Just back home for another trip to Vegas. I have been a corporate member in the Executive Club for 35 years. I'll be honest with you, I also am an exclusive member with Hertz Platinum. That service is so exclusive, that they bring the car to you at the airport. Despite the perks of this competitors benefit, I actually prefer the amazing service that I receive at National at the LV Airport. This team works so hard to provide a superior level of customer experience, that, they, have my lifelong loyalty!
This trip was no exception. I had reserved a luxury car with the Executive Club. When I arrived, Herman explained that they had been extremely busy. Despite the lack of selection, he recognized my corporate loyalty, and literally drove two luxury cars to me for my choice. Who does that, in this day of consumer treatment? I appreciate you Herman!
Next, I proceed to the exit gate, at the rental center, and my girl Samantha, was amazing! She was so cool and so friendly. She really cares about her customers. She noted that the gas was only at 3/4 and even apologized for that fact. Samantha gets you on your way, with a big smile on your face.
Finally, it's time to return my car. This guy, who is in charge of checking me in, calls himself, Ranch Dressing! You know why? Because this brutha is smooth! Such a great guy, and one that wants to make sure that my last impression is a positive one. This man is a fine rep for the brand!
Let's be honest, based on my interactions with Herman, Samantha, and Ranch Dressing, I will remain the most loyal corporate client ever! Don't ever waste your time with a competitor at LV Airport, my team at National will always make you feel like a VIP!
