Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nash Bros is one of my favorite spots right now. The staff was friendly and the service was smooth. The food was super fresh and everything we tried was great. The chicken was flavorful, the burgers were really good, I love their sauces, and the fries with their seasoning are amazing. One thing to know about Nash Bros is the spice levels run big, kind of like clothes that run big. If you normally wear a large, you would size down to a medium. Same idea here. A Mild is still slightly spicy, so if you want no spice at all do not even go Mild. A Medium here is more like a Hot somewhere else and their Hot is more like a Super Hot. It is all very flavorful but it definitely brings real heat, so you may want to order one level lower than you usually do. They also have boba bubble tea which is a great bonus. The horchata bubble tea is my favorite and I highly recommend it especially if you get something spicy. Overall this is such a great local spot with amazing food and good energy. I will definitely be coming back and I cannot recommend Nash Bros enough. Support your local business.

Nash Bros has a decent chicken sandwich nothing really special. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. My heat level for my sandwich was a medium. I got coleslaw and cheese on there, not gonna lie I was a little disappointed that they put a cold piece of cheese on my chicken sandwich (I Don't recommend cheese, doesn't add anything to the sandwich No taste waste of money) but other than that, the flavors were good chicken was tender and juice and paired really well with the coleslaw and a very soft brioche bun witch was nice. One of the main reasons for the four star is because the service was amazing! Very kind, greeted right away. The gentleman was very patient in explaining the menu. The restaurant is new and very clean. The one thing I don't like is the location, It's off of Milwaukee in the same parking lot as panda express but hidden behind. 100 % Recommended!

Google
this was not bad, however I was still disappointed, as this isn't really an authentic "Nashville Hot Chicken," despite this place being named "Nash bros". it's a standard fried chicken with Nashville hot seasoning, on toast (white bread). Nashville Hot chicken should be crispier (bc it's more of a batter than just standard coating), as well as have an actual sauce, rather than just a dry seasoning. again, this wasn't bad, it was like Raising Canes if they did spicy chicken: good, just not Nashville hot chicken.

Google
Food was fantastic. Fries were crisp and the hot chicken sandwich had great flavor. Would highly recommend! Staff is very friendly.

Review edit 9/11/2025: I ordered online through uber. Double smash burger. I order from them often and also is a regular hangout place with my friends. It is extremely frustrating when you wait for your fav burger but than it comes to you brunt salty and cold? The double smash burger was extremely salty and brunt. I have had the same burger in store and had it delivered it was good. Whoever the chef was at 9/11/2025 from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm they didn’t cook the food right. Honestly I feel sick after taking just a bite. BEST CHICKEN I HAVE HAD! I’be been there so much I wonder if the owners remember me lmao. But anyways, the food never disappoints. The hot is actually hot and medium is actually medium. So seasonings are in place! I go there with my friends often!

Google
Came here with my toddler after having spicy chicken sandwiches as my pregnancy craving. It’s good! The only reason why I put 4 star for atmospheres is that it seemed under construction still and the seating was rather difficult. Also most of the space was occupied with a drum kit and there was no access to the patio. I asked about the live music and it seems to be coming up. Glad we made the stop and the cashier was super nice!

Joshua D.

Google
The food is respectable and worthy of getting again. The atmosphere inside is odd. One can tell it was once a bar, the bar itself is still there. Overall, simply an unkept restaurant. Objects out in plain sight or poorly hidden behind a folding screen/wall. I suggest pickup or delivery.

Alex

Google
Had a really good experience. The food came out hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich I got was extremely juicy and delicious. The fuego fries were also really good. The sauce they use on the chicken makes an excellent fry sauce. Would definitely come back.

Yelp
Fantastic chicken & atmosphere. Owner is super friendly with a great story. He said the spice runs on the hotter side and he was right. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I stopped in while driving through town. Tried their BBQ burger. Flavor was fair, a little more bark would have been appreciated. The staff seemed laid-back but efficient. Good enough for a road trip stop.

Yelp
Good place for lunch. I usually have my lunch here at least 1 time a week. Service - exceptional (fast, and reliable) Food - Amazing And Local

Yelp
I've been searching out a good smashburger in the area, something that compares with Small Bar downtown, but have yet to find it. Nash Bros does a great job on theirs. I also dig the fries, especially the seasoning, although the last time they arrived cold. I assume it was the delivery time though because usually everything arrives within a decent time, hot and fresh. I need to try the chicken next, as this place is already in a weekly rotation for me. Keep it up!

Yelp
Ambiance - casual, fast food vibe, offers tables and booths, also has an area for live band!! Service - order by the counter, they call your name when food is ready Food - Side piece tenders (mild) was the right about of spices + heat level Smashville double cheeseburger - messy & sauce paired really well!

Yelp
There are multiple definitions of hot, let's be clear. 1. Hot, as in temperature 2. Hot, as in spice level. 3. Hot, as in attractive. Not used in this review. The parking lot was crowded at lunch so I debated going in but the restaurant was fairly empty so not sure where all the people were. The counter person was very helpful in explaining the menu, which is based on Nashville hot chicken, and has varying levels of hotness (definition #2). I ordered the Hot Chick (definition #2), which is a chicken sandwich with pickles, coleslaw, sauce. I also made it a combo with fries and a drink. The staff person very helpfully suggested I get the sandwich cut in half and sauce on the side. There are booths along the wall as well as tables. There's a drumset in the front, so maybe they have live music? Cute neon signs throughout. The food was very hot (definition #1) when it was brought to me. I took a bite and some hot (def #1) oil or liquid squirted and burned my cheek (face). Ow! I was glad the sauce was on the side. Though mild, I still found it very hot (def #2). The sandwich was very large, chicken was thick and cooked well, and the sweetness from the pickles and crunch from the sandwich was very welcome. The fries, seasoned, crinkle cut, were ok. There was still steam rising from the hot (def #1) sandwich. My mouth was on fire from the hot (def #2) sauce, my cheek was still throbbing from the hot (def #1) liquid and I was uncomfortable so I took my food to go. If you are a fan of hot (def #1 and #2), you will enjoy the food.

Yelp
The restaurant's location seems so hidden in the back, but there's plenty of parking. It was a quiet evening during dinner time on a Saturday which was surprising to me. Prices are comparable to other hot chicken places. Spiciness of the chicken was really good. Spicy is actually spicy and not "just a kick". The nachos were loaded. The waffles were good. There's a space for live music so I'm sure it can get lively. I wish there was more thought in decor and storage in the restaurant, especially since it's an established place.

Yelp
Great service at a cool restaurant with really good food! I got the two tenders with the toast, and they were all great. Medium was not as spicy as I thought, I could've gone hot. The toast was so buttery and good. And the fries were elite! I'd definitely recommend my friends here!

Joe P.

Yelp
Great burger, even better fries, and friendly hostess. Closes late, perfect for quick takeout. Recommended for a straight ahead, simple, burger and fries type of meal if you're looking for a change of pace from Portillo's. I didn't try the chicken, so I can't comment on it. This is functionally similar to someone who reviews Cheesecake Factory after eating the chocolate cake, but take it for what it's worth!

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday evening. Doesn't seem that busy. Walking in there's a sign that said "hot chicks inside" which made me laugh. Surprised me with the country music playing. Their menu is pretty simple. The spice level ranges from naked no seasoning to xtra hot. I got the regular (there's a Chicago style with giardinera) hot chicken sandwich with medium spice. I love spicy but didn't want to go too crazy my first time here with the spice and not be able to try and enjoy the sandwich for what it is. The spice was there and didn't over power it. I'd be willing to try the next spice level up next time. The combo of the crispy chicken and the coleslaw and the brioche bun, hit the spot. Also got the house fries with cheese sauce. It's crinkle cut fries and the combo with cheese was delicious. If you want to add just the perfect amount of spice to every bite instead of the getting it on the whole sandwich, get the spicy ranch on the side! Decent amount of seating inside for a chicken spot. Also a cute little waiting area with nice chairs. Definitely coming back to try the smash cheeseburger and onion rings!!

Yelp
I'm guessing this quirky place was a bar at one time. I fact, there's a drum set on a raised stage in front of the window. The quirky interior is all black and red. The gentleman at the bar, er, I mean register was polite and just a wee bit quirky himself. Menu prices aren't quirky, but they are pretty good. I had a Chicago Style Hot Chick sandwich. It was a fresh chicken breast on a toasted brioche bun with hot giardiniera. Very good. My fiance had a Side Chick slider, a chicken tender on a toasted brioche hot dog bun. She wimped out and got the mild sauce. She really liked the coleslaw on it too. Their crinkle fries were fairly crispy and well seasoned. The staff and customers were almost all Indian. Country music was playing and NFL football played on the tvs. That is quirky. I like quirky. Four stars from her, but the quirkiness pushed it to a five for me.

Yelp
Was looking for a Nashville, hot chicken sandwich that was not all the way in the city like Roost. Did not disappoint. My family ordered different chicken sandwiches with different levels of spiciness, and we all found them to be cooked perfectly.

Thomas S.

Yelp
Don't snooze... best fried chicken sandwiches within the suburbs. Beats fry the coop and Dave's. Cheeseburgers aren't that bad either! Gotta check it out.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my new favorite Nashville chicken sandwiches! I ordered a mild chicken sandwich and the spice level was perfect. It was served very fresh, hot, and the chicken itself is huge piece of tender chicken. The seasoned fries were outstanding and seasoned well. I tried a bite of smash burger and it was delicious too. There was a hint of sweetness, just the perfect amount, not overpowering. Got the mild spice and it was just perfect level for a burger. Got the meal and the fries were well seasoned. Overall was really good! Highly recommended if you're looking for a good chicken burger. The ambience of the restaurant was really nice as well. Big thanks to the staff for an awesome service and experience.

Yelp
Second time visiting but this time I dined in the restaurant. I had another side chick slider because I already know that's good! I decided to try the smash fries this time, and although it's tasty, I preferred the season fries and will stick to ordering that. My kids tried the mac and cheese, and they loved it.

Yelp
Cheeseburgers taste amazing!! Chicken sandwich is great too!! Love the fuego fries, definitely reminds me of in-n-out! Only had take out but it's always been great! Would love to eat there as well, heard great things about the place! Also love that it's halal!

Yelp
Food took a little long , however the fried chicken sandwich was really good , also the seasoning on the fries was good aswell 9/10

Yelp
I love the Hot Chick fried chicken sandwich. It has slaw, pickles, a creamy aioli and you can set the spice level. Medium is good for me. They have a Chicago version with giardinara that I will try next.

Nash brothers chicken has tons of flavor and very tender .. atmosphere with live music is always a great plus

Yelp
Have been eyeing this spot for awhile. Right nearby the house and figured today was a great day to give it a shot. Its a nice casual spot with a pleasant ambiance, plenty of seating and friendly staff. We were greeted right away and he helped us pick out our options. We got the Hot Chick (most popular), Nash Nachos and Boneless tended bites. Food came out in a reasonable time and everything was definitely made fresh. I had the Hot Chick, medium spice. The chicken was thick, juicy and crispy. The coleslaw and pickles added an excellent contrast to the spice from the chicken and the sauce. The boneless tender bites were each crispy and the nash sauce was perfect to dip it in, with just the right amount of kick. The Nash Nachos is huge! Great portion with excellent ratio of nachos, chicken pieces, coleslaw, pickles and sauce. Overall, they did a great job with everything. I love fried chicken and I'm super happy to have such a great spot right nearby. Will definitely need to return to try more on the menu!

Yelp
Stopped here later at night for dinner and it truly is a hidden gem. We got a couple items and the hot chick was the star. We got medium and it had good spice. The smash fries were so good. It had chunks of beef on it with nacho cheese. The owners are super nice and asked how we found out about them. Overall, I would come back and try their other items. If you're a fan of Nashville style chicken sandwiches, I'd recommend this place.

Yelp
Fresh food and very delicious all is made by order ! Owners take big pride with each dish they serve and their proud smiles is because they know their food is so good! Menu has something for everyone! They habe a Stage inside for live music and, outdoor area with tables for those good weather days . It is a Hidden gem!!

Traci C.

Yelp
Food was AMAZING! Everything is so fresh and flavorful, obviously all cooked from scratch. Medium heat was perfect and the waffles were so good! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Love the country music to match the Nashville vibe. Wish we lived here, would absolutely be regular customers!
google avatar

Yelp
This was a very nice sports bar type resturant. There was a drum set in the front so I'm guess maybe they have entertainment at times. The staff was friendly and explained their entrees to the best of their knowledge . The food is hot like Nashville is supposed to be. If you like Spices hot chicken go for it . The naked and mild were still Spicey for our taste so I took the breading off the chicken. The chicken was prepared nicely . It's not my thing but I'm giving a good rating because I'm sure if that's your taste you will love it. Keep smiling o

Yelp
It seems that there are a lot of fried chicken spots popping up around Chicago and the Chicagoland area. A lot of them seem to be doing Nashville hot as their specialty. One of these places is Nash Bros. in Niles, IL. I recently what there for lunch to try them out. First, their food is delicious. I ordered their fried chicken, at various different heats across a lot of different dishes. I also ordered their smash burger. Ironically, I think the best thing on their menu, and my favorite, was the smash burger. This is a true smash burger that is pressed paper thin and has a good crust. Next, their fried chicken is excellent. Just one bit of warning, if you get their chicken Nashville hot, it's hot. If you can't take heat, I would recommend getting the lowest level of heat or stick to the smash burger. My favorite was the Nash Fries (I'm a sucker for loaded fries) and Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Next, the ambience is simple, but nice. This is a no thrills restaurant with a number of booths. It looks like they have a stage, so maybe they host live music. They had several TVs playing football on the Sunday I ate lunch there. Third, the service is fast and friendly. My food came out quickly and the chicken was hot (temperature wise) and crunchy. They are a short drive from Chicago in the suburb of Niles. A trip from the Chicago to here is definitely worth it.

Yelp
Nash Bros is a hidden gem within a hidden gem. This new 100% Zabiha Halal Nashville Fried Chicken spot in Niles hits your taste buds at different points in your eating experience. Let me start with the vibe. You walk into a Nashville themed restaurant that has dine in and take out. The colors are that of a country vibe, there is country music playing in the background and they even have live bands and a stage at various times in the month. There are TVs throughout the location and they have a sit up bar seating for people who want to watch the sports games or eat by the front. I especially love the room you walk past when you walk in which has nice seating and a IG wall that has a sign for great photos. Let me move on to the food: the menu is simple but executed beautifully. There is a Hot Chick sandwich and a Side Piece Tender. You can do either of those options with fries and drink and comes in 4 flavors: mild, medium, hot and naked(very light seasoning and spice) I ordered the Hot Chick sandwich in Hot with fries and Drink. The bun was soft and pillowy with the right amount of toasted butter. It melted as I took a bite. The chicken was crispy on the outside but moist in the inside. The hot oil and seasoning I could taste and had a great kick for people that would like spicy. It was the right amount of heat for me and made me enjoy the sandwich to the last bite. The chicken quality is unparalleled. Pure white meat and pull apart while being fully cooked all around. The spices are also in the chicken itself which I find amazing because they marinade the chicken in their seasoning beforehand and I can tell in the taste. Very well-done! The cole slaw is sweet and tangy and brings a nice balance to the sandwich. The pickles are sweet and also a nice touch. Let me get into this sauce. The sauce is next level- when you order make sure you order extra Nash Sauce: it is a mix between a spicy and creamy sauce and it pairs so well with everything. It has a small kick and a little sweet but it packs a punch. The sauce makes the whole experience so well rounded. The fries are crinkle cut and come sprinkled with their special blend seasoning. Fresh and crispy. They do not get soggy like most places and pair perfectly with the sandwich or tenders. I loved everything about this place and the staff is friendly and always making sure everyone is satisfied. You got to come check this place out asap. They are doing big things here and I am so glad a new fried chicken spot is here and to stay!

Yelp
Was driving with the husband trying to decide where to eat when we noticed the new sign for Nash Bros and decided to check them out. Theie menu is pretty simple, you have the hot chicken sandwich, you have the hot chicken tenders, and you have the combo that comes with one of the above, fries and a drink. They were out of tenders by the time we got there so sandwiches it was! We did combos which came with mildly seasoned crinkle cut fries and a glass bottled drink. We had our doggo in the car so we had to take it to go. Omg sandwich was mouthwatering, so juicy and tender. Huge piece of chicken with a thick crunchy breading, slaw, on a soft pillowy bun. And you really can't got wrong with crinkle cut fries so it was a delicious and very satisfying meal. With a menu so simple, they have to hit it out of the ballpark and they definitely have a home run with their chicken. Located in the little plaza behind Panda Express, be sure to check them out!

June O.

Yelp
Good double patty burger, got all the fixings. It ended up being sweeter than expected because of the pickles but really good. Service is great, older gentleman took our order and brought the food to our table. Clean establishment. Lots of country music but not excessively loud. Tried the chicken sandwich too, can say there are other places that do it better though.

Yelp
Amazing food, fast service, huge portions for reasonable pricing. I don't live in the area but will visit again the next time I'm in Chicago

Yelp
Pass. $35 for 2 chicken sandwiches is not for me. Food was just ok. Wouldn't go back.

Yelp
I placed an online order on a weekday afternoon and there was only one table occupied at the time. My food wasn't ready when I arrived but I only needed to wait an extra ~5 minutes. Hubby and I both had the hot chick (brioche bun, fried chicken, coleslaw, pickles, nash sauce). I skimmed through the reviews and some of them mentioned that it is spicier than expected so I decided to go with a mild spice level and hubby went with naked but with seasoning. They were both much spicier than we anticipated. I normally enjoy eating spicy food and typically get my food medium hot to be able to eat comfortably. The chicken sandwich was good but their mild spice level is probably the equivalent of what I'm used to eating for medium spice level. Hubby cannot eat spicy food and even the naked chicken sandwich with seasoning was too spicy for him (lol). We also shared a side of cheese fries. The fries were seasoned well and the cheese also had a kick to it (which I enjoyed but hubby probably didn't). Overall, the food is good and I'm glad we found a new place nearby for chicken sandwiches.
google avatar

Sunny P.

Yelp
Very simple menu! Only 2 options and an add on for fries and drink. The interior was very simple as well and clean. I have a very very weak stomach for spice so I got the naked hot chick sandwich. You can get mild or medium or hot! However I will admit that the sauce they use was pretty spicy in itself. I went with a group of friends and they all enjoyed it! It was very casual vibes inside and the workers were smiling and seemed to enjoy serving the food.
google avatar

Matea P.

Yelp
Hot chicken is indisputably Nashville's most iconic food - and Nash Bros serves it authentic. I'll be bold and even say this was better than what I had in Nashville! Mind you, I tried all the classic spots: Hattie B's, Prince's, etc., and never in a million years would I have thought my favorite hot chicken meal would be right here in Niles IL. We ordered the mild chicken tenders - the chicken was juicy and tender, while the breading was nice and crunchy. One thing I do have to note here, however, is although we ordered the mild - it was spicer than what I expected it to be. Nevertheless, the flavor and texture was outstanding all around. There is no doubt I'll be a regular customer here.

Chris F.

Yelp
My wife brought me an order home after she was in the area and I saw that it was highly rated. This is definitely a place you need to eat fresh. Chicken was very good. Got the two tenders and seasoned Fries. Fries were good and the season was perfect. Not to hot or overpowering. Chicken was good, one tender was a good size the other one was very small. Price was on the higher end but would definitely stop again to try it fresh and hot.
google avatar

Ash M.

Yelp
I went on a Sunday night and the wait was about 20 mins. I got the medium chicken sandwich with a cake jar. The sandwich was perfectly seasoned and had an enjoyable heat to it. I wish they double coated the chicken in flour to get a crunchier coating but, it was still good regardless. The coleslaw and pickle were nice touches! I'd say this is up to par with Chi Tea in Lombard in the halal chicken sandwich game. P.S. They are not open everyday. Check their Instagram for open hours @nashbros

Mohsin H.

Yelp
The smash fries are not as advertised, it's just ground beef unseasoned with fries. Chicken sandwich is pretty good though.
google avatar

Fuad A.

Yelp
Just went back to nash bros after a whole and the food was excellent. we Had the double smash burgers the nash nachos and chicken sliders . Everything we got was fresh and juicy . i did ask them for not too spicy but my kids still felt it was spicy for them i really enjoyed the burgers though
google avatar

Erik V.

Yelp
Great spot hidden behind Panda Express and the Golf Mill Ford. I had taken out but when I got home both the chicken and fries were still crispy. The folks inside were friendly. I really liked the fries - crispy on outside and soft on the inside. The Hot Chick I got in Medium. I like spice so this was not too spicy. I'd say it's mild for me and enough to enjoy the taste. If you try Fry the Coop, they use ghost peppers and even medium is almost overkill. This is a notch below FTCs medium I'd say. Great place. Can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Hubaab M.

Yelp
Ordered for pickup. Was in the area so got the double cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and fries. No complaints at all. Got there and order was ready, food was warm and not soggy, burger was delicious, bun was so good too. Chicken sandwich was also VERY good. 5 stars.

Yelp
Tried this place out after the Glenview fireworks. Very great service & food. In a nice little cozy spot near a shopping area. For locals or anyone in the area you should try this place out! Oh fyi- Nash sauce has a kick. Tastes great but a bit spicy.

Froliccc Y.

Yelp
The food was great! Definitely a hidden gem. A new business that cares about food quality and their customers. Go try it out.

Yelp
Great food! Very tasty, big portions and fresh ingredients. Service is outstanding as well.

Yelp
This is a new, family owned place which has a lot going for it, but it's best to know about it before going. The "Nash" in the name refers to the specialty of the house: Nashville hot chicken. This is fried chicken with different degrees of hot sauce in the crispy coating. Theirs is DELICIOUS. Crispy outside and juicy inside. I loved it. You can get it as a sandwich or as tenders which are larger than you might expect. They also serve crinkle cut fries. The location is clean with some nice decorative touches. A stage is available for live music; not sure when the musicians are scheduled. Family run (hence the "Bros." In the restaurant name). And it's halal meat which I like to support. I believe this place will continue to grow and yet keep its signature chicken as the central turned. Maybe salad and nachos featuring it will be introduced soon. They do frequent take-out orders, so word is getting around.
google avatar

Ahmad S.

Yelp
Food is good The last couple times they gave me the sandwich cold After waiting half an hour. Very stingy with the change if you're short with a couple pennies, you have to pay it even break a big bill which is OK ...!
google avatar

Mahak L.

Yelp
Only docked a star because the price is pretty high for the amount of food and lack of water (other than water bottles) - otherwise a great spot in Niles for hot chicken. loved the fries especially! service was speedy and friendly. they've got some cute photo spots as well. check it out!
google avatar

Mahin I.

Yelp
Chopped Cheese Sandwich is the move here. Get it spicy and thank me later. If you're not familiar w chopped cheese it's basically a burger w the meat chopped up and rolled in w cheese, originally from NYC.

Yelp
I never write reviews.... NEVER. I typically make fun of the bozos who suddenly find their inner Guy Fieri and feel the need to walk you thru their experience. Nonetheless... all I'm saying is this. DON'T f***ing sleep on this place! Owners (4 brothers) are super friendly, talked to me the whole time I was waiting for my food at the register. Gave me their back story and talked about their trips to TN. I thought it was going to be an overhyped TikTok video restaurant but I was dead wrong. Get in the place ASAP.
