Employees were very helpful in confirming parts I needed went above and beyond! They even stayed open 10mins after closing time because I was on my way just so happen I got caught in a tad bit of traffic! Good service!!

I don't know how much Vic gets paid but that man deserves a raise. I've never had a problem he couldn't solve for me. I stop at this location specifically to talk with Vic when no other parts place can help.

After swinging a wrench on cars since 1987, I learned that NAPA has alway proven to be a notch above your average auto parts store for many reasons. The other day proved it again. Sometimes patience is equally as valuable as experience. Luis and Vic at this location demonstrated both. ☆☆☆☆☆

What’s the point of even being part of a Napa corporate store if you’re not gonna take parts back from another store. It shouldn’t matter where we get the parts from. We should be able to return these dumb parts that the idiots from the first store screwed up. 100% the last time that I’ll order if anything from any NAPA store ever again you guys have been the worst to deal with the last couple times that I’ve gotten parts. It turned a simple task into a complete nightmare.

People need to verify before ordering parts with Napa online. We were told that our parts were in Las Vegas and that they would be delivered to the store within a hour time window only to find out that the parts are not available in Las Vegas and that they would have to come from California. We ended up waiting again only to find out that the parts were not in California either. We cancelled our order because of them no telling the truth about product availability. So let this be a warning about business websites not being accurate and businesses selling products that they don't have.

Got the a starter in August of last year. Worked good for a while then my transmission started to act up. Thought nothing of it at the time because it’s an older SUV. Was out running errands and my truck wouldn’t turn over. Had to call a tow to bring it home. Took the starter out to see if it failed and not only did it fail but the housing was torn up. Napa said this was the right part for my truck. Took it in to try and warranty it and they don’t have it on my file that I got it from them. Not only that part more than 90% of my purchases at NAPA are not on my file. So I was told that they couldn’t do any warranty because it’s not in my file. I’m never going to NAPA again.

There was a young man by the name of Eddie who helped me. I went in looking for a Bearing with very little hope since it was for a lawnmower and not a vehicle. I did not have a part number the guy took out a book and started flipping through Pages and found me a exact match for the bearing I needed. 👏

This business is a detriment to the community it's a multi-million dollars business but yet it keeps our neighborhood looking bad because they refuse to clean up the trash which overflows on the ground instead of in the dumpster Napa seems like it's not concerned with the community but just want to make financial gains on the backs of our community

Unbelievable 5 employees standing on the sidewalk. Line out the door and these guys could not care less. If you don't have an extra hour to burn , stay away. It's like the line at the airport. They should call this place TSA Auto parts. Good grief. Then when you finally make it to the counter they don't stock a simple 3/8 fuel line here . I want that hour of my life back!

Walked in for my second visit to recycle a battery and pick up brakes and new rotors. Three younger staff members at the counter simply looked at me then went back to shooting the breeze. Finally the older gentleman helping customers was free and looked over at me stone faced, saying, "come on up man don't just stand there holding a battery." He clearly looked annoyed about something. I had ordered parts online and told him so. He immediately cut me off with, "if you ordered over the phone, I have to look that up" okaaaay good listening, sir. A few key punches and deep sighs later I tell him I had ordered the parts three weeks ago and hadn't had a chance to come by. He looked at me and said "well...it may not even be IN HERE ANYMORE." I picked up the online order confirmations off the counter and said, "okay, I'll look somewhere else." That's when the attitude suddenly went away. He told me at first angrily to calm down. I hadn't snatched the paperwork or raised my voice. He then quickly found the parts, said something about additional discount he gave me, and I got a free five-gallon bucket. I literally did not speak the rest of the time yet there were s lot of smiles and "how's that, sound?" In gleeful tone. He did apologize "if I made you upset." Bottom line though, lazy, unhappy staff, miserable experience. I won't be back after two visits. I'm sorry you guys work here but I saw no one with a gun to your heads. If management or franchise owner would like to respond to the review, then they are quite welcome to shove it.

The worst experience ever trying to get a fuel pump. Spent over an hour to get a fuel pump. The store on civic center said I had to use the store on Polaris and they had one in stock. I called and got a hold of a rude Sheri who put me on hold then hung up on me. I finally got a hold of someone there and they told me they didn't have one and the Decatur store had one. I called the Decatur store and they said they had to order overnight from Los Angeles. I then called back the civic center store and Scott became very rude when I told him I needed him to get one because he was the only one that could find one. Only to find out that Scott locked up the pump on their inventory system. And he said he wasn't going across town to deliver it. As a shop owner in town I've never seen such a mess of an organization in parts. Very doubtful I'll even ever call them again. Very rude staff and disorganize, PITIFUL!!!
