I walked up to the restaurant and there was no host / hostess present. So I went through the checkout line that I saw the only other customer in.
After receiving my food, I go to sit down only in the restaurant, only to hear a female employee (who was sitting in a booth note restaurant) say “once you order takeout, you can’t sit down.” I responded “no one was here, so I ordered food in the only line available.” She replied “you can’t sit down.”
This is the type of customer service that will absolutely make me avoid coming back to a restaurant.
I wasn’t greeted at the host stand, and I order food, only to be rejected a seat by a random lady yelling across the restaurant… you need to do better.
***On a positive note, the food was really good, and so was my only other interaction with an employee: Tikela H. She was very pleasant and friendly.
