Nashville Live!

I take reviews very serious, so I give exactly the facts. I had made a reservation for 4. We arrived 20 minutes early went upstairs to where we were told to go to get to the Snoop & Dre spot. I informed the bartender that we had a reservation & he said, "Oh, I don't have anything to do with that, what do you guys want to drink!" I ignored him. I told the next bartender, which was another white thin guy that I had a reservation. He said, "Oh, you need to speak with a manager about that, but what do you want to drink!" I asked for the manager & was ignored 3 times. My husband wanted me to let the issue go. But, I felted that I had made a reservation for a reason & the reason was for me not to be standing at a bar in the way of everyone walking by! They continued to ignore me, helped other customers right in my face. The 3rd bartender approached me & asked what was going on. I informed him that I had made a reservation & was just wanting the reservation honored, nothing more nothing less. He immediately found us a table & assisted us to the table & took our drink order. This black bartender was amazing! I was so upset prior to him that I didnt get his name. The sad part about the situation is that my son is a Nashville Firefighter. And he had been to Snoop & Dre Spot & had already told me, "Mom, make sure you make reservations, because it's small, intimate & you need to make sure you have a table!" So, to be treated like I'm just looking for a drink & that's the only thing their concerned about is making money off selling liquor, I'm very disappointed. You definitely missed the mark... Whoever is in charge of this place, needs to partake in customer service treatment with their bartenders...

Brought a corporate group to Nashville Live for an after-hours event and it was so much fun! We had the whole PBR level to ourselves and my colleagues and I had a blast! Food, drinks, mechanical bull - all was great. Would definitely bring my group back again!

Nashville hosted our group for a Board meeting celebration and it was great! Great service, great food and wonderful atmosphere!

Nashville Live! is such a unique and great venue. The staff is incredible and everyone is so nice. We have some large groups that book for private events and every single group has had incredible feedback and loved the atmosphere. Jarve is so attentive to your groups and really goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience! I would recommend this venue to anyone that is visiting the city. You won't regret it!

Great service and drinks! Large space. Downstairs speakeasy is incredible. Must stop while in Nashville.

Had lunch for the first time at Draft Kings, and was greeted at the door by a manager, which was nice. We ordered alot of different things, and I felt very special when the manager and Executive Chef personally delivered my food! The southwest chicken bowl was really great . It was a nice place to relax and watch the game.

Nashville Live is a collection of different themed bars. Only two are open which are Draftkings Sports & social and PBR Cowboy Bar. A speakeasy and Ava Rooftop are opening soon. Draftkings is a cool spot to watch a game. Food is decent. Some of the items could use more seasoning. Their cocktails are good, but their beer selection is minimal which is why I didn’t give them four stars. The PBR is a cool vibe, but after the first night, they took away bar seating. So unless you are with large group to share the cost of VIP booths, prepare to stand all night. PBR also doesn’t have a great beer selection. The plus is staff is overall friendly.

We spent 3 days at a sales conference in each venue at Nash Live! Catering, Beverage, and service was beyond incredible!
