I left with a load of stuff! A hauler, hat, keychain and koozie! My son was amazed!! Thank you Napa, Wes and the Mt. Pleasant store! Keep up the good work!

Real nice staff and reasonable prices. The guy I worked with last even let me take a part out to my car to be sure it fit before purchase.

Charged me $118 for a fuel filter that only cost $28 dollars in Georgia! I will continue to use napa but only in Georgia! Napa know how to RIP you off in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina

If you're going to charge more than other Auto Parts places you should try and at least be nice. Rude and sexist young man obviously doesn't like his job.
