Great place to stay! Love it every-time, I stayed in the Oasis King Room at the Hotel side. Cool they have options in both sides the studios and the hotel. I have stayed in both now. Studios are good if you are on a budget but the rooms are very small but really well designed. The Oasis’s king room in the hotel was a lot more expensive but much bigger. King bed was super comfortable! Only downside was the size of the bathroom the shower has no shower curtain and the water was getting the carpet wet, every-time I had to use the toilet I had to open the door both ways as there was not much room, which was surprising due to the side of the room. The view was amazing though and overall it was a great experience! Also check in is at 3pm so if you want to check in earlier I’d recommend trying to plan it in advance. They offer lots of different options and a cool kiosk check in too. They also have a car park and a super cool bar! I added some photos as there was not many photos to see what the rooms looked like on the hotel side. Overall great time! This is my 4th stay now. Also ask the staff about the story of Naumi!

Stayed here for over a week and had breakfasts and several lunches and dinners here. Can't name a single thing I wasn't happy with. I had some of the best sleeps and dishes. Service was top notch - even when they cannot they made sure to try their best. This might be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent years.

Such a gorgeous hotel, the bar/ restaurant was amazing too. Perfect for a weekend away. Service at the front desk was wonderful too. Just a heads up there is a $100 a night room bond fee however you can use the bond for room service or even at the restaurant bar area and charge it to your room!

We live in the Northland but our kids live in Wellington. We came down to visit them and celebrate my birthday. The Naumi was our first choice to stay at for the week. At the check in desk there are always sweets with little paper bags to take up to your room. Nice touch. When we got to our room there was a bottle of wine in the fridge with a card from the Naumi wishing me a happy birthday. What a sweet surprise. I found the entire experience wonderful. The hotel is very well located. Our room was on the 7th floor and was a corner room. It was very well appointed. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge and large closet. The bathroom was very nice. There is shampoo, body wash, lotion etc for those who don't like to travel with their own toiletries. I prefer to bring my own. But it's a nice touch. One of the most important things was it was quiet. Wellington, as most cities are, can be very loud. Especially Cuba Street on a weekend, being a big university town it can be overwhelming. Since we live on a very quiet farm up North we aren't used to a lot of noise. So this was perfect for us. The only negative experience was house keeping. After the room was cleaned the carpets were still a bit dirty. They didn't give us an extra roll of toilet paper even though I left the bag out for them to refill it. But it wasn't that bad, just not what I expected from a hotel of this quality. All of the employees were very kind and professional. The bar was very nice with comfortable chairs and tables. If you are headed to Wellington I highly recommend the Naumi Hotel.

Conference facilities review only. The "Alice in Wonderland" vibes are paired with wonderful hospitality. The facilities are clean, professional and food was delicious. Give them a go!

Lovely hotel the bar area is beautiful, but the room pictures are deceiving. They are slightly on the small side. Also they wouldn’t let you consume anything in the bar that wasn’t purchased there. For example you couldn’t have a chocolate bar or a pack of crisps.

Room is quite old, feels claustrophobic, smelled of plastic burns. Could easily hear people in next room, no AC just a rotating fan. Wost part is being able to hear the people in the other room. If they had kids or TV on noone would be able to sleep. Had a few other staying in the same place and they mentioned they could not sleep due to the noise from other rooms as the noise is easily heard across the rooms.

Compared to the Zing rooms in the apartment section, the rooms are fabulous and also when compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our time in NZ, one of the best in the given price category. the costs of 100 Dollar per Night for the Upgrade from the appartment to the hotel section is, from our perspective, a no-brainer. You get about 2.5 times the space, a larger and more comfortable bed, air-conditioning and a fully functional bathroom door. The service level is good, although some initiative from the staff would be great, especially when one asks what could be done for special occasion and the only recommendation was a bottle of champagne. The in house bar can be recommended as well, their signature drinks sure a thing to try.
