Yelp
when we tried to grab SD sliders after the kichen closed, the bartender and 5 regulars all pointed us in the right direction, promising we would find the right "we've been celebrating this guy's birthday-eve for hours and need some comfy food to cap the night" experience at Naughters - and boy oh boy, were they right.
The warm lighting and diner vibes gives this spot a feeling of being long loved. With late night post-bar hours, breakfast faves on the menu, and the chillest of cozy decor vibes, there is no doubt in my mind that this place has been the setting of so many stories between friends, partners, and strangers, too.
One of the highlights, IMHO, in the cassette collection lining two of the walls and the stereo rocking out the staff's selections. When we visited, Metallica's "...And Justice for All" was the featured album.
The food was exactly what we needed - breakfast sammies, chopped cheese, and fries for the table, all cooked fresh for us by the happy staff. Regulars down the bar from us ordered the Industry Eggplant sammie, which will be my choice for my next visit, for sure. Another recommendation from our dining-mates, dipping those fries in a side of pesto mayo - YES, YES, YES! that is the right choice.
This is obviously a favorite of locals, as a few stopped by during our visit to order meals after their own date nights out and bar shifts. When Midnight hit the clock, all the patrons and the staff joined us in a round of cheerful HAPPY BIRTHDAYS to our friend. THAT explains the energy of this place.
