NATHAN

We booked a table for a birthday lunch and everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing food, attentive staff, luxurious decor, and a chilled atmosphere. It was all spot on. We went for a 4-course menu and it's actually around 10 dishes in total (4 main with 6 small sides interspersed between the meals). Each dish was exquisite and they all had complex flavors and novel twists you wouldn't expect. It's more of an experience than you think, and you're more mindful about the ingredients served on each plate while you're eating. Also, the surprising thing was that the main dishes don't look like much, but they were quite filling. I was worried I'd need to eat something afterwards, but that wasn't the case. :) It's expensive, but based on the quality of the dishes, the service, the location, and the interior, I think it's worth it. Staff were super friendly and chatty, especially Eva, the hostess. It was also a nice touch that Nathan (the head chef) and the sous-chef would come and explain each dish. Finally, it wasn't too busy. Only 6 or 7 tables so it felt lively while still being intimate. And they wrote a little birthday message on the desserts, so bonus points for them 😄 We'll definitely go back. We spent around 2.5 hours there, but we could have stayed longer. I think going in the evening would be an even better experience. Maybe a 5-course meal next time. Thanks Nathan and team!

Great casual fiber dining option in a central location. Great to have the aperitif on their terrace.

My favorite to go spot in Antwerp. I make it a point to visit every trip. Great wines, amazing service, super hostess Eva, the food…. Perfection everytime!

The nicest ever restaurant. Brilliant food. Memory is short but I do think this was the best food I have ever eaten. (Especially the scallop). Service is perfect. Timing between courses is very good. I have to return. *^^^ And I have returned 3 more times and the restaurant just gets better and better. I leave Nathan Restaurant happy every time !

We came at 1.30 pm for lunch , the lady owner still welcome us to sit on a rund table for 6 Pax . We chosed 4 courses and 6 courses menu . We are so enthusiastic of all the foods served beautifully and excellent taste . Good wine , portion size are not so big . All perfect . Highly recommended .

Amelia made sure our night was spectacular! The wine pairing, 6 course meal was nothing but perfection. I've never been a fan of natural wine but she made me one. All dishes thoughtful and flavorful, not to mention pieces of art. Highly recommend a dining experience at Nathan, it does not and will not, disappoint.

Serious foodie location, very high standard of service and dishes. More in line with 2 stars imho. Like all fine dining it's not cheap but in the end fantastic value as the quality was stupendous. If you like being looked after this is a great place.

Yesterday 5th June was our fourth visit over 14 months to Nathan and it really hits the top spot every time. They simply excel in all that they do. Very helpful friendly attentive service. Food that is better than just excellent food because of the artistic way they put together such exciting tastes. And the food looks like a work of art. We took again the paired wines which were very good. We like the interior a lot and it is very tasteful in an upbeat unpretentious way. Yesterday we were a group of four and we are all foodies and we all agreed that each dish exemplified excellence.
