Really disappointing products and customer service over the span of a few months. Was really excited when we first started ordering but mistakes became a consistent thing: dropping off at hours outside of the drop-off time frame, sending bananas that were all way too mushy and ripe, sending the wrong products. Customer service was awful and never responded well; made it more difficult if anything. All in all just a waste of time and money for both customers and company employees.

They Blatantly falsely advertise where their products are from. This is important to me as someone who tries to minimize the climate impact of my food. I got so-called “New York” Rainbow chard that had a twist-tie from a California company, “New York” kale from South Carolina, and “Pennsylvania” spigarello from California all in one order. These are obviously not one-offs. Reviews on facebook report similar things. I will never order from them again, and encourage you don’t either.

Ordered last week. I took 2 lbs badger flames. I tought it is gonna look like on picture in app- nice small beats w fresh looking greens attached. Instead i got one large 2 pound piece beet without greens and rotten on top part. Yuzu not that great, looks dry and peel looks almost “wooden”. Turnips and atlas carrots- good quality but greens on both were dead and turnips ones also rotten. Kafir limes and green cara cara oranges were very fresh and taste great.

Incredible produce at your door without going to union square green market.

Awesome. They even get some fresh organic produce from the Pa Dutch fields of Lancaster,Pa. Dont get any fresher than that.

I’ve been purchasing from Natoora since they opened to the public in March. They’ve spoiled my tastebuds with far too much niche produce and pantry items.

Nice people to work with. Excellent communication. Super clean.

Not a good work place if you have a family. Underpaid and they also make promises that they don't keep .
