Cozy cellar room with tasty wine Good way to try different local wines. The sommelier shared with us a lot of interesting information about wine production during our tasting experience. We’ve tried popular Sauvignon Blanc and not so famous positions - all were great! They serve some crackers to help your taste buds switch between wines.

Fantastic tasting experience with a lot of knowledge from the lovely sommeliers 🍷 the bean bags outside made the atmosphere very casual and chill. We were treated in the most welcoming way possible and were even served little nibbles and more exclusive wines which were not on our tasting list. Overall excellent and we can highly recommend to spend time at Nautilus Estate. Nautilus, Wairau River and Forrest wineries are close together and all three are excellent. I have to say I prefer the flights of wine with their descriptions to hand so you can move from one to another comparing at your leisure. However Katy did a brilliant job presenting our choice of 4 from 6 wines one at a time and all 4 were really good. We also shared a cheese board which was delicious and great value and the sitting out area and indeed the whole experience were very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Excellent wines. From sparkling to Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Totally worth it!

We were specifically looking for a small, family vineyard to spend an hour and Nautilus came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Welcoming hostess, tasty wine and a yummy cheese platter and a cozy room. And extremely reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time here and this small family run vineyard. Amy looked after me and was very knowledgeable about the wines. All the wines I tasted were amazing. A must visit when you're in the area

Great wine tasting. Very crisp Sauvignon Blanc and a nice sparkling wine to start. The complimentary tasting was great, but beware that Nautilus gets busy as a fave stop for van tours... But our friendly wine host did a great job of explaining the wines and the prices per bottle were reasonable for the high quality.
