5 stars I had a fantastic experience at Napoli Restaurant! The menu is incredibly comprehensive—whether you're in the mood for pasta, salad, pizza, or even burgers, there's something for everyone. I ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks, and they were amazing—huge, perfectly seasoned, and a great portion for the price. I also had the spinach pizza with added chicken, and it was delicious. The crust was just right, and the touch of feta took it to the next level. I tried their wedding soup as well, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients—the broth was especially flavorful. The service was excellent. The staff were kind, attentive, and very patient with guests. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and the location offers plenty of parking. Highly recommend this place—I'll definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our dinner very much, starting off with the fried Zucchini. I had the itilian hoagie, which I thought was good. My mother had pasta with spaghetti sauce and a meatball with salad and wedding soup. My brother had the turkey club with chips. All the food was very good and definitely will return again. As far as the atmosphere goes, there could be slight improvements made, kind of reminds me as diner.

Fed my family of three for 100 bucks with plenty of take-home and drinks. Appetizer was phenomenal. I was so busy eating I didn’t even think to get a picture of my entrée but it was delicious. Recommend recommend recommend.

Atmosphere- 3 stars- sits in a small shopping plaza it looks aesthetically pleasing however basically boring inside but clean. There is a full bar on the right side area when you walk in and it was a little loud and rowdy. We sat to the left side as you walk in which was a little more quiet however the noise from the bar still made its way over. Service- 4 stars- Olivia was our waitress and she was very good. She was friendly and attentive. Food was served fairly fast. Food- 3 1/2 stars- We got bread sticks which came with their tomato sauce for dipping and I got a cup of their wedding soup. Bread sticks were good however we weren’t a big fan of the sauce- a bit too much of a tomato paste taste for us. The wedding soup was good however the bits of chicken used could have been better quality. Our main course was the thick square Sicilian cheese pizza, cheese ravioli and the antipasto salad. All were good but the pizza was the best of the three. Ravioli wasn’t anything to brag about and the salad was a salad however we did enjoy the pizza. All in all not a bad place but not a place I would run back too.

Google
This is absolutely embarrassing. NAPOLI WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?? I have gotten your ravioli’s in the past and was craving them. It’s been a while so I ordered them for lunch. $18.74 😳 A lean cuisine from any grocery store in the frozen section for around $3.00 is the exact same size, texture and frozen taste. FALSE ADVERTISING.

Google
Great food in a nice spot! Everybody else had the fish sandwich and everybody raved about it. I had the penne with sausage and a meatball and it was pretty good too. Service was excellent!

Google
The pizza was absolutely delicious the chicken Marsala was really watery.

Google
I had the opportunity to eat here when I was in Washington, Pennsylvania for a concert. I was pleasantly surprised! This is the best Italian food I've had in a long time! I had fettuccine Alfedo with shrimp and lobster that was cooked to perfection! This is definitely worth trying out! Five stars!!!

Yelp
I had to come review here because I just had the best wedding soup I've ever had in my life! It has both turkey meatballs and chicken, plus big pieces of carrots and it's just delicious. I can't comment on the atmosphere, as I've never been inside. My friend brought me the soup because I wasn't feeling well and wow wow wow wow! I cannot wait to check out the restaurant and try more things!

Yelp
Recommend the Stromboli's and spinach roll. Excellent ingredients in them, very cheesy. All in all good prices. Atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is split into two sides, a lively sports bar side and a quieter sit down side. Service is usually pretty fast, take out orders included.

Yelp
Cute Italian restaurant! This place has a big menu with lots to choose from. I typically go for the chicken parmigiana, but decided to try something new and went with the chicken Nicole. I'm glad that I did because it was really good. I also opted for the wedding soup instead of a salad. They give you complimentary Italian bread or rolls with your meal. Good food and huge portions! You really can't go wrong with this place.

Yelp
The food was very good. But the presentation in which the food was served did not look delectable. Actually, I thought the breading was burnt and the chicken dry. It was not...It was yummy We were not offered any bread or rolls with our dinners. Which would have made our dinner complete in an Italian restaurant. For the price, I would expect to see these issues corrected. If we are in the area, we will eat there again, but we will not take the long drive to go there again.

Yelp
Ordered online, and when I got there I couldn't find an employee to get my order. No one at the bar or restaurant side. When someone finally came to help me, they didn't make my order. They said they were having issues with their online system, but they had the order in the system to refund me. Would not recommend for take out.

Yelp
Made arrangements for 35 persons plus for a 5:30 dinner. When we arrived our seating arrangements were set, sufficient staff to take drink orders. In order to ease the process we requested ahead of time a 3 entrée buffet with sides. The food was ready- hot and very tasty with more than adequate amount . I was not sure what to expect since I had not dined at this location before but could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

Yelp
We love Napoli! We stopped by for dinner with a large group on a weeknight and we're seated almost immediately. The server was so sweet and continuously checked in on us. The food and drinks were also amazing! They have my favorite wedding soup ever, including both meatballs and chicken in it. I also had the rolled eggplant parm, and it was delicious! Everything always tastes so authentic and fresh, and the wine selection is great for the price!

Yelp
Absolutely no idea why it took me so long to try this place. I come from an area where finding a good hoagie is so easy but here they are far and few between. This hoagie lives up to those hoagies from back home, will totally have to make this my go to hoagie spot. AND I CANNOT FORGET ABOUT THE HOMEMADE CHIPS....frickin spectacular. Their mushroom caps were really good too and a lot bigger than expected.

Yelp
It didn't take long for us to be seated on a Friday night. The service was friendly and receiving our food also didn't take long. We went here after another restaurant was understaffed and couldn't seat us so this place was good enough just to finally eat something after waiting so long at the other place. The food was meh/okay. Nothing special but not awful. At the time of my review, their average rating is 3 stars which seems appropriate to me. The food was good enough to finish, but I would not think to recommend this place to others. The calamari was very crispy and well battered with decent flavor. Again, I've had better calamari but I've also had worse.

Karin C.

Yelp
I ordered a Caprese Salad today, thinking we are in the midst of the homegrown vegetable season, this salad is going to be so good. Nope it isn't, the tomatoes are what I would expect in the middle of winter, no flavor at all. The Mozzarella was so dry the dressing didn't even add any flavor at all. I like many dishes at Napoli's but won't order this again.

Peggy S.

Yelp
This is a mixed review. I don't often eat at Napoli. When I do, I get the Chicken Beurre Blanc, which always very good and the portion is plentiful. on my last visit - a take out order - I got the usual plus the eat lasagne. The lasagne is so salty, I could hardly eat it. The sausage only added to that. I hope it was just a bad night.

Yelp
I ordered a pizza for pick up. But the idiot that answered the phone should be fired. Could not get my name right. So rude and up her self. I think her name was Karen. Worst customer service ever. I picked up my pizza and it was stone cold . The pizzas was garbage and not worth the money. Never coming back to this dump. Food is crap and the staff have Attitude problems. Worst Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh.

Oren S.

Yelp
Another delicious meal which my family and I enjoyed: fried zucchini, breadsticks, alfredo penne pasta, and the special calzone, a bargain at $10.49. The wedding soup was good, but was barely warm. The young lady servers do a fine job and the busser was excellent at removing used plates. A restaurant that offers entrees that exceed $20 should offer cloth napkins rather than paper. I wish the tables were not so close together. This time, we were at a table in the center of the room as no booths were available. I was being bumped by servers going by.

Yelp
Napoli's pizza really hit the spot! Tangy sauce and generous toppings helped make this 10/10. And our server was friendly and helpful even at lunch hour.

Noelle H.

Yelp
Went with my grandma and aunt, and we plan on coming again soon. I ordered a medium white pizza and the seafood soup and it was amazing. Service was great, waiters were nice, and so were the prices despite what some reviews say. Ambiance was good. Overall a 10/10. Can't wait to come again soon!

Yelp
Great pizza and some of the best meatballs I have had period! Quick delivery and very easy

Rick C.

Yelp
Good food and quick service went in for takeout and everything was correct and hot!! They were packed but quick to help and move everyone through quickly

Yelp
My 'go to' restaurant when planning for a group get together. Back area can accommodate a group - up to about 50. Food is always good, several menu items have been added that are my favorites (chicken piccata, cod piccata). The breaded zucchini strips are great with their special sauce, the red pasta sauce or with their homemade ranch dressing.
google avatar

Shirley S.

Yelp
The waitress was very kind and the food was great. Especially the seafood bisque! The restaurant and very neat and clean and the food was out in no time since it was lunch time!

Yelp
We had a party in the private room for approximately 60 people. The service, food, and dedication from the entire staff was exceptional. The food was delicious and the three servers made sure drinks were quickly replenished; we never had to ask twice for refills. The servers kept the tables clean, made sure food trays were refilled, and were just so very pleasant and personable. In an era of anticipating poor service, it was such a joy and relief to be treated with the utmost attention to detail and customer service. My family and I truly recommend Napoli's Washington PA for any private party needs.

Yelp
First time here. The menu was a bit pricey... we got a $12 appetizer of fries, cheese and bacon. The fries tasted like they were frozen and not very good. The cheese was meh. The price Definitely wasn't worth it. My SO got meat sauce spaghetti and I got the marinara. Mine was a bit watery and had no flavor in the sauce. To get the meat sauce to the already 13.99 price it was an extra 3.49! You do get salad or soup with some bread. The bread was good and surprisingly so was the butter even though they were in little packages. Honestly nothing was really that good. I wouldn't have minded paying almost $60 for everything if the taste and quality was there. Our waitress was super nice and professional. The hostess was nice too but I do wonder a bit about dress code... she was wearing tiny like spandex shorts and sprawled on the bar area on her phone. Granted it was probably her break but it was kind of odd. Everyone else was wearing a more uniform looking outfit. Overall, I wished we went somewhere else. The reviews were good but didn't match our experience. It seems we can't find good spaghetti anywhere.
google avatar

Amber-John S.

Yelp
The food was very mediocre. The calamari wasn't fresh, probably frozen, but was very fishy. The service wasn't terrible, but I assume that our waitress must have had tables on the other side of the restaurant because she would disappear and we wouldn't see her for a long time. I don't think we would go back.
google avatar

Allison E.

Yelp
We love their seafood bisque and lemon beurre blanc chicken and mashed potatoes. The salads are fresh and the ranch and Italian are both great. The fried zucchini was limp, the manicotti not that great, and my father in law sent his Veal Parmesan back. He did like the meat sauce on his side of spaghetti. Service was great.
google avatar

Janice F.

Yelp
If big portions are your delight then this is your place. Service is sketchy. Needs more garlic!

Keith F.

Yelp
We have eaten here a few times. Service is always great. Foods been good but usually ordered basics. Pizza and Strombolis. It's a nice solid restaurant that's constant. We might be there tomorrow night.

Wenda B.

Yelp
Great grilled chicken salad. The pasta with meat sauce was also very good. I am very disappointed that they no longer deliver.
google avatar

Caitlin R.

Yelp
The food itself is not terrible (not great either), a bit overpriced and overcooked in my opinion. The service is absolutely terrible. We have dined here numerous times and just thought it was a short staffed night or something. But after paying closer attention, the staff is more worried about socializing amongst themselves than actually taking care of guests. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The topping on the cake....the Cesare salad was made with iceberg lettuce with radishes and carrots!!
google avatar

Amanda P.

Yelp
This place SUCKS. Go to Sheetz for a better meal and friendlier service. I submitted a Google review and got a nasty response from the manager that had apparently served us. She insisted I ate the majority of the entree, when I'm reality I picked through and ate some overcooked pasta and took two bites of stringy frozen Sam's Club chicken before calling it quits. If I could give negative stars, I would.
google avatar

Ashley D.

Yelp
I took my mom here for Mother's Day. What a mistake. I've included pictures to show you the quality of food- which is poor. I wish I would've taken a picture of the inside because it was equally as disappointing. Old diner-like chairs with cheap, tacky wall decor/art. It felt dirty. The food was something I'd expect at a bar. I was so embarrassed that my mom drove 2 hours to eat bar food. I ordered the "lasagna" as my entree and it was a bowl of slop. Literally NO pasta/noodle? Really confusing. The appetizers we ordered- fried pickles which were disgusting and buffalo chicken dip. (Keep in mind this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant- why are these the best appetizers on the menu?) Anyway, the waitress was nice and that is the absolute only reason for even 2 stars.
google avatar

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Convenient location. Not what I would consider "authentic Italian" though. Their menu is limited, but they do usually have specials. Seafood chowder had good taste, but you could tell it was all artificial crabmeat and heavy cream. Bread was yummy and warm, and my eggplant parm was made with light cheese (which I asked for) wine selection is very, very small.

Mike H.

Yelp
3 of us tried this Italian restaurant for an evening meal. It's nice and neat inside and out. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The food was ok .not really anything wrong but nothing exciting. The dinner rolls were cold and not appealing..it's always nice to have good bread for dipping at an Italian restaurant..these were not. I had the eggplant rollatini..it was ok..not bad..not special. Might try it again...not sure..
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
I can't believe all the negative reviews. Want today with two friends after spending a few hours at the casino. One had wings, another had the buffalo chicken pizza and I had a small pepperoni pizza. Everything was served hot and tasted quite good Our waitress was Cassidy and could not have been nicer. Checked on us at least two times to make sure all was ok. I will patronize this place again, as we all had a good time and had full bellies when we left Kudos to Napoli!

Yelp
Dined here 1/31/15. We ordered chicken parmesan, meat ravioli, and the fried zucchini appetizer. Portions were nice and worth the price. Zucchini was lightly breaded and very good. Service was spot on - not too intrusive, but always around to refill drinks and check on us. The only real knock was the set up. It was awkward walking through the little dining room and past the kitchen doors to get to the large back dining room. I'm also not a fan of the two person bistro table, but the place was busy, so sitting two at a four-top was out of the question. All in all, we were happy with the experience and will definitely return. edit: Returned 3/30 for dinner. Pick your own pasta and the Italian hoagie (huge!). Also had the combo platter appetizer. Good food, generous portions, top-notch service by Nikki. Half of our dinners came home with us. Lunch tomorrow!

Diane K.

Yelp
Love Napoli Washington! Food is always so good and staff is excellent, so friendly!! We like to sit in the bar area, either at a table or at the bar if no tables are available. Nicole and Rachel are usually there when we go on Friday's and they are 2 of the greatest servers we have had anywhere. We have probably ordered everything on the menu and honestly never been disappointed. Our favs are definitely the pizza, salads, chicken and eggplant parm, steak and italian hoagies. During lent I always get the fish sandwich and it's very good too. Food is always fresh and hot and delicious. Girls at the front are really nice too. Love this place!!
google avatar

Dennis G.

Yelp
Our first visit on a Friday night and they were hopping. Order the fried zucchini appetizer (amazing) then my wife and I each ordered separate pasta dishes. Me, make your own pasta dish (linguinie-meatsauce-mushrooms) and the Mrs. had Eggplant Parm. I'd say ok but not great. Not as flavory as we like for Italian but we'd definitely go back. Great service. The menu is extensive and next time we're going to try their pizza or calzone.
google avatar

Debbi B.

Yelp
Highly suggest this restaurant especially after a long day of outlet shopping and it was only a mile down the road. I had the gnocchi with boom boom Alfredo sauce which was to die for! My son had the breaded veal cutlet and daughter got the buff CHX pizza which were both great choices this was our second experience here and will def go back Mangia

Marissa G.

Yelp
It's...ok. Nothing special. I got the cheese ravioli. They tasted like plain ravioli from absolutely anywhere. And plain sauce. I mean, it's not awful, but nothing great. Same for the cup of wedding soup that came with it. It was ok. It was also supposed to come with bread and it wasn't in the bag, but it's not that big of a deal. I probably won't go back, but I've definitely had worse. ‍
google avatar

Evan Z.

Yelp
Terribly disappointing. If you have any knowledge of the Italian restaurants in Western PA, this place doesn't even count as last place. Nothing was made fresh. Everything was industrial grade ingredients. The server had no idea what was on the menu or how it was prepared. Far better options are available close by!
google avatar

Eva R.

Yelp
Came here for a 75th birthday party. The restaurant is pretty spacious. It is located in a relatively new complex near Tanger Outlets and Meadows Casino. The event was held in the back and it was pretty tight back there as there was two crowded rows of tables. Since the restaurant wasn't too busy, they should have expanded the back area as it was just separated by a divider. For lunch, there was salad, rolls, potatoes, stuffed shells, and chicken piccata. The potatoes were well seasoned. The stuffed shells were nice and cheesy. The chicken piccata could have used more flavor as the chicken was pretty bland. Overall, the food is hit or miss. Some dishes are great but others are mediocre.

Yelp
Well more than a year later...and so far...great wait staff however my salad was wilted and was not kept chilled. The "home made Italian" as very generic in flavor resembling a supermarket vining are and oil verity. Not a bad thing...was expecting a bit more here. Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and hot sausage. Let's see what happens here. Same watery sauce. Still bland but the texture of the meat was much improved. The added hot sausage was cut and mixed in with the pasta. The portions were a bit smaller and all in all...not much change. I can't recommend this place and honestly, I like flavor and seasoning in my food.

Kim B.

Yelp
This was the worse meal I've had for a long time. Zucchini was just ok, wings tasted like they had been refried several times and the wedding soup had a weird taste and came out cold. Never again.
google avatar

J K.

Yelp
As soon as I walked in to get my take out I noticed how clean the restaurant looked and smelled!! Food was perfect and delicious.

Robert M.

Yelp
I was hoping to like this place, but wound up hoping to like this place on the list of newly closed restaurants... The manager and server seemed to be terrified of the owner who was working in the kitchen. The owner refused to remove my meal from the bill though it was not eaten. Not only would I love to see this place fail, but I'd love for the owner to suffer a financial tsunami for not learning the most basic rule for a service restaurant...give good service. May anyone who reads this and still be silly enough to visit for the first time..."I told you so" in advance. To the owner... may your restaurant be one of the few that Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsay abandon because you're too dumb to learn how to run a business and too hard-headed to update your cheesy decor with the plastic plants and dust-covered light fixtures. May your future bankruptcy teach you a lesson, hopefully after your kids are old enough to not depend on you and after your staff wisely find jobs at any place with standards.

Yelp
Wouldn't be my first choice, food was alright but the environment was lacking, service was excellent and the food came fast, overall a nice experience
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
When my food came out I took a few bites Nichole chicken and alfredo ,pasta separate dishes ... on the 3rd bite of chicken I found a VERY LONG HAIR in my food !!!! Waited thinking a manager would be over. NOPE nothing then she charged me for the seafood bisque ( made with artificial crab) and the side of Alfredo... oh wait she did take off the chicken ! So I can say the waitress staff seem friendly until the whole hair thing! Will not return

Yelp
I ordered a good chicken dish, Chicken Nicole, and the seafood lasagna. They were both tasty. They bread they serve is made well and has a nice crust but has no flavor to it. It's clean, but seems like it needs more decorations. I guess it depends on what you order, I had a side of pasta and the tomato garlic sauce was a bit bitter, but the other food was good.

Paul P.

Yelp
Our group of young seniors patronize this place regularly. We are big tippers, 20 -30% is the norm. We always have a bar bill which is a big profit center. Never a complaint on food, and sometime the staff is overworked due to the problems associated with Covid, but the sign of a classless restaurant, is one that charges a $1 for a tablespoon of blue cheese dressing for a buffaloes chicken sandwich. Additionally, charged a $1 for marinara sauce for a pepperoni roll. The money was not the issue, so much as the appearance of nickel and diming patrons. I submitted my concern via their website contact form and never received a response. If this is a trend to continue, it is insulting and could be why we should stop patronizing. So, Mr or Mrs owner, is it worth jeopardizing a $250 -$300 tab because of this tariff of a few dollars you feel necessary to include?
google avatar

Kara B.

Yelp
How does this place have bad reviews?? I've been here 3 times and every time it's great!!

Yelp
This is a nice little restaurant that serves homemade bread and pretty good Italian food. The service was attentive and friendly and the menu has the Italian staples like chicken parm, several other pasta dishes, wedding soup etc. I had the wedding soup and baked ziti. The soup was a little bland but much better after adding a little salt and Parmesan. The ziti was very good. My husband had the chicken Marsala which he liked. A group next to us ordered pizza which looked great - I plan to try this next time. This is a great place to have close by and we will be back again!
