SoulEdge: One of a Kind... Arrived for breakfast, the hotel has an elegant lobby. The restaurant is located down the hall. Met the hostess team, and Yisley gave me excellent service. I ordered Eggs Benedict, I could tell English muffins were toasted, ham well cooked, same for the poached eggs. This establishment only takes credit not cash as payment respectfully. Visit dedicated to my then ex German American girlfriend (who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show ) Cue in the song " With You " by Chris Brown. 🇺🇸🇩🇪✌️🎸

Food options were good and the vibes along with the music was fun. Cabanas are good too, with mini fridges at each of them, making it pretty convenient in a hot day.

Top tier restaurant and hotel in South Beach Miami. Beautiful location with swimming pool on the beach - amazing pool party, restaurant, art, formal lobby bar and coffee shop just inside the front door. Totally recommend!

Horrible experience. I ordered two sliders, and while eating the second one, I noticed mold on the bread—absolutely disgusting. They only comped the sliders, which was basically my whole meal except for a glass of wine and water. They should have comped the entire check, but even worse, the manager never even addressed the situation or apologized. The bartender was kind, but that doesn’t make up for being served moldy food. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Stayed at the hotel and had breakfast here. Really nothing special for the prices. Service just okay Food: nothing different that you can not make at home or find for better prices elsewhere. Prices: overpriced just as any other place in south beach atmosphere; the place is beautiful, beach style and very tranquil. 3.6/5

Great hotel with a classic Miami vibe! The grounds are very pristine and the hotel is in the perfect location on the beach to relax. The valet service even though was excellent. It is very pricey. I would have appreciated the beach Umbrellas to be included with the chairs because why would anyone just get a chair without some shade. The rooms are very clean and quiet with wide windows. Loved the hot shower. It can get slippery as there are no grab bars. The entire staff was pleasant All in all it was a great stay.

If you want to have a great afternoon with a lovely service and great cocktails , this is the place , the pool bar is fantastic , not all the pool bars exceed expectations on the drinks and presentation . It was delicious my strawberry pool party . I enjoyed the presentation of the drink , the refreshing taste and the service of Maria Paula that was very sweet and dedicated to provide an excellent experience. 100% recommend

Miami's humidity in July is NO joke, but lounging poolside with some of the best mojitos I've ever had is exactly how to get through the day. Huge props to our server and bartenders for their drink recommendations and going heavy on those limes. They gave their mojitos a tart pop that cut the sweetness of the rum and refreshed the crap out of us. Pacing is key to keep things tipsy and sexy vs. drunky and drowny.

Back in 2017 the hotel hosted a dinner for the annual SEED Food and Wine festival that was amazing. The resort staff was outstanding back then and we just loved the vibe of this hotel. We made a mental note to come back and stay someday. That stay hasn't happened, but we decided to stop in for a drink and a bite prior to a much needed beach walk. We ordered our drinks and went to the bathrooms to change for the beach. The bathrooms are showing the aging of the hotel with broken door latches on stalls, continuous running water, and broken entry door handles. At the nightly rate for the hotel, the whole place seems more like it's had a makeover like a house flipper would do, and is starting to show its true self making it not worth the high end nightly rate. We ordered two drinks and chips and guacamole since that's the only thing on the menu that's both vegan AND gluten free other than the Impossible Burger which I don't eat. The two drinks and chips and guacamole came to over $80. I realize we're in Miami Beach, but for almost $20 a drink, the drinks better be amazing...and they were just "meh".

My friends and I came here for lunch and service was soooo slow. Food and drinks were pretty good, but the service was just too slow it sadly made our experience just okay. Everything took forever water, our drinks, apps, entrees, more drinks and finally the check. We ordered the fried calamari and nachos. Both very tasty, great portion size and filling. Everyone kept raving about the calamari. Other people ordered entrees as well and the one that received the most praise was the fish taco.

Yummy food for breakfast especially the pancakes. My kids loved them and we will be back

To all my friends at the Arlo Nautilus. Thanks for taking such good care of us. Thanks for making our 2023 vacation spring break amazing. All we want to take Oscar, and all his staff for being so accommodating and joyous during our stay. Everyone was very nice and happy and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back good times good vibes good people good everything .

Stayed at their hotel, I would go to the beach everyday and the guy setting up my chair is so nice and very accommodating. I tried their steak nachos, cuban sandwich and their traditional breakfast and had cocktails by the beach and everything was amazing.

We are staying in the nautilus hotel, and purchased a room that fits 6 guests. The beach club would only allow us two beach chairs with the room despite taking our resort fees. The umbrellas are also extra. Towels? They're out, please get your own from the hotel multiple days. With this poor service, came attitude and no ability yo show company policies. They informed us they are a separate company and take it up with the hotel. Tacos were actually tasty -- but my friends sandwich came with her allergen that she specifically told him to ensure it was not in the sandwich. Hotel pool staff was super nice though. Avoid the beach club.

My group each wrote a previous review because I was told my group who had a cabana #11 on Friday would receive a free pitcher. So I did the staff was nice nothing really special but when we checked out we we got charged $75 for the pitcher anyways. There was a lot of confusion about our cabana rental and we were promised things when we reserved that they don't even offer at this location . they had promised things that they only offer at their New York location. Which was a really a bummer as we were celebrating a bachelorette weekend and wanted it to be special. We would have no problem paying, when you are told on thing and receive another outcome that's a problem.

I consider the food, ambience and service to be great.The place has a nice relaxing vibe. Perfect for an early dinner on a weekend. Our server Edwin was terrific. He answered all our questions and delivered the food in a very timely fashion.

The food and service is really good here. Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Had a good time in the poolside cabana. It wasn't cheap but the food and drinks were good. The service was very friendly but they might have been too busy to give us proper attention. Felt like they forgot about us sometimes.

My flight was super delayed so I stayed at the bar for dinner and had the delight of being served by Faris who was extremely accommodating, sweet and a great conversationalist. Food was fast and great. Highly recommend.

Hours state 11pm closing but they were completely shut down before 10pm. It appears everyone in the hotel is aware of the closing time but the staff didn't bother to update the hours here. They would rather let people spend half an hour getting here to see them closed than spend 5 minutes updating the hours.

Initially, I was booked to stay at this hotel for 3 nights. However, the service and hospitality I received from the staff here was staggering and I extended my stay twice; for a total stay of 2 weeks. I want to especially acknowledge Maggie, Pia and Jesus. Maggie, the pool hostess, immediately made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed. She was extremely friendly, helpful and went out her way to make sure that there was seating for us in areas that we liked (I enjoy sunbathing and my boyfriend did not. She made sure to place us in a location where we would both be comfortable). Maggie also let us know if the pool was scheduled to be busy the following day so that we could plan on getting there early. Maggie is a true asset and helped make sure the day ran smoothly especially when there was an influx of people. Pia, the pool server, was attentive and relatable. We immediately fostered a connection. She went out her way to service us (even if we weren't in her section) and recommended places for us to go. We purposely asked to sit in her section when she was working as her customer service is parallel to none. Jesus, the hotel manager, made sure that our stay was comfortable. He helped us extend our stay and offered us the best and most competitive rate. Definitely staying here again!

Overpriced and underdelivered. Tuna appetizer was flavorless and mostly filler, and the accompanying chips were the most upsetting thing in my entire vacation. Lobster roll was fine, but smol.

I was looking for somewhere that had a cute outdoor space to eat at and came across this place and I'm so glad I decided to eat here. The design is so pretty, You really feel like you're in a tropical place. & the customer service was good, prompt and friendly. My friend and I shared the guacamole which was really flavorful & made perfectly. I got the chicken lollipops which had a great flavor and were cooked well where the skin wasn't saggy. My friend had the nauti chicken sandwich and said it was very good. We didn't drink because we had a long drive ahead of us but the drink menu looked very appealing with lots of refreshing flavors.

The service here is very slow, and it wasn't even a busy day. I ordered the fish sandwich, which I was skeptical about at first. It was actually really good and full of flavor. The scenery is also beautiful, and after eating you can take a quick walk to the beach down the side pathway. I also ordered a glass of wine which was supposed to be comped based on my Expedia VIP voucher, but for whatever reason, they charged the wine to my room (if it were a true accident they would've put it on my bill, just like they did the fish sandwich) and they have still yet to refund me for it.

3 stars for service. I cannot justify paying $50 for 2 watered down cocktails. I guess that's just Miami. The bartender was at least very friendly!

Their tuna salad is to die for. So so yummy and fresh, with potatoes and peppers. And a great outdoor bar area too. Great frozen and iced drinks as well.

The service here is good but it's really pricey. Keep that in mind if you plan on spending a couple of hours at the beach and want a few drinks.

My second time renting a day cabana here and the service is spectacular! Belen made sure we had everything we needed at all moments!! Highly recommend coming here for a nice pool day or a birthday party celebration.

I spent myy birthhday at the Sunday brunch and it was amazing. The service was excellent. Our server was Jeffrey and he made my day. The buffet spread was excellent .. I honestly had the best omelette I have ever had at the omelette station made by Lucy! The food was delicious with unique items. Loved it. Save room for superb desserts. Manager was awesome and checked in on Is. Thank you for a great day.

Came here For brunch as a non-hotel guest. I was highly disappointed. Was slated to pay over $50 for two plain bagels, two ever so tiny tins of cream cheese (warm plain although menu said chive) and a few shavings of salmon, with sparse accouterments of cucumber and capers that seemed to be gleaned from what was sitting in their buffet provided for hotel guests so it did not taste fresh, Coffee bitter. Probably what we ordered but seems to be more for hotel guests who get a buffet included as part of their stay. The waiter did kindly remove one of the entrees from our bill however and handled it as best as he could.

Ate here several times during our stay and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of all of the food. I had one mishap with a burger being overcooked, but otherwise everything else was pretty tasty. Yes it is all a bit overpriced, but not bad considering you're on the strip.

Stopped here during spinnin records, amazing and reasonable food, mussels, tuna tartar, octopus and soup all amazing! Definitely recommend!

5 stars for food and 2 stars for service. Came here on Saturday for lunch for the Jamaican grill day at the pool. They had all sorts of fun Jamaican drinks and a grill set up where a lady cooked mahi-mahi sandwiches, ribs, and various other things. The chef at the grill was incredible. We got ribs and a mahi-mahi sandwich and both were great. The mojito was also very good and only $12 dollars, reasonable for this area at a hotel pool. The waitress was very slow, never came to see if we wanted anything. When we asked to order a second thing after we ordered our ribs, she wouldn't let us. She said "wait until you finish your ribs and see if you're still hungry." Never had a waitress deny me ordering food before. However, we proceeded to order the mahi-mahi sandwich from another waitress and it was great. Shoutout to the lady at the grill on Saturdays making great BBQ.

We went here for lunch and were underwhelmed. The setting behind the pool is really nice and the service was fine enough but I expected a $20 hamburger (more if you account for gratuity and tax) to taste and look slightly better than a big mac but it really didn't. Further, I had asked for the burger to be prepared medium and it came out well done. I thought about sending it back but didn't want to wait any longer. The trio of dips was worth getting. This is a nice dish to share over a couple of glasses of wine and I also appreciated that the calamari they served wasn't greasy. I liked the setting but after dropping $70 on a simple lunch I don't really think that it is worth it.

Came here for brunch with a group of 6 and grew to 8 people. Pros: Brunch buffet was outstanding! Delicious and beautifully presented! The space is very inviting and tastefully decorated. Cons: Service was slow and not anticipatory. Waited for the server to return with drinks for over 20 minutes. Our new guests were not greeted and helped by the server. He stayed away most o the time. Overall I recommend this place. Food and atmosphere is wonderful!

Yum! I stayed here a year ago and returned back on my most recent visit for lunch! I would recommend the food at their poolside restaurant. One my first visit I had the most amazing avocado toast ever. On my most recent visit we had fresh grilled octopus and a poke bowl. The black rice on the poke bowl was a super fun unique touch and it's taste and texture were on point. Lastly, I was OBSESSED with the mojito I ordered. With all the pricey drinks you can find in South Beach this one is 110% worth the money. Thanks!

We chose Nautilus as our wedding rehearsal dinner spot because it was elegant, affordable and very Miami. After checking out dozens of restaurants on Miami Beach, we came across this hotel and their outdoor patio. We worked with Vanessa and Paola to plan our event & menu and they were both fabulous. They helped customize everything for us, including the layout and seat assignments. They accommodated 77 of us in the indoor bar & outdoor cabana area. They even helped us get a wireless mic for speeches. Paola especially was incredibly helpful and communicative in getting all the details right. It was magical because of her. Our guests RAVED about the ambiance and food the entire night. The salmon, pasta and donuts were true highlights. All of the staff were attentive and so helpful. The entire night exceeded any expectations. We highly recommend this hotel & restaurant for any sort of event, big or small!

We came for brunch I am so impressed!!! Mediterranean and vegetarian options across the board and non stop ROSE ALL DAY all for $55. They have steak and fish as well for the carnivores ;) the food is so incredible and fresh!! Lots of hummus, tzatziki, quinoa, vegetables, salad, avocado toast, omelet bar, and did I mention rose??? Even the manager came over to check on us! And the server keeps our wine chilled and full. There is also a LIVE CUBAN BAND!! best brunch in Miami Beach!!!

Visited 02/12/2017 for dinner This was our first night staying at the Nautilus. After driving up from Key West, we didn't feel too much like going out, especially after the hassle we had getting a functioning room. (See my review for the hotel itself.) But I wanted to separate the two for a more accurate review. We started off with grilled octopus and a nice beet salad with goat cheese. Beet salad has become a favorite of mine... especially with the goat cheese. It certainly varies from restaurant to restaurant, but I don't think I've ever had a 'bad' beet salad. My wife had went for the chicken with broccolini, which she enjoyed very much. The chicken was not overcooked which is often the way it comes out regardless of the restaurant. This chicken was tender and tasty. I had the hanger steak, which too was done perfectly (medium rare) Not a huge piece of steak, but not a small one either. Probably for the better that it wasn't huge. Several nice roasted potatoes... A bit pricey perhaps, but the quality was very good.

Overpriced, mediocre lunch with mediocre service. Plastic utensils? Is that a Covid thing? Still the food was edible and it is a nice atmosphere.

It has a great atmosphere and great music. The food was also delicious, the wagyu burger and the sweet potato fries are very good. Service was also really nice.

We went for brunch on my sister's bachelorette party and LOVED this place. Great ambiance on the patio, very chic Miami vibes. The food was delicious, and our service was excellent. Just as a heads up, the brunch buffet with the live Cuban band and the $15 bottomless Rosé is only available on Sunday. Saturday brunch is just the regular brunch/lunch menu with no drink specials.

SO UNDERRATED ! DELICIOUS FOOD . MY PARTNER AND I HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD AS VEGAN FOOD & VEGETARIAN & PRESBYTERIAN ( FISH) AS FOOD CRITICS, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. HAT OFF TO THE CHEF ! we ordered the vegan veggies wrap is to die for ! So well sauted, in fact we have ordered it over 5 times is definitely our go to. You have to try the avocado toast for breakfast/brunch so tasty, We also had the BAJA fish tacos they were the best fish tacos I've ever had I'm in entire life it beats los cabos MX fish tacos by far ! Everything from this place is literally GOLD . We've been coming to miami for over 10 years now from nyc and this being are first time coming to NAUTILUS BY ARLO now this will be the ONLY place we come to from now on. THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD IT MAKES YOU WANT TO MOVE IN . Our amazing waiter JOHNATHAN is so attentive and sweet made us feel right at home. He needs a BIG BONUS & definitely a raise he so amazing and well mannered hiring him was a great move for Cabana Club. The service is amazing here . this place is a MUST TRY YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Not to mention we also had reservations for breakfast at other locations be decided to cancel and just stay and eat here ITS THAT GOOD! UGH WE LOVE YOU CABANA CLUB/NAUTILUS BY ARLO . Very good club sandwich! We ordered the club sandwich to split. It was plenty for 2 people. It was a better club than one of the suggested restaurants in the area. We also had a margarita bucket and red sangria. Good drinks as well!

The food was seasoned perfectly and the drinks were amazing. My favorite was the Fig & Berries. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely would revisit this restaurant when I stay at the Nautilus Hotel!

We stayed here and just had breakfast one day. I had the waffle and hubs had the açaí bowl. They were both fresh and yummy. Haven't had a bad cup of coffee in Miami yet. We got a side of potatoes too, and they were unexpectedly delicious and creamy. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but we were satisfied with our hotel breakfast.

Visited the nautilus pool area a couple of days ago and the food was amazing the pool servers were nice friendly and quick to serve me . Would recommend this place to anyone. The pool was beautiful and the drinks very well made. Definitely a good place to be on a weekend if you want to eat good food and drink well made cocktails.

I live on the beach have lived here for 25 years and own a clothing boutique on 14 st. Does that make me connoisseur of good eats? No!!! But eating in almost every restaurant in Miami, many good ones, from Los fuegos at Faena to le Petit Maison in Brickle, not bragging, I just want to be clear I eat out a lot and rarely give a review unless I'm really impressed and the brunch buffet here at the Nautilus was Amazing!!! What a delicious variety from eggs any style to great churrasco and Paella to the delicious desserts all for $39 per person is NUTS!! So good and the service Amazing, thank you Bryan the GM for such quality service and thank you to the chef, we can see you put not only your skill but such passion in your preparation, can't wait to come back again!! Honorable mentions to the great Moscow mules by the pool.

I ordered the burger medium well and it was raw. I returned it and the second burger was raw as well!! The waiter was horrible and obviously doesn't care about his job!! Don't waste your time at this place there are a lot of great restaurants down here!!!

My nephew wanted to celebrate somewhere lit brunch for his 17th bday so I did my best to find what I could for a 17 yr old. Nautilus brunch popped up on a few different sites I looked at. Nautilus is a hotel on Ocean and 20th. So the brunch is buffet style im not including any photos because its a buffet and the menu can rotate so theres no point. However they did have a whole section of desserts to include cheesecake and carrot cake and a whole other assortment of goodies. The main table has Bbq Ribs, Salmon and Filet mignon wrapped in bacon, a cheesy gnocchi, and a omelet station with all the fixins. Also a bread table and salad table and fresh oysters. The buffet alone is 55 and another 20 bucks for unlimited Rose'. At first it seems a bit pricey but if you look at it, its actually a great deal because ure getting unlimited buffet, unlimited rose' and the best part is you get to use there pool for free!!!. The brunch is over looking the pool area. They also have a live cuban band during brunch which added to the Miami ambiance. As well as a Dj by the pool. Our server was always on point and always made sure the Rose' was flowing. You can also up grade to Veuve cliquot champagne for 95 instead of 75. This is a great way to spend a Sunday in Miami especially if you want to feel like your on vacation for a day or if you have some friends from out of town. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am here with a group of friends on a bachelorette party weekend, we are all young looking women and felt like we were neglected, forgotten, and a complete inconvenience for our server when dining at this expensive restaurant. ALTHOUGH despite the not stellar service, the food was phenomenal and the manager Bryan was truly a breath of fresh air. He has made sure for the last two days that everyone in my party is completely happy and satisfied with everything within the workings of the restaurant/hotel. He has made this from 3 stars to a 4.9999999 star experience (tiny points off for service) truly THANK YOU for making this a wonderful time for us all. Bryan is a very stand up guy. WONDERFUL FOOD. WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT. Would absolutely recommend to friends coming to Miami.

Extremely expensive. Woken in the night by loud shouting. Restaurant poor service, but very expensive. Took forever and missed two items. Waiting right now for car to come from valet parking. Have waited 10 minutes so far. Tried to leave a review on booking.com and the way they set up the review it lacks accuracy. No opportunity to edit or say what you really think.

We Ate out side and Had the best server Veda. My son was throwing A tantrum and she carried him and calmed him. Food and service was amazing!! Will def go back !

Came for Miami spice and food was excellent. Ordered pasta, steak, salad , tiramisu , and tres leches ...two strawberry margaritas later I'm full and super happy :-)

We stayed at Nautilus for 4 days and experienced some of the best service we have ever had. The property is also very nice, clean and in an excellent location. Our reason for visiting the area was extremely unpleasant as we were there for a funeral. The staff at the hotel was exceptional and helped make our stay a great experience. Every interaction we had was very friendly and positive. Amparo, the concierge was fantastic and extremely compassionate about our experience at the hotel. Danny at the beach went WAY above and beyond with his spirit to serve and upon finding out about why we were there, helped us secure a beach cabana bed, provided snacks and even purchased a condolence card signed by the staff for the mother of the deceased who stayed with us. Jay at the pool and beach spent time talking with us and sharing his condolences along with sharing his thoughts on why he enjoys working at the hotel. What a special experience! We will be back every time we are in town!
