Overall great experience and friendly staff. Great location too, close to everything. I always tend to park up the car and scooter everywhere from the hotel. Close to Cuba Str too so that's handy! Also love the quirkiness of the decor! Makes other hotels look boring! This hotel is a destination on its own.

Room was very nice and spacious, well designed, only disruption was a loud baby on our floor for the last night. As it's a very central hotel not the best place for a young family as there is a lot of evening noise, in saying that it was well insulated. Noticed where our room was situated meant our room service was quite late in the day, extremely well maintained when serviced. Will be staying again

This hotel is in a great location, with an easy walk down to the harbor or up to the hills. It has a modern asthetic and a great bar. The breakfast buffet has all the ususal. There is plenty of hot water with good pressure. And we found the bed very comfy.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. This hotel is stylish and a bit different. The on site bar and resturant are very good. It is in an excellent location with many cafes, resturants and bars close by. In walking distance to most of Wellington's sights.

Stayed in the twin (2x single) bed Zing room with a good mate. The rooms are fairly small, but i found it to be big enough for a short stay, and the location more than makes up for it. The lobby and bar look very interesting/fancy. The rooms do have the potential to get very warm.

This is a great hotel. Conveniently located to cafes/restaurants and venues and easy to get to from the airport on the bus. I had a room with a bath which was a decent size as too was the room. The decorations in the lobby, corridors and the room itself were beautiful and for people who like lollies, there were lollies at reception and marshmallows. ||My only complaint is the pool is indoors but not heated, but also in another location so you need to go outside to get to it and then it’s cold 🥶

Really liked this hotel. Great location on Cuba st, the hip Street of Wellington. Yes, the rooms are small. Yes there is no AC (my window could be opened to give freash air on a cool night), but you get what you pay for. Not necessarily worst house best street, but think along the lines funky small boutique hotel on best street. My room was clean and well laid out. Had everything a single traveller with one bag needed. Bathroom clean and well maintained. Small shower but hot and adequate. Only negative I could say was $35 for overnight parking but I guess thats big city rates. Not sure what some reviewers expect when they are booking low cost hotel accommodation, but I think this hotel is value for money and I'll be back.

The hotel and room have a delightful decor and aesthetic and the location was perfect. Staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of gluten free options. On-site parking was easy to organise and navigate.
