My husband went to the Napa Auto Parts counter to inquire about strut boots. Without hesitation, nor taking the initiative to look up the part in the Computer system, he tells him that they dont sell it. My husband proceeds to tell him that he pulled it up online and it shows that this store's location has it in stock. The clerk's response is "the internet can say anything, that doesn't mean we have it." My husband just stares at him and responds, "You have a good day." We left this store and went to Advanced Auto, who looked up the part and offered to order. We declined and went to Auto Zone which showed online they had the part in stock. We arrived at Auto Zone, the clerk looked up the part in the system, found it and we made our purchase. This took minimal effort on behalf of the clerk and the sale was made. I guess it was too much actual work and effort for the Napa Auto Parts clerk to be bothered today. This is a shame and we wasted our time with this merchant. Won't make the same mistake twice!
