Napasai Samui

One of the best places I have visited abroad. Very nice area, completely quiet. The service offers you evertything what you want. Great breakfast (Thai & western) with direct view on the beach, fresh and organic ingredients. Very nice pool and beach area. People from the hotel very friendly and helpful. Bikes to rent for free to go to a massage or pickup some food in area nearby.

We are so glad that we stayed here. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. Of special mention is the quality of the food on offer- remarkable. So healthy and fresh: next to no bread or dairy- we felt brand new eating Thai cuisine. Everything is freshly prepared at Napasai and locally sourced- but, bacon and eggs if you wanted them at breakfast! Every other night, there is a themed evening, so during our 9 night stay we enjoyed a fire dancing display, the moon festival, dining on the beach from an out door ‘market’ buffet, and of course, the fabulous spa experience. We spent our time between the gorgeous pool area and the safe, semi-private beach. We took the resort bikes out twice, but cyclists have to make their choices between the heat, the unconfined dogs, or the very bicycle unfriendly main road outside the resort. (The back roads are quiet and interesting though). The staff looked after us and were so friendly, polite and professional. We would have loved to bring the whole family & make this lovely place an annual trip, but unfortunately this resort is closing for 3 years from April 2026 to be completely renovated- we sincerely hope it will NOT be condos. The individual villas with all their woodwork were sublime.

One of the greatest hospitality experiences we’ve ever had at Napasai. We spent four wonderful days here, and it truly deserves recognition in the Michelin Guide. The service was exceptional from start to finish — every member of the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious. The hotel itself is immaculate, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We visited during the first week of December, and the atmosphere was wonderfully calm. The infrastructure is stunning, and there is a wide range of in-house activities to enjoy without ever needing to leave the resort. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding — generous, high quality, and memorable, with a special mention for the fresh fruit juices, which were a highlight. The food overall was excellent throughout our stay. We will definitely return. PS: We did hear that the property is scheduled for a one-year renovation starting in 2026, and we sincerely hope that the hotel preserves its current character, standards, and exclusivity, rather than transforming into a large all-inclusive resort. A truly refined and unforgettable experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for something more quiet and relaxing, this is the perfect hotel for it. We stayed in a sea view villa which was very spacious and had gorgeous views of the sea. The hotel has its own private beach so you don’t have to worry about crowds. There were plenty of beds too. The food is incredible. I’d definitely recommend eating at their restaurant at least one night. We also ordered food to the beach a few days which was great. The location is a bit far from everything but that’s what we wanted so if you like privacy and quiet, this is a great hotel. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, a 7-eleven and some massage places so if you did want to get out without getting a taxi, it can be done. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A very nice piece of heaven. We enjoyed every second of this resort. Stuff was very friendly, smiling all the time, asking you about your day, trying to makenyou feel good. The food was sufficient, we've enjoyed the coffee as well and the variaty of fruits and fresh juices. The villas are very nice, you will find yourself multiple times staring at the sea, eating fruits or enjoying the sound from the waves. Also there are some activities free of charge you can enjoy.

Lovely hotel set by a private sandy beach, with adequate parasols and sunbeds available. The staff are very attentive, the food is good and the rooms are clean and full of character. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We had a very comfortable stay in our sea view villa. The staff are very kind and attentive — especially Ameur, the head of food and beverage, who was so warm and welcoming. The amenities are wonderful and there are tons of complimentary activities. We participated in Muay Thai and yoga classes, and we took advantage of the facility’s tennis courts, darts, badminton, billiards, ping pong, and of course the fabulous pool.

It has been such an amazing experience staying here. 10 out 10 I recommend. Everything from the kindness and service, to the breathtaking views, to the best Thai food I’ve had, the beautiful villas, the private beach and then the activities of the resort, I am blown away. Thank you Napasai! I highly recommend to everyone considering staying here. 🙏
