NBS remains a reliable spot for all your school and office supply needs 📚 Though I remember it having two floors back in the day, it now occupies just one, which feels a bit bittersweet. Despite the downsizing, the store still offers a wide range of books from recent bestsellers to children’s stories alongside its vast selection of supplies. It’s a go-to for students and professionals alike, so expect longer lines during weekdays, especially when employees and students fill Glorietta.

If my memory serve me right it had 2 floors. The first or ground is where different materiala for school, office, and art supplies are located. The second floor is my personal favorite...a safe haven for book lovers, here you can forget about averything from the outaide world. You can indulge yourself, be lost and get ready for an adventure of unearthing preciois treasure through books. From contemporary to the most modern contetxt; youngadult to the more serious and complicated novels; subject referrences and coffe table books, mangas and graphic novels, old time favorites to the new best seller. You just have to had the patience to browse along the isles and dig for the hidden ones. And oh don't forget to check the color coded stickers as you might have your fave in for a big discount. 🍃Time passes by...the world is changing and so are the ways and wants of each and every individuals. I understand that the store needs to cope with whatever innovations and changes it might encounter. As I walk between shelves I notice the big difference...there's a little bit sadness, gone are the days of grandeur, I realize it slowly becoming an office and school supply warehouse. The area for great books and novel became smaller and smaller as the years passes by. I may feel a liitle sad and nostalgic, but as I paid the book organizer...I can still say that it is still one of the best bookstore. And I am thankful that in this modern world with fast pace technologies, it still stand as a testimony of a never ending "learnings" of life's great adventures. 📚🍃

One of the largest branch of National Bookstore. It consists of 3 floors that has many school supplies, books and office equipments to choose from. Most of the items that you are having difficulty to find with might be in here. They also have a riso xerox photocopy and ID/Card lamination service inside.

This is a two-floor branch of National Book Store that has a decent selection of books on display apart from the usual wide array of school and office supplies.

Listing says open from 10am. But still closed at 10:35. There are other people waiting by the entrance...

Gone are the days when National Bookstore was a happy place. Service personnel are terrible. Hot tip: do not pay via gcash or maya because they simply will say it was not received and won’t provide any solution despite the transaction being successful on your end. Cashier resorted to the victim mentality of “baka ako po mag abono niyan” without escalating to the supervisor. Ended up calling maya only for them to confirm it’s been successful, but guess what? Since they did not receive an email or text due to their phone being lowbat, they still insisted it was not received. No solution despite Maya saying it was successful. Now I wait half a month for my refund. Worst service — the downfall of National bookstore.

The selection of items in this branch is good. However, their service is extremely underwhelming and disappointing. I paid for my transaction via Gcash and although my transaction was successful and it was deducted in my account after double checking, they did not acknowledge my payment due to them not receiving because their phone is lowbat. And even if I asked them to check again their cashier ignored my request and when asked to talk to their manager they also gave a lot of reasons and seemed uninterested to call. In the end I paid in a different mode but I felt very disrespected with the type of service I received.

*As of April 16, first floor is undergoing renovation but other floors are open. This is one of the few National Bookstore that have a wide range of school supplies as well as books. There are also other services inside such as engraving, photocopy and gift wrap. I also had customized vinyl stickers made here but I wasn't able to locate it during the renovations. The staff are really nice and so far I haven't encountered a staff that doesn't know where something I asked is or rude to me
