First time at this Piano Bar...had an amazing time! It was so fun and entertaining! We will definitely be returning on our next Vegas trip!! 😁

Google
Nice little lounge to catch up with some friends and family while having a drink. The decor inside is very beautiful and warm (no harsh bright lights). If you plan on going for the dueling piano show, I highly recommend you getting there early (7:30 pm) because it fills up to standing room only once the first key is hit. Very fun show to watch.

We went for a dueling pianos night in attempt to find a live jazz-ish performance in Vegas not far from Bellagio. We came slightly before 9 and all seats were occupied so we sat in an adjacent library room - we still had good visibility from there but it felt a bit weird to be there alone. Later some folks came too and we all sat around the same round table which a kind of make you feel like you are one company:) They don't have drinks menue, but mostly it is $17 per drink though they could not make some cocktails we asked for. So i wonder how customers can know what they can have. It seemed like 1 waitress was covering the whole space but she was good and checked on us constantly. The drinks were just ok. Performance was also just ok, hit or miss with the songs, some of which were honestly butchered. But the singers made some jokes and made ppl laugh. I would not go again but it was a good opportunity to discover Paris hotel inside.

Google
Previously this was a great place to come visit, have a drink, and listen to live musicians. You could pick a song by request (via a cash tip, of course). They are currently remodeling the lounge.

Google
Great if you want live music. The energy in this place was great for a Thursday night that I was there. Love the dueling pianos. Their enthusiasm and piano playing was nothing short of perfection. They deserve every penny they are paid. The only thing I could've done without was the extremely expensive Jack and Coke. 35 dollars really for one drink?

Google
Napoleon's Dueling Pianos Bar at the Paris Hotel & Casino in the Strip is a great place to go with friends and enjoy the dueling piano nightly. Ask for your favorite music and the pianists will make you sing along and have so much fun. This elegant place with leather chairs, sofas, marble floors and large windows, offers good cocktails, beers, wines, etc., no food. Need to pay por parking in the Paris.

Google
I've been to Napoleon's twice, years apart, and my memories did not fail me... what a fun place! The musicians are so entertaining, and the atmosphere is lovely. The only complaint is that it is only open on the weekend! It is free to get in, you just have to time it right to find a seat. You won't regret it!

Darren Ferguson

Google
It looked like a nice place to stop in for a late night drink and had live music; however, the waitress was very rude about seating and our wine was awful. The old fashioned we ordered had to be sent back as well since whatever well whiskey they used was just pain bad. Not a good experience for the price of drinks.

Geoff M.

Yelp
These guys have moved to The Cromwell. They have shows ( at least ) on Friday and Saturday nights about 9. Still a great show !!

Trish S.

Yelp
We had a great time at Napoleon's this weekend. We visited both Friday and Sunday nights. The entertainment was great. Kydos to the talented and amusing pianists. Great audience participation really makes for an enjoyable time.

Tavo E.

Yelp
This is a sad moment in Las Vegas Entertainment history. We love this place thanks to Chris and James. Yes, the wine was terrible (probably why it wasn't super expensive) but the jewel of the crown were the talented piano players (Chris and James). They were funny, got the crowd excited and even dancing (and drinking too). We celebrated birthdays, date nights, etc., there. No Vegas trip was complete without them. One of the times we were there, someone asked them to play a slow female-led song, during their break, they spent it learning it. And they killed it. They would play almost any song. If anyone knows where they may be going, please comment here. Napoleon's dueling pianos was the only reason for us to go to the Paris Hotel. Very sad this shut down.

Yelp
This is a must stop if you enjoy a cocktail, cigar, and good time. Experienced bartenders know how to make you a great drink. Bar seating or tables are both an option. They have a humidor off the side room (which wasn't working) or a cigar lady to provide you great options. We went there two evenings, both had the dueling piano show. Great entertainment, get the crowd involved, and overall great show. I just wish the cigars were fresher.

Dennis H.

Yelp
I am going to have to break this review down into three parts: The bar, the Cigar lounge, and the entertainment. 1) The bar. Yes, as I have seen mentioned in other reviews, it is a little pricey, but not bad for Vegas, and for hosting the Entertainment, I'll gladly pay that. The drinks are not anything special, I would have loved to see a better selection of top end drinks in a bar that looks so nice. It seems that there has been a lot of talk about the service, but our experience was better that what I have seen discussed here. The waitress was good about keeping our drinks filled throughout the night. She was good about not interrupting our enjoyment of the entertainers. I have no complaints on the service. If this were just on the drinks and drink service it would be a standard 3 star: competent, but not special. 2) Cigar Lounge. Okay, I will say they should probably be careful saying that they are a cigar lounge. They are just a place that lets you smoke cigars. They weren't doing sales except through a couple of sticks that a cigar/cigarette server was carrying around. They have a place where I could see that they did sell cigars in the not-so-distant past. They didn't have cigar ashtrays, just the normal cigarette ashtrays, but the server was excellent at clearing them as they would get full. I am not going to rate them as a cigar lounge, since it looks like they have moved away from most every aspect of it aside from yes, you can smoke them there. 3) The entertainment. Okay, here is where this place shines. The dueling pianos performers were excellent. The show was great fun all around. They took audience requests and rarely had to back down from any of them. One person requested Metalica's Master of Puppets. They did say no to that, but asked if he would be happy with another Metalica Song. He agreed and they went into Enter Sandman. Okay, the pop side of Metalica, but the piano adaptation was excellent and when the singer started in, he was straight channeling James Hetfield. I almost fell out of my chair laughing from the shock. They did all the expected piano bar songs (Billy Joel, Neil Diamond, Elton John, etc) , but so much more: Sir Mix-A-Lot, Lizzo, Duran Duran, Journey, Bob Denver, George Strait, Charlie Daniel's Band, and so much more. They started at 8:30pm and went to 1:30am with only a short break in the middle. This part was a solid 5 star. Not only do I give them 5 star but despite the modest, but still good other aspects of the place, I am letting them carry the rating for the whole place up to their level. They are that worth seeing. Solid musicians but more importantly top-notch entertainers.

Yelp
We began winding down our evening back at our hotel. We heard the pianos playing inside a dimly lit bar called Napoleon's and decided to go in. We sat down and observed a single waitress covering the entire floor so we were a little skeptical on how the service would be. While waiting at the bar to order, I watched the bartender being coached by the waitress while he was making drinks and placing them in the wrong glasses and fumbled around looking for various ingredients. I placed my order for two whiskey sours, nothing too complicated. What I ordered and what was made were not even close. I received the drinks in plastic cups, which is not what you should expect in an upscale hotel and casino like Paris, and outrageously priced at $17.50 each. After trying our drinks which were all sour mix and disgusting, I returned to the bar and had to tell the bartender how to make a proper whiskey sour. If you are staying or visiting at the Paris, skip this place completely. You will have a better time making your own drinks and catching the piano bar at Harrahs. On a side note, the pianists were entertaining and played very well.

Brian H.

Yelp
We got kicked out of this place. I walked in to the bar past the door monitor. Ordered a round of shots. $70 plus tip. Saw 6 empty seats. Asked the server and a few others around if my party and I could sit there. They said, yes. Sure. Door monitor told us to leave because we didn't check in with her. We were next in line anyway. We didn't leave. She called the police. Police were cool. There were two cops in my party too. Told the cops I spent $70 plus tip on shots. We were calm, cool, and collective. We left. The door monitor lady needs to go. Grumpy and controlling. You will continue to lose revenue with employees like her.

Kerry W.

Yelp
Cool place and chill vibe. But.... Poor poor service. Slow slow slow. The kind of service where they check on you once per 30 min. Next problem. Cocktails were awful. Who puts water in an old fashioned at a whiskey/cigar bar. The pianists are mediocre, mildly funny and no energy. They're burnt out and you can tell. The front door lady?? OMG rude and unhappy. Bring your own stick, get a straight whiskey and expect so so music.

Bill S.

Yelp
What a fun night out! We were walking to our room and heard the music, not one but two piano players. Dueling! We walked inside and there are a scattered seats available. The crowd is testing the piano players, giving them various songs to play. Me? I'm from New York so my go to song is from the Piano Man himself, Billy Joel. I asked them to play the New York feel good doing, Piano Man. (How many requests do you think they get for that song? Haha) These guys rocked it! While everyone is listening and having a good time, our waitress comes over. Normally I'd order a Scotch but since I'm with my wife, two French 75s please. Great feel good music and bubbly, this is a nice stop to hear music. Best of all, it's free! (Drinks aren't) Cheers!

Patty V.

Yelp
They don't sell food, drinks are average at best, the service was fine, but the ambiance makes it worthwhile!! Great music!! So much fun!!

Doreen M.

Yelp
Stopped in here for about an hour right before closing. Had a fun time. They played good music and the 2 pianists were funny. Some people would stand up and dance. It's a bit loud and very party like. Would def come here again. They also take requests. One person got up to sing as well. The crowd is older cause they play oldie songs.

Brad D.

Yelp
Great concept. The music was entertaining so the 2 star review. All else was a definite 1 star experience. The waitress was lazy and slow. Probably 30 to 45 mins until our drink order was taken. Worst service I've ever received in a lounge. Two mixed drinks in plastic cups for $33. For that money in a high end piano bar, at least give us a glass and maybe some signature cocktails. I would definitely not recommend! After leaving, me and the wife went to the Bellagio. We were seated and had a cocktail in hand by our 7 months pregnant hustling waitress. Good job Bellagio. Napoleans....send the waitress here to get trained!

Danielle S.

Yelp
Unbelievable. I came in with the hope to see if they served food and anything I could eat that wouldn't trigger my allergies. I started towards the bar but discovered a menu on a table which I grabbed and proceed towards the bar. A gentleman saw me and did not acknowledge me. He walked towards coworkers and went on to make conversation with them. I left.

Natalie A.

Yelp
Came here Saturday night and had a great time, drinks were good just hard to find a seat. Decided to come back the next day and read online that they do allow kids but wanted to make sure so called 2 times to confirm that children are allowed and both gentlemen who answered said yes. I show up Sunday after dinner, keep in mind it's a holiday weekend and extremely crowded so it took us forever to get there. I show up sit for few minutes then this horrible lady named Karen yes Karen was her name looks at me from far across the room while helping a table and signals with her hand back and forth under her neck to stop. She then proceeds to kick me out still from across the room while signaling with her hand in a rude and disrespectful manner. Everyone at that point turns back to look at me. Had she walked over and nicely said a kid can't be in there fine, but it's the manner in which she did it and then she called the manager over from the bar who clearly under stood my frustration and how she insulted me with her behavior and rude hand gestures. Definitely won't be back!!!! Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Had a breakfast reservation this morning at Paris and now they just lost my business for that as well.

Matt S.

Yelp
Cool spot BUT SUPER RUDE middle aged woman working the tables shaming people for not buying drinks. She basically rudely shook her head at anyone sitting not buying drinks & even stood over some tables in order to pressure people just trying to enjoy the music to buy drinks. Super rude & unprofessional. BEWARE & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

JK R.

Yelp
2/18/21 - believe the negative reviews! They opened 5 minutes late. The music starts at 8:30. We ordered beer at the bar and they searched for ever for bottles but it was on tap. The didn't have picks for the lines so he just threw them in a plastic cup. We asked for a bar menu and they don't have one. Just won't do mojitos or blended drinks. After ordering our beer his face is the check! Like what?!?! Did you want to ask if we're having another? Nope, pay and leave! Garbage service and no drink menu!

Robert S.

Yelp
Wanted to enjoy some music and a cigar with my wife. Was told we could not get cigars for some weird reason. There was 3 people in the little room with cigars that she called a "big party in there". That made no sense. Also we were told we HAD to order a drink. Nothing on the web site says there is some sort of a drink minimum. Then we were told there was no available seats. Don't go here. Go somewhere else.

Rachel W.

Yelp
Napoleon's was great! We had a wedding party with us and arrived at 7:45. Music started at 8:30 so we grabbed two comfy tables and bought some cigars from the vendor outside. The vendor was very knowledgeable and helped each person pick one. The beverages were great and the server was quick. The music was awesome and pianists were very funny and entertaining! Only down side is no food is allowed here. We will be back for cocktails!

Ric E.

Yelp
If I could rate more than 5 stars, Napoleon's Piano Bar would definitely get more stars. The establishment as a whole is very nice and has a wide selection of alcohol as well as a great assortment of cigars. The servers were phenomenal. Very friendly and knowledgeable about pairing for cigars/drinks. This place is definitely not cheap so make sure to come with plenty of money, not only for drinks and cigars, but to make any requests to the dueling pianists. As far as the performers go, they were superb! They did a great job getting the crowd to sing along. They also did a great job covering everything from Johnny Cash to Elton John. I strongly recommend you stop inside this place if you're looking for entertainment outside of the normal Las Vegas experience. TWO THUMBS WAY UP for Napoleon's Piano Bar in the Paris Hotel and Casino.

Charlie B.

Yelp
Had an Excellent experience here for a leisurely drink and a cigar before my reservation at the Old Homestead Steakhouse (also highly recommended). The service here was great (I was there early before it was crowded for the evening). Fine cigar selection and reasonable prices (especially for Las Vegas)... I will be back. This is a happy place. See accompanying photos... Highly Recommended.

Yelp
Last time I was in town my husband and I stumbled upon this place and the dueling piano players so we walked in grabbed a seat and stay for about an hour or so. Had the best time so when we came here for Thanksgiving weekend I said we needed to come back. We got here Friday evening around 5:15 and there was a girl playing piano. The waitress came over and said they weren't able to serve us alcohol as the bartender wasn't there yet. Eventually he showed up and we each ordered a drink. Apparently it was happy hour buy one get one half off. Instead of just bringing us two drinks, she brought us four??? I was worried the ice would melt before we got to the second one, but it turned out fine. A little odd to do it this way, but husband wondered if it was a way to keep you there. The happy hour prices were a deal. I really wanted to see the dueling pianos again and the website never said anything but that they opened at 5. After listening to the girl who was playing piano for a bit, we came to find out she played until 8 and then the dueling piano players started at 9. A little disappointed, but oh well another time. However, the girl that was playing said she was there every Friday and Saturday from 5-8 was fantastic. She had a lists of songs that you could request from her. She was very sweet, had a wonderful voice and engaged with the crowd as much as she could. There weren't a lot of us in there because it was rather early, but by 7 it had filled in more. I will definitely be back. My husband enjoyed the place, because he was able to purchase a cigar and smoke it there.

Kristian S.

Yelp
Live music and alcohol compliment each other really well, so I'm always down to check out a dueling piano situation. After seeing a show, my wife and I weren't quite ready to call it a night. Decided to check out Napoleon's, inside Paris, because it was close to our room in Ballys and I remember hearing about it a while back. The place sounded pretty lively from the outside, but when we entered, it was anything but. To be fair, it was relatively early. Maybe the other patrons weren't drunk enough to be excited. It was an older crowd, but that wasn't the problem. I know plenty of older people who like to get down and party. It just felt a little stuffy and uptight. This placed gets 3 stars because the musicians were awesome. After hearing a bunch of songs that basically sounded the same, i sent my wife up there with a 20 and a couple of requests to mix things up. They played awesome renditions of Benny and the Jets and Roxanne for us. I think this place would be cool to come to with my parents because there definitely isn't anything crazy or inappropriate going on in here that would offend them.

Scott M.

Yelp
Awsome place for a fun and exciting evening place was packed both night we went had a blast

La Juania M.

Yelp
The guys doing the dueling pianos are awesome!! They kept the crowd entertained and played all types of songs. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the drinks are over priced but it's Vegas most of them are, but these were not as good as the others. And the waitress had an attitude.

Susan W.

Yelp
Hubbie always wanted to see a dueling pianos show, but really in his mind, the show would play out as it did on "Legend of 1900", where two musicians duke it out to one-up the other in piano talent. Well, that isn't the typical, and it turned out to be fine. We were initially disappointed to find that we didn't know any of the songs that were being requested, but eventually we just appreciated the sheer talent of the pianists. How they could seemingly telepathically sync up and improvise with no errors is beyond us. And they were even able to do justice to heavy metal songs where of course pianos are not in the original song. As others noted, drinks are pricey. Entertainment is great though.

Katy S.

Yelp
Meh. I mean, it was okay for a quick drink but don't expect anything mind blowing. The happy hour was nice: beer or wine are BOGO free before 8pm on Friday's (not sure if that runs the entire week). However, my speciality cocktail featuring Rum Chata (butter...something in the name) was very mediocre and $18! For only two people, my husband and I paid $40, and he got the BOGO beer. I don't understand it but whatevz. Their servers had a bit of an attitude too which was disappointing :( with so many other options in Paris and surrounding hotels, I'd skip this next time.

R K.

Yelp
Who doesn't like a combination of drinks, friends and dualing pianos? I've been here a few times before and its always a good time. The way these two guys can play almost any song you request is amazing. When you're at Bally's or Paris grab your friends and check this place out. A cool buzz and some good friends and music make things right.

April H.

Yelp
In the land of amazing bars Napoleon's falls to the middle. It's convenient if you are staying or doing something in Paris but this inst a bar that is worth a special trip for. The bar is kind cute but I feel like it could be more themed. The main middle section is pretty dull. The bartenders are ok. They are alright at making the drinks fairly quickly but don't seem to be enjoying their jobs much. Maybe the bar gets going later and it has a better more exciting feel but early evening was pretty dead.

Tigerlilee E.

Yelp
I SO wish there was a place to review the entertainment unto themselves. Because those men deserve 10 stars! Hands down. But alas, this review is for my overall experience at this lounge, thus only the 4 stars. (10 for the entertainers, 1 for the service, 3 for the drinks, 2 for the establishment.) Drinks are expensive in my opinion. At $15 plus tax plus tip you're looking at near $20/drink. Ouch. Super delicious, yes. And, ouch. The bartender was miserable. Didn't crack a smile all night and could hardly be bothered to serve you. BUT, the Dueling Piano guys!!! They blew me away. They were my favorite night in Vegas. I came to Vegas to see Santana and of course, being Santana, that was great but seeing these guys topped that in my books. They play most nights of the week and are truly engaging, funny, and surreally talented. They can play ANYTHING. They know how to work a crowd and get everyone involved and having a good time. They can switch between Metallica and folk and Latino music at the drop of a hat all while making us laugh. I've been to Vegas many times and I'm bemoaning the fact I've never discovered them sooner. Next time I'm in Vegas I will bee-line straight here to thoroughly enjoy another night of being entertained by these incredible men! THANK-YOU!

Shelly P.

Yelp
I would give the service here a negative review if possible. Opens at 5. Came in with our group and one other :6 and 4. We sat. And sat. And sat. We walked in at 5:00. At 5:40, I asked the bartender, obviously a Texas Tech fan, if we could be served. Apparently 10 people were WAY too many for him. So we went to the bar. 2/1 he said. 50.00 later. I got it..waitresses didn't start until 6. Maybe he wasn't allowed to leave the bar. Maybe there are rules. But then two, TWO waitresses showed up at 6. Never once came to our table. Not once. Yes, I left and brought alcohol back. Its VEGAS! At 6:40, se were asked to leave. FAir. But, We are there to party. Your waitresses were indignant that we brought our own alcohol in, but not once asked the table of 8, out of 15 people in the bar, if they wanted a drink. So..we left. Its not tough to make money in Vegas when you do your damn job. But you wont get a penny of out money ever.

Erik H.

Yelp
Came over here after seeing a show as we wanted to smoke a cigar and celebrate our New Year's Eve early. We had scoped this place out several times and figured it would be a lot of lively fun after seeing the show. We arrived around 12pm and quickly ordered champagne and what turned out to be a crappy cigar. I think I had read that you didn't get an ash tray unless you smoked their cigar. It was a Romeo y Julieta and just didn't burn evenly and even caught fire! Anyway that is just a bad cigar selection on my part. The bottle of Blanc de Noir Domaine Chandon was perfect though as we listened to the dueling pianos. The performance really is based upon what the audience would like. Mostly people seemed to request the 80s genre of Journey, Wings, Billy Joel, Metallica, Eagles, etc. What was a bummer was that I saw the sign which said the dueling pianos was 9-1am. What we didn't realize is that the whole place shut down at 1am which is like an 8pm kids bed time everywhere else. Also the piano guys start telling you that they are winding down and you can tip them more if you want them to play longer. um, they start this at 12:30pm! Oh and them they play only about a minute of the song that you request! I have to admit that they did engage people and they did not seem to get stumped by anyone. I would have tried, but was not going to spend the money. Then finally 1am hits, the bright lights go on and there are mo encores. We chugged our last glass of champagne and walked out.

Chris R.

Yelp
The band was great. The service was very very bad. 20 minutes per round at least. And the Kat round was forgotten so I got my bill. Such a shame. It seems they had adequate time but I noticed the waitresses standing around in back. I normally don't leave reviews when bad, but I felt I had to as I normally take care of our service people. I hope management fixes this. Napoleon's seems like a nice place but if drinks aren't timely, no one will go.

Susan C.

Yelp
Super fun and right in the middle of Paris and Bally's. We enjoyed 2 late nights with them and sang along to all the songs. Loved both nights!

Kelly C.

Yelp
Napoleon's Dueling Piano Bar Overall 3.75 Gold Medal - Extraordinary Pianist Silver Medal - Peppy Fun Environment Bronze Medal - Free entrance These pianist knows every song! From Journey to Metallica. Truely amazing. There were people singing, dancing, and drinking. People were having the time of their lives. This is a free activity at night. There is no admission fee and no drink minimum. Unlike comedy improv shows, where you get in for free, but the waitresses are hounding you for drink orders, causing you to miss the entire show. Here at Napoleon's, you pay for what you want to order. If you want to request that special song that makes your body alive, you pay a tip with the name of the song written on a piece of paper. The crowd was mainly 40 years old+. All the younger hipsters are probably out hitting the dance clubs. HAPPY DUELING!!

Mark M.

Yelp
I'm certainly no piano bar regular, but I didn't get a big thrill out of Napoleon's. While the musicianship was adequate, it seemed at the lower end of what I've experienced at similar locations. This place would be fine for a few drinks, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
I used to come here because it was a champagne bar. You could get top-end flights of champagne. Now it's a dive, at best, with a subpar cocktail selection. The so-called entertainment would be street performers in metropolitan areas. AND no flights of champagne. I will NEVER return here. I might add that perhaps the website could be updated to reflect the distasteful changes. Btw, if you have an ounce of class, you will not feel comfortable.

David H.

Yelp
Enjoyable piano bar with really comfortable leather seats and interesting but expensive drinks. These guys do the best dueling piano show in Vegas and are experts at playing to the crowd since the crowd usually ranges from 21-year-olds on a bachelorette party to 91-year-olds wanting songs from people I've never heard of to Canadian tourists requesting songs the rest of us don't know. You never know what you'll hear each night and you'll hear more than the usual 10 songs most places feature. One guy from the audience even paid $60 to play a song at the piano himself and was better than we all expected. Get here by around 9 or it fills up fast.

Lisa F.

Yelp
What a great place this is!!!! My girlfriends and I stopped in here for a drink and to watch for a bit. The 2 guys on stage were great!! Their bantering back and forth was great. You could tell they liked each other and had fun together. You can request songs for them to Olay and there's a small dance floor you can dance on. Drinks were good! There are servers that walk around and take your order and deliver them to you which is nice so you don't need to get up and stand in a line to wait to order drinks. We will stop in here again for sure. Was great entertainment for sure!!!

Norm K.

Yelp
We had a get together of online friends here yesterday. The thing that keeps this from getting 4 stars is the fact we waited until 4:15 for them to open. Their posted hours begin at 4. Someone in the group finally got through on the phone to someone who unlocked the front door and opened the place. We were given Napoleon's Retreat, the private room, as a quiet place for the 15 people to get away from the loudness of the main room. Congratulations to the staff for turning a losing moment into something positive. But you know, when you're advertised opening time is 4 PM, you should have the doors opened then or shortly thereafter--not 15 minutes later.

Dani S.

Yelp
Service was really bad! The dueling piano show was fun. Dropped by here to be entertained and after some waiting we were able to get a seat towards the back of the bar. The dueling piano show was fun but a bit too mellow and the hour we were there, they played a lot of super old songs and super slow depressing songs that almost made me go to sleep. It was a Friday night and I was surprised it wasn't more lively. The service was pretty bad, the cocktail waitresses were not good looking and the one hat serviced us definitely had an attitude problem.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed at Paris in 2018. We saw two Cirques and Penn and Teller, but could not stop talking about the great time we had at Napoleon's dueling piano bar. Stayed till closing both nights. Harrah's dueling pianos was good; same for Pat O'Brien's in New Orleans, but Napoleon's was best by far. Negative reviews about the service or bar make me question reviewers' priorities. You can get served a drink anywhere in Vegas, but this caliber of essentially free entertainment is rare, indeed. Don't like the service? Leave and open a chair for someone who's there for the music and good times!

Yelp
This location really isn't a dueling piano bar even though it advertises that it is. It's basically a bar where two dudes play the same song together and take requests and try to be funny. Most of the audience here are over 50 so expect a lot of older songs and older people being drunk. The drinks are overpriced, but that's also expected. Still, the menu is really cool looking as I'm a huge fan of Napoleon. Overall, it was nice to experience it once, but I wouldn't come here again.

Yelp
I partied myself so hard here. It was just me having a moment to myself looking for the perfect spot to have a French 75 cocktail and then I found Napoleon's. This place is so swanky inside & out. I walked in hoping it wasn't too fancy for me in my jeans & t shirt. Then I saw the cigar room. Oh man, it was empty so I grabbed a comfy corner armchair and slowly enjoyed my Havana Honey $15 and my French 75 cocktail $16 until the bill arrived. Turns out that between the hours of 5p-8p every night you get the drink (or the cigar I can't remember which) for free! So my little perfect indulgent moment only cost $17! So I had another round! All the while enjoying the great piano bar music coming from the lounge area. Seriously, this place is going on my permanent Vegas list. Such a great find!!!

Yelp
Let me preface this review by indicating that we did NOT listen to the piano music--only stopped in for a beverage. Having said that, the bartender was the most miserable, condescending, snarky person that I've ever met in the food service industry. His name is Ryon and he was an older gentlemen with white hair and glasses. My friend and I were the only two people at the bar (it had just opened) and he literally couldn't had been more disrespectful and neglectful. He spent the majority of the time with his back turned to us texting on his iPhone. When we asked for a wine list (after all, this is a "wine bar"), he told us to walk to the other side of the bar and get them ourselves. During happy hour, drink specials are two for one. When we tried to order a second cheaper glass of wine, the same bartender dismissively told us that it had to be the exact same glass. Again, it wasn't the ridiculous policy that upset us, it was the condescending attitude displayed by this bartender. I've never had to write a one star review and I'm appalled that this poor quality of service is at a bar within one of the nicest casinos on the strip in Vegas. (***Its interesting to note that a month ago there was an eerily similar Yelp review regarding the EXACT same bartender)

Yelp
I have been here for dueling pianos multiple times and it is usually one of my favorite attractions. However, the most recent time the pianists were practically begging for tips. That really took the fun out of it. I was showing them off to a friend who was in town. My drink was good and the atmosphere is fun (despite the begging). The crowd is always a hoot! The cocktails are about $17 but there is no cost for the show so it's not too bad.

Yelp
It wasn't what I expected. We had thought about this place because we passed by it heaps since we stayed at Paris Hotel. We went that night at around 10pm and it was pretty crowded. When we got there, there were no seats. So we stood by the door listening to some songs and through that we thought that if we found a seat, we'd stay since it sounded so fun and entertaining. About 15 minutes passed and we found a seat in the back corner. Not a great view but it wasn't really a bother. When we sat down the server came over and asked us what to drink. Menu had no prices shown, at least I remember none for the beers. We got 2 Coors light. I saw people put in their requests and the songs were great and fun because people would sing along. As the night moved on, there were some awkward moments in the crowd. Most of the crowd that night was a lot older, very much enjoyed the 80's. But some groups of people requested songs that were rap or the 90's/00's. So it would get awkward and quiet at times because most of the crowd didn't know these songs. Luckily I enjoy 80s-Now, so it was alright. At one point, one person requested (high tip) a Whitney Houston song and it got awkward when he said "I won't play it if someone tips $20". And sure enough after about 10 seconds someone did. He tried to save it with saying if someone tipped $21, he'll play the song. It was more awkward but saved it when he said he'll play it anyways later on. ***Side note: A small group of 3 in front of us were very annoying. Requested really crap songs (metal songs that no one literally knew but just them) and yelled in a obnoxious manner. But I knew that these kinds of crowds are inevitable. I was excited for my song request (freaking QUEEN by the way) but I didn't know that low tipped song requests wouldn't get played until 2 hours later. I figured a $5 would be fine, but later realized when people tipped $20, the pianists would skip songs that were below $20 and play higher tipped requests. Some $15 song requests would literally get skipped because someone would put the request right in front of the pianist OR when they see a $20 tip. I get it, it's your job. But why not play by order? Even if they played the lower tipped songs shorter it would be fine, but I literally waited 2 hours long with 2 other requests because we had $5 for our songs. Our $5 songs were mushed into a medley instead. Kinda sucks. But it sucked more waiting 2 hours for it. Beginning of the night our server came by every 15 min to check on us and if we needed more drinks as we kept our orders open. But after about 3 times of checking on us she suddenly stopped. On the last hour, I waived to her about a couple times but didn't see me at all. It was really hard to get a hold of her. She was nice, she just needed to visit in an orderly manner, she kept forgetting the couple next to us too. Drinks were also overpriced. VERY OVERPRICED. Not worth really. Overall, it was okay. Good one time experience. I'll just have to venture out for another piano bar with the same concept but with better service and entertainment.

Yelp
This is a fun place if you like a variety of loud live music. Do you have a song you would like to hear? The this is the place for you. Just write down your song on the provided piece of paper on the table and deliver it to the stage and you're in line to hear them perform it. And, if you add some cash to your request, the more the better, it looks like they give it priority. These guys aren't afraid to try any song which showcased just how talented thet are as musicians. Even if the voice range of the song is challenging, it won't stop them from trying. I was impressed with their efforts. But as far as the music selection, they performed whatever song presented like the pros they are. What a fun experience since most of the songs they performed when I was there were songs from my musical era. This piano bar just adds to the parisian ambiance of the Paris Casino. This place is a blast but be ready for $10 bears & take some ear plugs if loud music bothers you.

Yelp
We stopped in twice this past weekend during our recent LV stay. We were walking by and heard the dueling pianos. These guys were a lot of fun and really got the crowd dancing, singing, and laughing. We sat at the bar while the crowd was slowly ebbing (it was around midnight). Within a couple of minutes, we were yelling out the lyrics. The cocktails are pricey but not unlike the rest of Paris. They were a bit more simple in construction than other similar priced bars but expect it was because of volume and because they needed to fund the entertainment. It was worth it. If you're going to request a song - add a tip when you drop it off. They'll blow right by yours without.

Yelp
The space is awesome! The two guys running the pianos tonight are not. Lots of competition on the strip for dueling pianos. No chemistry with these two guys. Also, their rendition of the top requested sounds was a B-. Two gals at Harrahs, terrific!!! I am sure there are others and I will look for them.

Yelp
BEWARE website is wrong ... entertainment, dueling pianos does not start at 5pm like it says. They start playing at 9pm. Servers are awesome! Atmosphere is fun once the live music gets going. Bring your cash so you're sure to get your favorite songs sung!
