Yummy. Got the #3 very hot (punisher) with a side of waffle fries. Everything was cooked well chicken was nice and crunchy but juicy inside. The coleslaw toned down the heat but it was still spicy and tasted good! Waffle fries were crunchy and fun to eat. The regular fries were good too, just needed a little bit more salt. It's located in a small Plaza on the corner, there are a few tables inside and none outside. Price is fair. My 10yo son got a #7 blazing hot he said it was a little bit spicier than he thought but overall everything was good and the fries were decent but the waffle fries were his favorite and the service is really good.

When me and my lady got there we weren’t sure what was the difference between the mild and spicy seasoning so the cook gave us a sample to differ out the spicy level. The cook was honestly cool for that. Me and my lady ordered some hot fries, Mac & cheese, and a slider and the owners brother was soo chill, once we got our food and tasted it oh my it was soo good it made my toes curl up. 10 out of 10 will be coming back

The chicken sandwich was decent, and the fries were okay. The chicken was a bit smaller compared to Dave's, but it was slightly juicier, which I found interesting.

Checked this spot out and it was great. I tried the 3 piece tenders(hot 3rd level) with a side of ranch and pink sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was on point. The fries were pretty good and crispy. The heat wasn’t too bad and the sauces tamed it to a good level. Just fyi the tables are tall and the seats are short but still good to eat on. I definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the area. Just fyi, not a lot of parking on peak days.

Ordered 2 meals through uber eats that was oicked up from this location, $32.00 later yeah dont do it! Cheap and forgot my pickles on the side and my sauces as well. Gave me 2 little packete of ketchup. Bottom buns soggy sandwich fell apart. Maybe next time put buns and chicken and coleslaw all seperate for the $ we pay. Fried soggy too. Stop blaming inflation and do better ! Disguster how cheap and scammy this restaurant is. Wont cancel uber eats but for sure you arent on my List to order again.

Honestly the worst food I've tried in pacoima. Fries were hard and the chicken was dry and some parts not even chewable. Not to mention the mac & cheese was disgusting! It was hard and tasted old. I asked the guy if they close late which he mentioned they did and said he wanted to go home already so I assume that's why the food was so disgusting.

Chicken is bland. Ordered no coleslaw (allergic to carrots) and it was still added. Fries are flavorless. Extremely disappointing. The "honey" is not even honey...it's syrup.

This restaurant is rite on point, chicken tender are crispy & tender in the inside, the pink sauce is to die for.... Mac&cheese must order is so delicious & over all this is one of my favorite places to eat 10 out of 10... Thank you to the friendly staff....

Honestly I had to leave an updated review at NHC. I've been giving my business to this establishment for about 3 years now and ever since they changed to new management the quality has gone down. Sometimes they miss the pink sauce that's suppose to come with combos they offer. The fountain drinks are flat most of time. the fries are seasoned fries at times and other times they're regular fries. It's unfortunate that overall quality isn't the same anymore. Tenders are not what they use to be. Smaller size protein now. Use to always be a hit now it's either a hit or miss. Which makes me want to order less now. Nashville get your stuff together! Please. Y'all use to take all my money now I feel iffy about spending it :/

It's criminal to not give a sauce on the side of every sandwich order. It's a chicken sandwich staple.

If you're looking for a chicken sandwich in the Pacoima area, go to this hidden gem. They're located across the Hansen dam. So perfect spot to grab some food if near by. I ordered the 2 chicken sandwich combo one mild and one bbq sauce. The Mac n cheese is a must when you order your meal. The chicken was delicious and when I bite into it the chicken was crispy. Jalapeño poppers were nice and crispy with the cream cheese filling. Good customer service from the employee and owner Walter. The place has good energy and I already knew the food was going to be good I saw people coming in n out while I was waiting for my food. Good music in the background while waiting. I'll be back soon to try the wings and more items in the menu. Thank you once again.

No, no, no , no! This was the worst fried chicken I have ever had. I ordered three piece tenders and fries and everything tasted like it was fried in old oil. The flavor wasn't good and to top things off I got severe food poisoning. I would not recommend and the one star was because I couldn't give it anything lower.

Great place for your hot chicken cravings! I ordered the tendo toast plate in the spice level mildly cyrus, not expecting a whole lot of spice. For someone who has built their spice tolerance quiet a bit this was not hot at all for me. I would definitely recommend leveling up if you want a kick! I did get to try a tender in the spice level blazin as well. Honestly it was much more flavorful with a little kick, but still not hot enough for me The French fries are well seasoned and their signature sauce goes so well with the chicken! Another much try at this place would be the mac n cheese bites. They're perfectly delicious As for the restaurant itself the atmosphere is clean and I love how you can order contactless on the tablet in front. Amazing service from the gentleman who helped us. Overall I do recommend this restaurant and I challenge you to try a higher spice level than I did.

Underground Nashville chicken spot! You don't even need to go to Dave's or any other place, the chicken here has immaculate flavor and the fries are phenomenal. We got blazin hot and it was perfect. Would recommend anyone comes here.

I also used to own a food company and I like to take constructive criticism so I learned to grow and fix my mistakes. What I am about to say is not to hurt your business but to fix it. I'm saying this with love no hate or ill intent. With that being said the fries were soggy, and not seasoned at all. The bun is a very cheap bun, the chicken was cooked correctly but I ordered very spicy and it wasn't spicy at all and had no seasoning on it aswell. The soda arrived very flat and watered down. I hope they correct everything since this place seems to be getting traffic. All love.

Ordered to go, last time we went they gave us enough fries for two this time around barely fries. Wish this place was consistent. Ordered 8 extra sauces and didn't get them. Very Disappointed this time around from this place. I hate going back when they forget to give you your correct order. So now what sauces do we use, it won't be the same. Ugh

My wife brought me home the second sandwich of the Nashville Sando Plate, which also included fries. Unfortunately, since she had ordered earlier I didn't get to sample the fries. This was a first for me, maybe her fourth try; its near our church. And with the order being mild, a very enjoyable taste and crispness. I'd definitely try Nashville Hot Chicken again, with the fries next time.

Hello, I just got a chicken sandwich and some Mac and cheese balls and I don't know where to start. The chicken was not dry and the spice level was not too over powering like other spots (got blazing). It had the right amount of pickles, coleslaw and sauce not messy at all. The pink sauce was fantastic and the cheese balls were crunchy and cheesy. You can tell they didn't use cheap cheese. I didn't get the name of the individual that helped me but he was super helpful and explained the menu and the spice level to me and when I had question on how hot it was he gave me a peace of chicken to try it out. The only downside I found was the limited seating but with a park across the street you can make it into a picnic. Wrote this review after I ate the food so no pictures sorry :/

Was craving a Hot Chicken and wanted to stay local instead of the other places. It kills me to write this review because the owner is super nice and it was probably an off day based on other reviews. But my chicken sandwiches were anything but a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. They tasted plain even though I ordered them spicy. The spicy levels are unique and named catchy. We all ordered what we believed was hot. The owner is very pleasant and it was probably just an off day. Food was overall just okay wouldn't rave about it. Wish the fries had some seasoning salt or seasoning on them. The tables are a little awkward too the chairs feel too short.

Food is amazing! I always order the fries and the service is great too. My only suggestion would be to make the portion sizes slightly larger for how much you're paying.

My satisfying visit began with a warm welcome from the friendly and enthusiastic staff member/owner? whom guided me through the popular items. My order arrived pretty quickly and looked hot and fresh. It included a No. 3 which was cut Chicken Tender pieces over fries w/ Coleslaw, I got an additional Tender to try - all at the "Mildly Cyrus" level (one level up from no heat). I must say that this was still a bit spicy for me. The Fried chicken was cooked perfectly - a mixture of crunch and moist. I enjoyed the sauce too. Next visit I would probably go with no heat, but I'd definitely recommend a visit to fulfill that urge.

We were doing errands in Glendale and decided to drive a little bit further to try this place. We ordered the Nashville Tendo plate (Punisher & Mildly Cyrus), jalapeño poppers and pink sauce. The chicken was fresh and were thick pieces. The batter was crispy and light. The seasoning wasn't overwhelming. You definitely want the pink sauce (yumm!). We used it on the chicken and fries. The jalapeño poppers were also good. You can taste the jalapeno. We would definitely order both again. The inside of restaurant is clean. There's a few tables with chairs inside. Parking is a challenge. Be patient.

It was one of those Friday nights where I wanted comfort, junk food, but I also wanted to limit my traveling time as much as possible. Since I was in Arleta, Nashville Hot Chicken was the closest restaurant I could get to what I actually wanted (i.e. Hot Motha Clucker fries from the Studio City location). The person I spoke with over the phone to place an order was very nice and provided a quick turnaround time (which was convenient since I was ferociously hungry). I ordered the Nashville Sando Plate ($19.95, not including tax or tip) which includes two fried chicken sandwiches with a side of 5oz fries. If you're pinching pennies or have a relatively "normal" appetite, this could easily be split with another person. Although I was satisfied by the end of my meal, I gave this place a 3/5 for the following reasons: 1. One sandwich had Buffalo Ranch flavor and no heat; this was great! I enjoyed myself. However, the second sandwich was Blazin flavor and hot in terms of heat, but it was OVERSALTED to the point that the food needed to be spit out. Since this was HALF of the meal that really brought the whole Nashville Hot Chicken eating experience down. :/ 2. Eating the fries deflated my spirits as they the were cold, the texture was meh and the seasoning was a let-down. Hot Motha Clucker fries are far superior. Although the food was prepared promptly and the food genre was convenient to where I was located at the time, I likely will not return again. --16th Review of 2023--

I gave Nashville Hot Chicken another shot and was pleasantly surprised with their great customer service which bumped them up a star. Their prices were as affordable as they were last time and the portion size was equally generous. The kitchen staff even threw in an extra mac and cheese for me! Overall, Nashville Hot Chicken was a cheap spot for no-frills comfort food that will fill you up on a lazy night. MY ORDER x1 Nashville Sando Plate CHICKEN SANDWICH ($19.95): While typical fried chicken sandwich shops offer 2 sliders, this set meal offers two regular size sandwiches, which makes the Nashville Sando Plate large enough to be shared by two people. The two sandwiches I chose were the Blazin and the Buffalo flavored sandwiches. The Blazin chicken sandwich was flavored with the archetypal garlic, cayenne and paprika trio. The fried chicken breast was crispy, seasoned well (not too salty or spicy) and came on a healthy bed of coleslaw sandwiched between two firm sweet buns. The buffalo ranch sandwich kept the same elements as the Blazin except the fried chicken was tossed in a classic sharp vinegar-y buffalo dressing. FRIES: The fries were solid - hot and fresh. I'm a McDonald's fries kind of guy and these hit the spot, albeit a little less oily. ENVIRONMENT: Not a large space, there are ~5 bar stool table for you to hang out at if you decide to dine in. TIPS: -The shop is located in front of a small parking lot and one parking spot for 30min is reserved for Nashville Hot Chicken customers only (in front of the shop)

First time going and I got to say it wasn't bad but wasn't my favorite, why? I'll let you why... Fries reminded me of school lunch fries kinda lacking flavor but the chicken and sauce make up for it, the chicken was on point no complaints, coleslaw was kind of flavorless, but again the chicken and sauce make up for it, I asked for medium hot sauce wasn't spicy and the mac & cheese was solid, flavor on point but the texture was too soft for my liking overall rate this 7.8/10 but I do gotta appreciate how fast the only employee is working there super kinda and a good worker ... definitely coming back when I get the munchies !

If you are tempted to try this Spot out take my word for it and jump in the car! I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and am taken care of right away. The gentleman is patient and always offers a great conversation while I order whether it's a big or small order. The Food ooooooh the food man! Nothing less than exceptional and they always throw in sauces for you as well as utensils. Today the gentleman that took my order even informed me that he had the cook throw in some extra shrimp on my sandwich!! Sure enough my plate is loaded, Thank you very much! Not many establishments take care of their customers the way staff here does. A+ extra stars if it was possible!

Service was great! Everything looked good on menu so I had to try it. The cook said I got you and he did. He did a mix of bbq and mild sauce it was bomb! He was very nice to my daughter and knew she wanted dessert and gave her a cheese cake that she loved. We will be back soon. Hopefully food makes it home next time since we killed it in the car. Long story short lol Chicken and fries were amazing. Great flavor and open late have to love that.

Food was VERY good. Everyone in our family was happy with what they got. Service was wonderful; the man who was managing was very friendly and personable. We were driving through on a road trip. I wish we lived closer- we'd add it to our list of favorite go-to's for fried chicken.

AMAZING! Staff were friendly and patient, 10/10 service. They recommended the good mac n cheese instead of coleslaw. The chicken was so fresh,tender, and crispy. Not to mention the pink sauce was tangy and complimented all the flavors. Definitely worth the price and great quality. It's a must try. Small plaza but plenty parking.

Enjoyed the two hot chicken sandwiches here and walked across the street to a coffeeshop to enjoy them since it's takeout only. They were perfectly crispy and I enjoyed the BBQ sauce the most. The side of loaded fries were pretty good and unique with the coleslaw and chipotle style dressing. The self-ordering is pretty cool too. I also tried a chicken tender, but unfortunately found it to be too salty, so I would skip the tenders personally or suggest they go easy on the salt on those (unless that's the breading). Their windows were sooo clean, I embarrassingly walked right out into a window and bruised my head. Oops.

Cashier was super down to earth and chill as hell hooked me up I got 2 shrimp sandwiches and demolished them highly recommend.

This place is very good. I've tried other hot chicken place but this place is my favorite. Chicken is always on point. Punisher is perfect for me-plenty of heat. Highly recommend. Staff is very cool and helpful also.

Before I start let me just say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don't even question yourself just come. My boyfriend and I came in and felted welcome. Service was amazing. Do not eat here if you like actual Nashville hot chicken. Came here on a date night with my wife today. The seating is terrible. They have short stools and tall tables. To be comfortable you have to remain standing to eat. Food was horrendous. Ordered the hot fries and a tender plate. All the fries were soggy and cold. As if they grabbed whatever was sitting around and tossed it on the plate. Chicken was over done and poorly seasoned. The lady handling the food was searching for something on the floor on her hands and knees then returning to handle food without washing hands. Please go to another shop this places website and rating are extremely deceiving. It really feels like they took what other chicken shops avoid doing and made that their aesthetic.

As I continue on my quest to try Hot Chicken places. It has brought me to Nashville Hot Chicken named appropriately. I went in and it was a nice cozy quaint restaurant in a mini mini strip mall. I was greeted and helped by the worker there who was helpful with my first time purchase. I so happened to be there on free tender Tuesday which was great because I was looking to ask for a sandwich and tender combo but they didn't have it so I just got the two sandwich combo and fries with the free tender and a water to wash it down with! I got the sandwiches at Mildly Cyrus and No heat and the free tender is Buffalo Ranch. I went for the tender first and man I have to say I loved it! I'm a sucker for buffalo sauce and this was just the best! Right amount of sauce and right amount of kick of course! The drizzle of ranch on it cut the heat a little and made it flavorful. I went for the sandwiches next. The mildly Cyrus was not hot at all only because I love spicy food so I wasn't really affected by it but the heat was decent not overly bearing and the flavor was soft and not to salty like most hot chicken places cuz they like to bomb it with the spice which I get flavor BUTTT sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad and it can make the meal just salty but this was just right. The no heat was good! By itself I can see that it was still good with out spice it still had some flavor. The owner came out cuz I was eating there and we made small talk and I had told him (btw his name is Walter) that next time I wanted to try the jalapeño poppers because I'm a sucker for those and since I was there he just gave me a two piece to try and man it was sooo good! Very fresh! The cheese inside just burst with flavor and the crunch was just lovely! Crisp and delicious! Overall my visit was great and I enjoyed myself very much! I wish the tv was on cuz it was a little quiet in there haha but all good!

Had this place when they had first opened up, the service was very slow because it was only one guy working, the sandwich was dry and needed some flavor but the inside of the restaurant was very nicely designed. Don't know if much is changed since then.

I always get the Nashville chicken fries and honestly 10/10 the sauce that they put on top makes it so much better. I always tell the person I would like my fries well done only because it more crunchy lol totally recommend if you are a chicken lover

This place is amazing the owners are really nice and welcoming they make me wanna come here more more just cause of how chill they are and the food is sooooo goodddd!!!. They also give you so much food portion on the fries and the cheesecake was delicious especially the chicken sandwich like wow definitely would come again!

Never knew I had a Nashville Hot Chicken so close to my home, I was so happy I didn't have to drive far, but the distance isn't the only thing I'm happy about, the food was delicious! I had the #1 which is 2 sandwiches & fries (ate that before I was able to take a pic) & the crazy chicken fries. Both meals were freshly made to order, had great amount of spice (Mildly Cyrus). The owner Walter let me taste the sauce before they made my food so it was very easy for me to decide what I wanted. I am extremely picky so appreciated he did that. Alex the manger made the food, so my hat off to him, he even labeled the to go order. Overall their hospitality was great from both the owner & the manager, food was 10/10. The ambience was well kept. Some music would help out though. Thank you for making my dinner ! I definitely recommend this spot in Pacoima.

Best chicken place in the 818 valley!! It was our first time at Nashville Hot Chicken in Pacoima. Both the manager and owner assisted my family and I with our order. The place is well kept. As a family, we had the super fries, 2 chicken sandwiches combo, shrimp, Mac and cheese poppers, jalapeño poppers, and for dessert cheese cake with strawberry topping. The food had great seasoning. The perfect amount of spice. The super fries were loaded to the top. Grateful that I didn't have to wait a long time for my food to be ready. I will definitely be coming back.

Some of the best food I've had in a long time. Everything was super affordable but super high quality, crispy, and delicious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they truly made our meal great. I would highly reccomend stopping in if you're in the area, or making the drive if you aren't!

Best hot and perfect chicken sandwich in town. I really like to eat and not burn my mouth too hot. This was the perfect spice recommend getting the two piece.
