If I could give them a 10, I would! We’d been hunting for them since seeing them on IG, and after reading all the great reviews, we made the drive from Upland. The Sunset spot was closed since they were at the 101 Night Market—so we kept going, determined to try it! Found their truck easily, free parking, less than a 20min wait. The man on the truck (I think the owner) greeted us kindly, and the woman taking orders was super sweet. We got the Deep Dive with the hotness at Reel Burn, fries, and lemonade. The fries were seasoned just right and perfectly crisp. But that first bite of the sandwich... BLEW MY MIND—flavor, seasoning, and heat all perfection. You can tell they cook with care and intention. Good quality, fresh fish cooked in the Nashville Hot style. First I've ever seen or heard of this being done. The owner was friendly and eager for us to try his food. He seemed passionate about his business. I'd definitely go back. It's a good addition to the neighborhood and I hope they stick around.

honestly, I don’t even know where to start. To say it’s good is an understatement. The fish was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, just packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell it’s made with real care, not rushed or thrown together like a lot of places. But what really stood out to me wasn’t just the food. It was the owner. He’s one of those genuinely kind people who makes you feel like family the second you walk up. You can see the passion he has for what he’s doing, and it shows in the food and the whole vibe. It’s rare to find a spot that gets both the flavor and the hospitality right, but NashFin nails it. It’s got that same addictive heat and crunch you’d expect from a place like Dave’s Hot Chicken, but with its own twist, soulful, unique, and unforgettable. If you haven’t been yet, go find the NashFin truck!!!

This sandwich truck is so delicious the best hot fried sandwich I have ever tried and the fact that it's not chicken as fish makes it all that better because it's something different not your Norm and the owners provide a beautiful seating area to sit down and enjoy your food everything I tried there was really great I love the fries and the fresh made from scratch dessert which are deep fried donuts

Was driving on Sunset Blvd with my wife and kids debating what to have for dinner. Luckily, we came across Nashfin. It was very easy to park since they have a large parking spot, a few tables and chairs to enjoy your meal rather than standing, and the food was beyond great especially you if you enjoy fish. We definitely recommend this food truck!!!

This place is 10/10...went here last Friday...the owner was so down to earth...customer service was 10/10...sauces, drinks, lil sides...try the pickled chiles/peppers so unique and flavorful...I love the fact it was hot fish rather than the typical hot chicken...definitely get the fish sandwhich...I tried the 3rd hottest heat level and yeah it had plenty of spice...definitely comin back when I can...do not sleep on this spot...place is fireeee 🔥🔥🔥

Best fish ever. Had the Deep Dive medium spice, and it was something out of this world. The fish had a great crunch and an amazing flavor. Would drive every weekend to have that. Their Lavender Lemonade was fresh and refreshing. Oh, you can sit and eat there too. Great service

Incredible Nashville-style food spot with fresh fried fish, with the most quality ingredients you've had at any food truck, ever! Really enjoyed the fish slider. It's a hunk of a fish (cod) with really fresh cabbage, pickles and other fresh veggies and herbs. You don't just get a mayo-filled slaw slapped on your slider like other places. It's delicious and fresh, with high-quality ingredients that balance the entire meal. The amount of fish in this slider is very generous. Just look at how high that slider is stacked in the pic. It's satiating and good portions. Most important of all, the fish takes great and it's super fresh! The mac and cheese was so creamy, cheesey and gourmet as well. Everything we tried was great, but my favorite was the slider. There's different options depending on if you want a slider or just pieces of fried fish and fries, and there's sides as well. Also, there's a variety of heat levels to satisfy your spicy cravings. I tried the one above medium, I believe it's called super hot, and it was perfect for me. Last but not least, the owners are so friendly, and greeted us outside by the tables and chairs, and asked us how we liked our food, which is always appreciated. There's tons of seating and it's all very clean. We will certainly come back!

Nashfin was something I came across online and had been wanting to try, so we finally ordered it through DoorDash. Delivery took about 30 minutes, which was solid. First of all... this was amazing. Not to exaggerate, but if you haven't tried this yet, this is next-level Nashville-style food--done with fish. The flavors were bold but balanced, and everything worked together perfectly. The coleslaw was slightly sweet and paired incredibly well with the fish The mac and cheese was on point--cheesy, well-seasoned, and not bland The fries were crispy and properly seasoned And the fish itself was the star--flavorful, crispy, and different from anything I've had before Overall, everything arrived fresh and satisfying, even as delivery. This is the kind of place that stands out, not just another trendy spot. I will definitely be ordering this again.

By far the best cod in LA and maybe best I've had. It is so fresh, flavorful, and moist. The fries are amazing and their sauces are to die for. Also ordered the lavender lemonade and also amazing. I will 100% be adding this to my rotation.

We got to be here for their very first day of operation, since we live close by and we're on a walk in the neighborhood. And it was delicious! We had the Split Fin, which was a fish slider and fish fillet with a side of fries. All three were good but the definite star of the show was the slider. It tastes like what you wish a McDonald's filet-O-Fish would taste like, and has a little bit of heat. We also got to try all of the pickles, and really loved the chili pops (yellow peppers) - we thought next time it would be fun to put those in the sandwich. There's some seating outside but you can also take orders to go. I'll definitely be back!

Came at 7:30 PM on a Thursday to no line. Food, service, and dessert were amazing. Tried all three sauces with the fish and fries - everything was top notch. I've never had food truck service be so attentive. They checked on us multiple times and served the dessert after we finished the fish so it was nice and warm. 10/10

Tried it for the first time and we were seriously impressed. We ordered the Deep Dive and the Hook Up, and both were absolutely delicious. The sandwiches were super flavorful but didn't feel heavy at all. The sauces had a unique flavor too. I was expecting typical fried seafood, but everything tasted really fresh and light. Also--those sour grape pickles? So good. I've never had anything like them before. They were tangy, a little sweet, and added this awesome punch to the meal. Really cool spot, friendly staff, and unique flavors you don't find everywhere. We'll definitely be back!

Tried Nashfin on Sunset and I'm obsessed now. Easy to find & I grabbed street parking within a couple minutes. The chicken sandwich was huge, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Such a solid spot if you're craving something good and quick in Hollywood. 5 stars!

First time here and from the customer service to the food, it was amazing! I got the number 2, Big Catch, and I was amazed. I definitely would come back and recommend it. The cole slaw was very flavorful, the mac and cheese was made with real cheese, and the lavender-infused lemonade was very refreshing. If you're thinking about it, don't! Go and try it!

Truly truly so amazing. This is definitely the best fried fish I've ever had. The food was amazing from the fish to the desert. I loved that there were tables and chairs so we can sit down and have somewhere to eat. I am definitely coming back! Pro tip: buy the lavender lemonade and the grape pickles.

From the moment I arrived at 101 Night Market, the aroma alone told me I was in for something special. The team was so welcoming and full of energy, and you could tell they take real pride in their food. I ordered the spicy fish combo, and it was out of this world perfectly crispy, juicy inside, and seasoned with that bold Nashville-style kick that keeps you coming back for more. The sauce was unreal, the presentation was on point, and every bite had that perfect balance of heat and flavor. You can tell Nashfin isn't just another food vendor; they're creating an experience that feels personal, creative, and full of soul. Easily one of my new favorite LA food spots, and I'll be following them wherever they pop up next.

Absolutely fantastic, ordered the deep dive and it was absolutely spectacular, would reccomend, the service was fantastic, George knows what he's doing, the vibe is sick and makes you feel at home.

10/10 George knocked it out of the park. Fries were seasoned to perfection and at the ideal texture of softness. Delicious Tennessee hot flavor for the sliders. I don't like slaw but I love there slaw on the sliders. Medium spiced was perfect, my lips weren't buzzing and that's fine but I wouldn't mind trying the next spicy level.

The place is clean and looks like they take their time preparing meals. The menu looks phenomenally cultured and I enjoy the extravagance of various food items. They are creative to say the least.

This food blew my mind. The owner really created something amazing and his while set up at the location is a vibe. Besides the good food he has seating available for his customers. The food was so delicious it didn't even taste like fish. The menu has different options of spice with 1 the most dangerous needing a waiver signed try is you dare. I recommend the dessert he crafted it him self and it is so delicious tou won't find anything on his menu anywhere else.

Damn good fish sandwich! They're having a bit of a moment these fish sandwiches, and this one is in the top two along with Little Fish, slightly edging out the pretty good one at Daybird. I'm a sucker for the heat though, and got the "Hot" level from here and it was just right. Solid fries are served along with it, and they park in a lot with available parking spaces, which rocks!

George and Eli are really on to something here. Came here back to back nights and the deep dive and sliders are delicious. The sandwiches are super flavorful and the fish is perfectly flaky.

Wanted to try for the first time! And placed order gotta call saying they were sold out . Very disappointing . I'm sure the food is fire ! But now it kind of took away the excitement . Wish there was a gift card for inconveniences. But all good I'll try it sooner then later hopefully.

OK, so I hardly ever put reviews but this one is well worth it. I'm not a fan of fish but OMG Nashin fish was something else. It was like you were biting into soft buttery fish. The coleslaw was amazing so fresh. You can totally tell that you're biting into clean fresh ingredients. The fries and the seasoning were completely on point. The mac & cheese phenomenal. I would definitely come back to Nashfin and try everything on the menu. One thing I forgot to mention excellent customer service the staff was very friendly, polite, and just overall great atmosphere.
