Great experience! In fact this was my first time ever renting with National (usually I’m with SIXT but this time National had the better price) and I can’t complain. Pick up was smooth, Zack went above and beyond to find a suitable car for me and match my requests. And the car I received was indeed perfect for my travel plans. It was clean, well maintained, modern and had plenty of space for luggage. Since this was a one way rental, I dropped the car off at National MCO airport which also went super smooth and without any issues. I’ll definitely recommend National at Las Vegas airport and will also consider National for my next (US) rentals.

Convenient and fast! We were able to catch a shuttle from the airport to a large rental car terminal that housed national and other rental car companies. we had plenty of bags that the shuttle driver helped us get on and off the bus. We had to fold our stroller. We had no wait and had plenty of car options. The return went just as smooth!

**Review for National Car Rental – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Specialty SUV Rental** I recently rented a specialty SUV (Jeep) from National Car Rental at the Las Vegas airport for nearly a week. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were initially friendly. I selected a nearly new Jeep with only 12,000 miles and drove it to Zion National Park. By the second day, I noticed the coolant fan was constantly running and wouldn’t shut off, even though no warning lights were on. On the third day, the Jeep began overheating within 10 minutes of driving, and the dashboard showed max engine temperature warnings while idling. I called National for assistance. They offered to tow the vehicle but refused to provide a replacement SUV. Instead, they suggested I use Uber or Lyft—neither of which was available in that remote location. I had to arrange for someone to drive over an hour just to get me to the nearest National branch in St. George. At the St. George location, the staff were completely unapologetic. Their lot was full of high-end vehicles and SUVs—more than 30—but I was told none were available. I was only offered a high-mileage Toyota Corolla or a van. I ended up with a van that had over 51,000 miles, a broken A/C (in the middle of the desert), warped rotors, and an engine that made alarming noises. Driving this unreliable vehicle back to Las Vegas through desert terrain with no cell service was incredibly stressful. When I returned the van to the Las Vegas location, the staff were rude and unhelpful. They tried to charge me for gas for the Jeep—which was towed and undriveable—and attempted to add a \$150 fee for returning the replacement van to a different location, even though this was due to their own vehicle’s failure. I asked to speak with a manager, and they told me that because I reserved through Priceline, I’d have to settle the issue with them. That makes no sense—this wasn’t Priceline’s vehicle. This was a National rental, and National should take responsibility. It’s completely unacceptable that I had to go through all this and still wasn’t offered a , credit, or any form of compensation. At the very least, National should issue a credit toward a future rental. This whole experience was ridiculous and not professional of a large car rental company. I also requested a manager to call me and has not been called back. Very unprofessional

The first customer service contact was very helpful friendly and process was very easy and quick. The next contact I had was even quick friendly and very helpful. The process was very easy and quick and my last contact was the same thing. He even helped me put my bags in truck and adjust the driver’s seat for me. The whole process from signing the contract to leaving the garage with my rental car took less than 15 minutes. The quickest and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a car rental place at the airport. I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by National Car Rental (which is owned by parent company, Enterprise), they prioritize the well-being of their employees, which resonates positively with their customers. My experiences with both companies have consistently exceeded expectations. Notably, I had the privilege of interacting with Dee, a dedicated team member of National Car Rental at the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dee exemplifies the meaning of going above and beyond in customer service. During a previous visit in 2023, despite a reservation discrepancy for a V8 Challenger which was not there when we arrived, Dee promptly resolved the issue by providing a temporary V6 Challenger until the V8 model became available. True to his word and commitment to service, Dee ensured that the V8 Challenger was secured and personally notified us upon its availability. In our most recent trip in 2024, there was another reservation miscommunication which led to the temporary unavailability of the V8 Challenger requested - a disappointment that was exacerbated by his off-duty status - but once again, Dee's professionalism and dedication shone through when he rectified the situation promptly upon his return. Dee's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and his proactive approach in ensuring a seamless experience are truly commendable. His actions reflect positively on National and Enterprise, embodying the values of exceptional service and customer care. Just back home for another trip to Vegas. I have been a corporate member in the Executive Club for 35 years. I'll be honest with you, I also am an exclusive member with Hertz Platinum. That service is so exclusive, that they bring the car to you at the airport. Despite the perks of this competitors benefit, I actually prefer the amazing service that I receive at National at the LV Airport. This team works so hard to provide a superior level of customer experience, that, they, have my lifelong loyalty! This trip was no exception. I had reserved a luxury car with the Executive Club. When I arrived, Herman explained that they had been extremely busy. Despite the lack of selection, he recognized my corporate loyalty, and literally drove two luxury cars to me for my choice. Who does that, in this day of consumer treatment? I appreciate you Herman! Next, I proceed to the exit gate, at the rental center, and my girl Samantha, was amazing! She was so cool and so friendly. She really cares about her customers. She noted that the gas was only at 3/4 and even apologized for that fact. Samantha gets you on your way, with a big smile on your face. Finally, it's time to return my car. This guy, who is in charge of checking me in, calls himself, Ranch Dressing! You know why? Because this brutha is smooth! Such a great guy, and one that wants to make sure that my last impression is a positive one. This man is a fine rep for the brand! Let's be honest, based on my interactions with Herman, Samantha, and Ranch Dressing, I will remain the most loyal corporate client ever! Don't ever waste your time with a competitor at LV Airport, my team at National will always make you feel like a VIP!

We ended up using National car rental twice in one trip. The first time was to return our SUV towards the almost end of our trip. Emphasize almost, because we ended up needing transportation once more from a cancelled flight. From a non-local and someone who hasn't needed a car in Vegas before, like ever, it was fairly easy to navigate to get there. Very smooth check out process and then we were on our way to the shuttle to go to the airport after dropping off our car. We had initially picked up our car in CA and returned it in NV. Ensure you have enough time to return the car and catch the shuttle to the airport. I forgot how often the shuttles come, but apparently our driver wanted to wait until his shuttle was completely filled before taking off....It takes about 15mins to get to the airport via the shuttle and depending on your airline/drop off area and unloading passengers on the way. I reserved a car via the handy National app with my Emerald account while waiting in the shuttle line to be exact. App is very easy to use and reserve your car. Got shuttled back to the car rental area and checked in with a worker if there was a mini-van available by chance for our large party and million luggage's. She confirmed there wasn't as they were all sold out at the moment. I could've checked the app for availability but honestly it was all cray the moment they announced our cancelled flight. No biggie, I walked past and discovered the truck sitting in the executive aisle. We loaded our things and I drove it to the gate area to exit. Prior to exiting is where you show your ID and they'll pull up your reservation on their screen. Mind you I reserved our truck within an hour of picking it up! Check in is very smooth if you've already made a reservation, just inspect your car (depends on membership level and car class reserved, possible upgrades available!), get in and drive to the front. Returning the truck on Christmas morning wasn't busy and a smooth process once more. I would like to point out that a Candy cane Christmas decoration in Nationals garage was quite low and I creeped under it with the large truck with no way to avoid driving around it in the aisle. There were cars parked on both sides. I attached a few pictures. But luckily I didn't hear any scratches!

Rented an LCAR that came with a nail in the tire and then was forced to deal with this while on vacation. When I returned and explained what happened to the branch manager (Adam), he made sure we were satisfied with his efforts to make it right. Obviously receiving a discount on a rental car for a bad experience doesn't make up for missing vacation time, but they could have easily said tough luck. Instead, Adam heard what I was saying and made sure that I was leaving Las Vegas with a smile on my face. Till next time, National!

National is my favorite car rental company and I usually have great experiences with them. Emerald club member, I arrive, skip the counter, and pick my car. I went to the designated area and picked out a car and waited a long time in line for the gate worker. He was so slow. Usually they check your ID to verify who you are and open the gate. Not today! When it was finally my turn I found out why he was so slow. After spending a couple minutes on his computer he says to me "this vehicle has been SOLD, you can't have it, I don't know why it was out in the lot to choose from?" I had to pull over and wait for them to bring me another vehicle. I know this final beef isn't Nationals fault by why is the car rental center SO FAR from the airport??? Anyway I still like National and will hope for better service next time.

I returned my car and National agent CURTIS checked me out to finalize my bill and was super professional, nice, and very caring on making sure my rental experience was perfect. I'm an Executive member here at National and CURTIS is a prime example on how customer service should be. CURTIS could easily be a mentor on training new employees on customer service. What. A. Mess. The shuttle took foreverrrrrr to get to the rental center. There were about five cars to pick from when I landed. And give yourself about an hour longer than you think you'll need for your return. It's a good thing I have precheck because even getting there two hours before my flight, I almost missed it. At 4:30am I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle bus to take us to the airport! They had a really weird, unorganized line system going. Which is know is not the fault of National. But the experience overall was a big mess

I think someone parked the Mercedes SUV in the wrong place! I was redeeming a free day so we could explore the city, and we lucked out with a small luxury SUV that did the job of getting us around. Picked up around 8:30a and returned late around 2am. We also could have had a Hemi Dodge Challenger or a Dodge Charger or any number of other less powerful vehicles too. They had a great selection and I'm glad I'm a Member of National! No issues, No Counter, Easy in and out, friendly people... what more can I say?

Second time renting at this location in 2022, and both times I've had excellent car selections! Let's go!!! The downside of renting at Harry Reid International in LV is the LONG wait times for the rental shuttle buses....not the fault of National (or any car rental company), just how it goes at this airport! Now that we got that out of the way- full disclosure, I get to skip the counter/pick my car due to my status at National....with that in mind: - Can't go wrong with renting an Alfa Romeo at the price of a standard car - Check-out was super quick and I was on the road in minutes - Location is minutes from the strip - Check-in was just as easy; park the car and go!

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. We are currently estranged in the middle of nowhere in Cedar Rapid, UT. They rented us a bad SUV with mechanical breakdown. Called them SEVERAL TIMES and they are still sending us back to St. George, UT, which is more than an hr back where we came from. They refused to get us a replacement vehicle from their so called partner, Enterprise in Cedar Rapids, which is 7.7 miles from us. We rented this vehicle from Las Vegas located at 7135 Gillespie. They are even making us wait for a tow truck to get here FIRST (est arrival time more than an hr) to make sure the tow company has their vehicle BEFORE they will send us an UBER when they know we have an injured kid that just had a surgery yesterday in the car with belongings and a 24 hr-drive to destination!! WHO IS GOING TO STEAL AN INOPERABLE VEHICLE in the middle of Nowhere???!!! National people we talked to barely speak good English!!! Not to mention incompetent. We had never had an experience like this before renting from HERTZ!!!!! National is nowhere compared to HERTZ from quality of vehicles to customer service and support!!! National does NOT care about their customers and will let you estranged, make it as inconvenient as possible and delay your trip as long as they can. How would you feel if this happened to you!!!! I repeat Do Not rent from this company!!!!!

This National location is excellent for quick checkouts with luxury cars. In the past, we have been lucky enough to get Camaros, Audis, Lexus, and Alfa Romeos. The service is quick and cars are in good shape! Definitely recommend the service as the emerald checkout process is so quick and easy compared to standing in lines with other rental companies.

I have been an Emerald Club member for years. I accidentally took the car rental keys with me on my trip back home. I received a voicemail the next day instructing me to return the keys to a P.O. box in Las Vegas or be charged $249. I immediately went to the post office and sent the keys. I was still charged the $249 even though they acknowledged receiving the keys. National Customer Service pawned me off on the National Las Vegas office manager. I reversed the charge on my credit card, but National denied it. They ended up sending me into collections so I paid the $249. I thought National was a step above discount car rental companies, but they pull the same shenanigans. Don't forget to leave your keys in the car!

I am a long time Executive Club member, but if I return to Las Vegas I am not likely to rent from National. We returned the car with a crack in the windshield (from a truck maybe, we don't know when exactly it happened). The agent put a $250 charge which she said is a "deposit for the repair" but logged it on the invoice as LDW. We have Amex Premium Insurance which paid the full charge for the windshield repair (a ridiculous $900+). So, I tried to contact National to refund my $250 as they had been fully paid by Amex. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone at the Las Vegas location by phone. I disputed the charge via Amex, but because the agent logged it as LDW, National said it was a valid charge. If I had actually purchased LDW, it should have been $123.96 ($30.99 per day), so not only is it invalid, it's more than double what it should have been if I had purchased LDW. I contacted National's call center (since I can't talk to anyone in LAS) and all they would do was give me a courtesy refund of $100.

I am here every month and National is the only rental car company I book with. Regardless of how busy this location is I always get a car that fits my needs. This location unlike many has an excellent inventory of premier selection vehicles. As an Executive Member having a great selection of large SUVs is important. With Emerald Aisle it limits the amount of interaction with employees but the gate agents are always fantastic. Every time I travel the agents are always positive and I can count on a great recommendation every-time. Highly recommend National here for anyone needing a great vehicle when visiting.

Emerald Exec member here and the car itself is fine (very clean and in excellent condition) but not much in the way of selection. We didn't need a big vehicle so we were looking to see what was in the smaller category and the employee in the podium addressed us but told us the area we were at were our only choices. He had his nose buried in his phone most of the time and when we finally chose the vehicle and getting situated in it he acted like something was wrong. In any case, service was good and upon exiting the employee was very nice.

First and foremost, this is more about an employee rather than the employer....but he's a representative of the company so.... I travel often. National is my corporations go to for car rentals throughout the year, across the country. I've been with the company for 15+ years traveling extensively....from Florida to Seattle. When it comes to car rentals - it's not always about the car. It's also about the service and the people. I feel like it's my civic duty to let your company know that we had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees in Columbus, Ohio on New Year's Eve. His name Kervin Cummuts (not sure if I am spelling his last name correctly)....but let me tell you, I hope he's on your radar for employee of the year We have yet to meet someone in any establishment who was so willing to go above and beyond to make sure our travel experience was nothing short of stellar. Stress worry free. He was phenomenal. Took amazing care of us and was an absolute pleasure to meet. I truly hope someone sees this and lets him know. As a small business owner I know how hard it is to find people who care as much as you do about your customers....and finding a smiling face for that business is essential....if he's not already on your list of valued employees - I certainly hope he is now. We had a great experience with this location. I had booked a premium crossover for a week. When we got there I asked the manager about four wheel drive vehicles because we were heading to Utah and it was snowing where we were going. He said they don't get many four wheel drive vehicles since they are a desert location. But within a short amount of time he had an SUV with four wheel drive ready for us. Drop off was super efficient and quick. Taking the shuttle to and from the terminal was also easy.

We've been renting exclusively with National for a few years now. We find their service, pricing and car selection great for our needs. We appreciate the emerald aisle feature which allows you to skip the counter and head straight to the parking garage to select a car. This experience was no different. We had received notification that we had reached Executive status based on our rental history and now instead of selecting a car from the Emerald Aisle we were able to select from the executive level cars. We selected an AWD Toyota which we felt would work well for our road trip. We proceeded to the exit kiosk where the woman was efficient and friendly. She was able to easily look up our reservation and had us on our way in no time.

They are clean, professional, and awesome!! It was a mad chaos at LAS especially due to the whole flight cancellation situation. I was desperate to grab whatever vehicle available but I was not the only one and there were a million other people like myself. I would imagine all the employees there for all the stores probably confronted many people like myself that day (or that week). I met some employees at other stores who were straight up very rude. I don't expect you to find a vehicle if not available, but at least you shouldn't be acting like that to desperate people! But shout out to my man, Richard. He was very sincere, kind, patient, and helpful in finding the vehicle for us. I truly appreciate his service and he saved us from getting stranded in the wilderness. 5 stars for National and Richard. PS. National is not a douche bag like some other company (Sxxx) who jacked up the price of rental to $1k for 1 day!!! That's a bad move trying to eat off of people who are desperate. I appreciate National for keeping it cool. I loved the vehicle too.

Rented a car here and it was a quick and painless experience. As a National member, I got to go right to the cars and pick one out and then drive to the booth to get my papers and I was on the road. All the staff was very friendly. I don't recall the name of the young lady who was at the gate but she was so friendly, professional and efficient. She was a rock star! If I lived here, I would have tried to recruit her to work for my company. Very good set up, here. I would rent from National again!

I've rented from other companies in other locations but based on my recent experience, National at LAS surpasses them all. The convenience of self-service, their impeccable fleet selection, cleaning of the vehicle, competence pricing and excellent customer service were top notch. I did face one issue with my app, but one of the agents in the parking lot was able to assist. Drop-off was just as seamless and the attendee (I wish I could remember her name) made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to renting with National again!

On October 5th, 2023 Daniel welcomed us right after we walked in at National Car Rental in Las Vegas-Harry Reid Airport. He took care of us very smoothly with nice conversation. He also introduced us Emerald membership and explained about it, then helped us join in to the membership right there. The experience with Daniel there, made our vacation started very brightly. We left the center with no worries, because he ensured us to call him/National when anything goes wrong. We did not have any problem whole trip by the way. I completely understand that people are having trouble finding help, and maybe that's why it's OK for people to not be in uniform so you can identify them and dress and behave in an unprofessional manner when waiting on customers. It's never been a great experience to rent from national at this location since the Covid thing it has gotten worse. Often times I'm waiting for cars if I'm lucky enough to find somebody when I go to pick up my they have no interest in helping anyone usually sitting there shooting the breeze and hanging out with your buddies but very little attention is paid to the customer. When I checked in tonight the guy said to me and how would we like a receipt there was only one of me there's no way I didn't see anybody else in the car and did so in every condescending tone. I thought I wonder if this works for him. Overall disappointing experience. I like national cause of the perks but there's certain airports I don't really care to have a rental experience from and this is one of them. This is my second experience renting here in a while and here's what I'll say. National has gone downhill. As someone who rents with them all the time, the selection of cars in Las Vegas is equivalent to what I'd get at the cheapo budget section almost at any other airport. Poor selection of cars really absolutely no customer service at all. Will have to look at renting with somebody else in the future.

BEWARE this National location will scam you out of thousands of dollars!!! Long story, but worth the read if it helps to prevent anyone else from getting scammed by National! We rented a sedan from National and when we brought it back the check-out agent did their walk around, gave us the thumbs up and signed off that we were good to go. Several months later we received a letter in the mail stating we owed National $3k in damage fees. They claim that we ripped the bumper off of the car we rented, which is 100% not true. Pretty sure we, as well as the check out agent, would have noticed if the bumper was hanging off the car. We returned the car in the exact same condition in which it was given to us. The only proof National was able to provide was a couple of photos that were taken not only several weeks after we dropped the car off, but in a completely different location... meaning at least one, if not more, person(s) had driven the car between the time we dropped it off and the time the photos were taken. We of course disputed this and were put in contact with Shalomar from the Damage Recovery Unit. At first Shalomar seemed like a reasonable person and offered to look into this incident, since she also agreed it was odd that the photos were taken at a different time and location. After several weeks, we received another email stating that their investigation showed that we were still at fault. There was no explanation to how they came to this conclusion or whether they found any evidence that showed there was damage at the time of drop off. So of course we wrote back and asked that they show proof (photos, videos, written statement from check-out agent, etc.) proving that the damage was present at the time of drop off. At this point Shalomar became very rude, unprofessional, and even somewhat hostile. After going back and forth a couple more times, Shalomar finally said, "you were already shown video proof from the drop off, so I don't need to prove anything else to you". Ummm what video?! This was the first time either of us had been made aware of a video. So we asked to see the video and of course Shalomar responded saying this is no longer her problem and that she will not be responding to our emails anymore. At this point we reach out to our insurance company and explained the situation. Our insurance agent explained that this type of car rental scam is actually quite common and that more than likely an employee at National damaged the car and they are now pinning it on us so they don't have to pay for the damage. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done if the car rental company is not willing to cooperate. So our insurance agent spent weeks trying to obtain the alleged video of the damage, but National refused to send it... because the video doesn't exist! In the end, we were forced to pay the $3k as National threatened to send us to collections even though they had zero proof that the car was damaged at the time of return. Moral of the story, if you are renting a car, ALWAYS take a video of the entire car at pick up and drop off. Had we been able to show that National was lying and scamming us, we would have been able to avoid this whole disgusting ordeal.

As an executive aisle member, I was disappointed to arrive and waiting for 40 minutes. We got a very small car, but it was take it or still be there. Then we went to the gate and they closed a booth right in front of us. I felt sorry for the employees but this is not what we signed up for. Supposedly they will comp us gas, and will Make an adjustment when we return the car. Hopefully they are better equipped for our return.

Some hits and some misses! I've been renting cars from this location pretty regularly in the past 3 years. My overall experience has been decent. The Executive emerald aisle selection is generally pretty good. I've definitely gotten my first choice of cars most of the time. On this last trip, I was able to get a Mustang convertible which was pretty cool. Although, after I drove it out of the airport, I realized why it was available, the weather was 115 degrees, and a convertible is completely useless unless you want to be baked alive in the heat. The return process is generally pretty easy also. The only major compliant that I have is that ALOT of the cars from this location is smokey, due to people violating the smoking policy, and so I have gotten a couple of really smokey disgusting cars in the past. The shuttle service, not part of or is it any fault of the National car rental, is absolutely horrendous. So plan accordingly when you are renting a car in this rental facility.

Pros: checkout and check back in was quick and easy. Prices are very reasonable Cons: a bit far from the airport itself. Requires you to take a bus shuttle that can take 10min with wait time. Staff at national wasnt all that friendly or helpful. The availability for emerald aisle, including executive, was pitiful. We got the last suv thank god, for a trip to Utah. They had maybe 10 cars available for emerald aisle and then maybe double that for executive on a saturday morning. Alamo right next door had way more selection from what I could see

If I could give a zero I would! And I have never given a review like this in my life because believe in giving good reviews because everyone's human. But when their wrong they are wrong! But these people are totally taking advantage of us claiming we did damage to the truck that we rented. First of all while I was on vacation my brand new car that I had only had for two weeks got smashed while parked sitting on the side of the road in the middle of the night by a drunk driver luckily he was caught. That was a total disaster and cost me around 6-7 grand with the leasing company But that's another story. But dealing with this company was very unprofessional from the start. The man who was taking the reservations and getting the vehicles that's all he did he didn't do a walk around. He gave me the keys and I said"that's it?" He said "yes you will finish checking out with the lady at the exit." Well I have never rented a car like that from the airport, their system they do at McCarran it was very weird. So I get to the exit and try to check out And I can't because I only had a debit card and my husbands credit cards available with the amount they wanted for the deposit. So I backed up and brought the truck back went downstairs called my husband to come get me because I was so tired I was done and didn't want to deal with these people right now and he said no we're going to get this done tonight so we went back upstairs the guy gave us back the keys we said is there anything else we need to do he said no just check out through the lady again. So we go do that and that and that was still a hassle. But we finally got the truck rented. Now after driving it we noticed a couple things wrong with it. When I got on the freeway the mirror started wiggling something that it hadn't done driving it on residential roads. Then my husband noticed the antenna was missing, I mean who would think to look at that because most cars don't even have antennas anymore. So when we took the car back my husband let them know about these things. The manager even came out and talk to him because they were going to charge us and the manager said well will look into it blah blah blah and it sounded like it was under control that we weren't going to be charged. Then about two months later we get a letter in the mail. Also, Now they came up with an extra scratch on the car and they are trying to get us for $1500 which is crazy. When we disputed it my husband called on December 28 and they had their decision and sent the letter out by December 30. Mind you I was a driver listed on the rental agreement and they never got my side of the story. So they called me today looking for my husband from an unknown number (which is why he didn't answer it at work). So I called and I gave them my side then they told me they already made a decision that they are still continuing with the dispute. Just ridiculous and so unprofessional all around. Look we do well for ourselves and I can pay for it but I refuse to pay for something we didn't do. PERIOD!!!!! Now they said all we can do is go through his insurance. Update: I get the same response from them everyone else did, it's alright take me to claims court and show me my signatures and documents... stufff you have yet to show me! I ain't scared of you stupid corporate crap!

FYI to all locals. Do not rent cars from this location. They will charge a deposit of $300-$400 plus your total rental. The only explanation I received after was since you are local our risk is greater you not returning the vehicle. In other words National is assuming you are going to steal or damage the vehicle. When I told the escalation representative "so basically you are punishing and discriminating locals" even though I have rented cars from National for over 15 years and an Executive Member. She refused to give me her name and hung up. Great customer service. On a side note I did call back and spoke with Derek. He actually explained the information but did not make any assumptions regarding the local deposit. He advised me to email National so I could get the correct answer. Just an update. Returned vehicle and was told Executive status do not get the deposit charge. Then when spoke with the so called manager he said Executives still get charged. It has become funny now since the employees do not even know what to say. The so called manager gave excuses and when he was confronted with his answers you could tell he was trying to dig himself out of his wrong statements. He did not have anything nice to say about other companies and locals. His excuse was any local renting from National and its subsidiaries will be charged a deposit. LA is $400.00 plus your rental. The fact that he compared locals to people who steal cars or keep them longer was pretty funny since when I told him to report the cars stolen he made the excuse we would have to report thousands of stolen cars. National have you ever heard of GPS tracking. FYI Hertz charges $200.00 for locals.

From LAS airport you have to walk outside from the baggage claim, to take a shuttle (about 7-minutes) to the car rental center. Upon arrival, National is the first stand to your left. Luckily they sent me an email about my car being ready and I didn't have to go to the counter. I took the escalator up to the second floor and was greeted by a customer service agent. They said pick any car in the midsize lane. We got into the car and drove towards the exit where another agent checked license and paperwork. Easy! Before returning the car, I received another email about how to do the express drop off. I ended up following the signs in the car rental center which lead me to the normal drop off but it was quick and painless. We repeated the steps and took the shuttle back to the terminal. I would rent from National again!

This is a very busy place by the airport, you would think people would be friendly ,we are here wanting to change her suv for a bigger one . And it's not possible, one the people at this facility are the rudest people ever , is like my cousin said they take pride in rudeness , I would like to know what the CEO of this company would do . It's holidays I understand they are busy , but it's no excuse for rudness in my book If we drive a long way at least we should have a friendly face , but it was totally the opposite. My cousin Pilar Sierra Morales always rents from you #824838103 emerald executive .well I could go on and on , the only descents employed was kyle and the guy at the booth when we go out .on top problem with the car functions .

We've been waiting over an hour with no workers in sight. We advised ahead of time we will be arriving after midnight and to please have everything ready since I have a work event bright & early. Going on 2 hours... haven't seen anyone yet. We called customer service they asked us to go to a sister company & rent from them. Total nightmare, It is 2:45AM- we will never rent from this company again.

Sparse selection of cars in the Executive Aisle 7:30pm Monday night in March. Employee implied we were lucky even to have a choice of Kia SUV or Kia sedan. To be fair there was also a small suv Mitsubishi Outlander. Looks like the Alamo side was packed with SUVs and pick-up trucks so that might be a better option if prices are equal. Excellent customer service from the manager: she called downstairs for a non-Kia SUV to be cleaned and brought up (although it had 28,000 miles). With our 15 day rental it was worth the wait and I much appreciate the manager's assertiveness. Typical 4-day business rental I would just take a sedan but this was a long trip with luggage.

Brought the car back 3 hours sooner than the return time, the customer service rep at the desk adjusted accordingly. The drop off was without error.

After seeing all reviews of people with negative experiences, I was hesitant and nervous to book a car rental at the Las Vegas McCarran airport. Even though National Car rental may be a reputable company, I was afraid that the reason people had bad experiences was because it is located in such a busy airport. To my delight, I actually had a rather pleasant experience. I booked my car via their website as an executive member. When you go down to the garage, there are signs that point you to the section based on your member tier. You can choose any car in that section and the keys are on the dashboard. If you have any questions, there are staff members readily available to advise you. Dropping off was also a seamless process.

always great, clean cars and I love getting to chose or reserve a specific vehicle when I want that. I rented a large van my last time in LV and it was nearly new and they parked it aside so no one would try and take it. Retiring it was also quick and easy. I do think LV over charges if you pick up from the airport but comparing apples to apples National is competitive with other car rental companies. I just find them the fastest to rent form and they get you out fast too. They did have a little mix up when exiting with my credit card but quickly fixed it and I was out of there fast.

As a Emerald Club member and a business traveler I rents lots of car In the course of a year. This location is a great example of why I choose National there is no need for me to interact with anyone unless I choose to. This location is a short bus ride from the airport a short walk through the rental car center, the cars are all located under cover, choose which car you want and go. The executive elite selection was extensive, the cars were clean, gassed and ready to go, the return was just as simple and if you're a member they will email your receipt.

Located at the McCarran rental car facility. I heart National Emerald service. I bypassed the rental counter and headed directly to the Emerald parked cars and picked a brand new Dodge Charger and was on my way! No lines or waiting. Since we have a corporate account with National I'll be using them again.
