I needed a particular screwdriver bit and also needed a replacement sort filter for my vehicle. I was passing by and pulled into this NAPA AUTO PARTS on Oceanside Blvd. I’m so glad that I did! Firstly, their location is excellent and can be seen just off this main road. Their parking is easy to get into and amply spaced. Customer service is on-point and I was greeted promptly. They asked how they could be of assistance and we quickly found the parts I was looking for. After a brief description of the different models to my air filter, I chose the one that would last me the longest. I loved how they didn’t try to up-sell me either and there was no pressure in the purchasing process. Not only did I get a great deal on my parts, BUT they were even kind enough to help me install it! This customer care is above and beyond. I truly appreciate Corey Phelps who was the store manager and he had a witty demeanor and was fun to talk to. Overall, I had a great experience at this NAPA AUTO PARTS on Oceanside Blvd.

Jim REALLY saved my day!!! I can't thank him enough. I wasn't due for an oil change, my oil light wasn't on, etc. But my car sounded awful when accelerating. Pulled into NAPA auto parts and Jim rescued me. My car was bone dry. He was so patient, kind and the customer service was fantastic! I appreciate him taking the time to help me. Wish there were more people in this world like Jim!

Google
Professional store, I placed an online order with the store for next day delivery. I was shocked to get a call that the driver was outside my gate, like an hour later. Unfortunately, I had left, and by the time I noticed they had called, they were closed. They sent the item out in the am on the fallowing day. That was one of two deliveries. The second never showed. It was no big deal as I was not ready anyway. I called the next day and spoke to a manager. She was nice. After finding the invoice, verifying all the parts were there. The items arrived in under an hour. I like Napa. It has always been my goto store. Look for online deals. I saved 20% off the entire order for paying online and next day delivery. I would definitely recommend, and I will return for future purchases.

Unfortunately the new guys need training in customer service! I was there for an hour waiting for the clerk to get it together and all he had to do was enter my purchases and as soon as I walk away to check on something he decided to help some other male customer efficiently and treat me as if I was a nobody? Bro’s before Girl’s attitude and I insisted he get my drain plugs when he went to the back and when he returned he still gave the other guy quick service and stumbled with my purchase? No respect at all, no educate! He was lost as if it was his first day with me with no clue of what to do and professional with the man??? I wish you could have experience employees with the unprofessional staff!!! A older lady had to come out to complete my order at my request because this guy was clearly discriminating me!! I am disappointed your choice of employees and a woman employee witnessed the unprofessional behavior!!! The phone’s kept ringing and those calls were not answered so more business lost! Napa need to get it together! They used to be on it! Handled it like pro’s! Now I’m disappointed in the lack of training or hiring individual’s with no knowledge?

Google
Amazing Team I had to get a new battery today, and was really unsure of the whole process. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile from Kyle. I told him my situation and he gladly came out to my vehicle to make sure I was getting the correct battery. Kyle took the time to explain the warranty and how the return of my old battery would work. I'm so impressed by the kindness that Kyle and your whole staff took to go the extra mile to help me out today. Thank you all so very much!! I will be a customer for life after the service I received today! And my car is now running great! Thank You NAPA

Google
Fantastic service. largest selection of parts in north county with specialty tools available to purchase. I was immediately acknowledged by Corey and Kyle upon walking in. I had a serpentine belt from a military vehicle that did not have a part number or brand on it. they took he belt and measured it to determine the proper belt needed for this custom job. Kyle was also able to sell me thick gauged cable by the foot and suggested the proper size terminals to make a large sized cable from the battery to voltage regulator. I couldn't believe that they took the time to research the proper size belt for me to find the proper part number to cross reference a size. They are also very dog friendly as on one occasion I had brought my dog and they were more than accommodating. If you're working on a simple or even a complex project and you need parts or advice, look no further. These are car guys with car knowledge and a drive to get your project up and running.

Google
Sadly a really good customer service turned horrible Larry did a great job finding something for me and had it shuttled over same day. He did not know the policy that I was supposed to pay for it first. After several calls the item was not in when it was supposed to arrive Cody answered each time and could not locate it. He explained that it was supposed to be paid for and it would not be arriving. I was not pleaded since I wanted 3 hours to pick it up and could have gotten it by that time somewhere else. I asked for a manger so I could get it shuttled over asap. The biggest jerk ever Manager Wes located the item and blamed me for being upset and wanted me to explain why I was being rude. I explained that Cody told me it was not possible to get my item without paying and I needed it that night. Wes was so condescending and self righteous. He has no understanding that a customer who is told an item is arriving and then is told it is not going to be delivered might be a little stressed and upset. Wes needs training as a manager. Customers will be upset and a good manager defuses rather than argue with a customer about the internal policies. How was I supposed to know I was supposed to pay first? If I was told I would have gladly done so. All Wes had to do is state that Cody was correct that the policy was to pay first but it was still shuttled over. He could have been better and understood the error was on their side. I was able to scramble and find my item at another store. Never giving my money or business to this store. To Larry's defence he asked the procedure to another co-worker when he was getting my item set up for transfer. I could hear him asking. Possibly Wes. Thank you Larry for efforts.

Yelp
Good place if you're in a rush and can't find the part elsewhere (there are 2 other parts stores within 2 miles). I generally shop at the orange parts store, but have dropped by NAPA about 4 times since moving to the surrounding neighborhood. The staff lacks customer service skills. They seem to have something bothering them every time i've dropped in for a part - Maybe they dont like their job? Their POS seems to have issues often, its completely outdated from the 80s. Employees seem to get frustrated about it as much as customers trying to pay (it takes a while for them to enter information before taking paymen).. The shelves are stocked but not fully - call ahead to see if the part is available. Phone hold time is generally 5-10 minutes. Its the largest NAPA ive been to so I assume by the size of their warehouse in the back, the lack of product inventory, and less than satisfactory customer service, that they are very profitable and make their money on b2b sales. I'll continue to drop by, but only if im in a bind. Lack of inventory, phone wait time and outdated POS wouldn't be an issue if they balanced it off with excellent customer service.

Yelp
I needed a new headlight for my car. I just moved back to CA and when my car was delivered the headlight was out, I didn't know of any auto part stores in the area but happened upon this store on my way home. I went in and was helped by Jay, he was very knowledgeable and helped me out very quickly. He was very friendly and even helped me figure out how to change it based on the model of my car. I will only go back to this store for all my auto needs now that I know that it is so close and the customer service is great. Thanks again Jay!!

Yelp
Terrible customer service! Was at the counter waiting to pay for fuses and the people skipped over us to help people just walking in the door absolutely ridiculous!

Yelp
A couple days ago, I brought in four automotive batteries to exchange for core values. the Store Manager Corey Phelps said that he would call me to let me know if they could do it and held the batteries. I worked over the weekend and on Monday made contact "Corey's busy" I finally got a hold of him by phone and he told me that he already processed the batteries and rendered zero core values for me. Store 182 has stolen $72.00 from a NAPA customer with no shame.

Yelp
GOOD PEOPLE STILL EXIST!!! BROOOOOO! I came in for a locking gas cap for my mom's car. They had it but I was expecting to pay like $20-30 for it. It was almost $50. I said let me think about it and went about my day. Somewhere along that timeline I dropped a $50 bill. After looking for it like crazy at my next destination (dog park) I was convinced I either only had one fifty dollar bill or going crazy. Pretty sure I counted my cash and counted 2 $50 bills. I kept thinking, should I go back? Naaa a customer for sure picked it up and deemed it his lucky day. So I call. NIGEL (I hope I spelled his name correctly) answered and he was the gentlemen who helped me find the cap. Without hesitation, he told me that I had dropped a $50 bill and it was there so I can go pick it up. Such a honest guy! I will definitely be down to spot him lunch after this. Thanks man!

Yelp
They sold me the wrong size serpentine belt. I couldn't figure out why my engine my squealing after a new belt was installed.

Yelp
While I recently provided a Five Star review, the service and support I received from ROGER over the past several days has been superior and noteworthy. He was extremely knowledgeable, decidedly patient and highly professional. His uncommonly positive demeanor made my trips to this NAPA store a pleasure. In fact, ROGER was so good to me, that I will drive out of my way to see him, when I begin any search for parts or technical advice or direction From the moment I entered the store three (3) days ago ROGER made me feel completely at home, like the kind of a neighborhood store where I grew up starting to work on cars many years ago. Thank you Roger for making my days brighter and time well spent. Hat's off to whomever was responsible for recognizing this young man's outstanding talents and great potential. Honestly, Roger is That good. Thank you and the Staff there for making this NAPA my go to auto parts store. In my book, there can only be one #1. The team here and particularly Roger have earned my respect and sincere appreciation for a job well done.

Yelp
11/06/2022 Called at 3:40 to see if they had a product. Guy said they did then said they close at 4:00. Told him I'd be there in 15 mins. Showed up at 3:54 with the doors locked and the dumbass associate just hanging out at the register. Would have been in and out of here in 60 seconds but yeah man enjoy you extra 6 mins with your lane ass job. Don't bother with this place, go to auto one a mile away instead.
google avatar

Rackie R.

Yelp
Amazing customer service. Made us feel comfortable and took their time and didn't rushing us in making a decision between what coolant to buy. Thank you!! We will be coming here for all future automotive needs.

Yelp
Kyle the assistant manager, help me out on a part I've been trying to find for quite some time. Appreciate the fact he took some extra time to do some research and cross reference another vehicle that matched the part.

Yelp
Placed an online order for pickup. Received an email stating order would be ready for pickup in 30mins. Arrived there 3hrs later and order had not been picked. Person waiting on me went to pick my 3 item order. When he left, I asked another staff member where an item was. He responded "Are you being helped?". I told him I was, but the person went to pull my order. Response "Then wait until he returns, so I can help someone else"... I am just asking you what aisle this item is on. "You already have someone helping you. Wait until they get back"... Gentlemen helping me was very professional. But this fool was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have dealt with in a while. So if you go here, do not expect even decent service. Store is nice and well stocked, but I will look for other options in the future for my auto part needs.. Might as well buy from Amazon, if this is what can be expected from "professional " help..

Mary H.

Yelp
Wow, the best customer service that I have received in a long time. Today I was greeted by Kyle immediately when I walked in and he listened and blew me with how he remedied my issue with my wipers that I had previously purchased there and he installed the new ones. I will definitely be back and they have mine and my husbands business from now on. Thank you Kyle for making me feel like you cared and 6 star service for sure.

Yelp
Not only were their employees the most helpful that I've ever had an experience with, but very knowledgeable about cars. They took the time on several occasions to help me. They truly listened to me. They were patient and kind. Because of the extremely positive experiences, I've had I will continue to keep coming back and giving them all my business.

Jesus E.

Yelp
Cory and Larry went above and beyond to help me with my old SUV, they spend a lot of their valuable time figuring out the exact part for my car and actually helped me to install it. I was impressed by the level of amazing service offered from these gentlemen, you don't see that very often!!

Paul R.

Yelp
Sold me the incorrect size tire chains and will not accept return. The staff was helpful and apologetic but bad store policy. Avoid this place.

Yelp
Rude as hell. Talked to them over the phone regarding a battery replacement, Kyle was great over the phone day 1. I got told "$195 out the door with tax" over the phone with him. Im LITERALLY taking notes cause im getting reimbursed. Next day he went back on his words and his employee was sitting next to him all like "well you can talk to him if you want" like im talking out of my ass. Kyle comes over and says "ya i said it would be two bills...?" At this point i dont have my battery in my car and im getting told I have two options between "$390 and 270". I said, "what happened to the $195 i got quoted yesterday? Kyle said that would include tax aswell." Somehow the guy found one for $199 after I started questioning (already with $20 taken off since they kept my battery). After quoting me the largest priced batteries, It ends up being $220 and it came with an "at least we are installing it for you". Fuck you guys, i wish i saved my money and went to O'Reilly where they actually know what they're quoting and the supervisors take accountability. $178 OUT THE DOOR to be exact, and they can actually keep their promises. When they say out the door, it actually means out the door. *INCLUDING installation. Save your time and dont even go to these guys, literally anywhere else swill be cheaper and a better experience, guaranteed.

Yelp
If your in the neighborhood and need a part, stop by. Helpful staff. Matt Ron Walle give Natalie a title position a raise something, she deserves it. Same with Fernando! It is a revolving door with employees sad to say. Keep Doing a great job Napa

Chris A.

Yelp
The assistant manager at this Napa auto store is incredibly rude and uneducated in his field (if he is educated then he is unwilling to help) I've worked in the auto industry for give or take 5 years I've helped customers resolve difficult to describe issues or find their part. Customers aren't mechanics and neither are you, you're there to assist them the best way you can in finding what they describe. This very RUDE and very unprofessional "assistant manager" was not willing to hear me out in describing my part, was only willing to help me if I could tell him the exact name. Mind you, I have a video of this part and what it goes to, my description to him was "air purge screw for a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6.6L Duramax, when you get air in the line this is where you purge it , it is that screw, here's the video etc." This guy was entirely rude and unwilling to help because I couldn't name the screw, didn't attempt to use his pos (I know he has a parts search data base, I use to work at an establishment like this, even was the manager at said establishment) and he was incredibly rude about it telling me "if you wanna come back here and look for screws go for it, I don't know what the hell that is and unless you do you can go somewhere cause I ain't no mechanic" "we don't diagnose here, either you know the part or you can leave" I wouldn't want this guy working anywhere with customer service, bad representation of Napa , and I will be taking my business elsewhere. At the end of the day if he couldn't help, that's fine, this guy didn't try and he was an asshole. Autozone knew the part I was talking about immediately and said Napa had it, I go to Napa and meet this dickhead. 0/10 I'd rather buy my parts off wish.com than try and get help from anyone at this store again. (Skinny shorter dude with a lot of tattoos/ older and white) UPDATE: Went to advanced auto down the road, gave them the same description and the person behind the counter HELPED ME, I had my screw in less than 2 minutes and was out of the door. It was Napas unwillingness to even try, and the audacity to be rude ontop of that. Unbelievable.
google avatar

Bucky L.

Yelp
Kyle is a horrible employee. Not only was he was rude on the phone but after leaving work early and traveling 30 minutes from Fallbrook for a part I needed for a weekend trip to only find him behind the counter already cashing out the register 10 minutes early. I was furious along with 3 other customers who were also witness to this unfortunate situation. Kyle should be fired immediately and is a horrible representation of your company.

Dukky r.

Yelp
I had a problem with my AC today. I wasn't able to get it resolved, but I can't believe the four people that work there were amazing they all tried to help in every way they can, while putting up with me and a bunch of other customers couldn't be happier with the team at the store . I don't think I've ever left a review before, but they have went above and beyond.

Mia T.

Yelp
I called this morning to see how much their sparks plugs would be for my truck. Larry was than very rude over the phone because I didn't give him the engine size right away. If you don't want to help people with knowledge about their vehicles than maybe don't work in a part store. Not to mention every time I go into the facility they're all on their phones and very rude to every guest that walks thru that door!
google avatar

Alton H.

Yelp
I just wanted to stop n say I had a great experience at Napa today. I was lost, looking for a headlight kit, and the gentlemen working up front was extremely helpful and polite. Kyle was name. Although he was obviously having a busy morning, he was able to help me out in a quick and professional manner. I appreciate good customer service. I left feeling like I'll definitely be back at Napa if the service is that good everytime.

Yelp
Extremely frustrated with this store. I call to see if they carried Timken bearing and the guy states they have 2 of the one I need. Oh wow cool you carry timken how much 43 bucks Hmm ok that double but i need it today. I drove 60 miles out of my way to get it. The guy brongs out a japanese bearing skf or something like that. Sorry we dont carry Timken. AaaaaaaaHhhhhhhh. So they are selling crap foreign bearings for twice the price of good American bearing. I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

April L.

Yelp
Thank God for Kyle! I showed up with a bum battery. He found the right one and even replaced it for me. You are an angel. Thanks so much.

Yelp
Cory General Manager is super helpful and professional. Very clean and god quality parts.

Yelp
I spent 18 years solely frequenting Napa back home. I moved down here, and had to switch to AutoZone because of their horrid customer service, and their outrageous prices. Today, I needed to replace a hitch and tow strap that were stolen out of my truck. The only reason I went to Napa is because that's where I'd bought them originally. I stood in line for 10 minutes and made eye contact with each of the four employees behind the counter at least once. None of them acknowledged my presence, despite only one customer being helped. Eventually, I put my items back and left. AutoZone had my equipment for a much lower price, and they were more than happy to help me, as always. Save yourself the trouble, and skip Napa.
google avatar

Yelp
As far as big name auto parts stores go, Napa is one of the more recognizable. Unfortunately, their location makes them not as visible as other auto parts stores in the area, like O'Reilly and Auto Zone. Another thing I noticed was that the staff at Napa did not seem nearly as knowledgeable about the store's merchandise (or automobiles in general) as the other two mentioned stores. They have a computer that they enter information into, but it doesn't always give the correct part (ex. they gave me the wrong oil filter for my 2004 Ford Explorer, which I knew right away since I perform my own oil changes!). Their prices are also higher than the competition. The only time I might ever shop at Napa here in Oceanside is if the part or item in question was not available at either AutoZone or O'Reilly and I needed it immediately. Although their store is clean and well organized, it does not make up for the staff's lack of practical and merchandise knowledge or the overpriced items. I would likely not recommend this place to anyone I know who needs to purchase parts for their vehicles. Maybe novelty accessories or air fresheners, but beyond that, there are better stores in the local area who show more expertise and have more competitive prices than Napa. It's a shame too, because I remember Napa having much better customer service and reasonable pricing structures than they do now. No matter how clean the store is and how friendly the staff are (they may not be super knowledgeable, but they ARE friendly at least!), it doesn't make up for the key areas where this particular store falls short.

Yelp
I have been looking at almost every auto/hardware store looking for two nuts and screws to go in my motorcycle terminal, and finally I have found it. Autozone? Nope. Oreilly's? Nah. Home Depot? Sigh. Lowe's? Again, nothing. I walked in to the store and there were barely any people at first and no one greeted me, but it is a Sunday, and I'm tired myself too. The first thing I notice was that almost everything in the store is way over priced in relation to harbor freight, Walmart, and even ross' cleaning supplies to automobiles and a lot of the same stuff too! But then I finally went to the counter to ask for help and [] got right on it, looking around anywhere and everywhere to help me out. Then after 30 minutes of looking for two tiny pieces just to help me out, he came back and as I pulled out my wallet to get some loose change to pay for these troublesome things, he said "come back when you need some real parts." I haven't had someone actually try to help me in a auto store in a while and so I thank you for helping me in my time of need.
google avatar

George D.

Yelp
Walked in. No one says welcome or anything. Which is fine. But I ended up walking every single aisle looking for something and no help. And there are at least 6 workers. And I am the only customer. Interesting.

Lisa C.

Yelp
I wish I could give zero stars!!! I worked at this store for this company and it was the worst experience ever!!! We treated customers like garbage, talked about them when they left the store. Owner played with peoples money and retaliated against employees when they had moved on to bigger and better jobs.

Pete S.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. Last Friday I walked in needing a purge solenoid for my truck. Lucky me I got hooked up with the most rude and condensending employee named Michael. He spoke to me as if I was stupid. I have been in the automotive business mainly parts and accessory for over 40 years.. The questions he asked me had nothing to do with the product I was looking for. I walked out I was so disgusted and I will never return. Very unprofessional!!

Gideon C.

Yelp
Bought a battery a year ago and it was dead today. Took it by and they said it's still good but simply needs a charge, even tho I explained that liquid had leaked out of the battery that I noticed when I removed. I ask if they could charge the battery for me. No, they only sell chargers!! Autozone will charge it for free. Last time I walk in the doors of Napa Auto Parts. The guys couldn't be less helpful.

Tim A.

Yelp
I just want to say a big thank you to Cory he was super helpful and I feel like went above and beyond to help me out Cheers
google avatar

Christos A.

Yelp
Came to the store at 7:45 to pick up something that I needed to finish my project. Even though the store hours stating that they are closing at 8 nobody was there and they had locked both doors.
google avatar

Greg S.

Yelp
Believe the bad reviews. I've given this store 3 chances and what a waste of my time! There are 6 pay points across a long "service" counter, but rarely more that 2 grumpy employees to take your money or help you find a product that's most likely out of stock. With all these pay points, (this is almost funny), there is only one common old-school card reader and dot matrix printer shared by potentially 6 registers which slowly clatters-out old fashioned paperwork for you to sign when he or she finally strolls back to complete a sale. They'll probably take a few phone calls first, though, 'cause they know you have all day. If you complain about a lack of customer service, you obviously aren't the first. All I got was a bland "sorry you're unhappy". Oh, by the way, use the restroom before trying to buy parts here; it's gonna take a while...better yet, go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

W C.

Yelp
Easy to exchange items purchased, large selection of items. No Military Discount

Yelp
What a wonderful place , Cody was very helpful in helping me find the right parts and tools that I need. Most def will be returning

Yelp
About 2 1/2 years ago I bought a 86 month battery from Napa. The cost was $130 because of the longer warranty associated with this battery. It failed after 2 1/2 years and while I was at the Oceanside store they tested the battery which he drained it completely. The sales person told me to take it out and they wouldn't warrantee it. After I took the battery out of the car which is no easy feat on in Infiniti G 37, the sales person told me that the warranty price of a new battery would be $59. That would not be so bad if there was another two-year warranty for the new battery but it would be the same warranty and pick me up this is new battery went bad after 2 1/2 years like the last one, I would pay even more for another new battery. They told me that their cost on the battery was $90. I checked with Costco and found out that you can buy a new battery with a four year replacement warranty for $74.99. I wonder if I should start a business of buying batteries from Costco in delivering to each of the Napa auto parts? So it's not so much the battery that I am giving this review for which if anyone is reading needs to know that Costco is a way better deal for a battery. My problem with Napa is you would anticipate better service if they're charging so much more for a battery. This is not what happened. After draining the battery and having me take it out of the car they were not happy that I was not purchasing the warranty battery for $59. So NAPA would not jumpstart my car saying they did not have The equipment to do that. They did offer that a driver would be back in 45 minutes if I cared to wait. I went into the store and started announcing what had transpired with the battery in the first place how I purchased it and how Napa and was now saying that they could not jump start it which was hard to believe. Finally another employee went and "found" a way to jumpstart my car. It was miraculous! They did have a way to start my car! It makes me wonder why an employee said they didn't? my suggestion is that Napa give the employees have the Oceanside store some lessons and Customer Service. And also Napa should be more competitive with the price of their batteries or offer a real warranty! Many people would only give them one star but I reserve that for businesses that are scams or stealing.

Yelp
I just got soaked putting my wipers on because the kid working at this time said he could not do it for me !!! Auto parts always helps me!! Not coming here again!!

Yelp
Two visits, and neither was good. On one visit the person at the counter was nice enough to ridicule me for not knowing what the part was called. On another visit they asked me why I needed windshield wiper blades since the rain was over. Apparently he thought it would never rain again. Won't be going back.

Yelp
I needed a bulb for my dome light, and couldn't find the right one on the shelf. I went to the counter, and the salesperson acted like he didn't have time for me. Gruffly, he said someone would be with me in a minute, but in the meantime, two or three people got helped before me. Finally, a nice young man asked if I needed help, and I said "Yes please." It seemed like such a bother for him to go upstairs to get my little tiny light bulb which I paid $2.50 for one. When I put it in, it came on briefly, but seemed crooked, so I tried to adjust it. It wouldn't come on again, so I thought I needed a better angle from the back seat, and when I went to use my automatic door unlock, it wouldn't work. I figured that a fuse had blown, and looked at the fuse box map. I couldn't find anything that said door unlock or dome light (the print is really small). I didn't even know how to check if a fuse is bad, so I went back in the store and told the guy what happened. He didn't even have the courtesy to come and try to help me, but instead said it must be a wiring problem and that I should go to one of his customers who specializes in electronic issues. It didn't make sense to me. I thought for sure it must be a simple fuse, I just didn't know how to fix it. So, I got the address of the auto shop, and thought I would stop by my house first to use the bathroom and maybe see if one of my neighbors could help. I wanted something to drink, so stopped on the way at my local corner store. I got some juice, and asked Johnny, the owner, if he knew anything about cars. I told him what happened, and he offered to help. He came outside, left his store, and as he was looking at my fuse box, I watched his front door in case any customers came. He couldn't find a bad fuse on the inside, and I learned what that little plastic thing is for (the thing that takes the fuse out). Amazing what a college degree doesn't teach you! Then he told me there is another fuse box under the hood, so we looked there, and sure enough there was a fuse that said dome light. Cool thing is that Johnny sells fuses at his store, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. I got 2 fuses for $1.29 so now I have a spare. Popped it in, and walla!!! I have a dome light and auto door lock! Simple fix, and the simple solution is to simply care about your neighbors. Simply help when asked and it will come around ten fold! It's pretty simple.
