"A small vegetarian restaurant started six years ago by a longtime Jakarta restaurateur and his wife, with the husband managing front-of-house while his wife cooks. They reimagine popular Indonesian staples—such as satay and rendang—using vegetables like mushrooms, soybeans, and tofu while keeping the same seasonings used for meat, and they try to avoid cooking with gluten where possible.
