We were so impressed with the new port in Nassau. We were there two years ago, in April 2023, and it was not a nice place to visit. In June 2025, the port was completely different and so much nicer!

A beautiful area with plenty of nice little shops for clothes, shoes, jewelry, and souvenirs. It's very clean and the people in the area are so nice.

Beautiful location depending on where you are You will be able to see several things from your ship because you're up high. Absolutely no complaints about this port as they have guides at the bottom of the pier to tell you where to go and how to get a cab and how to locate Tour guides as well.

We just returned from our cruise and had a great experience at the Nassau Cruise Terminal. The day we arrived, the terminal was bustling with activity—there were four huge cruise ships docked, making it a very lively and impressive sight. Despite the crowds, the terminal was well-organized and fully equipped with everything we needed. There were clear signs, an information centre, taxis, and buses readily available for excursions or local travel. Everything was easy to find and accessible. The terminal itself is very clean, and we noticed that it is currently being expanded, which shows a commitment to further improving the experience for visitors. Even with the ongoing development, our experience was smooth and pleasant. Overall, we were very happy with how efficient and welcoming the Nassau Cruise Terminal was. It made a great first impression of the island and set the tone for a memorable day in Nassau.

So ridiculously huge as it will be excruciating for handicapped to walk just to go to the stores inside it. There are some terminal staff that offers ride in the golf carts but on a busy day it will be a long wait to have your turn. There is a wifi on certain spot. Bars, restaurants and souvenir shops inside it. Gigantic TV screen near the terminal security.

All new cruise terminal for up to 5 cruise ships. If your ship is in the farthest dock, you have a long walk down two piers. There are trams but they fill up very quickly. Part of the piers have roofs but other parts do not. The newest part of the terminal has shops and restaurants.

Smooth and easy transition between the port and the city. The revamped entertainment screen helped the long walk. They have a shuttle service and good security to and from the port. (Watch what you bring back to the ship). Great time overall…also, don’t let the grifters get you with adopting dogs…they are really pushy

Short and Sweet

Google
Nassau cruise terminal had several gift shop stands, one bar and they seem to be building a tax free shop. Quality of products on sale is pretty low. Prices can range from $8-$25 for average souvenirs.
