Napasai, A Belmond Hotel

This hotel is paradise. Every aspect of the experience from pre-arrival to discovering the room and beautiful property to departure is just a dream. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and relaxed, and you can tell the place is really well managed as everything is anticipated and well executed. We loved the details of the experience, like the coconut ice cream and the flowers on arrival and in the rooms. The bedrooms are so clean and fresh and spacious, and tastefully decorated. The private beach is just stunning, we wish we could have stayed for a month and my friends and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to all that made our stay so special

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection, always attentive and eager to make every moment special.||The rooms are simply stunning - spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the tropical surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the sight of the ocean and lush greenery was pure bliss.||The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was a delight, with fresh, flavourful dishes that captured the essence of Thai cuisine and beyond. ||This hotel is truly tropical paradise, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and natural beauty. We can't wait to go back next year!

Beautiful and relaxing property outside of the crowded tourist hotspots. Wonderful service and excellent food. The spa offers great treatments for western prices. While the rooms are not new, they are in great condition, very clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. The hotel was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The food was also amazing- chef Mauricio is so talented and food manager Omar is so attentive. Once we came we didn’t leave the hotel again. We had a complimentary tennis lesson (with Chud who was so fun and nice), and did complimentary kayaking, snoring and paddle boarding. I also got an amazing Thai massage from Ally. We also reserved a private dinner on the beach which was so romantic and special. I couldn’t recommend more!

Perfect stay in Koh Samui - tranquil, excellent service, great private Beach! Do get a beachfront Villa if you can. Thai Food is not spicy but probably adapted to European Taste (however, there are Great Other Restaurants around as well). Thank you!

I cannot fault this place- the staff, the location, the ambiance, the food- all were absolutely fantastic. This is a small resort but packs a huge punch in terms of everything that it gives you. The staff , and I mean all of them, were absolutely fabulous- they could not do enough for you- whether on the beach, the restaurants, the pool area, the rooms- even the gardeners were lovely. Fabulous location .

Wow, this hotel is a 100 out of 10. Everything about this place is so thoughtful. There were so many small details that blew us away. The staff is so accommodating. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My husband and I also got a couples package at the spa and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. We visited during southern Thailand’s rainy season but still had some nice weather and spent a lot of time on the private beach. We hope to come back during the dry season next time.
