Napper Tandy's Irish Pub

Visited for the New Year’s Eve party and was thoroughly disappointed. It took 45 minutes just to get a single beer; the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and inexperienced compared to other busy spots in town. To make matters worse, the music was terrible. Post-countdown, the music sounded like a hammer hitting a wall or I am not aware of this hammer hitting music lol.. Total 'negative aura' (DJ Bogfather)—won’t be back.

We came here to break to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and we were greeted with such kindness and hospitality! Service was amazing and drinks were delicious! Thank you guys! Can’t wait to visit again! (Get the ribs and bacon Mac and cheese)

I'm visiting from Dallas and reviewing a few places. This location is my 1st stop 🤗so far so good 😊 I did read a few reviews but ill be my own critic 🙌 I will update after trying. I got appetizers, chips and queso, and mozzarella spring rolls are both delicious 😋. Burgers salad , and wings meet our expectations. Everything was good I can't complain 😁 be ur own critic stop by and check them out. 🤘 Bon appetite

Just disable TouchTunes if you don’t want the customers choosing the music on the system you choose to have in your restaurant. I had 5 songs queued and they skipped all of them despite other patrons seeming to enjoy them. Wasted $10 on credits. Left immediately and went to another local bar.

Always love stopping here!! Whether it be happy hour (which is great) late night, or during a gaming event, this place had never disappoints!! Service is great, met Marisa was very sweet and personable!! Food is great! Drinks are awesome, good choices!! Thank you for being consistent and Awesome!! We were struggling to find a good pub in the town, but we were lucky to find Napper Tandys. The drinks were flowing, the music was very upbeat and the atmosphere was fun. Loads of screens for sport too. Highly recommend checking out the restaurant below the pub. We had a brilliant evening. Thanks to the entire team for looking after us.

We came here for a nice spot to warm up in the sun on a patio and it was amazing. Everyone was so kind and the drinks were so so good. Come here for happy hour!!

Molly and Della were lovely and a lot of fun. Great beer great food, strongly recommend the elk carpaccio!

I have no idea why this place has 3 stars, but it should have more than 5! We have come here multiple times throughout our trips to breck and always bring our friends. The service is great and everyone is very friendly. There is happy hour 4-6 every day with great deals compared to the rest of the mountain. On the weekends, they have live music as well which creates a fun vibe for a group of people or just an individual. Another fun fact about this place is that it is a Buffalo Bills bar, so it is full of football fans on Sundays. There are multiple tvs throughout the bar which makes it a great spot to watch any sporting event! The food here is great and there is something for everyone. You can't go wrong with any of the options on the menu. Everything is flavorful and tasty. I highly recommend stopping by on your next visit to breck.

I visited this bar in Breckenridge and had one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at an establishment that serves alcohol. A staff member confiscated and physically damaged my valid, government-issued REAL ID, claiming it was fake. Instead of following proper procedure (which is to contact law enforcement), the employee took it upon himself to destroy my personal property. I am 22 years old and my ID there was nothing wrong with my ID until he broke the lamination, claiming it was a fake. I am currently looking for alternative ways to go home now because I can't get on a flight without my ID. I would honestly recommend for no one to go here unless you want your ID broken. Just completely unacceptable.

Seen similar reviews about this, but the bouncer (long hair down to the shoulder, yellow shirt) broke my government issue ID. I'm 25 years old. I was with 6 friends and they didn't receive any issues, but I did. He "joked" about how he had broken it and the cops were on their way. He came back with it, apologized, then said he had to do it. He then started complementing all of my friends, which was strange. If you want your ID intact for a flight home, I wouldn't risk going here. Hopeful I will be able to fly home, but now I have to pay for a new ID. Obviously the bar will not cover the cost. It's sad because the overall experience of the bar was decent, but unfortunately I can't overlook how insanely stupid the bouncer was.

I love the ambiance of Napper Tandy's; an electric pub to catch a game - GO BILLS !!! The food is decent and there are plenty of drinks to choose from. The staff is friendly, although the service isn't the fastest - but no worries if you get yourself a guinness and kick back with some pals.

My friend and I stopped here after walking around for a little bit to explore Breckenridge. It was a nice place and the food we ate was delicious. The bartender was friendly and gave some really good suggestions. At the time we were there, it was pretty quiet. We ended watching the Olympics and having great conversation with the bartender. If I lived in the area, I would most likely hang out here a lot. I enjoyed the vibe. If you are in the area, definitely check it out!

We came in after a day out in the snow to warm up and grab a late lunch/snack. It was around 3pm the day after Christmas so it was very quiet but the bar tenders were nice and the festive cocktails they made us were delicious. We ordered prime rib egg rolls and they were so good, there were a lot of other things on the menu that sounded good too. They service was great and if we're back in Breckenridge we would definitely stop by again.

Pretty simple, disabled Vet denied a stool to sit on by and employee at the bar. Meanwhile, these stools and seven others sat in corners unused. We i attempted to get a stool to sit down, that knuckle head told me no, couldn't bring out anymore stools. F-this place.

We only had drinks and an appetizer but they were all very good. My Manhattan was top notch. A new cookies and cream drink was delicious but the prime rib egg rolls stole the show. Trust me and try it. Bartenders were all very pleasant.

This place has terrible service when there is almost no one there. It took forever for one of the girls behind the bar to stop talking to another girl she worked with to acknowledge my presence and ask me if I wanted anything. This was only after I turned to my companion and said "I guess it's too busy for me to be served in a nearly empty bar." I was not provided a menu or anything. However, I did have to sit there and listen to the two girls gossiping about how much they make per hour and how much taxes are taken out of their paychecks. I suggest this place hire bartenders who don't spend most of their time at work complaining to each other and ignoring customers.

Mediocre Irish Pub, but there is no Irish music. The sound-system for the music that is played upstairs is deafening; even when he was just talking - it gave us headaches. Don't take a date to the bar upstairs if you want to talk to each other - it is impossible. Restaurant with the same food and less noise is downstairs, turn right and go through another door when you first walk in. The entry is kind of confusing. Decent food and drinks, with friendly (if slow) servers. Our food was OK.

Love this place, we came here with a big group after skiing all day on the mountain to relax and get some beers while watching college basketball. The bartenders were all super friendly and quick to fill up our Guinness (surprised they didn't run out by the time we left because we had so many). There are tvs, pool tables, a golden tee machine, live music, and tons of room. There was even an outdoor area with a fire going but we didn't go out there. Loved this place and I'll be back the next time I'm in breck.

Came here for their mac and cheese and I wasn't disappointed. So amazing with a side of brussel sprouts. Loved the atmosphere too.

Waitress was very nice. Restaurant was understaffed so it took a long time to get things. The wings were probably the worst wings I've ever had at a restaurant. They were overbooked and dry. The plus side- it seems like this is the only place in the area that has football packages, so we were able to watch the games we wanted!

Most difficult review off all times! Atmosphere and drinks for a "dirty" night out is 4 stars. Drinks service was quick and efficient, TV's everywhere and THE cheapest drinks I have seen in a while. Prices during happy hour for a pint (which are valid even sarurdays): Shock Top $4.50 Budweiser / Coors $2.50 And IPA's for ~$5 It was the perfect spot to warm up, relax for a minute after a very active day. Worst mistake ordering food, even though the appetizers are half off until 7pm. The Crab artichoke dip was awful, so bad we had a spoon of it and tossed the rest ($5). The dip was super dry. It looked more like a spinach salad that someone threw in the microwave and then melted cheese over the top. Couldn't find the crab, but it was in there because it tasted like old seafood. The chicken wings were better. Ordered the wings naked with sauce on the side. So they were crispy and juicy. The buffalo sauce was on point. I will come back for ONLY Drinks! Cheers!

We have been traveling around to the various ski resorts and small towns for the last week trying numerous highly recommended restaurants... we hadn't found great food yet. After a long day of skiing Breck, so many of the places we popped into were packed. Napper Tandy is just up the street from main and slightly off the beaten track. We were welcomed by love music, great service and cold beer. Icing on the cake was the food was not only amazing, but also really great prices!!

Great pub/bar atmosphere. Live music. Nice to be just off Main Street and the crowd of tourists.

Stopped by to catch the 2nd half of the OSU game-Go Bucks! Sat at the bar-was nice to get off the hustle and bustle of main st. Unique space with a great outdoor deck. Lots of TVs. Bartender was great-recommended the burger and trout dip. Both were very good and can't beat the happy hour (4-6) prices. Beer selection was a little limited (my husband enjoys local craft beer), but all-in-all a great find-especially for the sports fan.

We came here on new years eve and it was a little busy but not too bad. We went up to the bar area and sat at a table. My husband is deaf so we were using sign language to communicate to each other. We were here for an hour and servers would walk up to us, make eye contact, and not take our orders. They walked up and took the orders of every other table. So we went down and talked to the manager. The manager said it's just really busy and "sometimes you need to yell". Mind you my husband is deaf. They said to come back next time and theyll give us great service. Although we are locals to Colorado and frequent the area, we will not be coming back.

Irish pub just off Main Street was recommended by locals as best spot to catch NFL games. Great spot indeed with a dozen large screen TVs. Food was great. We had burgers, brisket sandwich and kid had chicken fangers. Great bar with decent beer selection. Patrons were entertaining during the games to say the least. Maybe enough so to consider PG13. My kid is 11, heard a few F bombs but wasn't bothered. Overall great place to hang out Only thing knocking down the rating was the table service. We had to go to the bar to order our first round, our food and get our own napkins and silverware. Later in stay a waitress was attentive. Will chalk it up to being understaffed that day.

Had to walk out because they refuse to serve POC. My boyfriend and I came by after a day of boarding and it was busy. I bartend as well so I was patient and understood that a busy night can get hectic. The bartenders gave eye contact to us but didn't say anything but stare. Waited about 20 minutes at the bar for them to be greeting others ahead of us. That's when you know, they just don't want to serve us. We got fed up and left and now am reading about how they don't like to serve tourists. Consider this a warning to tourists, go somewhere else. Skin color is apparently an issue here.

Amazing food. They had a squash soup that was made just like my mother's and the burger is to die for. 5 stars 5 star service! Gorgeous steakhouse!

Cool vibe if you like the bingo hall feel with no music playing, bright lights, and hearing the ceiling fans squealing. I can't give this place one star as I left before ordering anything at this 'Irish bar'...

Bartender says yes, I'll be right with you, then starts eating food on his line, as he's making eye contact with me. HUGE SERVICE problem. Bad service mentality. This whole place needs help. Try a new place. This place is horrid

It pains me to write this as the last time we were here we had a great experience. I used to work at the Smithtown location in New York as a waitress and only had great experiences. However, this time was different. I was standing at the bar for a while and new people kept getting attended to before me so i spoke up and said "can i just order two drinks" and the girl was like "excuse me?" and i was like "i've been standing here for a while can i just order drinks" and her response was "i know i see you, i'm not blind". Unfortunately this is not someone ANYONE wants to hear when they're airing for a drink. A simple "i'll be right with you" would have sufficed. This is not how you treat any customer. I wasn't even pushy or rude. Just wanted a drink. And then we never got device for food either. Ended up leaving and going to another restaurant.

They've got a decent Happy Hour. Get the chicken fingers. However, my friend didn't have a great experience. She was double-charged.

Four of us stopped in for a quick drink and we clearly picked the wrong spot. The bartender took a while to even acknowledge us and when she did, we asked her what was on tap and her response was (as she pointed to the tap handles on the other side of the bar) - 'go and see for yourself, I don't have a menu' and proceeded to walk away. Not sure if she was overwhelmed with the small amount of customers that were there, but she completely had zero tact and customer service. We didn't bother to find out what was on tap, we left. There are so many other bars - don't bother with this one.

Third time in Breck and I come to this bar every time. Had a group of 12 go upstairs while we waited out our reservation Downstairs at the steakhouse. Upstairs had maybe 20 people. Pretty empty, so our crowd grabbed a table as I went to the bar to order a round of beers and a shot ski. (Good fun for my friends who had never seen one) The female bartender looked me straight in the eyes and said "not for you guys" Correct me if I'm wrong but going to a bar and getting drinks shouldn't be an issue even if I am not a local... In a town that runs on tourism. To sum it all up. We did not end up purchasing what amounted to 24 beers and 8 shots and went across the street to The Gold Pan for drinks where we were happily served. I hope it is known how this bartender is causing catastrophic harm to the bar and it's atmosphere.

We were a party of 13 for lunch on Sunday, including 5 kids. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We arrived in several small groups & Deirdre and team handled the totally chaotic ordering with a smile and an aim to please. The food was excellent and the selection of beers pleased everyone. We will definitely return.

Napper Tandy's is LITERALLY the best place on earth. Highly recommend. Rowdy Shadehouse is the best!!!!!

Sebastian was great! He was an awesome server. Food was great! We had to order a second order of Brussels sprouts, they were so good.

Middle of the afternoon and Guinness was $7/each. That seems pretty pricey for a supposed Irish Pub, even for Breckenridge. I'll probably give it another try for the night time scene.

Surprisingly good food for what you would describe as a dive bar. The service was phenomenal, and the views from their outdoor patio can't be beat. I recommend giving this place a chance!

WARNING HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! As a Colorado native visiting at this bar for the first time was a horrible experience. Staff was unfriendly the waiter that helped us seems like she just want the shift to be over, she took our drink orders and left to shove some food into her mouth during her shift then another lady came with our drinks and her attitude was the worse like she hated her job, she didn't even know what kind of drinks we had and and said whatever I didn't make them and just handed us whatever drinks she had in her hand. I continue to watch how they serve other customers some were with a fake hi are you going to eat or drink here attitude or just very shitty service. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Well, I went here with the rest of my family and we were pretty disappointed. I didn't like my pasta and neither did my sister. Some how, they made a medium well burger so raw you could smell it. My dads club sandwich was ok. Service was good at least. There's tons of restraunts in breckenridge, don't go to this one

Great live music from El Paso Lasso last night. Had a very local- almost dive bar feel and everyone was friendly to us (we were clearly tourists). The bartenders were great even when things got busy and we never had to wait long for drinks. It did get crowded there toward the end but that's be expected with the live music. Overall had a great time!

If you're from out of town do not go here! Bartender tried to to break 4 ID's because we're not from town. Then bartender asks what you want he then gives you what he wants you to drink and not what you order. He is an ugly MF with a shitty haircut and a dumb Dilly Dilly shirt. Thought he was being a good person and joking at first then come to realize that he is a total dick! This is not the same vibe as the original! Do not come!

As always, I try to be as open and honest about my reviews and I know Nappers doesn't have the best reputation. With that said I actually have a special place in my heart for Nappers, but most of that is due to the fact that I know what I get when I head there. I typically visit when I'm going to watch a game or catch live music. This place isn't on my short list for favorite food, but breakfast isn't half bad and the cocktails are always tasty. They might also have the best wing deal in town during football games if that's your thing.

The bartenders were so rude, especially one girl. Straight up so rude to customers, as if she doesn't depend on tips for a living. Wish I had gotten her name to call her out. She shouldn't even have a job working with people.

Stopped by for a Happy Hour drink. We both ordered $3 well, single shot, in a pint glass. Vodka-cranberry and a whiskey-sprite. Was upcharged $2 per drink for a tall glass. Bartender was very short and rude from the time we walked in. Also, this place advertises the best rooftop in Breck but the view you have is of neighboring rooftops and their a/c units on top of their buildings.

Alisha was our bar tender. She was very sweet and attentive. Very personable. Need to go upstairs from the other Irish restaurant. Would deff recommend!!!
