Navona Palace Luxury Inn

Just returned from our visit to magical Rome and chose Navona Palace Luxury Inn as our base and glad we did. ||The location is fantastic for those who want to explore Rome on foot. There are some iconic sights literally on your doorstep. The real beauty of this place is that the accommodation itself is hidden away amid some very charming backstreets that are full of character. The staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean. There was an issue with the WiFi while we were there, but I cant really hold it against them as these things do happen. On thing you should be aware of is the nigh life around the accommodation. Friday and Saturday nights are loud if you stay at the front of the hotel, but we were aware of this before we booked and it wouldn't put me off booking with them again. Perhaps, if you are 'early to bed' people, then maybe look elsewhere as the volume of the activity will certainly be a disturbance for you. ||I couldn't fault the people, the cleanliness, the ambience of this charming little place. If its authenticity you are after, I wholeheartedly recommend. The stand out feature has got to be its stunning location. You cant help but immerse yourself in its charm.

Location:|Outstanding area very busy with bars restaurants etc.|Easy access to Piazza Navona , Parthenon , Trevi , Spanish Steps , Vatican the lot.||Hotel:|Nice big 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor nice and clean and just what we needed , bathroom good size , towels changed every day. |Staff very nice and cheerie and we had no issues.|Nice Lavazza Coffee machine in room.||The downside:|Friday and Saturday nights pub/restaurant under the building is open till 2am all the young ones go there it is crazy busy. Live DJ playing.|If you value sleep over location then don’t stay the bass from the speakers will keep you awake goodness knows how bad it must be if your on a lower floor. |I’d leave that up to you.

Amazing hotel in the best location. Staff were lovely and rooms very clean. Continental breakfast with a lot of choice. We had read reviews before we went regarding the noise from the bar below so I emailed before we arrived to request a quiet room so thank you Navona palace we couldn’t hear anything in our room.

Our three night stay was thoroughly enjoyed! Fantastic hotel - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fabulous selection at the breakfast buffet. |We booked before reading any reviews based on our travel agents recommendation due to location and then when we did read reviews I was slightly panicked regarding the noise from the nearby bars. There was noise, lots of it but the first night I was that tired from travelling I slept through it all, second night not so easily but still it wasn’t terrible. Definitely recommend earplugs for light sleepers! The surrounding restaurants and bars really gave great atmosphere so was worth the noise. |The location couldn’t have been better - we walked everywhere, so definitely take comfortable worn in shoes. |I would definitely recommend to friends and family and absolutely consider it if we ever return, which I hope we do!

After reading latest reviews before we travelled i was somewhat anxious in regards to noise levels. However, we didn't have any issues. Did hear a little bit of chanting on our last night (a Thurs) but think football had been on. I suspect if staying over a weekend or during summer months, when you want to have windows open, noise may be an issue.||Location was fantastic and within walking distance to all the main sights.||Breakfast wasn't to our liking as everything was extremely sweet but that's just not our preference. ||Room was serviced daily and was very clean. ||Staff were helpful, with our bags taken to our room and a taxi booked for our return to airport. ||Would we stay again? Yes.

Great location, friendly staff and good room. Only issue is the fact it is located above a nightclub and a really noisy bar that on Fridays and Saturdays are so loud you can’t sleep and continues till around 3am. It doesn’t really matter which room you are in as the noise travels.|If you are staying out of these days it’s a great hotel but wouldn’t recommend for families at a weekend, unless you can sleep through anything!

Right in the heart of Rome, this is the perfect location to visit all of the main attractions. Just 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain & Pantheon and 30 minutes to the Colosseum. This hotel is modern and traditional combined, clean, comfortable and very reasonable sized rooms. A real feel of city life buzzing below on the streets. Definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again.

Rooms are fine, staff are friendly and the location is excellent. BUT and it's a big BUT, you book a hotel to sleep in right? None of the official descriptions say it but this place is above a nightclub. Closing the windows makes no difference, even earplugs didn't make enough difference. We stayed Thursday and Friday night and had no sleep until 3am both nights. Fine if you're out partying yourself but if, like us, you're on a sight seeing trip with the kids then it's in no way acceptable to be kept awake by Cher and many others belting out the hits to a drum and bass sound track until 3am, followed by the planets noisiest bottle collection at 5am. Shame because the place has a lot going for it. Just hopelessly failing it's raison d'etre.

This was our very first stop on our trip to elope in Italy and it was our favorite of the entire trip. We stayed here three nights in the rooftop suite, which had a comfy bed, a mini bar and sink, a range, and a private jacuzzi. It never got hot or even moderately warm, and the other hot tub we ran into was the same. Not sure if they were both broken or the concept of a hot tub in the summer is very American. It was a bit noisy, even from the fifth floor, but we slept very well and comfortably. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very walkable and quaint block with lots of food, bars, and stores. It's also very accessible to a lot of sights and popular locations, like Piazza Navona the Pantheon, and tow museums. We headed out the door every morning in a different direction to explore!

Spent 3 nights post-cruise in a suite on the 3rd floor (1 large double bed and 1 sofa bed). The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Modern furnishing also added to the spacious/light feeling. Wifi worked well in room and public areas. The room was quiet throughout the day and had slight noise from the street (music at dinnertime) which was easily muffled by closing the window shutters. Location was incredibly convenient as a short walk would take you to multiple shops, restaurants, and the piazza navona. Breakfast on the 4th level offered both enclosed room and covered terrace seating. *It can be hard to spot the hotel initially, look for Bar Fico next door as a landmark. I highly recommend Navona Palace was anyone looking for a comfortable hotel stay in walking distance of many tourist attractions.

Nice place!!! We were just a stroll from the Pantheon and the Piazza Navonna. There are lovely little restaurants and shops all over and the cobblestone streets are full of people. We had a delicious meal across from the hotel at a quaint patio style restaurant. The inside of the hotel is clean and modern. Our room suite was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Concierge was helpful and outgoing. Nice blackout shutters too and the bed was very good to sleep in. There was a huge bathtub and TVs in both the living room and bedroom. We had a coffee machine and robes and slippers. It was so relaxing to have a good night's sleep and to enjoy the movie set-like view from the windows!

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever undergone. My hisband and I booked an 11 day European vacation for our honeymoon. We stayed in a total of 4 hotels ranging between 4-5 stars and every hotel was wonderful, except for this one. Firstly, it is described online as very luxurious. The first thing that pops up on google for them is a 'luxury accommodation.' The accommodations seemed rather shoddy to me. You are provided only two large towels, no robes, and a coffee machine that dies not work, and a broken air conditioning unit (it was very hot). Our queen bed was two twins pushed together and covered my a larger sheet. We had ZERO wifi access in our room. Due to the poor signal, we could only access wifi in the lobby. Which, by the way, is one small room with one chair to sit on. There was no dedicated concierge to help with reservations, etc. And, when we first got to the hotel, we were given no explanation of the city. The map they gave us didn't even have a 'you are here designation', which, by the way, the staff did not mark on the map for us either. The staff was very cold and frankly a little brusque upon check in. You certainly didn't get the 'welcome to Rome! feeling.' The view from our suite was to water pipes for the hotel. The worst part however, is the noise. You can hear absolutely everything that goes on. If the floor above you does as much as open a drawer you think it is happening in your room. Every morning at around 7:00- 7:30 a trash truck comes to two sides of the building. The area around the hotel is a lovely resteraunt district. So naturally, for 15 minutes, you hear pounding and breaking of glass bottles. I didn't get a wink of sleep my entire stay in Rome. Long story short, I was pretty devastated by this experience. I have wanted to visit Rome since I was a kid and my husband really intended this to be the highlight of our trip. I couldn't wait to get home and stay in a holiday inn express to simply get some sleep and experience better accommodations. Positives: It was in a nice location that was accessible to landmarks, shopping, and restaurants. They provided a "minibar" with free water and sodas. That part was lovely

We stayed here during Spring Break with our family and really enjoyed the hotel. It is a bit noisy but is very well located and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and good sized and a nice bonus was that the mini-bar fridge was complimentary. We really couldn't get a better location for what we wanted, the only drawback is the noise from the night clubs. The hotel put together sound proofed windows but it just is t enough. If not for that clearly a 5 star b
