I can confidently say that this was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. My flight was cancelled so I had to go through Auckland to get home. Air New Zealand were kind enough to put us up here for the night before our 6:30 departure in the morning and even included breakfast. When we got to reception I asked what time breakfast was, the lady said 6:30. I replied “oh well our flight is at that time” to that her reply was a not my problem sort of response which I was gutted about. I got into the room and in bed at around 12:30am ready for half a nights sleep before a 4:30 wake up that morning. Didn’t really get a lot of sleep and finally drifted off around 2. Not long after I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. There was construction work for about an hour! These contractors were using multi tools and hammers I was in complete and utter disbelief! In fact I actually thought I was going bananas. This whole experience I would put down to poor management. A decent manager would've ensured that if the construction work HAD to happen at that ungodly hour then the guests shouldn’t be staying anywhere near the noise. The management should also have ensured that they weren't using a multi tool at that sort of time. Furthermore the managements priority should be on the guest and given that it is an airport hotel the priority should be that the guests have a good night sleep. Also we should have been given an alternative for our $90 breakfast voucher which ended up being thrown in the rubbish. I would definitely not recommend staying here there are plenty of other options around Auckland airport so do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

The staff are the star of this hotel. Their warm, attentive service elevated our experience staying one night at the beginning of Sep to celebrate a birthday. We chose this location because a family member's flight was landing just before dinner time. Naumi is very conveniently located from Auckland airport. They have a nice restaurant on site; very spacious and the food was good. The rooms themselves were a bit tired despite their colourful decor. The pool area would probably be a nice place to hang out during summer. We want to thank the lovely servers at dinner for going above and beyond to make sure our mum had a great time for her birthday. Matching the complimentary candles to her (matcha) birthday cake was such a thoughtful gesture.

We caught a yellow bus from the airport very convenient the bus drops you at all the hotels only costa $8 one way. Lovely rooms, king size bed, pillows were hard though. The bath tap didn't work but the shower was fine. The bins needed to have bin liners. The Naumi amenity kit in the bathroom was a good idea however on opening it one of the toothbrushes was dirty. The conference room was really good and the cameras perfect.

As we entered the hotel there was a strong unbearable smell in the lobby which was sort of bathroom smell.after that when we were checking in there card blocking system was giving a issue which blocked our card . The room was very nice . Next day when I asked the reception to send us a hand and body cream which was empty in the bathroom they instantly denied that they don't provide such lotions .. when confirmed that there was an empty bottle in the bathroom they said they would send it (which never arrived). When asked for plates for food they denied saying that they don't provide room service and asked us to request the Restaurant staff to give us plates which we had to carry and walk down with till the room *only if they accepted*. I donot think I will ever return on this property again .. not happy with our stay .

Google
Great service, really easy check in and given all the information we needed for an easy stress free stay and check out was so easy and only took a couple minutes. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. For what we needed for our stay and the location of where we needed to be it was a great stay and we will definitely be back for future trips.

Google
Fantastic value for money here! We got a lovely quiet room facing the garden, with comfy beds and a large tiled walk in shower. The staff from check in to the bar and restraunt where friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Only things that could be improved on in our room would be possibly a deep clean. Deep dust under headboard, carpets stained, grout in shower needs a scrub

What a wonderful stay! Every staff member I met was friendly, professional and happy to help. Special shoutout to the awesome lady on front desk who let me check in early (very appreciated after coming off a rough flight) Loved the gym and the shower room - made staying in the hotel after check out very convenient. Location is brilliant. Had a fantastic sleep. Would return!

Decided to upgrade our room to the Ziggy Room after 8 days in a small cabin from a cruise. And the room did not disappoint.. was spacious, modern and came with a foosball table that kept our boy entertained. Would recommend if looking for something near the airport and want something different

Yelp
This hotel is super convenient since it is right outside Auckland Airport, especially if you have a super early flight. The hotel is unique because it makes it seem like the hotel "Naumi" is a person ("Naumi says... -message-"). The hotel was super generous with complimentary snacks and beverages (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, L&P, Meadow Fresh milk, Cadbury Chocolate Fish, and variety of tea and coffee). The beds are huge size, but you are bound to get the bathroom floor wet after a shower because there is no bathroom door or curtain, just a glass divider that only comes half way. But I loved the ceiling shower head. The design of the hotel is terrible to navigate. We took the elevator since we all had luggages and ended up making a huge circle in order to find our hotel room, so imagine walking endlessly while wearing a backpack, dragging a luggage, and holding miscellaneous bads. There was a quicker way to get there, but we had to take the stairs. When we were checking out, we decided to just use the stairs. Luckily, there was a really nice staff member who carried my mom's luggage for her (what a gentleman). Breakfast was included, which was okay (just your typical continental breakfast). You can also order eggs to your liking. The congee was really watery and tasteless, so I put a lot of salt. They have this cute donut display where the donuts are hung on rods. But I didn't eat one because I didn't want to mess up the layout. I would have given this place 3-stars, but their service deserved an extra star.

Yelp
Great location for airport hotel Location was great as we had an early flight the next day. There is free parking and breakfast as well (we didn't get to do breakfast as our flight was at 7am). Room was spacious and even had a huge soaker tub that 2 people could fit in (grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the night there). Check-in and checkout process was very easy. Only dislike was navigating the hotel. We walked like 8-10 minutes to get to our room, when we could have just gone across the parking lot to our room. It took us a couple of times to figure out, but it wasn't horrible. I would most likely stay here again if i were to come back to Auckland and had an early flight.

Yelp
The shortcomings outnumber any plus's at this Hotel. I would hardly rate it 4.5 or describe it as a luxury Hotel. I researched what the building housed before it became a Hotel, because the structure resembled a storage unit facility. But only found that it was completely overhauled by 2018. During my stay heard children running down the halls, doors closing loudly and music from the Hotel parking lot. I had to ask for a second room key because the lights etc were operated by a 'security' card slot. I also had to ask for a door hanger as to not be woken up by Housekeeping staff. No help was offered with my luggage on arrival, though I am a small stature, older woman. I generally have no problems handling my own, but I was upstairs, a long way from my room door and no baggage carts were available or visible. The condition inside the Hotel itself were too warm and the room situation was also hot. The advertised Garden was not a garden but a basic courtyard. The pool is average, I tried to use it, but chose not to when I noticed many children occupying it. The gym is also of average size. I only had one meal here and it was disappointing - it was boxed frozen fish, string (probably) bagged fries and a small salad that was decent. I tried to go out for meals but there aren't many options nearby. In fact this Hotel has mostly neighborhoods around it. No restaurants to speak of, No shopping, No attractions and the vendors I called for excursions advised I would have to meet them at Auckland CBD & one advised they would charge me more to pick me up from that location. Some surrounding businesses look like they have been shutdown for some time. I received street harassment, better known as 'catcalling' when I walked outside of the wrought iron gate of the Hotel. When I got home from my mostly wonderful 18 day NZ tour I see this Hotel charged me for 2 nights that I did not stay and some additional separate charges that are a mystery to me. I will be talking to them and my bank about these errant charges. Take heed fellow travelers...

Yelp
Excellent value and location (if you're needing to be close to the airport). We stayed here twice. First time they gave us a room at the very end of the hotel, which was a very long walk. Second time I upgraded the room for about $25USD. Well worth it. The upgrade included closer proximity to the front desk, a better view, a MUCH nicer bathroom (large tower and tub combo) and a king sized bed. The included breakfast was fantastic. It was our first meal in NZ, and we didn't have a bad meal for our entire 2-week trip.

Yelp
A really fun, inviting and vibrant hotel. The room and bathrooms are comfortable and have a nice layout. I believe all or most have a balcony. Only two negatives... the hallways are like being in an M Night Shyamalan movie... full of countless twists and turns that eventually lead you back to the beginning. The second, the rooms are "adequately" clean. I travel a lot and probably have higher expectations than most. But there was "dust in the corners" so to speak. That being said the sheets and toilet were spotless and inviting.

Yelp
A beautiful place near the airport. Just enough room to relax and unwind. Very charming a nicely updated.

Yelp
A very new hotel - you can tell the owners hired a young designer to create a hip, cute and slightly feminine vibe. It still wasn't done when I visited the place which I didn't mind because they didn't do construction when I was there, and it felt like we were the first ones occupying the room. We stayed in room 267 (which was honestly hard to find because the numbering system is strange in this place!). Very nice and spacious for a double full size with all new bed, sheets and bathroom. My only complaint was that the towel slightly smelled of mildew but this could be a one off. I appreciated the complimentary sweets and drinks in the room and the free candy in the reception. The complimentary breakfast was also very good with a good selection of the basics plus an assortment of delicious juices and pastries. I'd recommend this place! Close to the airport, good value.

Yelp
Restruant review only. Extremely slow service. Kids meals game way before adults meals. Waiters where not welcoming at all.

Yelp
The hotel was nice and we got a room near the pool. The restaurant was overpriced, the food was just so so, and the service was horrible. I had to walk to the bar twice from my table to get drinks.
