Stylish, central, and simply a great choice I stayed at the Naumi Hotel Singapore for four nights in April 2025 and felt like I’d found a little design oasis right in the heart of the city. The room was modern, stylish, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with sustainable touches throughout. The location is hard to beat: close enough to explore Marina Bay by day and stroll through the Arab or Indian quarters by night. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and just the right dose of calm between sightseeing and evening plans. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. A special shout-out to Kavetha – her warm, laid-back nature and great local tips truly added to the experience. If you’re planning a city trip to Singapore and want a hotel that’s relaxed, stylish, and perfectly located, this is the place. I’d absolutely stay here again.

So happy to stay at a 5-star hotel in Singapore! Walking into the hotel felt like stepping into an art gallery—so many artsy pieces displayed in the lobby, it was such a vibe. Hi to Kishern, the friendly receptions! Room The room was spacious, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. It had complete amenities, and the complimentary coffee and tea were refilled daily. They even provided TWG tea as a complimentary treat! The bathrobe was also unique and stylish. Facilities Loved the rooftop swimming pool—amazing views of the Singapore Flyer and Esplanade. It’s the perfect spot for photos and chilling in the evening. Big thanks to Thatcha from the Naumi Bar staff who kindly helped take some great photos! Location Perfect! Super close to Chijmes, Bras Basah Complex, Bugis, and Orchard.

A lovely little hotel in a perfect location, right across the road from Raffles and close to a great array of little local eateries. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the rooms with many interesting and innovative features. A card with excellent coffee and massage recommendations was in the room, and staff at reception were very helpful, allowing us access to the pool area before/after check in/out to suit our flight times. Would definitely return :)

Brilliant hotel, located beside Raffles Hotel and close to Suntec City Shopping Malls. The hotel rooms are first class with a rooftop bar and swimming pool with views across the city. The staff are welcoming and fantastic, a special thanks to Syukram for arranging a late check out for us. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful city. ||The hotel location is great for accessing the Big Bus tours, stop at Raffles Hotel.

Sadly I forgot to get the name of the front desk staff (on duty on 19 Jul around noon). She’s very friendly and helpful, and helped to advise where to park cause we were late for the Dayuse check in. Amazing service and she gave me a great impression of this hotel (:

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. Loved the art. Love the room, love the service, especially with Francis & Kisherm. They filled us in with everything we needed to know, were warm and just the cutest.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naumi. Special thanks to Tatcha, Francis and Kavetha for making our experience extra special. Their hospitality truly stood out. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We also loved the intimate feel of the hotel, its smaller size allowed us to really relax and unwind by the pool while enjoying the beautiful view over the city.

Yelp
Wow, what a great choice we made for our trip to Singapore! My wife was insistent we get a place with a pool, which turned out to be a great idea given who insanely hot this country is. The Marina Bay Sands, while definitely amazing looking, would have obliterated our budget. Naumi isn't cheap per se, but the staff and amenities definitely make it worth considering. So for starters, the staff here is excellent. A couple instances where I felt they went above and beyond: first, we had a tour scheduled separate from the hotel, but our hotel pickup was MIA. The front desk was happy to call their service line for us and figure out where our driver was. I just wanted to borrow the phone but they made sure we were taken care of. Then, as we were departing, they called us a cab for the airport that arrived in under two minutes. Really nice. Besides the wonderful infinity pool, I liked the free minibar that got restocked each day. Being able to take water and pop to refresh us was a nice add on. There was also an umbrella, espresso pods, and surprisingly nice slippers. The room itself was clean, well air conditioned, and had a rain style shower head. The location of the hotel itself is fairly central and close to several bus stops. Lots of places walking distance too if you can bear the heat - did I mention it's hot here? Overall a great hotel and I would happy visit another Naumi location in the future.

Yelp
There are tons of big name luxury hotels all across Singapore, but very few quality boutique options to speak of. Naumi is the epitome of what a boutique hotel should be: small, well designed, personalized and attentive service and, above all, comfortable. I stayed here for 5 nights on a recent trip to Singapore and was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this hotel. I was late checking in, yet was shown my room personally by one of the front desk staff who pointed out every option and feature of the hotel. Even though I was tired from a long travel day, I appreciated the effort and earnestness. Although the room was small even by Asian hotel standards, it was exceptionally well designed and laid out, such that space was efficiently used. The single best feature of the hotel was the bed. Both the mattress (a bit on the firmer side) and the linens were super high quality and incredibly comfortable. Despite ensuing jet lag problems, I was generally able to sleep well thanks to this wonderful bed. I only took breakfast my first morning in town, as I needed to get my bearings before heading to work. I was slightly disappointed with the buffet offerings and the service. Even though servers and a service manager were milling around, no one ever asked if I wanted more water or coffee. Also, my egg order was delivered to the wrong table and I waited nearly 15 minutes for a replacement. The rooftop pool area is small but very nice. I did not pack a swimsuit, but the pool seemed very inviting. It was a comfortable spot to drink a cold beer and relax after a busy day. I would certainly stay at the Naumi again when visiting Singapore. While the Conrads, JW Marriotts and Manadarin Orientals all offer luxurious accommodations, there is something to be said for the charm and uniqueness of this hotel.

Yelp
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. We really didn't know much about Singapore or even where to stay. Singapore has so many luxury hotels that it's a bit overwhelming. My criteria was an infinity pool, central location near public transportation, free wi, and again an infinity pool. My husband totally did not understand why I needed a pool so much. I stumbled upon this place in my quest for an infinity pool that also has the criteria I was wanting. It was a bit pricey, but the hotel and service is outstanding. The front desk made sure to take care of your bags. In addition, they showed us to our room and explained all of the features. Even when our tour bus was M.I.A they called for us to see where the tour bus was and their ETA. Any questions or requests we had were promptly taken care of. The room we got was a bit small by American standards, but very efficient and high tech. Forget your boring hotel cable, the room had Apple TV. The shower had a waterfall head and 3 other options. Use that waterfall shower!! Also a switch for magic glass that blacks out the shower and bathroom glass. The mini fridge is restocked everyday and it is free!! Yes, free!! Their robes are just so cozy that I've fallen asleep in them a few times. The nespresso in your room is nice amenity too. Just a heads up, they've an switch near your door that you can press instead of do not disturb sign . The rooftop pool of theirs makes you want to stay there all day. It's nice size and has a great view of Singapore. Not overcrowded with people either. After walking around during the day, the hubs finally understood why I was all about that pool! It's hot lah! We were very happy with our stay at Naumi. Everything was just wonderful. The area is super central, easy to get around, and the service is top notch.

Yelp
I almost don't want to write this because then everyone will know my "secret" the Naumi Hotel. This is really a boutique hotel, meaning it's all about exceptional service & attention to details. My work usually gives me a hotel in the same area as the Naumi because it is a great central location- near everything. It is also reasonably priced and has an INFINITY Pool on the 10th floor with city views. I brought my family & we reserved 2 rooms. We came very early on our first day & I was hoping we could get an early check in. I know most hotels do not allow it. I was ecstatic when the lady at the check in desk "May" told me they would be able to accommodate us (although it is not always something they can do depending on availability). We went to our rooms and then in just a few minutes "May" was at my door to show us all the neat features of the room. The room was on the small side but was so well organized it had everything you would need. Some perks are the Nespresso machine and free minibar items (sodas, beer & snacks). Everything was clean & modern in design. We stayed for 3 nights and it felt like our home away from home. We would go out in the morning, return in the afternoon to swim in that amazing pool, nap, & then go out again. The location was perfect. I really loved all the personal attention we got from "May". We felt like she was our local friend & we were sad to say goodbye. The next time I come to Singapore I will definitely be returning to the Naumi- it's like our home in Singapore!!

Yelp
This review is strictly on the hotel as a venue, as I have yet to take a staycation and enjoy all the lovely amenities this hotel has to offer. :) I've known about the Naumi Liori hotel on Keong Saik Road, but to be honest, I think this location on Seah Street has got it going on. In terms of location, they're just down the street from the famous Raffles Hotel so if you're looking for the original Singapore Sling, Long Bar is just a stone's throw away. Table by Rang Mahal is their in-house restaurant, and you don't need to be a hotel guest to give it a try- they offer executive lunch sets at $18++, perfect for the office crowd. Seah Street and nearby Purvis Street also have some great restaurants ranging from affordable to pricey. Public transportation is easy; a 5 minute walk to Esplanade MRT and about 7-10 minute walk to City Hall MRT. I first visited their Cloud 9 rooftop bar for a networking event. Although it's not a high rise building, it had great views of CBD and the surrounding City Hall area. Unfortunately, the new development on Beach Road has blocked their view of Marina Bay Sands, but you can still see a little bit of it. I wish I could soak up Singapore by lounging in their rooftop pool! I also had the opportunity to tour their conference rooms and Andy Warhol-inspired hotel rooms- they are absolutely gorgeous. Lucky you if you get the opportunity to stay there! Overall, this is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location; perfect for vacations, staycations, office lunches, and rooftop events!

Yelp
Charming, friendly and a gem in the heart of the city. Convenient for all the touristy stuff, I was here for work. Most people stay about two days, I was here for seven. Consistently lovely staff, friendly and helpful and all keen to ensure our stay was fab. It was. The roof top infinity pool was lovely. It is small but a lovely space and there were no issues in getting a space by the pool. The pool was lovely for a dip and it was a great space to sit in the evening and have fab views if the city. Rooms are smallish but I was only in mine to shower and sleep. Shower was decent with lots of hot water and lovely, well stocked toiletries. Comfy bed, slept well every night and air con was efficient and fairly quiet. In room Nespresso machines are great :-) Breakfast - buffet style with cooked options, egg options which can be specially ordered, pastries, bread for toasting, cheeses and spreads, there was plenty to eat. Sparking wine provided if you like a bit of fizz. Great cup of tea here! Fresh juices were lovely too. My room included free happy hour between 4.30-6.30pm in the lobby bar with decent wine. The hotel restaurant does lovely Indian food - eating by the pool at night was lovely and portions are generous. Fab stay, I will be back. Being gluten free, I didn't go hungry. Would recommend this welcoming hotel to anyone - there is a floor for single female travellers and we also saw several gay couples too.

Yelp
Really awesome modern, luxury hotel. It is right next door to Raffles and within easy walking distance to most of the things that downtown Singapore has to offer. The hotel was amazing! The staff went out of their way to make the experience a great one. The hotel room was so modern and comfortable with free mini bar, snacks and all. The rooftop had a great infinity pool with a great view of the downtown skyline. The downstairs restaurant even hosted a free wine happy hour every evening, which was a great way to start out the evening out on the town! I literally have no complaints, it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

Yelp
Such a memorable four days stay and experience at this beautiful and chic modern hotel in singapore. Hotel amenities are just so awesome....that included what were served for breakfast:) Everyone there was so helpful, courteous and professional. Couldn't remember all of their names but the two: Liyana and Sean at the front desk. We were there in Aug for my daughter's 17th birthday. ..unfortunately she was sick with travelers diarrhea. Everyone and especially the two mentioned were so sweet and accommodating to our needs. Our last two days were such a joy with our local Singaporean friends joining us for poolside snacks and visit. Thank you Naumi Hotel for a job welldone. We will be back again. Eventhough the pool is a mini marina bay sands...I think it will always be better in our eyes for its privacy and sweetness

Yelp
my expectations during my stay at Naumi Hotel was beyond of what I was expecting! everything went perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jason. he assisted me throughout the stay. very approachable and kind. all the amenities worked well. they even had an apple TV! made my stay worth while. the view from my room was beautiful. the infinity pool was clean and refreshing. the hotel is ultimately 5 star for me, the price was sufficient and affordable. this is the best place to relax after a long day touring beautiful singapore. if you want more from a hotel in singapore, this small, luxury hotel will meet all your needs and expectations. good for couples or solo travelers like me, who like chic, and a small space. wishing more hotels like this. will definitely come back!

Yelp
Bad communication, guys did price adjustment based on price on booking dot com for a patio room but gave us a regular suite. Failed to adjust pricing on checkout. Good hotel but little ignorant staff

Yelp
Summary based on 1 night stay: --I had a two room suite which was almost too big to manage, but certainly nice for my companion and me --smoke free --on the site of the Metropole (RIP) --accommodating service --better than average pool --somewhat odd layout with fitness and other type rooms tucked away in corners, but perfectly serviceable --good location near The Raffles and fairly close to the MRT

Yelp
I was lucky enough to be invited for an overnight Hen Party held at one of the suite rooms of Hotel Naumi, and it was a great experience. The rooms were large and spacious, but held enough furniture that we didn't have to resort to sitting on the floors. The bathroom was huge by comparison, with a large and deep oval bath tub for luxurious baths, and a huge wall to wall mirror that made this boutique hotel feel even classier than it already was. There was even small balcony to the room that led out to a small field with bushes and each room had their own set of outdoor furniture - not very often seen in city hotels! The lobby of the hotel was small but discreet, and the hotel's best selling point was that they had a mini infinity pool akin to that of Marina Bay Sands on their roof top as well! Although far from offering a few like the MBS Hotel, it is a good alternative for a private and romantic function, or even a party since it's up for rental.

Yelp
Naumi Hotel is truly one charming boutique hotel. Despite only spending one night there, I utterly and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Firstly, the hotel is located at a central location at City Hall, which makes moving about really convenient. There are many restaurants and cafes around the vicinity and even shopping malls like Raffles City and Bugis Junction that are just a stone's throw away. The service was consistently great from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. The staff were very helpful and responsive in answering our questions, and they did it very politely. I booked a Deluxe Room and expected it to be a regular-looking room but I was in for a surprise. The room was segmented in different areas - kitchenette, living space, bedroom and bathroom. My favorite part of the room was the bed. It was almost too comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, which I loved. Finally, the hotel has a small infinity pool with lounging chairs on the top floor. To my regret, I did not have the opportunity to have the luxury to enjoy it. But the view was magnificent, with an unobstructed view of the city skyline.

Yelp
Amazing place. We had booked on Hotwire and didn't know what to expect. Loved the modern decor in the room. The open set up of the room was very unique. Comfortable bed. Free snacks. The infinity pool was amazing to visit at night as it overlooked the pretty lights of downtown Singapore. My husband and I will definitely want to fly back to Singapore just to stay in this hotel!
