Nathan's Famous

$11.50 for a cheeseburger (not a combo) with one piece of bacon and three little pieces of jalapenos. Tastes like it’s been sitting in water most of the day. Picture has a plastic fork for size reference.

Nice little chain located in Pier Park. Establishment seemed family owned, and they were very nice. The hot dogs were filling, and the fish and chips were English styled and ok. Nice outdoor seating area in a vibrant and busy shopping area.

So this is this first time trying Nathan's in PCB Fl. We have eaten aty other locations in other states. But this by far has been the worst. The buns where harder then gas station buns and then hotdogs it's self was like trying to bite into a rubber ball or something. The wings where ok kinda high for 5 wings was alittle over $10.00. The fries where ok also been better if they had made them a little crispy before the added all the toppings. And for 2 drinks and a 1 bottle of water was $16.28 and the 2 hotdogs and 3 cheese fries and 5 wings was $52.34

Great food well worth the wait. The chili cheese fries were amazing and the burgers delicious. Everything was cooked fresh and worth the wait.

I had a really good time at Nathan’s Famous. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Their customer service is excellent—they really care about the people who come in. The food was tasty and fresh, and the prices are very affordable, which makes it even better. It’s nice to find a spot where you get good food, good service, and a clean environment all at once.

Our food was horrible. The bun on my hot dog was hard, it took forever to get our food even though they weren't busy. We spent like $50 for 2 people on just a plain hot dog, cheese fries, fish & chips, & one drink which was very expensive for such bad food. If you're in pier park & get hungry skip this place & don't waste your money here

Wayyyyyy too overpriced.. $5 for a fountain drink? WILD! Will say, the cheese fries are just about the only thing really worth your $ there.. spent $40 for 3 hot dogs, 2 drinks and 1 small cheese fry.

Mario, amazing customer service. Most definitely needs a raise. Great personality, great customer service, kind and informative. The rest of the crew tonight were awesome as well. Keep up the great work! Definitely coming back.

Loved this hot dog restaurant. Very quick and friendly service. The hotdog was also very good, only taking off a star for the price.

My wife and I were staying in Panama City Beach and I saw that there was a Nathan's from New York a mile walk from where we were staying. I was all set to walk past, but my wife said I should try it. This place would probably a totally be a five star place, except there was no one at the front counter when we entered. A couple actually left since no one was there to help them. I was just going to get a hot dog, but my wife talked me into getting a chili dog. It came out a few minutes later and they had some chopped onions there and I slathered them on. The hot dog was super salty and the chili was amazing. This thing was the best thing ever. There was a nice crisp crunch and you need napkins! If not for the crummy thing of not having anyone there when you walked in, it would be five star.

When I walked in I was greeted by Romero (sp) He was really polite and had a kind smile! I ordered the chicken and waffles! It was hot and fresh! And most importantly the chicken was seasoned, tender, and juicy! Because I hate dry chickenbreast! My daughter had a hotdog she said it was good also! Only food I had in PCB that was worth the money!

I was there last summer... while I can understand it gets busy at this location & they only had 1 staff member working at the time which was ridiculous to do to the staff there in the first place. I watched the guy take his gloved hand, handle raw chicken with that hand, and then with the same gloved hand touch as many surfaces as he could before he returned back to the food. He even took additional orders touching the tablet at the register all with the same chicken hand. I stopped the food delivery driver that came in to pick up an order because he also managed to touch her cell phone with that same hand & I couldn't let her walk out without giving her a disinfecting wipe from my purse. When I tried to say something about that employees dangerous disregard to cross contamination I was not only met with his oblivious attitude about it but the people in line didn't seem to understand the gravity of how sick they could all get due to this one person's lack of food safety. I hope they have stepped it up and staffed this location properly.

Fast and yummy. Delivery was so fast. Order was correct. Hot dogs, onion rings, fish sandwich-- all good.

Good food options for a decent price. Only has outdoor seating and does have a restroom inside.

Worst place I ever got anything to eat. There was no line and the guy behind the counter was on the phone the entire time and didn't start working on anything for at least 5 minutes then I got the grossest hotdog I've ever seen and couldn't even eat more than half of it waste of 8 dollars. Would never go and would make sure no one ever goes to this place.

Great dogs! The corn dogs were especially good and the crinkle fries were out of this world! My mama is visiting and we had a wonderful time sitting outside and looking at the decorations all around!

Worst Nathan's that I have ever been inside. Even the hot dogs were not the same hot dogs. Workers rude and slow. How do you mess up cooking a hot dog?

Service was bad. I was served a few small pieces of microwaved chicken. I ate it because I paid nearly $20 for the tiny serving.

He squished my hotdog bun like he hated it (and me for ordering it.) The storefront was also dark and did not feel clean.

The staff was very rude. My younger brother ordered a waffle and they only gave one small cup of syrup. He went in to ask for more syrup and they said you could only have one per order. My father offered to pay $5 for some, they still wouldn't let us have a second cup of syrup. All of their diet soda was out of order and my dad is a diabetic. Luckily there were some machines close by. Food was subpar and I will not return. Someone needs to fix this mess.

Too bad you can't leave negative stars. The employees here are extremely rude and everything is overprices. I paid almost $10 for two bottles of water and a cup of ice.

This pace officIally sucks. Was my second go round with this company. I just wanted a burger and cheese fries and got garbage for the price. Want cardboard? Order the burger. What something that, well doesn't taste like anything, get the chili cheese fries. I tasted no chill and tasted no cheese. The burger was I guess what one calls acceptable but their was no juice, no crisp, no anything...might as well have 3 D printed it. If I wasted my time with hashtags it would be #dontwastemoney

Supposed to open at 10 and at 1050; we're told to hang on they just opened and aren't ready. Person working there wasn't aware of promotions advertised on website today. No napkins available at counter and had to wait behind 4 more customers to get them. Only needed them before our food because all of their chairs were wet. Tables hadn't been wiped down from the day before.

Do not go here it's 5 dollars for the worst hot dog of your life I ordered a chilly dog and there was no chilly and the hot dog was really small and came in burger box.

The place is a rip off. They should just box up all this stuff an ship it back to New Jersey lock stock n barrel. Food is way over prices. Out of line over prices. Priced so high I like never go back. Service is non existent. When you manage to make eye contact they are rude, arrogant and take on the attitude that selling you a cold old stale hot dog is a privilege they are allowing you have. The hot dog I had would suck the paint off a fire hydrant. And this is what they are FAMOUS for????the only thing they are accomplished at is turning a dime into a dollar. Run don't walk away.

If I could leave 0 I would. I do not like people stealing from me and that is what happened at this establishment. I went in and bought a bottle of water, that is all, a nestle bottle of water (the kind that you get 24 of for 3.98 at Walmart) and used my debit card to pay the $2.42 that they charged. Ok well that's a little steep but I was super dehydrated and thirsty so ok. I marked on the signature thing the $2.42 no tip, it was just a bottle of water I got out of the cooler myself for goodness sakes and I had to wait for someone to come ring me up because they were talking. Fast forward to this morning and I find a $10 charge on my account from this place! Wow! So my $2.42 bottle of water just cost $10!!!! I have called my bank to dispute, but for the love of goodness please take cash I guess if you plan to go here. Wish I would have.

Located in the middle of Pier Park. We enjoyed the hot dogs, burgers, fries, chicken tenders, and beer! They even gave me a Nathan's paper hat. They did a great job of removing people from the picnic tables on the sidewalk so that customers may eat comfortably. Go ahead and sample the same hotdogs that Joey Chestnut demolishes yearly!

It was my first time I ordered shrimp po boy combo. I was impressed with the freshness and quality of the fries. The po boy was a little sad next time I'll ask for extra lettuce , slaw and xxxpickle I requested xtra pickles but... still like 4.

way too expensive. we payed $70 for 4 burgers and 4 fries.. and food tasted like mcdonald's.. never again

NOOOO. So - I grew up in NY. this didn't even resemble a Nathan's dog. They are supposed to be finished on the griddle! The skin is supposed to pop when you bite it. They are salty, greasy, garlicy. This dog was NONE of those things - like a tasteless dirty water dog from a street cart that's been swimming too long. And for this dog you get to pay $4/5 bucks. Sorry - NEVER again.

Really love the hot dogs, but I also ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which was a mistake. The bacon was not thoroughly cooked, and when I took it back to ask to have it cooked, the European guy said it was cooked and he was too busy to redo it. What happened to taking care of customers?

Reasonably priced lunch or dinner for families. Can't go wrong with a Nathan's hot dog and the fries are awesome too. Outside seating only, but great shade. Fun people watching spot also.

Very clean store. It's a micro version of being back home in Coney Island, Oceanside, or Yonkers. The philly cheese steak was excellent. Fries are the greatest in the world of course. The thing that irks me to the point that outweighs the quality of the food is the cup for tap water is 2.69. It is rung up as a fountain drink. I asked my daughter is she wanted lemonade and the counter person said it's the same price. So a lemonade is the same price as tap water. 2.69 wont break my bank but it's the principal of it. So for a cheese steak and two orders of fries it comes out to $17.15. As a local who appreciates tourists coming here to enjoy our paradise, these are the kind of moves that give us a bad rap. A cup of tap water for almost $3 is not right. They sell Nathan's fries at Publix and for a 1 pound bag and $3 you can avoid the rip off factor. Cheese steak was not good enough to make me come back. There is Lenny's, Which Wich, Jimmy John, Subway, and endless choices for a sub. Rent is high in Pier Park, but tap water is now the same cost as Perrier? Give me a break.

Nathan's was good but on a scorching day I totally miss the inside experience! Whst happens when it rain?

This is a horrible place smells good but it's not worth it, how can a fast food place have up to 3 stars and they only make hot dogs and fries lol it's the customer service and the employees throwing food around, this place really needs to be shut down they half way do there jobs the drink machine is dirty, then they don't want nobody in there store because of what they are doing to the food.

Great hotdogs and cheese fries. Problem is you never know when they will be open. Run by very rude Russians that close when they want to rather than follow posted hours.

A complete joke. I ordered my food which was just a simple order of bacon cheese fries and a a chili cheese hotdog. While waiting I watched the young lady behind the counter say "oops...I forgot to take the fries out of the fryer." She pulled them out and they were almost black. She said "oh well" and placed them under the heat lamp and began to serve them to other customers. Meanwhile...still no order. 15 mins later....the same girl tells me what am I waiting on. I said my food. You said, no I gave your son your food. My son is 2, there is no way you did. Instead they gave my food to some kid. Again she said "oh well". The begin to make the order again. Finally get my food and guess what they served me the same burnt fries and a chili cheese dog with no cheese. The truly didn't seem to care at all about their customers. I ended up just throwing most of it in the trash. Over priced too. $10 bucks for a combo. I think they are the same people who ran french fry haven which closed earlier. Not worth it at all!

This was a sad experience. It looked promising, but 1/2 of our order (family of 5) was wrong. It was expensive and took forever to get it. Do yourself a favor and don't watch the kitchen while you wait if you want to keep your appetite and patience.

The man and woman behind the desk was very disrespectful. Me and my friends went there to eat some good food, which the food was good but the service wasn't. I ordered wings and fries, the wings had no sauce on them at all. I went back in to address it and they tried to charge me .50 cents more just for sauce that I needed for my wings bc they failed to put enough on them the first time. I will never go back there just bc of their attitudes.

ordered 2 dogs and a bacon burger. it was all just awful. stale bread, cold meat substance, just a terrible experience. done now, stomach hurts.
