Naumi Hotel Wellington, a Design Boutique Hotel Wellington, New Zealand

"Naumi Hotel Wellington, a sensory dreamland where you can stay high and get low on Wellington’s electric Cuba Street. Play, nestle, indulge and color outside the lines at our boutique hotel’s carefully crafted and designed rooms. The hotel, adjacent to Naumi Studio Wellington consists of 62 oversize rooms, more like a studio apartment than a hotel guestroom, ensuring the most comfortable stay. The color palette reflects the essence of Naumi – colorful and wild with a refined edge. Bold color blocking in the rooms takes its inspiration from nature: lilac, avocado green, rusty red, subtle turmeric, like the colors of a Wellington sunset tastefully clashing with a contemporary carpet diagonally striped in fluorescent colors." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

Naumi Studio Wellington (Wellington, North Island) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Naumi Hotels made a splash by opening one of its whimsical, high-design properties in New Zealand's capital city — it was such a hit, in fact, that the Singapore-based brand opened a second hotel right next door. Naumi Studio Wellington is the original and the larger of the two, housed in a stately landmark building on hip Cuba Street." - Tablet Hotels

Location is perfect, just exactly the spot youn want. The hotel looks super nice. The hotel offers very good parking if you lucky take it it is super convenient Rooms are small: 1. Could have a better door for the bathroom. 2. Sometimes in the morning we had issue with hot water 3. The breakfast could be better, but coffee is great and again decorations are super nice. Don't get me wrong if I need to come back to Wellington for couple of nights I would choose that spot again!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naumi Hotel Wellington. We stayed in the Habitat King Room and were very impressed with the boutique style and design, as well as the modern furnishings and kitchen facilities. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and the reception was manned 24/7, so there was always staff around if you had any questions. The bar area was absolutely beautiful, with various corners of stylish set-ups, making each table feel intimate and occasional. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to a friend; not only was it the perfect hotel for a luxurious getaway, it was also in the centre of Wellington, making it really easy to explore the city. They also offer a breakfast buffet option, which we had both mornings and really enjoyed!

Nicely done up boutique rooms. Comfy beds. Two minor gripes were the large amount of dust caked on the fire sprinkler wasnt pleasant to look at and the floors appeared to be leaning down towards the window. Aside from those minor gripes, the place was lovely. The location was great and accessible.

This was an awesome hotel! The location was excellent - a great starting point to explore the waterfront and there were endless amazing food options within a few blocks. The hotel itself was fabulous - awesome decor that made me smile each time i walked in, comfortable beds and even a lolly jar

The interiors of this hotel are simply stunning. The bar, restaurant, and breakfast buffet were also fantastic, the tiramisu cocktail being a firm favourite. We enjoyed using the antipodes toiletries and the facilities were very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Small details such as complimentary lollies and popcorn added to the overall joyful experience.

Great hotel with a large room and a very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and I loved the art works! The breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again.

Heard about this place via friends and liked the look of the funky decor, and weren't disappointed, although its starting to get a bit knocked around now and the price was up there. Even though the bed was comfortable, the uniqueness of the hotel wouldn't make me stay again as the cost was too high and better deals to be had elsewhere.

What a delight! Stranded in Wellington due to flight cancellation on 6 September, so understandably stressed. Air NZ had their hands full with several people to accommodate - they came through. Indeed a silver lining to the cloud that had descended on us. Fantastic decor, nice restaurant, clean room, and helpful staff. Will keep this fine establishment in mind for future trips to Wellington and recommend to fellow travellers. 👍
