Despite my indisputable admiration for the architect of this architectural work. In any case, I can give a good assessment at the moment when the only ART GALLERY, in Albania, has been closed for more than 5 years. And only God can know where the works of this gallery are. I hope that the tourists will be happy with the useless graffiti that they have done on the surrounding of the neverendingconstruction site. I expect to reevaluate as soon as it reopens. < if it ever reopens >
