Napoli's Pizza Miamisburg

We have never had bad service here until tonight. I placed an order for two pies. 1 cheese half with Salami and green peppers and a Hawaiian pizza add bacon. The lady repeated back saying 1 Hawaiian add bacon 1 cheese half Salami and green pepper. I said yes, I get there to 3 pizzas and wondered why the price is higher than when I placed the order. The rude girl said with a nasty attitude, I repeated it back on the phone while walking away and I said you repeated back 2 pizzas not 3 and again she rudely snipped I said I repeated it back on the phone. We've been here numerous times over the years even having ordered a $200 order for a party at one point. I don't understand what justifies young people and their nasty attitudes toward people that are paying customers. Tonight was my last time here. Update: I originally left a review after a disappointing experience with customer service at this pizzeria. To my surprise, both the owner and manager personally reached out to me afterward to apologize and make things right. I truly appreciate the effort they took to listen, acknowledge the issue, and show that they value their customers. The food has always been great, and now I can say their customer care matches the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what sets a business apart is how they handle them—and they handled this with professionalism and genuine care. I’m glad to see that they stand behind their business and their customers, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Stopped by for a late lunch/early dinner and we ordered 3 entrees for the three of us. Each came with two garlic knots and a side salad. Salads were fresh and the house Italian was delicious. The entrees and garlic knots were great. We had the baked spaghetti, chicken parm, and lasagna. The portions were generous and the food was tasty. The sauce was good, and this was certainly on-par with local Italian places we grew used to in NY/NJ. We would recommend highly. Order conservatively, we took about half of the food we ordered home!

Exceptional pizza for sure. I live an hour and a half away from this place and its totally worth the drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was absolutely delicious.

The best pizza I have had in a long time! Lovely dining area, and top notch customer service. You truly feel like a guest of the owner the minute you walk in the door. Quality ingredients and authentic food, I highly recommend you fine them a try. You won’t be disappointed !

My wife and I do Saturday night pizza dates. We had a pepperoni pizza and garlic rolls. The pizza is hands down our favorite we’ve had. We had about 15 so far. Not including the chains. I would recommend the pizza. It’s a 10. I can’t wait to take my family back to try it.

I can not stop ordering here. It's honestly my favorite pizza. No gimmicky extras like stuffed crust or flavored crust. It's just an all natural fresh ingredients pizza. It hits the spot every time. And I just tried their Italian Sub, and it is amazing. It is stacked with meat and cheese. The best part is they put the Italian dressing on the side so it doesn't get soggy

Just yesterday was my first visit to Napoli's where my eyes were opened to what a real Calzone is. Today I became a patron for life after sampling their garlic bread. Napoli's is a family-owned business where the passion can be felt in every interaction; staff are courteous and the owners are lively. It's a clean place, with indoor and outdoor dining arrangements - there's a hustle and bustle to it that can't be beat. My impression is that Napoli's is a local restaurant dedicated to high standards of service, and is worth every dollar.

Napoli's in Miamisburg is great! It is easy to order online, and the food is delicious. I like how I am able to add special instructions to each item when ordering through the Clover platform. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the tiramisu does not disappoint. I can tell the owner cares about the quality of the food as well as the experience for his customers. I will certainly order again!

Did an online order and it was scheduled to be ready within 15-25 min that's pretty quick for. Friday night! Was greeted the moment I walked in the door, grabbed the pizza and realized once I got to the car an ingredient was missing. Walked back in and it was immediately noticed I was bringing something back and there was a quick expectation to see what was up. Quickly confirmed the ingredient was on the order and a quick discussion amongst team members to confirm it was the right pizza I was given and it was being remade right before my eyes. Mistakes happen especially when customizing orders I get it, it was a half/half pizza to probably made things even worse on a busy night. Pizza is good, you see locals coming in that come often and they know their name- that says something!

Amazing, homemade pizza and garlic rolls! Stopped in after reading reviews, ordered a Deluxe no mushroom, garden salad, garlic rolls. All of it was great! Finished with one of their tiramisu desserts. We will be back next time we are in the Dayton area.

About as authentic as New York style pizza as it gets. The only thing that could make it better would be a coal oven. The crust is thin and crisp like you would expect. The sauce is as authentic as it gets. The owner is a true gentleman and treats his guests like friends. My only complaint is lack of seating. Also it would be great if he were located in Cincinnati but we can get there.

First time I've ever ate there and their meatball sub is delicious and their meat lovers Pizza is even better can't believe I waited this long to go in there

This is very good New York style pizza - and it's not greasy. I was in Dayton and stopped there heading home and just got a large cheese so I can't speak for anything else, but it was well worth it!

Such a cute, low key family restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing!! I was warmly greeted from the moment I walked in, they gave me recommendations based on my questions and it did not disappoint. Everything is from scratch, home made and authentic. The portions are huge!! Will definitely be back to try the pizza & Stromboli

Really enjoyed the Napoli pizza--great crust and fresh toppings. Just wish there was a bit more sauce to bring it all together!

Cheese pizza, calzone, and cheese garlic bread from Napoli's Pizza in Miamisburg. The pizza was really good. The garlic bread was extremely bland. I ended up adding garlic and Italian seasoning to it, and that helped a bit. The calzone was supposed to contain chicken and it only had the veggies, no chicken. So a 33% for my first visit I guess. For those who like to argue about what makes a calzone, Napoli's calzones come with ricotta cheese and the sauce on the side.

I went for the meat lovers calzone and it was really good. Ricotta cheese was a really nice addition to the traditional mozzarella. Overall really good and cannot wait to explore the menu more. I also had the tiramisu and it was great as well. Welcome to Beavercreek!!

A loyal customer who has written wonderful things for this restaurant in the past and promoted it. I called today and asked if I could have a meat lover's pizza and replace the pepperoni with chicken and was told I would be charged extra. They can have their pizza and canned mushrooms. I am done.

Best pizza place in Miamisburg! My family has been coming here for years and always appreciate the quick service, friendly staff and delicious pizza. The pizza is truly New York style and is always fresh and hot as well as their other items like their giant calzones and stromboli's. I picked up several pizzas for pi(E) day from them and their service was outstanding. We will continue to recommend them to everyone we know and keep supporting our favorite local pizza shop!

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly. We ate in and they checked on us a couple of times, told us about other items and ensured we were happy with our food. To be honest, NY style pizza isn't my go to, but this place is pretty darn good. I'd come back here again, without a doubt.

Pizza was ok. Not the best. Kinda dry and pretty pricey, however, service was good and fast. Place looked clean with a decent outside seating area.

Excellent food. Glad we found this place. The meatballs are superb. We also had sausages, lasagna and a calzone.

A nice pizza place in Miamisburg. I got the Greek pizza (small). I added 3 additional toppings. The crust was thin and had good flavor. But the price was a tad bit expensive. The staff were friendly and polite.

First time from ordering from them. The large pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were so good! We order all pepperoni and half additional sausage. The sausage was home made. Very very good flavor. Prices are reasonable. It did not take long to get it delivered. We definitely will be back to order more in the future. Great place for pizza! I have included pictures below.

The food is superb.It's cooked to order.It tastes so good with the spices They use. It's also nice to know that the owner will actually give food away to people that are in need for their family with no questions asked. So I would say that if you're in the neighborhood and you would like a original pizza to check them out and also pay it forward by leaving some extra money for somebody else.That's in need of food

I've been searching for a "go to" pizzeria, in my area and stumbled onto Napoli's Pizza, in Miamisburg, Ohio, at 718 N. Heincke Rd. Their pizza is absolutely delicious and fantastic! It's always consistently made and looks appetizing to the eyes. I've ordered a deluxe and it was perfectly made. Its crust is soft and enjoyable to eat, and not hard or brittle, like some other pizzas restaurants. They add the perfect amount of toppings and the cheese melt so you'll have that pull, as the cheese stretches. Lately I've been on a pepperoni pizza craving and it's always made and cooked to perfection. It warms up nicely too, if you need to reheat it, and doesn't become gummy or tough. It you truly want authentic Italian style pizza, this is the place you want to try. I've never been disappointed or have a negative experience with their pizza. They have other food items on their menu, and if they're as good as their pizzas, you'll possibly fall in love with their food, as I have! You can dine in if you choose, as well, as it's a very relaxing and comfortable place and atmosphere. Napoli's Pizza, is my absolute favorite place for pizza!! Perhaps it can be yours too!

This place is a must have! Tried several things tonight.. generous portions. kids loved the cheese pizza and garlic knots. We have the Stromboli and pasta trio. You can tell it's hand made. The Stromboli was extremely soft and fresh. Going in everyone was super friendly and you can tell they care. One of the owners was the one up making food but also very friendly and inviting. I'm glad they're so close. Definitely will order again

I I love this sauce- spinach tomato and mushroom roll was fantastic, my husband had the meat stromboli also very good. We really like the pizza and service is always very good.

What a nice surprise. Ordered Meat Lasagne take out, it was ready in the 25 minutes they said it would be, went home and it was so tasty, side salad was fresh, the rolls were somewhat different somewhat pretzel shaped, baked pizza dough, but tasty. I can't wait to try the other menu items.

Consistently excellent pizza. As a NJ native, I would say that this qualifies as a good East Coast-style pie! Certainly a hidden gem somewhat off the beaten path.

True new York style. I grew up in New Jersey and very much how I remembered. Had the pepperoni and sausage. Unfortunately the sausage was tasteless. They definitely need a new source. Something with some spice or kick. I'll order double pepperoni next time but I will be back.

Our delivery guy got pulled over on the way to our house, so I was prepared for the pizza crust to be tough. 10 minutes in the oven to warm it up and the crust was amazing! The sausage was well flavored and evenly distributed. My husband got the sausages and said they were delicious! So glad to know authentic Italian is just a few miles down the road. We'll order again!

I love Napolis!! The food is always so good, my favorite is the pepperoni pizza and the baked ziti. They have good salads as well. And the staff is very giving to the community and very very nice!! I personally think their pizza is the best in the area. 5/5 would recommend Napolis.

Food was hot and awesome. All I can say is " yum !!!!!! ." And don't forget the light and refreshing Lemoncello cake. It is by far the best I've ever had. Simply delicious.

This is seriously good pizza. It's real pizza, not the usual one step above a frozen pie that you get from most of the national chains. The meat balls are fantastic, the stuffed shells are great and the garlic rolls are excellent. I feel lucky to have an amazing place like this so close to home.

I guess I should have ordered the pasta. Tried the pizza(basic pepperoni),wasn't impressed. Crust was weak and paper thin,no body what so ever. If you make a thin crust pizza,it can't be mushy. Sauce wasn't too bad,toppings fresh. The crust is a definite deal breaker.
