One of the greatest hospitality experiences we’ve ever had at Napasai. We spent four wonderful days here, and it truly deserves recognition in the Michelin Guide. The service was exceptional from start to finish — every member of the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious.
The hotel itself is immaculate, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We visited during the first week of December, and the atmosphere was wonderfully calm. The infrastructure is stunning, and there is a wide range of in-house activities to enjoy without ever needing to leave the resort.
Breakfast was absolutely outstanding — generous, high quality, and memorable, with a special mention for the fresh fruit juices, which were a highlight. The food overall was excellent throughout our stay.
We will definitely return.
PS: We did hear that the property is scheduled for a one-year renovation starting in 2026, and we sincerely hope that the hotel preserves its current character, standards, and exclusivity, rather than transforming into a large all-inclusive resort.
