We came in during the dinner rush with a bigger group. The service was slow at first. But we saw them getting a lot of orders to-go all at once. They acknowledged us and helped us the best they could. But it took a little while to get drinks and plates, silverware etc. BUT... Despite how busy they were and a little slow at first, they gave great service. Very friendly, apologetic about the beginning and was very attentive once we received our food. We weren't in a rush and came to enjoy each other's company and relax. So not a big deal about the slow start. We have been here many times before and always get great service and delicious food. I definitely recommend coming here!

So where to start. The location seems blah. The soda machine still isn’t working. Plates were less then stellar cracked and some weren’t clean. Table and booths seem lackluster and again not very clean. Pizza is good but super greasy. Ordered two 18” pepperoni And 6 bottled drinks. They say on the receipt they are 20oz but they are 16.9oz at a whopping $23 for the 6. Wow. There was only one guy he’s nice but seems a little scatterbrained. Watching them get that huge pizza out the small door is a treat in it’s self. In all for the two 18” 1 topping pizzas and 6 drinks and tip it was $92. So we most likely won’t be back.

The pizza is good if you get what you ordered … ordered food multiple times and either got something else as replacement that I did not ask for nor want or old pizza nobody picked up. Cheese sticks were just bad. Zucchini sticks worse. Both over cooked potato skins were bad , not loaded as on menu it had very little liquid cheese barely on potatoes that’s it ! Ordered bruschetta first time it was good. 4 pieces is in 1 order. 2 time ordered bruschetta I got 2 containers with 2 pieces in each container and over -charged for 2 orders …. When it is made as you ordered it it’s great pizza !!!! Ordered the Philly sub bomb with fries. I got sweet potato fries ( didn’t order ) rather then regular fries as I asked .. I no longer order from this place too many screw ups every time we ordered. It was as if they ignore what you ordered and deliver the old food someone else ordered and didn’t pick up … I got bucket of wings when I opened up container. 3 wings were eaten and bones were tossed back into container … that did it for us

We ordered dinner through slice. The delivery driver called twice to tell us the restaurant repeatedly said 10 minutes and it ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. The delivery driver stated the restaurant manager was incredibly rude. The first picture is Bruschetta, no tomatoes. The second picture is garlic knots with cheese, not anything like the garlic knots with cheese pictured in the menu, and our pepperoni pizza is without pepperoni. The fried ravioli with sauce was a soggy mess and spilled in the bag with the rest of the food. We were charged $1.70 for ranch and it was not included. The restaurant refunded half the pizza cost and the Bruschetta through slice. I called the restaurant and the manager was rude and stated I was lucky to get the refund I got, because usually they only refund $3.00. The food is good sometimes, not consistent, the service is always terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I probably would. The garlic bread was soggy with grease. The sauce on the Penne that was to go with the chicken Parm was terrible consistency and watery. The chicken for the Parm was soggy. The fettuccini Alfredo tasted like flour and had the consistency of a roux. The sauce on the tortellini was so watery it dripped off of the spoon and the chicken was so over done I couldn't eat it. In all my life (and I'm half Italian) I have never seen a squashed flat lasagna but that's what my son got for his order. So much grease he couldn't eat more than a few bites. I threw almost everything away. What a waste of over $100. Won't be ordering from here again. Nostalgia of eating their pizza every day for lunch in high school just is not enough reason after this to give them a go again. Really disappointed.

Was super excited to see Napoli's had a Henderson location and decided to order a pizza to enjoy while watching VGK. Ordered for pickup a 16 inch pepperoni, meatball and onion. Service was great pizza ready in 15 minutes. This is the worst pizza I've had in the 20+ years I've lived in Vegas. Seems like they didn't put any sauce and the pizza was a huge greasy glob of cheese on top of pizza dough. So disappointed at the lack of attention. There was no one in the restaurant at all so you can't use being busy as an excuse. This was our dinner for tonight and sadly it's in the trash.

I ordered a pepperoni online and my girlfriend went to pick up the pizza. When she got there, she was told they didn’t have anymore pepperoni and all they had was ham, cheese, and chicken. Also couldn’t get a refund or cancel the order. We got the ham, and this is what she brought home. According to my gf their were 4 other people in the building, so on top of making her wait, she waited for NOTHING because they obviously forgot the pizza in the oven. It was burnt and crunchy. Def won’t be going back.

This place is always good and always has good specials happening. Clean restaurant some staff friendly others were kinda not the greatest. But the food is usually great. Only thing is pepperoni always seems a little to salty but still great. I keep going back so yeah...

Napolis offered to remake pizza but made it clear that "usually we don't do this and next it would have to be picked up". So you're doing me a favor redelivering my pizza your driver dropped or let fall between his seats?

Just like they have multiple pages on here, they are now scamming UBER EATS custimers and claiming to be multiple famous italian restaurants. Don't be fooled, and don't get robbed like I did two weeks ago. They need to be kicked off Uber for lying and trying to steal hard earned money from people with false advertising. We have been going to Napoli's for over 10 years. We have never experienced anything like we did tonight. Is there a new management?? Their pizza isn't the same. Cheese is horrible, sauce is watered down and the cheese fell off of the whole slice every time we went to eat it. Crust is soggy. Phone service was rude. My kids went to pick up the pizzas and they all said it's just ghetto now. Phone kept ringing and nobody would answer the phone (because she was busy eating her food), then she answered the phone and told them to wait and went right back to finishing her food. Nobody's using gloves to handle the food. Our family of 6 can usually down 3 boxes of pizzas, but we barely finished 1 box and have 2 left. Such a disappointment. This will definitely be our last time going here, which makes me sad. They were our go to pizza place. (Location on Warm springs, between Stephanie and Marks)

So, I placed my order at 5:30. I was told it would be ready at 6:15. It is now 6:45. I ordered this food for a birthday party at Xtreme Flipping Out which is in the same shopping center and the kids were called to eat at 6:30 which was the scheduled time and which I figure he'll be fine since that would give me 15 minutes to get back. Obviously, it is now too late for me to order food from anywhere else and I'm still sitting here waiting for the food that I ordered. I definitely would not have tipped and this will be the last time that I ever eat here.

Worst place to order food 1 old poor lady running th3 kitchen with 2 girls watching her with hand on the side. On top of all that they are running virtual middle eastern resurant also and food had nothing to do with middle eastern. Am sorry this place sucks. And I won't recommend it for any one if u really want authentic Arabic food go to sunrise on Pecos and eat really middle eastern food. And staff is amazing

We are currently in the lobby waiting for our pizza and the young lady named Celeste at the counter is so extremely rude that we are trying to get our money back at this moment. She short changed another customer saying she didn't have the correct change to give him back and was acting in a threatening manner. My husband and I feel unsafe and are trying to get our money back and get out. Two other people walked in and saw what was going on and left. We are really upset.

Been coming here for years and this a basically inedible. Every single piece is extremely soggy and the cheese just slides off. I tried to cut it and still happened with the smallest piece as you can see in the picture.

What a let down. Had the 27 in. pizza with 20 wings daily special then added another 20 wings (crispy). Picked up and food was cold. Every wing was a club, not one splitter. Wings were over cooked and dry. Pizza was dry with a lot of crust. The bill for horrible food. 86.00 dollars. Been ordering here for at least 7 years. Seems to have gotten progressively worst. Also the reply from Jane V must be a robo reply because nobody works there by that name. They probably do that to make it look like they care.

Put in an order got garlic bread. The order was confirmed at 3:58pm and an hour later, the order is still not ready. When I called, the lady that answered said we are having ordering issues. And she was very rude about it. It's not like this is a great pizza place. Is basic at best but convenient. Will not be ordering from them for a while.

It really should get a zero star rating or negative. Have done two delivery orders with them where it took over 1 hr. The last had gone well over 1 hr 20 minutes. They are rude when you call and end up hanging up. Edit. Tried them again recently and they still managed to mess up my order and forget items. This restaurant is so poorly ran that no self respecting owner would put up with this.

We live in the SW part of Vegas. Placed an order with Brothers on line and was rerouted to Napoli in Henderson unknowingly. Turns out same company. Even though have a Napoli in the SW area. Order was delivered approximately 40 minutes from original time told. Discovered meatballs are frozen since that's how we got them. But the worst was the delivery driver yelling to tell us to give him a better tip than 18%. Unbelievable!!!!

I haven't actually been in the restaurant but have ordered a few times while @ work. I really enjoy the blackened chicken salad. Portion size is well worth the money & comes in a nice plastic container that you can take home, wash & reuse. The last time I ordered this I asked to have the chicken on the side because they are always putting the cooked, warm chicken on top of the cold salad & it makes the lettuce & veggies warm. Well I got jipped on the portion of chicken. It was soooo small & nothing compared to the size they put on the salad. Won't be doing that again. I asked to have certain ingredients omitted from the salad which wasn't done, looked like I just got a garden salad instead. Luckily it's easy to take salad ingredients off that I don't want. The consistency of their food isn't the same. Not sure why??? Sometimes my chicken is really blackened & other times its just seasoned with seasonings orange in color. Chicken is always nice & moist, never dried out. Their ranch dressing is the best. They make it homemade. One ordered they shorted us some ranch that they charged us for so I called them up & they sent a delivery guy back with ranch. I got an order of onions rings that came well done to burnt, see photos. UPDATE: I actually recently went into this location the other day because I was craving a blackened chicken salad. When I went in the place wasn't busy with customers inside the store. I ordered my salad & asked for the chicken on the side (oops I did it again, was hoping that being there in person I wouldn't get shorted on the portion...boy I was wrong!). There was a young kid behind the counter who may have been a manager & I had told him how my co-worker's & I order from here & how I got a really small portion of blackened chicken on the side and I told him about the burnt onions rings. I even showed him pictures of these things. He made it sound like he was going to make sure my chicken portion would be the normal size one which it ended up not being & I had told the girl who gave me my food but she didn't seem to care & did nothing about it. I also told the cashier that I wanted iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers & shredded cheese only on my salad. I had to tell her 3 times what I wanted. I didn't see cucumbers listed on my receipt & happened to mention this to that kid & he said "the salad already comes with cucumbers on it" well guess what??? Mine didn't. I was a little annoyed that even in store my order was messed up. I also waited 25 minutes for one blackened chicken salad....WOW!!! So I've decided I'm just going to order blackened chicken salads with the chicken on it so I will get the correct portion & if I plan on going into the store for food I will call ahead so I don't have to wait forever. They seemed to get busy I'm guessing with phone orders/internet orders because while I was waiting a guy came in to order a pizza & they told him it would be 45 minutes. I spoke to the manager one night when I placed an order who was really nice & told me more then once he appreciated us (hospital employees). I told him how our last order got messed up. He said he would personally make sure the one I was placing wouldn't & he even threw in these delicious fried dough balls. Powder sugar on 1/2 & cinnamon on the other....OMG they were AMAZING!! There bathroom was nice & clean and has a cool water faucet that lights up. See photo. 5 stars for the taste of their food. 3 stars for poor consistency of their food & 3 stars for in store customer service.

Update: we had to go down to pick up the rest of our order and they are shifting the blame for half the delivery being left by the delivery driver. And inconveniently, their phone lines were also down. Plausible, however unlikely. I'll give them another chance though because the food is decent. Original: So, warning, don't order from this place!! Twenty minutes after half of our online food order arrived, we can't get a hold of the restaurant at all! Calling twenty minutes on two different phones. It was an online order, so we're not sure if they ever would have answered. Nellis answered, but our location on Warm springs would not. Hoping for a resolution soon. Someone at Napoli's have even a little concern for their company?

A warning to the residents of Seven Hills, please take note. I rarely write reviews but my experience with this new Napoli's was so bad I feel the need to warn the Seven Hills community about them. My first mistake was ordering online through SliceLife. 2 pizzas and chicken wings for a whopping $53.69. I even tipped them. My husband goes to pick it up and is told by a rather snippy lady that they don't use online ordering even though it literally says "order online" on the paper menus that they trash the city with. She then tried to convince him to just order again and pay right there. At this point I start calling the other locations. The Warm Springs location at least confirms they use online ordering but no, they didn't receive the order. The lady tells me they've been having problems with the online ordering process. The Nellis location has no idea what I'm talking about but no, they received nothing. SliceLife is a terrible app and I will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone. I just finished up my 4th customer service chat with them. They call the location and of course Napoli's claims they fulfilled the order. No help at all. TLDR: Don't order online from this scammy shop. This place is worse than the Angelina's that used to be here. And that is saying something.

I thought Napoli Pizza was pretty tasty. I came in on a Friday night and they seemed busy, but not too bad to have to wait long. I ordered a 14" pizza for to-go with 4 toppings: mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, and meatballs. The wait wasn't bad, about 20 mins. Everyone was wearing masks and conforming to social distancing which was great. Very friendly atmosphere. Theres a couple tables indoors and more outside in the front. My meal was comped and I wanna thank Harry, the owner, & Marqetech for giving me this opportunity to try their pizza. I would have never known about Napoli Pizza without it, since I live about 20 mins away from this location and usually get my pizza from Costco. The Pizza was pretty big. I couldnt finish it all and had leftovers for about 2 days. The pros: the pizza smelled amazing and do aromatic, a lot of cheese (which i love), and a pretty good amount of toppings. I liked that the different meats weren't overly salty and went well with each other even though I didn't get much veggies to balance the flavors out. The only con was that the pizza wasn't as crispy on the bottom as I wanted it to be. Maybe thats my fault since I could've asked them to put it in longer perhaps. However, given my 1st time there I wanna see how they usually make their pizzas. The dough and crust was a bit thicker than what I like.

Had pizza from here last night for the first time. I'd heard nice things about the restaurant. Southwestern pizza looked and smelled good in the box. Pizza was wet and soggy with grease in the center, causing the slices to fall apart. The cheese wasn't very high quality. They put a lot of toppings, but nothing was great. Crust was dry and seemed almost overcooked. Ended up visiting the toilet a few times during the night with bad diarrhea from eating Napoli pizza. It was probably the large amounts of grease. If you read my other Yelp reviews, I usually get sick from restaurants who use low quality cheese. This was no different. Oh my I don't know how this place keeps their customers always behind time for pick up don't bother ordering online for pick up unless you wanna wait 30 to 45 minutes longer than quoted employees are disgruntled. Overall feeling is that the owners just don't care so the machine hasn't worked in months

Out of all the Businesses that have seemed to lapse into mediocrity since the pandemic, I am really sad to see that Napolis has joined them. We have been customers since we moved here six years ago but never again. My wife went in and placed an order. 90.00 for two pizzas mind you. One of which was 43.99 on its own. The pizza is good, the cost wasn't the issue. The issue was that she placed the order, paid for the order, and was then told that no one there knows how to make the Chicago stuffed pizza that she just paid for. No Manager available and we have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund to the card that we used. 3-5 days? really? How do you have people working at a Pizzeria that can't make a pizza? Why is there no Manager available? Why didn't someone know before the order was paid for that the pizza was unavailable. Absurd and unacceptable!

What in the hell happened to this place? We have been loyal customers for ten years, but never again. The "new management" has ruined it. I've been super forgiving of places what with the staff shortages etc but tonight we called to order and we're "greeted " with NAPOLI HOLD.... And hold we did for ages until I thought we must have been cut off. Called again and held only five minutes this time before ordering. I regret that now. We were informed of a 45 minute wait. (For what? When we arrived the place was empty.) the real shock was when we picked up our two large pizzas and arrived home we found two ice cold, stale pies with almost no sauce, a horrible flat crust and none of the hot bubbly pizza we had loved for years. What. A. Shame.

Generally speaking, I'm pretty easy to please. I realize people have bad days & I try to take that in account when deciding on how many stars I give to a business. Today Napolis' earned a single star. I called for a delivery of an 18" pizza. First I was put on hold for just shy of five minutes & then was told it would be an hour to an hour & twenty minutes for the delivery. Well, we like their pizza & decided to wait. Two hours later I called & asked for an update. The guy on the phone said, "Well, I just got here, lemme check." On hold again & when he came back on, I was told the driver was out & it should be just a few minutes. A half hour later, I called & after being placed on hold again, I canceled our order. Two & a half hours waiting for an 18" pizza from a location less than a 10 minute drive from my house is ridiculous & frustrating. We won't be a Napolis' customer again.

Long over due review for Napoli, but here it is! :) I walked in around 5pm and their lobby or dining area didn't seem too busy. However, there wasn't much tables available to sit inside, but they did offer outside seating areas (I'm assuming could be due to the 25% COVID regulations). Staff was really friendly and assisted me right away. I wasn't sure with what I wanted to order so the lady that was assisting me was very patient. I ended up ordering a large white pizza. It was good, but it also tasted pretty bland at the same time. It was suppose to be a cheesy pizza, but it seemed more dry than cheesy. I didn't wait too long for my order. If I'm not mistaken, I think I only waited for 15 minutes. They do offer different items on their menu, which I would go back and try and they also had different dessert items available as well.

The girl in front was polite but forgot she was in customer service as I waited for my food for 45 minutes she sat on her phone texting.. when I finally received my food it was cold and the worst taste was not worth my 70 dollars

Moved to the area 5 years ago and was thrilled to have a great pizza place nearby. Not sure if they have new owners or what, but the pizza today was awful. No sauce just a piece of rubbery cheese and the crust was doughy. Even my friends and relatives from New York used to like the pizza. So sad and has changed so much. Gotta find a new place.

Should be zero or even negative 10. Ordered food by walking in before running errands. Pick up special with cheese, and a small Greek pizza. Picked up food in 30, pizzas looked ok, but I was in a rush to get home to feed kids. Got in a car: Greek pizza does not have green olives or tomatoes. Undercooked, very soggy. I am like this aint it. Went back to the store and told the front lady this is not greek pizza because it is missing 2 toppings. I would like my refund. Pizza untouched. The front lady with her pants hanging on her butt yelles into the kitchen "She is saying it is not greek pizza because it is missing 2 topping, yeah, yeah, she got everything else, just the 2 toppings and she claiming it ain't greek pizza". The attitude is just wrong. I am like "are you ok?". Turns around and not faces me. I am like, ok....what is next? She like I don't know, I am not a cook and faces away, watching TV. I say " call the cook". The cook comes out (in 5 minutes) and says yeah we don't have green olives and tomatoes thats why it is missing those toppings. I say "how about telling your customers about it before they order food?". She says "I am not the person who answers the phone or takes orders". WT actual FFFFFF??? I say do you guys not communicate with each other??? Is that how you work??? I would like my refund. I the meantime she takes my pizza back behind those steel doors. And after that announces that only the manager can issue refund and she is not in today and i should come back tomorrow for it. I say "I would like my pizza back so i can bring it back tomorrow as proof of purchase because your guys's sign says " ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF PRODUCT IS BROUGHT BACK". The kitchen lady says she already trashed my pizza. WHATTTTTTTTT???? I have the receipt. In the meantime the front lovely lady looking like she is about to punch me in the face and turning her whole body away from me not engaging in anything. Is that how you treat people? Killed my appetite, killed my sunday off day. I wont die from 20$ if I don't get refund, but you all should look inside and reflect in the meantime. Rude, attitude, absolutely disrespectful, both front and back of house. I am coming tomorrow for my refund and my tip because you did not deserve it. Tip is for customer service which you lack abhorrently.

I ordered lunch from Napoli today. I placed my order online and got a confirmation email. When I got there, though, the order was no where to be found. The guy at the counter wondered if I ordered from another location. I showed him my order and confirmed I got the right store. He asked which site I ordered from. I confirmed it was their own site. He was as confused as I was. He ended up placing the order and not charging me since my card had already been charged. I just had to wait longer than expected. I am not one who likes to wait for something that should be ready. For this I almost want to dock some stars but it is hard to fault the store when the company's site is what screwed up. The 4 stars I give today are for the food and for the store making the matter right. And, I have to say, the wait was made less frustrating by the fact that they were playing a mix of Metallica \m/ So, I ordered a lunch special #14, pastrami and cheese sandwich with fries and a drink (upsized for the inconvenience). The sandwich had a generous portion of pastrami and a lot of cheese. It was burried beneath the fries. The fries were cooked a little past golden brown which is a little more done than I like. But they were actually pretty good. Still fluffy on the inside. I crammed a few into the sandwich. That was nice. All I was missing was a pickle. Pastrami just doesn't feel complete without a pickle. But thats just me.

I have to ask what happened to this place, I place an order to pick up and it took almost 2 hours to get my food. After being told it was going to be 30 minutes. Not only did my food take long but the my pizza was horrible. I don't understand what happened to the service. I also want to add that my food was horrible, my pizza was falling apart. I got a slice of pizza and the cheese fell off. My fries were not even cooked, I was so upset that we spent $45 to throw away. It's already hard enough that we waited 2 hours for food to throw away. I recommend to read the reviews and sad to say that this is my last time coming back.

Worst experience of my life! 1°- If you don't want to test positive for COVID19 do not order from this lousy restaurant/ EMPLOYEES do not use masks and eat while they are working! 2°- I have to wait more than 2 hours for two pizzas and a sandwich and when I wanted to cancel they said it was not possible because I had already paid by phone with my credit card. 3° - I saw the employees humiliated 2 Doordash drivers who were waiting for their orders (these professionals must be valued in this pandemic period). 4°- When I got home my pizza was burnt and with a hair , maybe new flavor!! Anyway, I do not recommend !!

Absolutely awful service. First of all none of their phone numbers work so it says they prefer you order online which is what I did. I got there and they hadn't even started my one small cheese pizza. My husband waited for more than 45 minutes and then we ended up just asking for a refund since they couldn't get it together. Will never try to order from here again.

The food is decent, pretty good actually. I do like that it is open late and we are able to come for a late night meal. & the meatballs in the spaghetti are a good size. Really only go here when I have a spaghetti craving haha! However, THEIR ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM IS COMPLETE TRASH!! Every single time I order on their actual website, it gives me a pick up time which is typically 45-50 minutes after placing the order, I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 20-30 MINUTES!! And when asked why we would have to wait longer, they always say "our system is down" or "we have so many orders" when there's literally no one else there or alway some BS excuse as to why our food is not ready. Also, the customer service is HORRIBLE! The ladies always have just awful attitudes, they are rude as f*ck, and literally never smile or even greet you when you walk in (usually the ones that do dinner-night shifts). Other than the crappy service & horrible online system, the food is good. A bit pricey, but I love a good spaghetti with big meatballs (: oh & their wings are good too!

I was asked by marketing company to review Napoli Pizza and provide feedback in exchange for a 14inch pizza. I paid extra out of pocket and bought 24 inch pizza to feed my team at work.... Napoli Pizzeria caters to specialty and large, in fact very large Pizzas. I would say that for 24 or 30 inch pizzas Napoli Pizzeria is a great value. Located in a strip mall there is plenty of parking and some inside dinning tables that were spaced far apart due to covid. I announced myself to the sales associate and explained that I was sent by marketing folks to do a review. Unfortunately manager was busy and I had to wait solid 10 minutes for this person to arrive. I explained my purpose, to which manager responded he knows nothing about it....well my name number date and time of my arrival were provided and I showed an email communication...well there was no interest but I was told I can get pizza...so I decided to upgrade pizza to 24 inches especially since I never bought anything larger than 16 inches in the past...well pizza is huge, but more along 22.5 inches than 24 inches as advertised (see my pictures). One thing I wanted to point out is that if you have a person who is there to do review of your establishment, ensure that you are on top of it, and for God's sake Please clean the tables before they arrive! I waited roughly 30 minutes for the pizza and went back to work to feed the hardworking and food loving team. My coworkers who love Napoli Pizzeria swore that pizza was a tad bit better than on any other given day!!! Overall ratings: Parking and access: +1 star Unique factor: +1 star Number of choices: +1 star Customer service: neutral Quality of food: neutral (pretty average) Cleanliness: -1 star Value for the money: +1 star At the end of the day pretty average 3 stars, which could easily be 4 with improved management and cleanliness.

I wish there was a negative star 135 dollars for cold pizza and wings we had a delivery just for them to forget 1 pizza had to drive and get the second so I got charges for a delivery and tip for driver just to pick up my up my own food

Their pizza and food is good, but the bad service and bad attitude of the employees does not make it worth it. 2 times in the past year i have had delivery orders that were around and hour late. Then tonight they said 55 minutes for delivery. At 1 hour we got a message that it would be 40 more minutes. Then at 2 hours we got a message that our order was cancelled. We called the shop, and they gave some BS that they were out of pizza dough and were closing up the shop. Why did it take 2 effing hours to realize there was no pizza dough? Napolis is a waste of your time. After many years of going here, i am now done, they can eff off!

This is such a bad business I ever knew in the area! We ordered online & it took more than an hour to get the food picking up in store. I see people coming to place order & walking out ahead of my online order. The pizza is so disgusting under cook, the meat is old

Worst Napoli's ever! I usually order from the Sahara or Nellis branch and they were great. The chicken wings were undercooked! It was raw inside and very soggy. Also the $16 egg chef salad had barely any cold cuts unlike the Sahara and Nellis branch. Pizza was okay I guess. But wtheck raw chicken?! And the salad portion was not worth the price posted. And they gave a tiny dressing for a large salad.... Very unlike the other branches.
