I want to start off by saying the service was very sporadic, sometimes three different people came to check in on us (asking the same things), other times no one was around for long periods of time when we wanted to order something. The ambiance was very nice, and the food wasn't bad either, but this is not as amazing as I thought it would be and it was about $100 per person. Here's everything I tried:
4/5 - Artichoke Salad: wild arugula, artichokes. Hearts of palm, parmesan cheese, in a lemon dressing. Very light yet flavorful, definitely the best salad on the menu.
4/5 - Ravioli: homemade spinach ravioli, filled with wild mushrooms and ricotta, with a fondue truffle sauce. The sauce was amazing, we really enjoyed the pasta overall. I personally added some chili flakes to add some more flavor, it also finishes quickly though.
3.5/5 - Cacio E Pepe pizza: mozzarella, black pepper, and pecorino cheese with a lightly oiled base as the sauce. I loved the crust and the freshness of the dough, however, the flavor profile of the pizza was a little disappointing.
3/5 - Potato Croquettes: potato croquette, gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese, leeks, served with truffle fontina fondue. Not bad, but nothing that special either, I wish we had tried the eggplant appetizer instead.
3/5 - Various cocktails: our favorite was the "Margarita Piccante", none were that memorable though.
