Nathan’s Famous

I was barely acknowledged when I came forward and the young lady that took my order seemed to be more interested in her coworker who was leaning on the counter doing something on her phone. I asked for light cheese, didn’t happen. Asked for a fork to eat my chili/cheese dog, didn’t happen. Got back to my table and there were no napkins in the bag. Fries were lukewarm. I should have kept walking….

Food was overpriced and our stomach began to hurt immediately after. I got two sauerkraut dogs and my husband got a chili cheese dog Crinkle fries and two bottles of water for 32 dollars. Airport food is more expensive so we understand. We generally love hotdogs and wanted something quick near the terminal. The cashier/cook seems like she was working alone, she was very kind and did great but the food quality was just no.

Let me start off by ssying the food itself is fine mostly. The problem is the staff barely spoke english which itself isn't a problem but they forgot half of my order, which they repeaded back to me.. I ordered a number 4, 2 chili cheese dogs ,fries and a drink. Half the drink machine was out or not working, and the fries were overcooked and was missing a C-C Dog. I have a flight leaving in 20 minutes and will miss it if I go back from T gate to E gate. It's only money I guess...

It is a love/hate relationship! I travel for work and am frequently in the Atlanta airport. If I have time between flights I have certain restaurants I like to go to and Nathan’s is one of them. I love their hot dogs and their crinkle cut fries! I’m giving one star because consistently there’s a problem at the Atlanta airport location. It’s become a running joke in my family when I say I’m going through the Atlanta airport. I’ve had a multitude of excuses that range from middle of the day and nobody is anywhere around, oh, the fry oil needs heating, we are out of fries, we are out of hot dogs, and today was no exception. I was told the fry machine was not working. The employee kept pushing the button over and over. Finally a whole bunch of fries dropped. I was told I could only get a regular fries!!! If I was the owner, I’d find people that actually want to work. It’s an ongoing issue that seems to involve the same employees. Rolling eyes and acting like you’d rather be anywhere but at work is less than desirable. Too many other options out there!

How difficult could it be?? A combo entails at least two items not one item put in the wrong container This explains why there were NO other customers

First time in this franchise “Nathan’s” hotdogs. Really seriously bad service.. i was waiting to place an order, but a girl was fixing cups with no greeting or asking me what to serve. Hotdogs are cold, French fries were madness salty. Soda machine was out of order, with only juice type bottles available. Horrible and disappointed with hotdogs, not any special tho. Pls see the size of it, just a 2 condiments length.

Airport Nathan’s was not on point today. Khadijah S was on duty today and service as well as food was terrible. When asked about fresh fries she stated that they were and I touched one. Cold to the touch and before I knew it, she put in for a refund without asking me. I still wanted “hot” Nathan’s fries and she never made an effort to help or ask me how could she make it right. A simple apology would have sufficed.

Worst hotdog I ever had!! Buns hard as a rock! No fries, no ice. Had to wait 15 minutes for the hotdogs to cook. It wasn’t even busy. Need to use that space for subway or something similar!!!
