Came in and was helped and greeted immediately Tony worked with me and helped me fort through a few issues it might’ve been and helped go with the best path of action and best parts to go with while also letting me know of warranties he helped make it a overall good welcoming efficient and informative experience thank you Tony

They saved the day autozone sold me 3 different wrong rotors rear and i came to napa auto shop. The shop instantly found and had the exact rotors i needed in less than a hr i replaced both rear breaks and rotors and was good to go.

I would like to take time out to recognize the great customer service from the employees in addition to the district manager Steve for their hard work and follow-up to make things right! Probably the worst Napa in the area. Constantly having to order filters. They tell me next day and I come the next day only to hear “they didn’t send it” they never have what we need in stock. Don’t know why we keep bothering to buy things here. “I’m sorry” is all we hear.

In an era where great customer service is hard to come by, the store manager, Brad at this location has mastered it. I'm in store management myself and understand how we never get praised for outstanding service but will receive an irate email over something so small. O'Reilly and AutoZone are RIGHT by my house but I vow to only shop here from now on for my 2 trucks. Thanks a lot, Brad.

Store sucks. Dumpy with barely any product on the shelf. Manager name is Brad and he's a d-bag. Calls people "guy" and makes them feel uncomfortable. Won't ever go back. Other counter guy had a greasy ponytail and talked about Alaska non-stop. Definitely going to Advance.

Stopped in to pick up plugs, air filter, EGA valve, PCV valve and a can of throttle intake cleaner. All the parts were in stock and the counter man was very helpful. I find NAPA parts are a higher quality than some other parts houses.
