Natsuya

My partner and I had dinner at Natsuya on a Sunday evening, and we were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome without being overbearing. Even teaching us how to use chopsticks! The food was absolutely exceptional. Every dish we tried was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place outside of Japan that captures such an authentic taste and atmosphere, but Natsuya nails it. You can tell that quality and tradition are at the heart of everything they do. The overall experience felt special relaxed, intimate, and completely authentic. We left already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Natsuya to anyone who appreciates genuine Japanese cuisine and top-tier hospitality. Arigato Gozaimasu

Tidy little Japanese restaurant that we were taken to by our gorgeous daughter and her partner during a flying visit. The decor is pleasant, the seating comfortable, its nicely lit and it's a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the food and the service. The menu is right-sized; goldilocks, call it whatever management-speak term you will. In any case, lots of good stuff for the soup, noodle and tempura-munchers. I had the spicy tonkotsu pork ramen and wasn't disappointed. Wifey had the chicken curry udon and to be honest, after a tasting, it wasn't something I'd have again. The girls had yaki soba dishes and a side of calamari....as one does. No complaints registered from either. The service was great; Mila was nothing but lovely..... but she does need to learn that Asahi Super Dry is made with rice as a substantial component.

First time visit to Natsuya, and very impressed! Staff were lovely and attentive, restaurant is stylish but simple for the perfect setting. What I would like to talk about is the okonomiyaki skewers. Stunning. Absolutely stunning. I will be thinking about these until my next visit!!

Sorry to say, we were disappointed with the food, maybe we caught an off day judging from other reviews. My sushi starter was rubbery, like it was old and my Tonkotsu Ramen, which I was hankering after and looking forward to since returning from Japan, was poor - chewy meat instead of the traditional tender and the broth, which traditionally is usually prepared over time, tasted like a quick spicy warm soup from an instant noodle at home. The staff were very friendly and great though, hence why, I felt bad giving a 3 star, but it was what it was. A real shame and sat on our stomachs, but I will like to give it another go.

The food in here was really nice & the service provided by the staff was lovely. They were very attentive during our whole stay. Would definitely recommend the ramen as the broth was electric. Sushi was also very good. All in all, would definitely suggest coming here if you like japanse cuisine.

My new favourite Japanese restaurant! Natsuya lived up to the very positive reviews. My partner & I had 4 sides/starters a main course and a drink each. The staff were friendly, the food was perfect and it was all reasonably priced. Can’t wait to visit again.

Such an amazing meal with great customer service!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and very attentive! The food was amazing and we can highly recommend the salmon volcano roll, kimchi seafood udon, sukiyaki beef bowl! We will definitely be back!
